Es gibt keine Rezeption, so wie man es kennt. Es gibtbim Eingang einen Bereich mit Tablets, man muss selbst einchecken. Allerdings ist Personal da, das jederzeit gerne hilft

Hotel situato nelle immediate vicinanze della stazione che risulta molto comoda per gli spostamenti sia in treno che per i bus da e verso l'aeroporto. Abbiamo soggiornato al 24esimo (e ultimi piano) con una bella vista che consiglio. Buona colazione con scelte di dolce e salato. Possibilità di fare waffel espressi e con smoothie e succhi freschi. I ragazzi sono tutti giovani e gentili pronti a dare consigli. C'è il servizio di deposito bagagli.

badkamer was heel klein. Doucheputje liep niet af waardoor je met je voeten in het water stond, ook bij de wastafel.

Heerlijk bed ontbijt en ligging naast station

Temperatuur regelen wat lastig raam open zou beter zijn maar op zaterdag niet aan te raden ivm lawaai.

We stayed at the Social Hub for 6 nights and were thoroughly satisfied. The location is fantastic and the amenities are wonderful. We will surely be coming back.

The lifts were a long wait. As it is, the three lifts were not adequate during peak hours. To make it worse the third lift was frequently out of service during our stay.

Large, comfortable room, Good breakfast with perfect waffles, although there were no fried eggs. Excellent location, just 2 minutes from restaurants, clothes shops, and department stores. Additionally, they have a washing machine, dryer, and iron on the 2nd floor available for guest use. There's also a pool table, ping pong, and foosball!

No mini-fridge in the room. Plus, the wait for the elevator takes a long time...

The bathroom is dark and has incorrect floor slopes. Water from the shower spreads across the entire bathroom. The lighting is inadequate.

The cleaniness

VERY VERY noisy, there was a party that went on all night and the reception could not help us in accomodating to a different room.The staff seemed just very inexperienced and not very cooperative..They just said: sorry! Not tried to maybe move us to a different side, or into two rooms if they didn't have a family room. it was a disaster, you go to a hotel to sleep and rest, none of that!

Great location. Next to some of the best restaurants in the town. Walking distance to Central Station and TU/e. Apartment has good facilities. Good for 3 people. And a great host - Yetunde was very helpful.

Cleaning happened before we checked in and no cleaning until we checked out after 7 days.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience and I can't say anything good about it.

I'm sorry, but this was the worst hotel stay I've ever had, and I travel a lot. I checked in online as instructed in an email. Upon arrival, we found a man lying in bed in our room. After more than an hour, and it was already after 1 a.m., the staff finally explained the situation, and we were given an alternative room. In the morning, I received an apology and a drink voucher. Unfortunately, I don't drink alcohol, and certainly not at such an early hour. Another issue. The price on Booking.com for the reservation was €175, and the hotel issued me an invoice for €167.50. I wrote a request for clarification, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet.

Locatie is tegenover station, dus je bent al in de stad!

3 liften en meer dan 20 verdiepingen, dus je moest echt lang wachten tot je omhoog of omlaag kon! Simpele dingen als een bedlampje dat niet werkt en een stekkerdoos wat niet werkt zou niet moeten kunnen!

De kamer was niet schoon, er lagen afgeknipte nagels op de vloer en overal vetvlekken op de meubels en deuren.

Fijn personeel,,en verblijf.

Wat meer Kleur in de kamers zou leuk zijn. En wat betreft het douchen, een gesloten douche zou fijn zijn. Vrij snel vloer erg nat,water loopt zo de douche uit.

The rooms are very nice and the bed is one of the most comfortabel I’ve ever had in a hotel. This time unfortunatly the breakfast wasn‘t possible because of some power works close to the hotel. But we got a lovely room upgrade. Usually the breakfast is very lovely, rich and tasty

It was a bit difficult to get to the hotel from the station Eindhoven because of some big power working things, the walking pathes were close in a relatively wide range

Veruit de beste optie om met een grote groep op 2 weken voor de datum nog een verblijf te vinden aan een zeer goede prijs. Perfect gelegen voor een bezoek aan het centrum van Eindhoven met parkings vlakbij

Inchecken was via automatische kiosk, maar was voor niet iedereen even duidelijk hoe het werkte.

