If you want access to the town it is a bit our of the way but this was no issue for us

Le seul avantage de cet hôtel est la villa avec piscine privée

Alors nous n’avons pas aimé l’emplacement qui est très loin de tout, ce qui nous obligeait à manger dans le restaurant de l’hôtel qui était vraiment mauvais. Du surgelé, sans goût, et surtout il faut espérer qu’ils aient en stock ce que vous souhaitez… Room service assez rapide ceci dit. La plage de l’hôtel n’est vraiment pas la meilleure, avec des chiens errants que l’on entendait d’ailleurs aboyer et se battre dans la nuit. Il y’a des problèmes d’eau chaude, ce qui pour un 5 étoiles est assez inadmissible. Personnel ok mais sans plus, nous avons été mieux accueilli dans des plus petit hôtels. Axe d’amélioration: peut être rajouter un banc de musculation dans la salle de sport.

Très bel établissement au bord d’une plage magnifique et très privée. Magnifiques couchers de soleil. Les logements sont très confortables. Le personnel est top.

L’établissement est assez isolé mais pas de souci si vous avez un scooter. Les routes sont tres Bonnes.

Super Service, liebes Personal, sehr sauber! Das Frühstück ist wahnsinnig gut und jederzeit (1x/Tag) möglich. Man kann es ins Zimmer bestellen lassen oder im Restaurant essen (sehr schöne Aussicht). Es ist a la carte aber sie haben sehr viel und leckere Auswahl.

Es ist sehr privat, jedoch sind manche Bereiche vom Hügel sichtbar.

This hotel is incredible - the location is perfect with a private beach with a coral reef with turtles right in front and also easy access to the Gili Islands The food at the restaurant is also incredible and amazing value for money compared to European prices But by far and away the best thing about Kayana Beach is the staff - they are absolutely incredible, unbelievably friendly and will go out of their way for you - we actually were made to feel part of the Kayana Beach family during our stay!

J'ai tout apprécié, s il avait une petite chose à améliorer je dirais un carré de chocolat avec le café 🙂 et améliorer la qualité de la couverture pour le lit d'appoint.

Nous avons aimé la villa avec la piscine vue sur la mer. L’emplacement était exceptionnel. La vue sur le restaurant à couper le souffle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié prendre le tea time sur la terrasse. Le personnel est à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Le service est parfait. Un grand merci à The Kayana Beach Lombok. Tout est superbe!

Les petite maisons sont très privées. Tout est propre et bien entretenue. Les tours pour aller sur les Gili îles ne sont pas cher. La nourriture et bien et pas cher aussi. L’appel a la prière est pas si pire que ca.

Wow ! This place was amazing. We stayed in the one bedroom duplex villa and it was fantastic. Downstairs was the pool and sitting area and the bedroom and bathroom were upstairs. Just beautiful. The breakfast was yummy and eating it with a view was even better. For dinner, you can order it to be delivered to your room, so that's what we did. We had scooters, but if you don't, it's not close to any restaurants etc.....so keep that in mind. If you want a peaceful, relaxing stay, then this is your place!

Beautiful beach (coralls, fish, turtles), beautiful villas

Beautiful property. The views from the beach and restaurant are stunning, especially the sunset! Clear ocean water that is great for swimming. Note that most of the beach area in front of the hotel is full of local fishing boats, but there is a section on the right side for hotel guests that is clean and has a few loungers & umbrellas. It is a very peaceful, quiet and secluded property. Great private pool and outdoor space in villa that is very private. Nice loungers. Pool was the perfect temp for cooling off. Air conditioning worked well and bed was comfortable. We did not use the main hotel pool, but it looked nice and inviting. Delicious & generous a la carte breakfast at restaurant that was included with our booking and excellent service from restaurant staff. The papaya jam was amazing! Dinners we ate at the restaurant were also high quality (a little on the pricier side, especially alcohol). Complimentary one-time shuttle to and from Senggigi was appreciated, but it would be nice if it was offered daily to guests. Gym was clean and also had an amazing view, but was sparse (only a treadmill, bike & 2 free weights). Overall, we had a wonderful time here and would stay again!

