Ons verblijf bij WestCord Eindhoven was geweldig! Goed ontvangen door vriendelijke host. De kamer was fantastisch en had alles wat je nodig had. Het bed lag ook heerlijk! Eerstvolgende keer dat ik in Eindhoven ben zal ik hier absoluut weer verblijven!

De hygiëne, koelkast was kapot, bubbelbad niet veilig

Ontvangst en uitstraling is mooi. Het is de oude philips fabriek en de kamer hebben een rustige maar industriele look. Zeer verrast hoe mooie badkamer en kamer het is. Heerlijk geslapen en goed ontbijt. Ook echt in 1 minuut in de grote winkelstraat.

parkeersituatie is erg beperkt. bij aankomst was hun eigen garage al vol. Er was een kortings code voor de qpark tegenover maar die waren uitverkocht. voor 26 euro afgetikt in q-park. Misschien kunnen ze nog wat beter afspraken maken met q-park.

Wij hadden de spa kamer! Was precies zoals op de foto’s, heerlijke jacuzzi en een mooie badkamer.

Ik vond het ontbijt erg prijzig.

Bubbelbad werkte niet, was gewoon een bak met water. Na melden bij receptie was het te laat voor ze

Frühstück war leider viel zu teuer, für das dass es ein normales Buffetfrühstück war. 25€ pro Person.

Wir hatten ein Wellnesszimmer mit Whirlpool gebucht, bei dem es keine Möglichkeit gab die Fenster wegen der Feuchtigkeit zu lüften.

Room 349 - daughter had to stay for a week whilst she settled into University. It was a comfortable experience considering she had moved away from home abroad for first time.

Das Personal im ganzen Haus war etwas distanziert, man hatte irgendwie immer das Gefühl zu stören

A tisztaság nem egy 4 csillagnak megfelelő. A tiszaság sem. A felszereltség sem. A kád túl nagy és magas. A kapszulás kávéfőzőhöz 6 kapszula volt de csak 2 kicsi zacskó cukor. Az 1 kávéhoz elegendő de mi ketten voltun. Az erkély használhatatlan volt. Be esett az eső, állt a víz az erkélyen,a székeket nem törölték le. Ruhásszekrény nem volt csak fogasok. Amik magadan és fixen voltak felrakva. Ha nem 170 magas valaki, esélye sincs rá pakolni.

Location is absolutely great. It’s quiet but just steps away from centrum. Room is very spacious, you could probably open 4 suitcases and still comfortably walk around. Hair dryer is small but powerful enough. Room was clean and had a nice scent when I arrived.

Bed and pillows are too soft for my liking. Bathroom silicone has mold. The room was initially hard to find. The room has some kind of rambling noise, hard to ignore even with earplugs.

Mums turbūt pasisekė ir gavome atnaujintą numerį, kuris buvo labai erdvus, su vaizdu į miestą. Tikrai geras viešbutis, puikūs pusryčiai. Labai rekomenduoju.

Patekti į spa zoną buvo tikras iššūkis, reikia eiti į visai kitą pastatą. Pati SPA zona nedidelė, taip ir nepasinaudojau.

Personeel bij de receptie onvriendelijk en traag. De incheck vraagt blijkbaar veel tijd, want daar hebben we erg lang moeten wachten. En online wordt er voor de incheck vele irrelevante vragen gesteld. Beddengoed rook muf, niet fris.

Location of the bed

The location is excellent, and the overall idea of the hotel is great. The reception area is beautiful. Some of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the reservations team was fantastic- very fast with their replies. The chef at the restaurant was exceptionally friendly and willing to go the extra mile. He even went to the storage area to double‑check that the sausages were definitely gluten‑free, as we were travelling with a child who has coeliac disease. Breakfast is excellent, but please note that we were not informed at check‑in that the €22 rate only applies when booked in advance- if you decide to purchase it on the day, it costs €25 p/p The spa area was very clean and quiet; definitely worth a visit. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are great, and the bedding is of very high quality. Food at the restaurant was good, but slightly overpriced.

