Это был отвратительный грязный номер, с жутким запахом, тараканами и клопами, там вообще невозможно было пройти, стояла одна кровать, открываешь ещё одну дверь и сразу туалет, вообще не было места даже пройти, а этот номер нам хотели предоставить для 4х человек и даже ничего не сказали! Жуткое место!

Там дико грязно и мерзко, половина лампочек не работает и воняет как на помойке

Bilik sempit. Toilet pun sempit, buka pintu toilet, tersangkut kat singki.. 1st masuk bilik, toilet berbau kumbahan..kuat sgt baunya... Dapat tukar bilik ke 2 pun sama, tetap ada bau kumbahan 🥴 lagi dasyat bilik ke 2 ,pintu toilet pula rosak.. malas nk tukar bilik lagi.. kita dh penat drive dari jauh.. mlm tu x blh nk tidur lena, mengharap cepat nya berlalu malam sb tak tahan bau busuk kumbahan memasuki ruang bilik tidur...

We booked for 2 adults but only received one small bottle of drinking water and one set of shampoo and when we mentioned it staff told us that these were instructions from owner Zero tea bags or any coffee or sugar were provided We’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels in kl and those basics were provided

there's no wifi, no tv no hair dryer, the room we book on apps is messy and dirty, luckily we can change the room

Tempahan saya dah confirm oleh booking.com tapi bila sampai untuk check in, front desk Kata bilik Dah penuh dan ada kesilapan dari pihak pengurusan. Tiada permohonan maaf dari pihak hotel dan saya terpaksa mencari hotel lain.

the location

the customer service and the dirty, uncleaned room with full with rubbish left by the previous guest. The hotel changed my room immediately but this time the TV plug can't be used since it has missing pin out of the three. Asked the staff, they asked me to wait for another staff before 12am to fix. I asked for a room change because all I want is to rest. I don't want another male staff knocking my door late at night. When I insist room change, the staff rudely talking with the tone that I realy dont like as I am a paying customer, not staying for free. So I asked for a cancellation and refund. No one should be treated like how I was treated.

Kedai ni kecil je… tapi kalau anda masuk, hati terus besar sebab banyak benda comel-comel tunggu nak dibawa balik 🛍️. Jom singgah.

1. The room ... cockroaches...at least 5 when we turn on the light! 2. The bathroom... smells 3. The pillows... pls buy new one!

Nothing was good

TV not working , room full of small cockroaches , water heater not hot , bedsheet not cleaned and so many others . First I think only the rrom I booked but later found ( when spoke to other rooms ) out most of rooms with same problem . I don't know how others gave good review but as for me it's happened yesterday itself . Worst experience