Je ziet personeel op tenen lopen, zoals schoonmaaksters. Ook dit is niet prettig om naar te kijken tijdens een verblijf. Niet omdat ze niet vriendelijk zijn, maar je ziet simpelweg de werkdruk met de hoeveelheid kamers is dat wellicht niet vreemd. Maar omstandigheden moeten ook voor hen Social zijn.

A szállás fiatalos és színvonalas, könnyű volt az ügyintézés, a szoba megfelelt annak, amit a képeken előre láttunk. Nagyon hangulatos volt a szoba berendezése is. Egy éjszakát töltöttünk ott, tökéletes volt minden szempontból.

La comodidad de la cama, muy buena. Bien insonorizado. La ubicación es excelente para moverte por la ciudad, las vistas geniales. La climatización bien, y la ducha correcta de tamaño.

A veces hay que esperar por el ascensor bastante, son muchas plantas para 2 ascensores, hay 3 pero uno estaba ocupado con trabajos hotel. No limpian la habitación cada día, reponen toallas y aguas, pero no hacen limpieza. Estuve 3 noches.

I'm disappointed to have to update my review negatively, but after extending our stay, several ongoing issues significantly affected our experience. The biggest issue was the inconsistency of housekeeping. During our extended stay, we were informed that rooms would be cleaned once a week. We stayed for eight days, yet our room was never cleaned. Prior to extending our stay, when we were booked as regular hotel guests, housekeeping also failed to return later in the day if our "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door, even though we were told they would. Instead, we repeatedly had to go to the front desk just to get fresh towels. More than half the time, basic amenities—including bottled water, tissues, and other essentials—were not replenished unless we specifically requested them. Having to constantly track down basic necessities made the extended stay far less convenient than expected. It also took 2–3 days to receive meaningful assistance regarding the construction noise, despite raising the issue early in our stay. Additionally, the kitchen was unexpectedly closed with very little notice, which was frustrating for guests relying on the hotel's facilities. One experience that stood out occurred during the fire alarm testing. I called the front desk to ask whether we needed to evacuate and was told that we did. My son and I walked down 22 flights of stairs, only to discover once we reached the lobby that evacuation wasn't actually necessary. That was exhausting, confusing, and completely avoidable with better communication. Another frustrating issue was that our final reservation was never properly linked to the hotel's app. Because of this, we couldn't access many of the features available to guests. Every time we wanted to do laundry, we had to call the front desk to manually activate a laundry session—assuming someone answered the phone. Since our reservation wasn't connected to the app, we also couldn't RSVP for hotel activities or events, one of the reasons we chose to stay here for an extended period. The elevators were also extremely slow, often requiring long waits throughout the day. Finally, the cleanliness of the room itself was disappointing. The mattress and bed linens frequently had small hairs on them, there were stains on some of the furniture, and it often felt as though surfaces had not been thoroughly wiped down. Individually, some of these issues might seem minor. However, over the course of an extended stay, they add up quickly. Guests staying for weeks shouldn't have to constantly chase down towels, basic supplies, laundry access, or answers to routine questions. There were positives. Some staff members were genuinely friendly, courteous, and helpful, while others made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by asking for assistance. Unfortunately, the repeated housekeeping issues, communication problems, app registration errors, construction disruptions, and lack of follow-through ultimately overshadowed the positive interactions. After several weeks here, I'm honestly looking forward to going home. I had hoped this would feel like a home away from home, but instead it became a stay filled with avoidable frustrations that could have been resolved with better communication, consistency, and attention to the guest experience.

Mieliśmy pokój na 24 piętrze bardzo ładny widok na miasto. Było bardzo cicho i spokojnie.

Pokój w którym byliśmy nie był najnowszej młodości. Było widać dziury w scianie za to wynagradzał widok z okna