The villa could have been a bit cleaner and was in need of a deep clean / overall aesthetic maintenance, as a result of normal wear and tear. Restaurant drinks were expensive and since the hotel is too far to walk to a store and no sidewalk on the busy road anyway (which is why its so peaceful), it would have been nice to have a bigger mini fridge in the villa that we could adjust to a cooler temperature and have more room to store our own beverages and extra water (we drink more water daily than what was complimentary). We were lucky that the hotel wasn’t very busy during our stay, so we easily got a lounger on the beach and perfect views at restaurant, but that may not have been the case if the hotel was busier with more guests. It is unfortunate the call to prayer is so loud at 5am and that garbage is burned in the area every evening, but we appreciate the hotel has no influence over these matters and are simply noting them for future guests.

Very chilled vibe and super friendly staff with easy access to the beachfront and restaurant. Lovely spa & gym. Repeat stay.

The host hospitality and services were impeccable. The Blues restaurant at the top of the cliff gives the best sunset view you could ever imagine. Food and villa were all great.

We booked the place for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The staff is super friendly, always receptive, the food at the restaurant is genuinely delicious with tons of options! And views are impeccable.

Fantastisk hotel, fantastiske medarbejdere, enormt gæstfrie og hjælpsomme og altid smilende og det er alle, super lækkert køkken, lækker huse, tæt på stranden og rolige omgivelser.

The villa was beautiful, so spacious and clean and we loved the private pool. We ate at the restaurant every day, the options were great and the free breakfast was so generous and delicious! Drinks on the restaurant balcony were one of our favourite parts. All the staff were fantastic, so friendly and professional. We hired snorkels from underneath reception and spent some beautiful afternoons at the beach.

Nothing! The only thing people might like to be aware of is that locals approach you on the beach to chat/sell you things. They are really friendly and I’d encourage you just to have a chat, don’t be worried as it’s safe and they are not aggressive sellers. We ended up booking a boat trip to Gili Air with one of them :)

The location, situated pretty far from the airport and the area has less shops. But it is understandable since it aims for peace and calm environment.

Strand zunächst etwas enttäuschend, wirkt klein, schwimmen und schnorcheln möglich, Ausrüstung kann auch an der Rezeption geliehen werden

The property is stunning and surrounded by nature. The rooms were comfortable and big, and our room was right on the water. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind.

The property is north of town, so it’s a bit of a drive if you want to get food, but it is very close to the boats if you’re going to Gili (which we were), so it wasn’t a problem.

Friendly staff, unique, spacious villas, delicious food- the breakfasts were stunning multi-course options. We had dinner there all three nights and they recommended I try their signature fish dish, which was the best dinner I had in our 16 day trip in Indonesia. I had it all three nights! We snorkeled in the cove, took a shuttle boat from the Cove across to the Gili Islands, watched sunset from the beach and all the fishing boats go in and out. All in all a really nice stay. It was very peaceful compared to the Gili islands which were loaded with tourists and thumping music.

Quiet, secluded stay that was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the tranquility. The rooms were thoughtfully designed to allow for maximum relaxation. Every service staff was extremely kind and professional, we truly appreciated how each of them tried to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Special shoutout to Gayathri from The Blues Restaurant who was so gracious and delivered personalised service with such attention to detail.

I had such an amazing stay at The Kayana Beach Resort in Lombok. Everything about this place was just beautiful and thoughtfully done. The staff were incredible – so attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. You really feel welcomed and looked after from the moment you arrive. The attention to detail throughout the resort makes such a difference. The location is great, the beach is stunning, and the snorkeling was absolutely amazing – definitely one of the highlights of my trip. I loved spending time by the water and soaking in how peaceful it all felt. The food was really good, and the breakfast was amazing – fresh, delicious, and something I looked forward to every morning. The blues restaurant had beautiful views that you can enjoy whilst eating. Overall, this was one of my best holidays ever. Amazing people, a lovely resort, and such a special experience. I would 100% recommend The Kayana Beach Resort and would love to come back again.

L’extrême gentillesse du personnel qui a été au petit soin du premier jour jusqu’à notre départ. L’hôtel est vraiment calme et agréable. Les villas sont propres est très confortable. Le restaurant du Resort sert des plats typiques, indonésien, mais aussi des plats occidentaux, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit déjeuner qui était incroyable . Le spa et le massage proposé d’une grande qualité . La plage de l’hôtel est magnifique et calme

The resort was beautiful, the staff was exceptional and the Blues restaurant was set in a stunning hilltop location with gorgeous nightly sunset views! The meals were delicious, we particularly enjoyed the incredible breakfasts that were included and our servers and chefs were amazing! You need to be aware of the "Call to prayer" that comes on the loud speaker throughout the village, several times a day, but we became accustomed to it. We need about it going to Lombok, after all it is a predominantly Muslim country. There is not much to do immediately around the resort, but we were looking for relaxation. Loved our private villas and the room service and trolley rides to the restaurant and spa were great bonuses.

