Mayer Inn

The place is very accessible to the metro and commercial. Staff are very helpful and nice 👍👍

Location is extremely convenient to a lot of places. I will come back for vacation but not on a formal or serious business trip.

The WiFi did not work most of the times. When it does work, not good enough for business video conferencing

Location, easy access. Strong AC, water, toilet. Clean. Fairly quiet. You can reach the rear elevators directly from the underground mall and the Metro.

Bed isn't very soft. No windows.

The location was right next to Main station and close to many places of interest. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure and temperature.

It was my first time in a room without windows, and I would avoid this in the future. It is very disorientating to not being to have natural light. One night is okay, but I wouldn’t do two again.

Excellent location, just right across the Taipei Main Station.

The air-conditioner is hard to maintain temperature. It’s either too warm or too cold in the morning. Hotel does not accept virtual credit card, must present physical card. A bit inconvenient at check-in.

The location is central of taipei and in room facilities are decent. The daily water topup was excellent.

There wasn't an iron/ironboard in the room. They were short when i requested but it wasn't a big issue for me.

Feel like welcome home for just one night sleep.

no

The hotel was quite difficult to find, as the location provided directs you to a different place nearby rather than to the actual entrance. I had to take two taxis before finally finding it, and eventually had to use Google Maps together with the driver to locate the property. It is also important to know that this is not a typical hotel building; the hotel occupies one floor inside a larger building. What bothered me the most, however, was the cleanliness. The carpet throughout the hotel floor was noticeably dirty, and unfortunately, the room carpet itself was not clean either. This was the most disappointing part of my stay and definitely needs more attention.

mainly the cleanness was the major issue.

It's very close to Taipei train station.

Great location

location

confusing way to reach it

Location next to main station

Nothing

Location: The hotel is opposite Taipei Main Station which is so convenient for getting around by trains, buses.

We booked 2 NON SMOKING ROOMS. When we just open the rooms, the terrible smell of smoking that coudn't bear with. I then immediate informed the staff at the reception, they've sent the staff to check through, after that they gave us the different room but too small in comparison with the one we've booked superior double rooms. Not so happy with that at all.
