Gute Lage

Leider enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer mit separaten Betten erhielten wir erst im zweiten Anlauf. Auch die Chipkarten funktionierten wiederholt nicht, sodass wir mehrfach zur Rezeption gehen mussten. Besonders ärgerlich war die Klimaanlage. Sie lief dauerhaft und machte das Zimmer unangenehm kalt. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden wurde das Problem während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben. Dadurch kam es zu mehreren zeitraubenden Auseinandersetzungen mit den Rezeptionistinnen. Leider wirkten diese hoffnungslos überfordert und vermittelten weder Kompetenz noch echtes Verständnis für unsere Situation. Statt einer Lösung gab es immer wieder Ausflüchte. Auch das Frühstück war leider nur mittelmäßig. Bei den Eiern hatte man im Grunde die Wahl zwischen einem kalten Ei und Instant-Rührei. Insgesamt haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts unverhältnismäßig viel Zeit mit organisatorischen Problemen und Beschwerden verbracht. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet und würden dieses Hotel aufgrund unserer Erfahrung nicht wieder buchen.

Design of this hotel is great. I stayed before 2 years ago and came back specifically to this hotel. Staff was nice and willing to help.

I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. I had to change 3 rooms trying to find the one without dirty floor and hair in the bathroom. Third room was exactly same, so I gave up looking for the cleaner option. Premises between rooms, corridors are also dirty, with a lot of minor trash. Breakfast was very weak.

Appena siamo arrivati abbiamo provato a fare il check-in tramite i display ma la carta non funzionava. Abbiamo chiesto al personale che non è stato proprio gentilissimo. La ragazza evidentemente in stato de stress gestisce la situazione con poca professionalità e arroganza. Credo ci siano modi e modi di rispondere ad un cliente. Sono claustrofóbica e, al chiederle dove fossero le scale, mi risponde con una frase ironicamente poco professionale. Al contrario invece, Elena super carina ed educata. In generale un hotel da 10, però personale da rivedere.

Yatakta kıl vardı ve çarşaflar temiz değildi. Bunun dışında internet şifresini anlamadığım için yardım istediğimde çalışan tarafından oldukça kaba ve gergin bir tavırla karşılandım. Telefonumu kendisine vermeme rağmen şifreyi kendisi yanlış girdi ve buna rağmen bana karşı sinirli ve rahatsız edici bir tutum sergiledi. Benim için bir otelde temizlik kadar çalışanların misafire yaklaşımı ve gösterilen nezaket de çok önemli. Yaşadığım bu tutum nedeniyle konaklamam benim açımdan oldukça kötü bir deneyime dönüştü. Bu nedenle maalesef oteli tavsiye edemiyorum.

Stark verunreinigte Kissen, Matratze und Duvets, viel Staub, schmutzige/fleckige Sitzkissen in der Lobby Fitness nur ein Velo als Ausdauergerät. Wir haben das Personal um Austausch der jewilig verschmutzten Bettwaren gebeten, lediglich zwei Kissen wurden gewechselt, welche aber auch nicht abschliessend sauber waren. Das Personal wurde auch etwas unleidlich und hat nicht wirklich Kooperation gezeigt

Genial und typisch Niederländisch: ein Hotel in einer alten, aufgelassenen Kloster. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, sehr stylisch und sehr besonders. Das Personal ist ungemein freundlich und serviceorientier. Das beste Hotel auf unserer heurigen Vespa-Tour.

Bisogna prenotare camere che non siano di livello basico perché la mia era un po' angusta, senza un tavolo, con finestrine altezza soffitto. Per raggiungere l'uscita dell'hotel dalla camera, servono almeno 3 minuti.

Der Charme der alten Klosteranlage samt Kirche bietet ein absolut einzigartiges Ambiente. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber auch praktisch (sehr viel Platz). Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch besonders ruhig (unser Zimmer richtete sich auf den alten Klostergarten aus, das war nicht nur ein schöner Ausblick, sondern bot gleichzeitig viel Ruhe und eine angenehme Lichtsituation). Neben den komfortablen Zimmern bietet die Anlage ein wunderbares Restaurant und viele nette Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen, zudem auch ein reservierbares und dadurch nicht überlaufenes Spa.

