The property was not too far and in a great location from the mall.

For the price it could have been better and one of the hand towels were dirty. With the hand towel being dirty they should have checked to make sure everything was more clean. Also the mini fridge door would stay closed unless you slammed the door a little hard so that was upsetting to me.

Easy freeway access.

The staff member who checked me in helped me out when I was having bank issues, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food was good and the breakfast area neat and open

The hotel billed me twice for a deposit, causing me to borrow money from a relative to I could get checked in.

Staff was friendly. Motel was clean. Breakfast was good. Liked the yogurt option.

The front desk was excellent upon arrival. Young man helped both my sister in law & myself at same time checking us both in promptly & effortlessly. We also had no remote in the room he brought one up immediately. He also, brought towels to pool area as it was very busy. I love excellent customer service!

Staff were super sweet. Breakfast was very nice!

Smelled a bit like weed in the hallways but the rooms were fine! The beds were a bit “springy” as in you could feel the springs sort of. Pillows were awesome!

Unfortunately I didn’t eat the breakfast the tone is too early at less end the breakfast 10:30. The location is great we were close to everything. I loved the location

We arrived around midnight and the staff was nice and smiley. Rooms were standard hotel rooms, clean and comfortable and breakfast was good with a good spread.

Nice location somewhat close to the airport. Worked well for a quick overnight, but I would not recommend staying long-term. The staff was friendly upon check-in and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hallways were a little dirty, and the stairwell was extremely dirty. But overall, it was a nice location and I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing that I really didn’t like. I just felt like for the price, the hotel was a little dirty itself.

The location is convenient

Our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. The pool was very murky, I would not let my child swim in a pool that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

The rooms had this sickening sweet smell that would not go away. It gave me a headache and was hard to sleep and the hallways smell like weed

Just the lack of balcony was our only upset but everything else was great.

i liked the breakfast man that was top tier. rooms were very clean! The Price was amazing! Location top tier! the pool a little small and a little stuffy in there but clean. I loved the beds and the comforters! The younger gentlemen that works in the evenings SUPER great customer service very professional but also accomodating give that guy a raise!

so i liked everything but if i am being forced to say something i didnt like maybe the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner the air vent was covered in dust. Not something that was a huge problem or id ever complain about but since your making me there it is. I loved this place and will go again!

1. We had a smoke detector that beeped ever 45 secons. When we told the front desk, he said they were full so we couldn't switch rooms. Then proceeded to say they all do that and there wasn't anything he could do but check us out. This was 1am in the morning, with no where else to go. We stayed a maintenance came the next morning to fox our toilet. Our toilet was working just fine. We told him about the smoke detector and he said "my bad, I will come back to change the battery." The additional hour we stayed, he never came back. Poor customer service with workers that didn't know what to do with basic hotel needs.

The front deck customer service was amazing.

The hotel was not clean. There was garbage left in several areas, and despite requesting room service, it was never provided. We were very disappointed with our stay. Additionally, the staff working in the breakfast area were not friendly. They came across as rude whenever we asked questions, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

Comfortable rooms and convenient location

The smell of marijuana when you enter the building at the entrance.

The hotel was very conveniently located by our Hockey Arena. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds was a plus. The breakfast was good. Got a little busy on the weekend, but they did their best on keeping up.

I didn’t like the fact when you enter into the hotel, there is a bench and people have smoked marijuana, and the smells lingers. Sometimes you can smell it by certain rooms. This is not good when you have children around.

Location, and the room. Price was acceptable.

We like this spot for the Dennys, but it closed 2 hours earlier than their schedule online. Some other inconsiderate guests.

Ice machine on our floor did not work . Ice machine by the lobby was empty , had to use the one on the 4th floor .

It was OK, a little smaller than most rooms. But, pretty good.

When we left very early about 4:00 AM there was someone not sure why in a smaller car a male who also had a another car waiting for him and suddenly took off when we left the parking lot. I mentioned this because I feel the hotel needs better security at night in its back parking lots!! That person seemed to be maybe trying out open cars and possibly stealing cars??

Our room was very spacious and you could smell the cleanliness of it after immediately walking in. We loved the breakfast selection (specifically the sausage gravy with biscuits, the potatoes, and the flavor variety of bagels).

The hot tub was very cloudy and appeared as though it needed to be treated. The smoking area needs to be further away from the main entrance.

No hot water in the sink. No hot water at all for a whole day, and couldn’t say when it will be back. I waited several hours, ruined my whole day and ended up moving out.

Staff never changed the trash out or provided towels or toilet paper. The toilet leaked every time it was flushed, and it had to be held down to flush completely.

I book hotels for my husband as he travels for business. This is the first time he has told me that this was an excellent hotel. He travels a lot and we don't like to pay for an overpriced hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely stay here if we are in the area again! Thank you to the on-site staff and management!

Bathroom needs some maintenance. Sink did not drain well. Water was not real hot. Breakfast was OK. Needed some sweet rolls or donuts. Also Raisin Bran.

Dried blood stains left on bedding and pillows. Pry marks on unit door showing forceable entry was made. Can see hallway lights shining through damaged door frame. Ice machine broken for over a years, never fixed or replaced show person at front desk pictures and his only remarks were it's a older hotel it should be expected.

Location was very good. Breakfast was better than most. Our beds were comfortable. The price was good.

The front desk was not staffed when we arrived. There seemed to be a sign up almost continuously saying that there was something urgent that needed the staff’s attention, so please be patient. When the staff member was there, he was very pleasant and helpful. Ice machine was out of order. We had reservations for a queen room, but there were no queen rooms available when we checked in and had to be given a king.

The customer service. The young gentleman at the front was extremely friendly and very helpful I wish I could give him the credit he deserves but I do not remember his name. He did have dreadlocks.

I was charged $4 for expired chips and they were extremely tiny bags I only bought two of them.

Easy to find. Pleasant staff at check in. Clean facilities and a good breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious however the line for food needs to be more streamlined and orderly. People were getting in line to get seconds and jumping in front of people who were getting their first place. Their needs to beca constant staff in their to monitor that.

The gravy for the biscuits were Luke warm. Staff said that the temperature was fine but I prefer that my food be hot. Also, swimming area was disruptive due to children diving in the pool and splashing water over the place. I couldn't enjoy myself as kids were in their unsupervised. Staff needs to be in their to ensure kids are supervised and diving is not being done. The temperature in the room was difficult to maintain. It was either too hot or too cold.

Conveniently located in the Bloomington/Edina area bear the intersection of 494 and France Avenue. It offered a pool, fitness room and all the usual complimentary breakfast choices in a comfortable dining area.