The room is clean, spacious, private and as shown on the images. The facilities are really good and the view is incredible. The quality of the restaurant is amazing. The staff is very kind and accommodating.

La villa olía mucho a tabaco. Lo comentamos en recepción y la solución que nos dieron es ir a hablar con el encargado de limpiar la habitación. Muy mala gestión. La calidad de la comida del restaurante es muy baja. Los cócteles estaban mal preparados.

Secluded luxury beach resort nestled in a quiet cove away from the crowds. My wife and I were looking for a quiet relaxing getaway and this hit the spot! Unlike other resorts with streetside shopping outside the premises, Kayana was surrounded by quiet villages (we booked a private car with a driver to take us around the island). The beachfront villa we stayed in was spacious and we really loved our private pool. It was lovely to wake up each morning to the sight of the sea and coconut trees in front of our villa The Blues Restaurant on the top of the hill had amazing views and the food there was top notch and value for money. Service was impeccable. There is a Buggy service available to take you up to the restaurant if you aren’t up for the uphill walk. The spa (located in the hill top next to the restaurant) was superb. We had a 90min couple message and another 60min foot massage another day. Sooo relaxing. We also loved the fact that we could hire a private speedboat to take us to Gili Air (instead of travelling to the island on the public ferry). The speedboat pick up was right in front of the resort and zips you to the island in 10-15 mins! Extremely convenient and we appreciated the private service after a long day’s excursion to the island.

I’m a person who loves form pillows. Hence the large soft pillows were uncomfortable for me. There are also a few factors outside the resort’s control: - regular prayers broadcast from the nearby mosque which start as early as 5am. This can be an issue if you are alight sleeper. - burning of rubbish from the surrounding village. The smell was quite bad on some days. It thankfully it did not linger. Overall I would say that there were minor inconveniences for me as the positive aspects of the resort more than made up for this.

Ich würde gerne noch mehr Sterne geben. Für uns war es ein absoluter Traum, das Personal, die Unterkunft und das PERFEKTE Meer vor der Tür..wow wow. Ein ganz grosses Lob an das ganze Personal wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt❤️

Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen Bucht (leider ist nur ein sehr kleiner Strandabschnitt begehbar), die Villas sind sehr schön und mit einem eigenen kleinen Swimmingpool zum abkühlen ausgestattet die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber . Das Personal ist bezaubernd ein grosses Lob an alle , sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Das Restaurant liegt in der Anhöhe mit traumhaften Ausblick. Das Essen ist von guter Qualität und es hat reichlich Auswahl, das Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt absolut.

Der Service beim Dinner hat noch Potential, zum teil sehr unaufmerksam , beim ankommen sind alle sehr präsent und schnell Vorort, danach wird man nicht mehr gross beachtet . Längere Wartezeiten 😊jedoch nimmt man dies in Kauf man hat schliesslich Urlaub. Ansonsten alles Perfekt 👌🏼

Tout était super. Un peu éloigné du centre et c’est parfait pour un séjour reposant.

Peut être un petit effort à faire au niveau du lavage des wc que ce soit dans les villas ou même le spa

Exzellentes Hotel mit traumhaften Villen mit schönem Privatpool. Exzellentes Serviceteam so wie man es selten findet, mit einem Standard über 5- Sternen. Schöner Strand mit Liegen der nur für das Hotelgäste zugänglich ist ( die andere Strandhälfte ist für Boote des Dorfes). Leckeres Restaurant mit tollem Ausblick und der Möglichkeit wann man möchte - auch in der Villa - zu frühstücken. Da wir Muslime sind haben wir es genossen die täglichen 5 Gebetsrufe zu hören und in der Dorf-Moschee nebenan die Gebete zu verrichten. Gerne wieder!

Ein voll ausgestattetes Gym hätte unseren Aufenthalt noch perfekter gemacht. Leider gab es nur ein Fahhrad oder Laufband, mehr nicht.

Wir hatten eine Villa mit Strandblick. Einfach toll. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich Nursaat 100%. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Das Essen war super. Ein perfekter Ort zum entspannen. Die Unterkunft ein Traum.

Schade, dass am Strand Müll ist.