Some of the reception staff had no idea what they were doing, some evenings one of them was sitting on the couch scrolling on his phone while we were standing at the desk waiting for attention. We arrived a bit early and asked if we could leave our suitcases before check‑in, also mentioning that one of the bags contained medication. When we came back to collect our luggage, the bags had been taken to the luggage room and were apparently just thrown in- one of the containers was completely damaged, and special food was scattered all over the bag. We were lucky that not much of the medication was affected. I ended up washing the bag and cleaning everything inside tge bag. The bathroom in the room was not properly cleaned and looked a bit tired. There was no bathrobe in the room and no slippers provided. We also mentioned in our booking that we were coming to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, but there was no acknowledgement of this- neither a quick word at the reception or even a small card in the room. We were staying on the 5th floor, but to reach the room you need to take one elevator to the 3rd floor, walk all the way to the end, and then take a second elevator up to the 5th floor. It’s quite inconvenient. The bar staff were not friendly, seemed lazy, and didn’t appear to care about their customers. I’m not sure if it was due to long shifts or simply their attitude, but a smile doesn’t hurt anyone. You can be sitting right in front of them waiting to be served while they chat among themselves or entertain a friend who keeps them busy.

Habitación muy amplia en un hotel funcional en edificio singular. Muy buena ubicación: al lado de la parada del bus al areopuerto y muy cerca de la estación de tren. Cerca del centro, el museo Phillips y el estadio del PSV.

Ik had het feestpakket erbij te gepakt om een vriendin te verrassen voor haar verjaardag, dit kostte 17,50 euro. Zou slingers , ballonnen en een kaartje bevatten maar er hongen 2 trosjes van 3 ballonnen.. dit was een ontzettende domper. Dit direct aangegeven en gezegd dat we weg gingen en later terug kwamen maar hier was verder niks mee gedaan

Room was very clean and comfortable, central location next to everything you may need in town in walking distance, nice city view from the room, good facilities of the hotel, nice place to sit at the lobby.

Noticed one suspicious probably homeless guy (given his dirty rugs clothing, drunk like walking, he did not go into any room just walking around the corridor) in one of the floors one morning...do not know for sure if he was but looked suspicious. Nothing happened but it is the first time after many visits that we see this situation in this hotel. Usually very good environment. Probably he came up via the stairs since elevator asks for hotel card. The planned change of rooms during our stay delayed too much. Evacuated the old room before checkout time and waited for approximately 1.5h to go to the new room. Eventually issue was solved but we paid the room for the whole day not part of it. Not a deal breaker but small things make the difference.

Staff were all brilliant and excellent English speakers. The hotel was clean and in an excellent location.

Aušējie stūri pie griestiem netīrīti, laikam grūti piekļūt. Ļoti slikta skaņas izolācija toaletes durvīm . Ilga iešana un 2 lifti ,lai tiktu uz numuriņu . Nevarēja saprast vai kondicionieris strādā . Nedaudz padārga autostāvvieta, bet tā laikam ir kopēja Eindhovenas specifika.

Tips; Stopcontact aan beide zijden van bed, schapje/afzetruimte douche, beide zijden van bed een nachtkastje/plankje. Drukte bij ontbijt op zondag was niet bij te benen voor het (zeer vriendelijke) personeel. En dan wel erg lang in de rij voor een kop koffie doordat 1 apparaat kapot was(?). Toch jammer

Resepsiyonda duran ve temizlik personeli olarak çalışan elemanlar arasında bütünlük yok kimi güleryüzlü ilgili çözümsel ama kimi tam tersi..Otel büyük koridorlar uzun ve maalesef halılar vs çok kirli..Temizlik anlayışı iyi değil.Biz suitte kaldık ve 5 günde bir temizlik olacak dediler ve 6. Gün zar zor biri geldi.Her gün temizlikçi bir personeli bulmaya çalışıp temiz havlu wc kağıdı vs almaya çalıştık hoş değildi..Tekrar gelip kalırmıyım sanmıyorum başka bir otel deneyimlemek isterdim..Otel yönetiminin temizlik konusuna eğilmesi ve personelin resepsiyonda dahil ortal bir tavırla çalışmasını sağlamasını dilerim..

