Die Lage am schönen Sandstrand, der riesige und schöne Pool - optimal um lange Bahnen zu ziehen -, die herausragende Küche - das Essen war ein Genuss und wurde sehr ansprechend angerichtet - vor allem aber das unglaublich zuvorkommende Personal. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen! Alle Mitarbeiter waren maximal zuvorkommend und freundlich und stets bemüht, zu helfen. Das ist Dienstleistung Par excellence!!! Wir möchten ein paar Namen nennen, dabei aber betonen, dass wirklich ALLE Mitarbeiter Lob verdient haben: Ari, Sultan, Alma und Komang haben uns sehr zuvorkommend und charmant beim Essen begleitet, Siti und Putri gekonnt massiert. Wir haben wunderbare Tage mit Euch verbracht und jeden Tag sehr genossen, herzlichen Dank dafür!

The location and service were excellent, with very hospitable staff who took good care of us. Superb food and atmospheric dinners on the beach. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, and the staff were happy to help with any question you had. Fantastic place to stay.

Lombok is muslim , so there are some ceremonial sounds coming from the mosques early in the morning. This goes for the entire island, irrespective of your hotel.

Einfach ein wundervoller Ort, durch das Ende der Strandlage wirkt es wie ein Privatstrand - Schwimmen und Schorcheln waren großartig. Es waren drei Schildkröten direkt am Resort zu sehen. Fitnessgeräte neu und gut gewartet. Das Essen outstanding!! Kommen gerne wieder!

Geigenspieler zu Abendessen war nicht gut. Wirklich bemüht, aber immer einen Viertelton daneben. Das war wirklich ein harter Abend, für alle Gäste nah an Folter. Alle anderen Musiker waren super!

One of the best place in the area Bali - Lombok . Positioned in a beautiful wild beach, this small hotel has beautiful villas beach front, very kindly and professional staff, excellent breakfast by the sea.

Je peux dire sans hésiter que c’est le meilleur hôtel dans lequel j’ai séjourné de toute ma vie. Pourtant, j’ai eu la chance de séjourner dans des établissements de très grand standing, à travers le monde, des 5 étoiles à New York ou aux Seychelles, dont le prix était plusieurs fois supérieur. Ici, tout était tout simplement parfait : 10/10 sur tous les aspects. Nous avions réservé une villa avec vue sur la montagne en pension complète (petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner) et avons eu la très agréable surprise d’être surclassés dans une villa avec vue sur l’océan dès notre arrivée. Un début de séjour exceptionnel. Les infrastructures sont magnifiques : la villa est superbe, la douche extérieure est un vrai plaisir, la piscine et le jacuzzi offrent un cadre idyllique. Les repas étaient absolument délicieux, avec une carte variée, des produits de qualité et un chef manifestement très talentueux. Nous sommes sur une île, il est donc tout à fait compréhensible que certains ingrédients puissent parfois manquer en raison de l’approvisionnement. Pourtant, cela a toujours été géré avec beaucoup d’intelligence et de professionnalisme, en proposant immédiatement des alternatives de qualité, sans jamais générer la moindre frustration. En fait, ce qui fait réellement la différence ici, c’est le personnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe a sa propre personnalité, mais tous partagent la même philosophie : faire en sorte que votre séjour soit parfait et vous faciliter la vie, souvent avant même que vous ne réalisiez que vous aviez besoin de quelque chose. Leurs recommandations étaient toujours excellentes, cela montre qu’ils connaissent l’établissement dans lesquels ils travaillent. Le ménage est effectué plusieurs fois par jour et la chambre est constamment impeccable. À la piscine, le niveau de service est tout aussi remarquable.