Ich war rundum zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder kommen, es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Zaczynając od opinii innych gości TAK , zabieraj odkurzacz !! Jest tak brudno , że chyba personel sprzątający skupia się TYLKO na wymianie ręczników ( też mam wątpliwości ) podłoga brudna śliska , poplamiona , pełna włosów , kurz dosłownie na każdym sprzęcie który znajduje się w łazience , strach korzystać ! Oświetlenie ponure plus czarne kafelki , ale chyba najgorsze , że system nawiewu dmucha całą noc wprost na twoje łóżko , co sprawia , że chowasz się pod kołdrą nie wspominając , że jeśli wziąłeś kąpiel przeziębienie gwarantowane , po zgłoszeniu tego w recepcji , pani zasugerowała by wyłączyć airco , o tak ! Tak właśnie zrobiliśmy i nawiew nad drzwiami nie przestał dmuchać , ok jeśli jest 35 stopni za oknem ( których nie możesz otworzyć , są zamknięte na stałe ) to może i ulga ale jeśli jest 13 stopni a Ty dostajesz porcję zimnego powietrza non stop to już przestaje być zabawne , oczekuję za 157 euro za noc minimalnego komfortu a nie jedynie wody z cytryną w plastikowym kubku przy recepcji , poza tym parking na dobę kosztuje 30 euro …. Pokój był w promocji bo normalna cena jest z rzędu 200 euro .. na szczęście powstrzymaliśmy się przed jedzeniem śniadania za kolejne 30 euro Pokój mały żadnej szafy , garderoba przy brudnej ścianie z kilkoma wieszakami , 1 (!!) krzesło przy klejącym biurku a na nim ledwo pracujący expres , stan techniczny pomijam .. W recepcji nawet nie szukaj rozwiązania bo panie tam , owszem wysłuchają Ciebie i … tyle NIDGY WIĘCEJ !!

De kamer is ruim, bedden zijn goed.

Het licht op de badkamer is minimaal, de spotjes schenen dof, daardoor is het geen fijne ruimte om je klaar te maken. Daarbij was de douche een ramp, binnen no time stond de volledige badkamer blank en er was geen trekker om dit water weg te krijgen. Uiteindelijk kon je hier niet meer lopen. Buiten de accommodatie om vonden we het ontbijt tegenvallen. Er werd slecht aangevuld en weinig keuze, jammer!

L'hotel è frutto di una bella ristrutturazione (recente), moderno e arredato con grande gusto, specie nelle camere. L'insonorizzazione è molto buona, sia dai rumori provenienti dall'esterno che dalle altre camere o dal corridoio. Si dorme indisturbati. La climatizzazione funziona benissimo.

Le camere sono piccolissime. Soggiornare in due in una doppia diventa ostico. C'è poco spazio per i vestiti (non c'è un vero e proprio armadio), poco spazio per i bagagli, poco spazio per muoversi, una sola seduta e una piccola scrivania che costituisce l'unico vero piano d'appoggio libero. La pulizia è generalmente solo sufficiente. La biancheria è pulita, così come i sanitari (anche se all'attacco del sedile del WC c'era un bel segno nero e c'erano macchie gialle negli spigoli del lavabo ad incasso di forma rettangolare) e la doccia, ma c'è polvere ovunque sia nella camera che in bagno. Polvere sugli interruttori e prese (neri, per cui si vede benissimo), polvere sugli accessori bagno, compreso il secondo porta rotolo (neri anche quelli), polvere sui battiscopa, polvere negli angoli della stanza, polveri sugli arredi meno usati, polvere sul lampadario (bellissimo, eh... ma impolverato), polvere sulle griglie del climatizzatore, etc. etc. Il bagno è tutto nero/grigio scuro. L'illuminazione andrebbe migliorata, ci si vede a malapena anche regolando il dimmer al massimo.

Molt ben situat. Edifici singular. Bona atenció al client. Dos restaurants. Spa gratuït.

A les habitacions falta llum. El llums elèctrics no il·luminen gens i el bany està gairebé a les fosques. Entenem que simula la vida monacal, però és una mica exagerat.