A very good hotel with high quality facilities. Clean and spacious room. Great view from our room to the city so ideal coffee spot in the room. Everything in the city is walking distance away.

Pillows were a bit too harsh to sleep but it is a preference issue. Not a deal breaker for us.

Letto soffice come una nuvola, bellissima camera, molto spaziosa, presenti nella tripla sia doccia che vasca. Bagno fornito di shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Posizione a pochi min a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Eindhoven. Possibilitià di lasciare prima i bagagli.

Sottraggono la cifra da pagare prima sulla carta (pur selezionando il pagamento in struttura) e poi ti fanno anche pagare in struttura. La parte di “cauzione” (che comunque non era stata specificata) viene restitutita entro due giorni lavorativi dal check-out. Altra cosa che lascia a desiderare, essendo l’hotel composto da due strutture, diversi corridoi e due diversi ascensori da prendere per arrivare in camera: non proprio intuitivo.

We hebben een gratis upgrade gekregen. Mijn vriend was jarig, dus als verassing voor hem had ik dit geregeld. Hierbij had ik gevraagd om versiering. Daarnaast hebben zij dus ook nog een kamer upgrade gegeven, hoe attent.

As someone who travels to Eindhoven every month, I've stayed in quite a few hotels over the years. WestCord remains my favourite because the beds and pillows are by far the most comfortable of any hotel I've tried. It's one of the main reasons I keep returning.

Great location, great layout and design. Staff are ace.

It wasn't easy to find your way in the building. You constantly stumble over guests giving eachother instructions. In my room I really missed a place to place my luggage on. So now it constantly went on the bed, off the bed and so on. The TV in the room was nice but no way to cast from your phone or log into streaming service. That is something I've gotten used to from other hotels.

De locatie was heel fijn in het centrum van Eindhoven. De kamer was erg ruim en had zelfs een klein keukentje met magnetron.

Wij verbleven 2 nachten, waarin NIET werd schoongemaakt. Hierdoor geen schone handoeken en nieuwe koffie gekregen. Bed zelf is comfortabel, je krijgt er alleen 2 superzachte kussens bij. Parkeren is goedkoper aan de overkant bij q park. Ontbijt is overpriced.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise, und haben dieses Hotel dafür sehr gut gefunden… Die Lage und die Ausstattung ist gut.

Kamergrootte is prima. Bedden en topper liggen heerlijk. Kamer is goed verduisterend. Wat ontbreekt zijn extra haakjes om een 2e handdoek op te hangen en een vergroot spiegel voor mensen die zich zonder bril willen/moeten opmaken.

La spa, il personale abbastanza accogliente, la grandezza della camera e la posizione vicina sia al centro sia alla stazione dei treni.

Il percorso un po' strano per arrivare al piano della nostra camera, la polvere presente sui comodini e il bollitore della camera, il fatto che il phon fosse rotto ed il fatto che il letto matrimoniale fossero due letti singoli messi vicini con coperte singole.

De ontvangst bij de check-in was vriendelijk en de kamer was ruim. Het kingsize bed lag prima en het bubbelbad was fijn, al waren de bubbels helaas erg zacht, waardoor het niet echt als een jacuzzi aanvoelde. De tv had voldoende zenders, maar helaas was draadloos verbinden met een smartphone niet mogelijk. Daardoor konden we geen Netflix of YouTube streamen zonder een HDMI-kabel. Voor een moderne hotelkamer zou draadloos streamen zeker een mooie verbetering zijn.

Helaas was de kamer behoorlijk gehorig. We konden mensen buiten horen praten en hoorden regelmatig deuren hard dichtvallen, waardoor we meerdere keren wakker werden. Het ontbijt viel tegen. Het roerei smaakte bitter en metaalachtig en was voor ons niet eetbaar.

