Reviewed Jul 8, 2026立地が抜群。桜町バスターミナルが目の前だから空港や他の観光地への足回りがいいし、サンロード新市街の入口にあるから下通りへも歩いてすぐ。隣がセブンイレブンなのも嬉しい。
外観がちょっと古臭いくらい。館内も昭和を感じさせるが、臭いとかはなく、気にならない。

Reviewed May 27, 2026The hotel is located in a central area, right beside the Shimotori shopping street and within walking distance of Kumamoto castle. The hotel itself is adequate. This rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable.
It is a little far from Kumamoto station so you need to take either the bus or tram. The room is very basic, nothing special at all and a little dated

廁所跟浴室雖然分開，可是洗手的地方在浴室那裡，對於同時廁所跟洗澡的人來說稍微不方便 自助洗衣有三台，但人多的時候需要排隊

Reviewed Nov 15, 2025It is in front of the building where the bus terminal is located, so it is convenient to come from the airport and go somewhere in the city. Within walking distance of Kumamoto Castle. There are many shops near the downtown area, but it didn't feel noisy at night. The room was comfortable.
There is no drinking water service in the room (I am not sure if the tap water in the bath room is drinkable). The vending machine is only on the second floor, so it's a good idea to buy it at a nearby convenience store.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025予定より早くホテルに着いたのでチェックイン前だけれど荷物を預かってもらいたくフロントへ行ってお願いしたら、部屋の準備が出来ているのでチェックインが可能とのことで大変助かりました。 また、時間が早かったので観光をしたいので道順を教えてもらいたく尋ねたら、案内図で道順を示していただき、それが適切で一度も間違わずに目的地に到着しました。本当に親切にしていただき助かりました。 ただ、時間が思ったより余ったので２時間半も歩いて足が棒のようになったのは想定外でした。