We had such a wonderful stay at Seven Secrets Lombok. What really made this place special was the people, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly, attentive and caring. The service never felt forced or over the top—it just felt incredibly personal. Everyone seemed to know our names, remembered the little things and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s peaceful, quiet and has a lovely relaxed luxury feel. The facilities are immaculate, the gardens are stunning, and everything is so well cared for. You can tell there’s real attention to detail in every part of the resort. The food was exceptional. We had the half-board package with breakfast and dinner, which was fantastic value and something I’d highly recommend. There was plenty of variety and every meal we had was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. The chef was also happy to take special requests outside of the menu. We stayed in a beachfront room with our two children (7,9) and it was perfect for our family of four. It was spacious, comfortable and only a few steps to both the beach and the pool. The beach is beautiful and peaceful, and the pool was just as impressive. It was such a relaxing place to spend the day. I also had a massage at the spa, which was excellent. Like the rest of the resort, it was peaceful, beautifully presented and delivered with genuine care. For us, Seven Secrets got all the important things right: beautiful surroundings, luxurious yet comfortable accommodation, incredible food and, above all, staff who genuinely care about making your stay memorable. We travel quite a bit as a family, and this is one of those places we’ll be talking about for a long time. We left feeling completely relaxed and very well looked after, and we’d return without hesitation if we come back to Lombok. Terima Kasih!

Besonders hervorzuheben sind das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, die Lage an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand und der gute Zimmerservice.

Manches der Ausstattung leicht in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch gut.

Perfekter Strand. Traumhafte Unterkunft ( Poolblick ). Fantastisches Essen. Wir waren 3 Tage als Abschluß einer Indonesienrundreise im Hotel und würden sofort wieder kommen wenn wir wieder in Lombok sind.

It is isolated so you have to eat all meals at the hotel and the chef was TERRIBLE There was no flavour in any dish or meal . He could not cook an egg! Unfortunately this ruined an otherwise beautiful hotel and beach

We spent 4 days and 3 nights in this beautiful hotel in Lombok, and everything was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal: a stunning white sand beach, beautiful coral reefs visible directly from the shore while snorkeling, and an incredible variety of fish. It is a true haven of peace and serenity. The restaurant is exceptional — the chef truly deserves Michelin-level recognition. The food is fresh, high quality, and beautifully presented. Dining with your feet in the sand and facing the sea makes the experience even more special. The service staff are outstanding. Ari, Komang and Alma were exceptional, and the rest of the team was equally amazing. They are incredibly attentive and observant, always making sure you have the most wonderful experience possible. The hotel is spotless, and the air-conditioned rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. Many rooms even include private jacuzzis. Bath towels are changed daily — sometimes several times a day — so you always have fresh towels available. The spa is another highlight. The massages are of excellent quality, and Linda and Siti have magical hands. You leave the massage feeling completely relaxed and almost weightless. Khaerul at the reception takes great care of every guest, ensuring that nothing is missing and helping organize excursions and transfers. He is always available via WhatsApp, which is very convenient. If you book the “One Day in Paradise” package, you truly feel like you have spent a day in paradise. Everything here is exceptional: the facilities, the swimming pool, the beach, the sunbeds — absolutely everything is top quality. A special thank you to Dewa, a highly professional manager who welcomed us with incredible kindness. Congratulations to this wonderful team and this beautiful establishment, which I highly recommend.

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön direkt am Strand. Das Personal war überaus herzlich und zuvorkommend und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wunderbar ausgestattet. Neben reichlich Platz, gab es eine sehr gut ausgestattete Minibar, Tee, Kaffeeautomat sowie eine gute Bluetooth-Box. Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Strand und man kann wahlweise überdacht oder direkt mit den Füßen im Sand essen. Die Qualität ist hervorragend - auch beim sehr vielfältigen Frühstücksangebot, welches serviert wird. Ebenfalls hervorzuheben ist das Spa. Die Massagen sind himmlisch und wir loben hier besonders Linda und Putri für die Akkupressur-Massage. So relaxed waren wir schon lange nicht mehr. Insgesamt ein wundervolles Hotel für einen entspannten Paradies-Urlaub.

