The hotel is a little dated in some areas and could benefit from some refurbishment. Other than that, we did not have any major issues during our stay.

No lift.. Not 1 level of stairs.. but many, steps got to climb.That is the biggest regret I book this hotel. Maybe for younger customers is ok. But not 55yo upwards.

The room and bathroom were not cleaned properly. There was no lift, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Basic room amenities, such as a toothbrush, were also not provided.

Need to client using stairs since the Admin Desk is at 2nd floor Room 102 was run out of water in the 0530hrs.. the person in charge told us that one of the Room toilet hose found Broken causing pressure drop to the whole hotel.. Immediatley he recrifiee the issue We were OTW to check out about 1130am & experienced shower water was too slow.. maybe partially blocked or the motor was not good enough… immediatley complained to the Admin then the maintenance guy was rushed to check it…
