Room 301 has to be renamed to David's Room. That room has a view and is quite the catch. The restaurant below and the surroundings including Ampang Point Mall is a steal The sanitation is impeccable.... The front desk 24hrs service among the best ever seen in a foreign world. They treated me with dignity and respect. Very happy client.

The male staff especially the Indian guy are buffoons , abusive ignorant People and this hotel is not for foreigners just for local workers so stay away if you are not a common labourer or international and who's living in the attic moving around , trapdoors open furniture being moved all hours , no tact no class no way will I return here , think twice before you book !!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at Palm Inn Ampang Point for 12 nights, and my experience was excellent. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were always friendly, polite, and ready to help whenever needed. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and other facilities within walking distance. The room was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the overall atmosphere made me feel at home. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ampang or Kuala Lumpur. Thank you to the entire team for making my 12-night stay so pleasant. I will definitely stay here again in the future! 😊

staf reception yg belagak . saya hnya tanya adakh sini ada air coway.. tapi di jwab dgn belagak dan terus tunjuk di bawah ada restoran pelita.. ya mmg ada restoran pelita tp kena byr . hotel lain semua ada air coway. kepada staf reception tolong jgn belagak ye.. dan saya tak puas hti di booking hrga prlu bayar 160.dan bila daftar kena cas 186.00 dan 4rgit cas yg saya tak pasti cas apa.. ini yg terakhir sya menginap di sini. rahsia ditipu . dan rsa di malukan..

الغرفة لا تحتوي ثلاجة صغيرة ولا غلاية ماء و كل مرة اطلب من الكادر احضار الماء الساخن لي لغرض الشاي

The booking process was easy, starting with making a reservation through the website. After a few minutes, a representative from Palm Inn Ampang contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm my booking. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. The check-in process was quick, taking less than 5 minutes, and I was immediately given the room access card. The room was clean and well-organised, and all facilities were functioning properly. There are many dining options available nearby, and it is also close to Ampang Point Mall.

Staff acting like gangsters and like drug addics

It is a small motel in a crowded area, and the entrance is through a local cafe/restaurant. Nowhere can it be described as a luxury or a minimum standard hotel. Very ordinary stay. The maximum charge would be $10 dollars per night with no other extra hidden charges.can be paid for this accommodation if someone is very desperate to save money. It's very frustrating.

Very small and ordinary motel. The picture s of the motel is deceiving. Can't compare with any star hotel. We just in for an hour and came out from the hotel.

I stayed here for a short business trip. The room was very clean and smelled fresh, which made the stay comfortable. There is a mamak restaurant at the ground level, which is very convenient, 24 hours operating and got lift direct to restaurant. Overall, it’s a good budget hotel for short stays. I would recommend it for business travelers.

Di bwh hotel ada Pelita Nasi Kandar..tk payah nk jalan2 jauh dh. Dekat dgn KPJ Ampang Puteri Hospital, Ampang Point Mall dan ada bank2 dan farmasi serta kedai2 makan lain juga. Saya bagi 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥰

Alhamdulillah..hotel yg selesa, bersih, teratur dan berdekatan dengan shopping complex Ampang Point dan di bawah hotel tersedia kedai makan Pelita Nasi Kandar. Juga berdekatan dengan bank2 dan Hospital KPJ Ampang Puteri. Saya amat berpuas hati keseluruhannya..saya bagi. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. 👍👍😍😍

so clean n a lady at receptionist counter very soft spoken n good manners..Air condition very cool..maybe will repeat to stay this hotel for next trip to KL.
