Dirty huge gap in the entry door could see into the hall. There was mouse poop in the bath. Expected guests to reuse dirty towels. They charged 5 for parking but the close lot filled up so we dad to park where semis were. The micro wave in the lobby was filthy. No breakfast and what they did was was way expensive in a scary industrial area didn’t feel real safe after dark

My son enjoyed the pool.

Room was not clean, hair in bed and in the shower.

The pool was fun.

Netflix and wifi was down during our stay. Upon checking in we got handed the key but that was it. No explaining what room we were in, no saying where the elevator is, no telling us where the pool is or any other amenities. They didn’t even tell us when check out time was. Figure it all out for yourself. When we did inquire for help about Netflix and the internet being down on the TV we were told they text the engineer to fix it…. Took 3 1/2 hours for a response and he went to the wrong room as well. Front staff communication on Friday from 5pm-night time was when this occurred, the front staff at checkout on Sunday however was MUCH better.

We were greeted with a smile when we entered the facility. The hotel overall seemed clean and new. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with the decor appealing. I liked the walk-in shower and layout of the bathroom. I enjoyed the made to order breakfast in the morning with my wife and the people that waited on us were very friendly and sociable. I would definitely stay again.

I did not like the road closures leading up to it with the construction that is going on all summer. But I was able to navigate through it so it wasn't terrible.

I love everything about this hotel from how beautiful it looks to the management down the staff the customer service was amazing

My rewards was not added and they charge me for another night even I only stayed 4 days in a 5 days reservation.

King bed was comfortable and TV was easy to work. Bathroom was comfortable and clean. Location was easy off the interstate considering all the road work around MSP.

The A/C was noisy with metal vibration but got as cold as we needed it. Breakfast was not free included with the room with limited options.

Housekeeping walked in on me through a do not disturb sign as I was in bed. I asked for a manager to report it and was told they would be back in a few days..

Room next to me had kids partying. I was down at the front desk at 1am begging them to put an end to it. Called again and the partying ended by 2:30am. Very disappointed in the stay, barely got any sleep. Reported the incident and received NO apology or response from this incident. Disappointed and will not return.

The rooms were clean and similar to the pictures online. The hotel staff member Sunday morning for checkout was very amazing, so welcoming and pleasant.

We had 2 guests of our party check in a little earlier than the rest and the first staff member on Friday afternoon was not very pleasant or welcoming. Saturday night we left Edina early to have a night at the hotel bar which closed at least 30 minutes early and the bartender was actually out back on the patio drinking with friends. Very frustrating experience. Also, I understand $5 a day per vehicle for parking isn't a lot but seems unnecessary when the parking lot is huge and nothing else is around it.

It was clean, the staff was good. The bed was comfortable. We had breakfast there and it was good.

The rooms aren't very well insulated and we could hear a lot in the hallways, doors opening and closing. Light comes in the bottom of doors. Also, we had people pounding on our door between 4:30-5:00. Someone playing a joke, but it happened 3 times. We don't know who, and I guess that's not the hotels fault, but it was hard sleeping with all that.

Pool area was clean and lobby had plenty of seating for us to enjoy a family meal that we ordered! We also loved the little outdoor patio section! Kid friendly but never felt like we couldn't enjoy the hotel as just adults.

Had issues trying to get new towels, eventually got them but other than that it was fine. the bathroom in the pool area could be attended to a few more times throughout the day too as it was always wet and covered in toilet paper. This has less to do with the workers though and more to do with rude groups staying and not utilizing public spaces kinder.

There was some type of vibration you could feel sitting on the couch and the bed. You could feel it most of the time It would stop for a short period of time, but would start back up all through the night. I thought it might be when the ac was cycling. But was still felt when ac was off. There was some type of manufacturing plant close by/ next door. Sleep was interrupted due to it

This hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the lobby has a nice bar, Starbucks serves breakfast in the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and the room was very nice but the “restaurant” is a Starbucks counter that takes orders for a limited menu, which is very unusual and disappointing for such a large facility. The dining area includes small booths where people stare into large TVs, which feels very sad and sterile, like an airport.

The hotel itself was great. Our room had an issue with the handicap shower. The hand held shower had a broken hose and as a result sprayed water all over the floor of the bathroom

After calling twice about shuttle service, where at no time was told it only runs on the hour, I ended up hiring a Lyft to get me to the airport on time. I specifically chose this hotel for the early morning shuttle service. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and failure to state the shuttle times online.

Liked the layout, design, room, patio and service. Did not like paying for breakfast when many hotels nearby provide a free breakfast. Price for hotel without breakfast is high. Price for breakfast is very high.

Clean hotel and located close to the MOA Upon checking in we were disappointed since we were not greeted appropriately and the man who checked us in didn’t go over any of the hotels amenities which left us looking all over for an ice machine and extra towels.

Construction was taken place in the city when I was there, but still no traffic. The hotel is situated in a good spot. There is a shopping plaza in walking distance and other stores nearby. It was pretty convenient. It also a quick ride into the city. The hotel room (1 king size bed) was a little smaller than I thought but it was ok and clean. I just didn’t like how they positioned the TV.

I called the hotel number for at least 45 minutes and multiple times…the desk did not answer I was struck at the airport for an hour waiting I was not told when I got to the location that the airport shuttle stopped running at eleven for pick ups That should be stated in the write up The desk gentleman said that the phone was so low in volume that he didn’t hear it… After multiple tries? I think that he was behind the front and not at the front I asked if he was sleeping? The front entrance to my room was dirty However the room itself was fine and the bed was good and the bath was nice The place was a bit sterile It was a business travelers place, I felt It was good to learn that this Marriott is not a corporate hotel but instead is a franchise Thus it would do no good to let the corporation know what you did not like My room had an totally obstructed view as seen in my photos

my hips would have appreciated a pillow topped mattress after walking the mall all day but that’s a small price to pay for the proximity to retail therapy.

There are a tons of stores very close by — Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, Perkins, Whole Foods! It is newly renovated, I enjoyed my stay and felt very safe.

The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean, which I truly appreciated. However, there was no view from the window, which was a bit disappointing. One of the nightstands also had a maintenance issue—it kept sliding open on its own. I tried calling the front desk multiple times (from both the room phone and my personal cell phone) to schedule an airport shuttle for the following morning. Unfortunately, I was on hold for over 45 minutes and was never able to reach anyone. The next morning, the shuttle driver almost didn’t allow us on board, stating there was no reservation under my name. I explained that I had attempted to call the night before but couldn’t get through. The shuttle was nearly full, which made the situation even more stressful. Overall, while the room itself was lovely, the service and communication around the shuttle could definitely be improved.

Customer service was good and friendly. A ceiling tile had fallen near the exercise room entry way, and was not immediately cleaned up, but a bucket was placed to catch water leaking from ceiling. They ran out of laundry detergent, and it was still not replaced in the morning. However, overall it was ok.