La localisation était parfaite. Nous avons tout fait à pieds. Nous étions garés dans un parking payant souterrain (52€ pour les deux jours) La taille de la chambre pour trois personnes était parfaite

Le ménage (en l’occurrence la poussière) était très mal fait. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et plus de 360€ pour deux nuits sans petits déjeuners c’est la douche froide. Je l’ai signalé mais le strict minimum a été fait. C’est vraiment dommage car c’est pour moi vraiment le genre de choses qui fait que je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel

Otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Merkezde olması tren istasyonu ve çarşıya yakın olması çok işimize yaradı. Otelin girişindeki görevliler güleryüzlüydü. Genellikle çok yardımcı oldular. Odanın büyüklüğü çok iyiydi. Ferah olması iyiydi. Odada espresso makinesi vardı. Su yoktu çünkü çeşmeden içiliyor. Banyoda sıvı sabun, şampuan, vücut losyonu vardı.

Odaya girdiğimizde banyo terliği yoktu. İstedik hemen getirdiler. Fakat getiren çalışan biraz kabaydı. (Diğer günlerdeki çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü.) Çıktığımızda oda düzenleniyor fakat pek temizlik yapılmıyordu sanırım. Bir de gece 1 de dışardan gelmek zorunda kaldık giriş kapısı kapalıydı.

De drie persoonskamer was niet de ervaring die we anders hebben bij WestCord Hotel Eindhoven.

Het was er warm en in de badkamer zijn toch wel een aantal zaken die moeten gebeuren. Vieze kitranden, tegels die kraken, water liep slecht weg in de douche. De prijs t.o.v. de kamer was qua ervaring, aan de hoge kant.....

Met uitrijden parkeerplaats deed het ticket het niet. Wel parkeergeld 22 euro voor betaald. Dus wij bellen naar receptie hotel. Moesten we weer terugkomen naar het hotel. Dus auto weer 1 verdieping lager parkeren om nieuw ticket te halen. Ze konden v afstand ook poort openmaken maar deden ze niet. Heel frustrerend en niet meegedacht.

Really handy spot- easy walk to the city centre, PSV Stadium, and the train station. Bus stops nearby if you don't feel like walking. Big comfy beds and a clean room.

Mancava un po di scelta vegan a colazione , per 22 euro mi aspettavo delle brioche vegan, e anche la parte salata mancava uno spalmabile tipo crema di mandorle o hummus o guacomole, niente affettato plant based ne niente di dolce , solo (per fortuna) yogurt di soja e soia drink e mandorla, ok frutta e marmellata e pane , insomma possiamo migliorare 🙏

Het liep al mis op voorhand toen ik na het boeken van de kamer onmiddellijk vroeg of men kon een tafel in een restaurant in Eindhoven kon reserveren. Dat behoorde niet tot hun taken. Eenmaal toegekomen was de ontvangst koel en de dame aan de receptie was ongeïnteresseerd. Ze vertelde dat onze kamer op het gelijkvloers lag. Wel moesten we eerst naar de derde verdieping, een gang doorlopen en een lift zoeken die ons terug naar de benedenverdieping zou brengen. We hadden toen nog niet door dat onze kamer in een ander gebouw lag. De kamer was ongezellig en slordig ingericht. Heel teleurstellend. We gaven het nog een kans. Toen we de volgende dag na een bezoek aan de stad ‘s avonds terug in het hotel aankwamen bleek de lift niet te werken. We moesten via een ander gebouw onze kamer die buiten het hoofdgebouw lag, proberen te bereiken. Eenmaal in onze kamer toegekomen, bleek onze kamer niet schoongemaakt te zijn. Bed niet opgemaakt en geen verse handdoeken. Dan dachten we het bubbelbad te gebruiken. De sproeikoppen werkten niet, ze vlogen in het rond waarbij ik kwetsuren opliep. Na het melden van al deze klachten aan de man aan de receptie, stelde de man voor mij een drankje aan te bieden. Toen ik meldde dat de klachten toch wel serieus waren, excuseerde hij zich en beloofde hij mij dezelfde dag nog een mail te zullen sturen met een voorstel tot vergoeding. De man bevestigde eveneens op de hoogte te zijn van de problemen van de kamers die niet in het hoofdgebouw gelegen waren. Intussen zijn we drie weken verder en wacht ik nog steeds op de e-mail …

Det ligger centralt. Gode senge. Store værelser og god bruser, der leverede meget vand.