Auch wenn es den Aufenthalt nur wenig beeinträchtigt hat, ist zu bemerken, dass das Servicepersonal und/oder die Küche im Restaurant manchmal sehr lange brauchen und gerade bei vielen Personen am Tisch(wir waren 6), kam das Essen oft zeitverzögert.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage im Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens. Die Anlage ist großartig und extrem gepflegt. Die Lage ist ruhig und in einer wunderschönen Bucht gelegen. Der Strand ist sauber und das Wasser total klar. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, sauber und wunderschön. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und es wartete die ein oder andere Überraschung - sehr sehr aufmerksam. Das gesamte Team war zu jeder Zeit extrem freundlich und alle samt haben einen super Job gemacht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Bewirtung am Pool durch Adi - er hat uns mit leckeren selbstgemachten Cocktails verwöhnt und hat eine ganz angenehme Art, wie er mit uns und andere Gästen umgegangen ist. Einfach toll! Danke an dieser Stelle an Dich, lieber Adi. Das Essen war insgesamt sehr schmackhaft. Sowohl zum Frühstück als auch am Nachmittag und Abend. Auch hier wurde immer sehr drauf geachtet, ob es den Gästen gut ging. Die Qualität der Speisen sind hochwertig und schmackhaft. Das Hotel ist hochpreisig, jedoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis durch die wundervollen Mitarbeitern, das hochwertige Essen sowie die Liebe zu Detail. Danke für die schöne Zeit - wir können das Hotel ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen.

Die Anlage ist sensationell, die Zimmer sind geräumig und übertreffen alle Erwartungen, das gesamte Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Das Frühstück ist großartig und variantenreich. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant ist qualitativ hochwertig. Der Pool war ein Traum, der Strand auch.

Es gab an sich nichts, man muss eben wissen, dass in einem muslimischen Land der Muezzin um 5 Uhr am Morgen zum ersten Mal am Tag zum Gebet ruft, so auch in der benachbarten Siedlung, Man gewöhnt sich dran, falls nicht gibt es Ohrstöpsel…

Уединенный отель среди природы: горы и пальмы, белый песок и голубая вода. Очень эстетически приятный отель со стильной территорией. Очень просторные номера и потрясающий балкон на котором можно провести все время пребывания. Завтраки по меню европейского качества - очень вкусно в целом как и все меню, шефу отдельный респект. Внимательный и добродушный персонал. В такие места хочется возвращаться.

Vedenie má nedostatky ohľadom riadení a zaškolení personálu. Po príchode (unavený, spotený) recepčný nám dal vypísať prihlasovací formulár ale aj to na iné meno. My sme ho museli upozorniť nato. Následne dlhé minúty sa motal a ja som ho musel požiadať aby nám dal aspoň mokré uteráky na osvieženie. Keď sme sa mali konečne dostať do izby zase dvere nevedel otvoriť. Chceck in bol proste nekonečný príbeh. Napriek tomu, že v celom hoteli boli obsadené iba dve izby na druhý sme dostali zľavu do reštaurácie zase na iné meno. Ráno o 9 hodine som navštívil fitness, kde ale nikto nebol, stroje ako aj Klima vypnutá. Pól hodinu som sa tam motal, kým sa objavila pani ale ja som musel ísť za ňou a požiadať aby prišla pozapinat stroje a klímu. Toto je ale chyba vedenia a nie samotných zamestnancov.

We originally booked this hotel for six nights, but we loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay – and it was absolutely worth it. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the overall comfort was exceptional. As soon as we stepped out of our room, we had the pool, bar, spa, gym, and restaurant literally just a few steps away – everything perfectly at hand, which made our stay incredibly easy and relaxing. The restaurant staff were fantastic: always smiling, kind, and ready to accommodate every single special request we had. A very warm thank you to Vido and Adi from the restaurant and pool bar for their outstanding service and friendliness. The spa was another highlight of our stay. The massages were wonderful, and we felt truly cared for. A special mention to Linda and Putri, who were absolutely amazing and made every treatment a moment of pure relaxation. I stayed here with my mom, and this hotel made our time in Lombok unforgettable. We can’t recommend it highly enough, we would come back in a heartbeat!