Hotel Sporchissimo!Se solo si potesse dare Zero stelle lo meriterebbe tutto!! A prima vista esteticamente bello, Appena vi assegnano le camere però cambia tutto. Prenotato per 2 adulti e 1 bambino 8 anni. Ci hanno dato una camera solo con il matrimoniale fatto, divano letto non impostato per dormire pur avendo pagato per 3 !!! La camera era sporchissima, pavimento sporco , tutte le superfici polverose, il bagno sporco, caffettiere e prodotti semi usati e datati. Abbiamo segnalato tutto, vi fanno solo finte faccine simpatiche e gentili sopratutto la ragazza alla reception di nome E. , coerenza 0!! promesse che provvedono Subito a sistemare tutto ma nulla di tutto ciò. Come scusa vi dicono che sono al completo e non vi possono cambiare la camera. Non abbiamo mai visto un via vai di persone in 2notti di pernottamento. Quindi solo scuse poco plausibili. Il parcheggio è a pagamento e poco chiaro tramite indicazioni dove andare per il p1 Ho letto le recensioni negative, con la speranza che non fossero vere e ho prenotaro lo stessoXe invece purtroppo tutto si è materializzato sotto i nostri occhi. Peccato perche esteticamente avrebbe tanta potenzialità, ma lurida e sporca. Livello da motel. Evitare assolutamente. Ce di meglio nei paraggi.

Prachtige locatie midden in het centrum met betaalbare en veilige parkeergelegenheid.

Het is er vies. Lagen stof overal, kruimels op de stoel van de vorige gast, vieze gangen. Dit was de tweede keer dat wij dit hotel bezochten, de vorige keer was het nog viezer dus er wordt vooruitgang geboekt maar echt niet genoeg. Het was wel fijn dat we nu door de ramen konden kijken. Voor de badkamer adviseren we een bouwlamp mee te nemen want deze is aardedonker met het licht aan. Dus of die schoon was kan ik helaas niet beoordelen.

A lovely hotel in a converted monastery with all the original decor! Was amazing with some modern twists. Staff were really friendly and let us check in, lovely glass of complimentary Prosecco each and use of the sauna and steam was amazing! Beds super comfy and location bang on. Parking was easy.

The room was basics clean but a lot of dust and floor wasn’t clean, however all linen was! Could do with a freshen up in the rooms.

Close to the central train station and therefore the center of Eindhoven

I have to say that even though they have bigger rooms, the "monastery mistery" room didn't have the right feel, very small space to open luggage properly or sort clothes, only a hat rack type style at the entrance. Dark tiles in the bathroom again doesn't give off a good vibe, the room was also dusty and the central a/c cannot be switched off (it only switches off itself sometime from 9pm to the morning). The only way to switch it off completely is to take out the room key which automatically switches off everything. Very very small refrigerator, you can keep..2-3 water bottles upright and that's about it. The coffee/kettle machine was very used and looked or/and was dirty, calcarous/stained. The drainage of the shower is not at all good, you have to constantly monitor it and even if you close it while lathering, you have to monitor it once rinsing because it can at a blink of an eye start to flow out of the shower, apart from that great water pressure, maybe too great considering the drainage not being so good or the bottom of the door not having a stopper. The hotel seems huge and going to room 260 took a while, you open 2-3 doors on the hallway to get there. They could place more signs along the way because it's very easy for a few seconds to not remember or know if you need to take a right or a left or hey there's the elevator. God forbid of an emergency, I would label the storage rooms and point to the exits/lobby a little better. The reception is huge huge but the room we stayed in was very very small, it's good we just needed it for 2 days, otherwise if you are there for a week or so...take my advice and spring for a bigger room, much bigger. The price paid vs the facilities...not worth it. We stayed in Amsterdam for almost half the price in a much bigger room with a kitchenette, closet, table and 2 chairs, big windows. Thank you!

Comfortable and affordable room with TV.

The shower drain was clogged and the shower door had space underneath. This resulted in a flooded shower and partially the hallway as well after just a 10 min shower. This happened around 1 am after I came back exhausted from an event. When I reported it at reception, I was just given a bucket and a small mop to deal with it myself. Not what I expected after a long and exhausting day, especially since the clogged drain was not my fault.

Comfortabel beds, little corner for coffee and tea (and provided). Great location, right in the center and the private parking was excellent on site!

The facilities in the room were clean and neat, however, under the bedside table and on the wooden coverings on the walls, was quite a layer of dust. Not one that happens over 1 night. A bit more attention there and I’d give the room a 10!