Ventilation til affugtning larmede og kørte hele natten. Rengøring kunne være bedre. Der lå en gammel sok i reolen. Der var mug i brusekabinen ( i gummifugen). Hotellet så nyt og flot ud udefra, men indenfor var det gammelt og slidt. Det krævede en lang gåtur, flere elevatorskift, for at kunne komme til vores værelser på 1 etage og i stueetagen. Det var nødvendigt at gå igennem tredje etage, der så mørk og uhyggelig ud med beskidte gulvtæpper.

My son and I stayed 1 night in Westcord Eindhoven on 17 July and the experience was great: the rooms are very spacious, with all amenities you can think of. Location is perfect, right in the city centre. When we checked in (and out), we had an amazing Indian lady who provided us with all details, and much more, in a genuine and super-friendly manner. You could tell she thrives in hospitality and we just loved her energy and enthusiasm!

Top locatie, super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personseel. Mooie ruime en rustige kamers. Wij zijn in heel veel hotels geweest maar dit is kwa prijs kwaliteit (onze mening) toch echt wel het beste hotel.

De kamer was schoon maar hier en daar toch wat spinnenrag en vlekken op de meubels. Verder geen probleem voor ons.

We were in the old part of the hotel, expected the room to be cleaner visible dust en spots. Not enough light in the bathroom and at the entrance at the mirror.

The location was very good and the room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. And everything was sleek and clean.

The hotel is very modern, and the room was comfortable. The shower and bathroom were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The wellness area is also very nice. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, and contrary to other reviews, it wasn't as crowded as I expected, even though we visited in July.

Our check-in experience was very uncomfortable. The reception staff insisted that we pay the entire amount of the reservation again, despite our having already paid through Booking.com. They explained that this was part of the hotel’s Terms and Conditions, but it sounded suspicious (scam) to us. After more than 30 minutes at the reception, we decided to take the risk and trust that they would refund us the money 24 hours after we checked out. This practice is not common in European hotels. I recommend that the hotel inform guests about this policy before their arrival and consider requesting a deposit or providing a clearer explanation.

Eigenlijk alles. Hele mooie kamer, attent personeel, prima ontbijt met ruime tijdspanne (in het weekend tot 11.30 uur!), centraal gelegen. Voor de prijs die ik moest betalen was de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding heel goed!

Personalet på hotellet var ikke imøtekommende. Det var vanskelig å finne parkeringen, så vi endte opp med å parkerere i et parkeringshus i nærheten. Personalet var ikke interessert i at vi skulle stå i hotellgarasjen og sa der vi stod nå kostet omtrent det samme.. så vi skulle bare bli der. Det var langt å frakte bagasjen, så anbefaler andre å kjøre inn ved hovedinngangen og lesse av bagasje og få tilgang på hotellets parkeringsgarasje med en gang. Det var også mugg i taket på badet.

The wardrobe was super small

I’ve stayed at this hotel four times now, and on our latest visit it completely exceeded expectations. The newly refurbished room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed. We loved the balcony, the double sinks, and the separate dressing area with two mirrors including a full-length mirror and excellent lighting, which is surprisingly rare in hotels! The beds and pillows were also incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help. The WhatsApp service was especially convenient for asking questions, getting recommendations, and arranging a late check-out. The bar also deserves a mention, with an excellent selection of food and drinks that we thoroughly enjoyed. A faultless stay in every way. We can’t wait to return next year!

Every part of this hotel feels premium and welcoming - couldn’t have been happier with the stay, the staff were also just as accommodating, I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m next in Eindhoven.