The whole place is beautiful and so well thought out. The pick up from the airport was seamless and we even had snacks provided to us. The welcome when we got there was so lovely. The rooms are huge and really comfortable, the pool is great, beach is lovely and the restaurant so good. We stayed for a week and didn’t leave the place - we didn’t need to! And we’re not normally resort people, but this was just pure paradise. The best thing is the staff working there. They are all incredibly welcoming, helpful and so lovely. We will be returning!

IF you want nightlife with lots of resturants and shopping, Seven Secrets is not for you. If you want serenity, peacefulness and the feeling of being spoilt Seven Secrets IS for you. From the moment we arrived we were treated so well and that continued our whole stay. The staff were impeccable and ensured we were so well looked after. The food was 5 star dining and being the only hotel in the beach cove we had serene walks on the beach everyday. Staying at Seven Secrets is the perfect way to have some time out from the fast pace of life. I can honestly say staying at Seven Secrets has been an absolute highlight and stand out from anywhere we have stayed before. The staff really need a special mention too, they were all so kind hearted and so keen to make you very comfortable and happy.

Unfortunately, sea life is not as exciting here as around the Gilis. However, the hotel is making efforts to regenerate the coral.

Das Hotel ist mit Abstand in unserer Top 3 von der ganzen Welt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und man kann sich richtig gut erholen. Der Ausflug auf die Gilis war ebenfalls wunderschön und sehr herzlich. Das Personal egal ob an der Reception, die Putzkraft und vorallem die Kellner waren so freundlich. BBQ Abend am Freitag war das Grande Finale super Erlebnis mit Live Music, Feuer und feinem frischem Essen.

Die einzigen kleinen Punkte wo ein bisschen verbessert werden können ist die Bedienung am Beach die fehlte uns ein bisschen in den ersten Tagen. Danach gegen Ende vom Aufenthalt wurde es besser. Im Gym kann man einige Geräte erneuern damit der Standart zum Hotel allgemein passt.

We had a lovely stay at this quiet and peaceful place. Our room was cleaned twice, and the staff even left cute notes on the bed made from bamboo sticks — such a sweet touch! The restaurant served great dinners, and the Lombok curry was the best dish we had in all of Indonesia. The dessert was below average, but everything else was wonderful. The open shower design can attract a few insects, but room service responded quickly and solved the issue. Everyone was super kind and friendly. The beach was clean and beautiful, and breakfast was made fresh to our taste — we especially loved the spicy options! The complimentary 15-minute massage was a lovely surprise, and the massage therapist was excellent — truly one of the best we’ve had and worth every penny!

Dieses Hotel ist einfach rundum perfekt! Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll und gemütlich ausgestattet, sehr groß und mit einem Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Der Strand ist traumhaft und wer mag, kann auch den schönen, sehr großen Pool nutzen. Das Frühstück zählt zu dem Besten, was wir je hatten. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Personeel, Komang, Ulma, Sultan allemaal erg gastvrij echte professionals. Ik hoop dat ze het ver gaan komen in hun carrière. Locatie is een paradijs maar in de omgeving niet zoveel te doen wat prima voor ons was.

- preco das refeicoes excessivo; felizmente existem alguns warungs com comida local que serviram de back up; para quem vai com criancas estes warungs nao têm comida internacional; -lixo na praia e ausencia de caixotes; ha um esforco do hotel pela limpeza diaria do mar e praia; mas qdo temos uma pequena baía e andamos 5 m o lixo é evidente; acredito que estes hoteis tb têm uma obrigacao social e nao custa promover a recolha do lixo nessa mesma baia.