The room we were given had a stunning view. The hotel is in a perfect location: close to the downtown but far from the noise of the main streets. There is a SPA which can be booked for an hour each day and for exclusive use - this service is great for travelers who wish to enjoy a full hour of relax without the need to share that moment with other guests. Gym on site. Restaurant is also good with prices in line with what is offered outside, but very chill and with excellent service. Elisa has been amazing, and definitely the reason why we would choose this hotel again and again: her positive attitude, smile, professionalism, willingness to provide solutions and support at all times are exemplary. Our stay would never be the same without her advice and assistance.

Cleaning service needs improvement: common areas are overall very clean but the daily room service is not at the level we expected. SPA is nice and with little effort it would be possible to even make it nicer by having a small hydro-massage bathtub built. Bike service doesn’t take into account travellers with small children as the hotel didn’t have baby seats available - we had to look for bikes elsewhere.

Het was een mooie locatie, kerkelijke elementen. De kamer was prima in orde: bed lag goed (auping) voorzien van een zacht en harder kussen, goedwerkende airco, koffie en thee, mooi interieur. Het ontbijt was niet groot maar was voorzien van nodige en was lekker. Vriendelijke werknemers.

Zum Frühstück werden die Tische leider nicht abgeräumt und sind auch nicht sauber. Währenddessen hat das betreuende Personal selbst gefrühstückt oder ist im Innenhof verschwunden.

Le sol de la chambre n'était pas propre. Nous avions eu la confirmation de la réservation d'une place de parking. Aucune indication préalable nous a été communiquées pour trouver l'entrée du parking. A notre arrivée, nous avons dû aller à la réception pour obtenir cette information et il nous a été précisé que le parking n'avait pas été réservé car il n'avait pas été payé. Lorsque la confirmation de la réservation du parking nous a été communiquées, il ne nous a pas été demandé de payer le parking. Heureusement, nous avons pu nous garer dans un autre parking à proximité de l'hôtel. Ce n'est pas grave mais ça peut être un élément à améliorer

We received a very warm welcome; the hotel is in a great location, and the building is genuinely historic. We especially enjoyed our time on the courtyard terrace, where the service was charming. We slept very well because our room led to the courtyard mentioned before.

Apart from the bed, there wasn't much space left in the room, so I found it a little hard to handle our (small) luggage.

Tenia varias cosas que fallaban. La luz del baño, el lavabo no desaguaba bien. El polvo se veía en toda la habitación. Teníamos una cama para mi hijo, se nos cayó algo y cuando fuimos a cogerlo , el suelo estaba lleno de pelusas.

Lovely new hotel but felt like it wasnt fully complete. Lights were too dull. Bathroom too dark. Corridors were very "prison like" and too long. Nit enough plug sockets in the rooms.

De locatie is gunstig en personeel vriendelijk. En je kon een appeltje meenemen voor onderweg.

Op de site werd beschreven dat bijna alle gasten in bijzondere kamers terecht komen die doen terugdenken aan het klooster. Dat was bij ons niet het geval. Gewoon standaard hotel kamer, niets bijzonders. Daarbij lag er flink wat stof en lag er nog troepjes op de grond bij binnenkomst.

Netjes, schoon, kamer groot zat, comfortabel bed en heerlijke douche. Redelijk goedkoop parkeren, helemaal voor midden in het centrum.

Het was veel te koud in het gebouw. Het verschil temeratuursverschil tussen buiten en binnen was veel te groot. Op de kamer ook moeilijk of niet in te stellen.

Ontbijt redelijk maar wel duur

Voormalige kloostercellen zijn veel te klein om als hotelkamer te verhuren. Er is geen ruimte voor een stoel, niet voor een tafel, niet voor een kast. Koffers en tassen moeten onder het bed worden weggemoffeld. Met een teveel aan beddengoed kan je nergens heen. Als je je pyama aantrekt kan je met je kleding nergens naar toe.

Sommige hoofdkussens waren erg hoog, dit bleken de nieuwe kussens te zijn. Heb hier nekpijn van overgehouden. MAAR.....personeel ging de volgende dag direct op zoek naar een 'oud' kussen en die was wel comfortabel. Nu, 3 dagen later, alleen nog herstellen van die 1ste nacht. Ramen konden niet open want er zaten voorzetramen voor.

Wat een prachtig en niet alledaags hotel, heerlijk dat er ook een wellness gedeelte aanwezig is, heel proper, rustig en toch centraal gelegen, parking was wel wat moeilijk, maar net aan de overkant een ondergronds en bovengrondse parking met genoeg laadpunten voor onze wagen! Wij komen zeker nog terug! ❤️
