Le personnel était très gentil et accueillant. Serviable et disponible La localisation est top, en plein centre ville et à côté de tout (plages, food courts, restau etc)

Logement décevant. Je trouve que les photos sont un peu trompeuses. A part si vous prenez une chambre en face de la piscine, le reste de la guest house est assez vieux et vétuste, comme arrêté dans le temps. Même l'accueil fait un peu grand bazar. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, ce qui est très pénible, même pour les bagages. Toute la ville semble être en construction, donc niveau sommeil et confort c'est une catastrophe également. Impossible de dormir, même avec des boules quies puisque le logement et le sol tremblent en plus du bruit. Beaucoup de chiens errants dans les rues, ce qui devient dangereux si vous voulez marcher pour vous déplacer.

Das Bett und die Kopfkissen waren bequem

Das die Bettdecke keinen Bezug hatte und etwas ausgefranzt war. Aber sie scheint immerhin frisch gewaschen gewesen zu sein. Die Snacks im Zimmer waren abgelaufen und eingestaubt. Die Bilder im Internet sahen deutlich besser aus und gehörten zum hinteren Teil des Hauses. Wir waren im Vorderhaus untergebracht.

The staff were very friendly and helped us book our amazing tour. The pool was amazing and good shade to escape the mid day heat

The hotel was clean, front desk people were very good, nice big room, bathroom was big and hot water, had tooth pate , toothbrush, bath gel shampoo, had fridge with snacks to buy and a safe.

Pool was not very clean and beds were not thick and a little hard.

我不知道四人房跟兩人房的房間是分開的，不好照顧團員，之後都會訂在一起。

Mình ở phòng trên lầu hướng hồ bơi wifi khá yêu nên hầu như mình chỉ dùng 5G, bờ tường khi lên cầu thang bị thấm nước ẩm ướt nhìn ko sáng sủa lắm cần được chỉnh trang, tủ mát trong phòng bị rò rỉ nước ra sàn

The swimming pool area , spacious

They busy with construction on the main road and 5:30 - 6:00 they play very loud music, which woke us all up

Clean, comfortable and pleasant, helpful staff. The pool was great for cooling off and we were able to hire a scooter.

There was no shower booth and when showering water went all over the bathroom. Unfortunately there was major construction happening on the road when we stayed which was noisy.

Tôi thích tất cả từ không gian, nội thất, cách bài trí khoa học và hơn cả là sự sạch sẽ, chỉn chu, nhanh chóng của toàn bộ nhân viên. Tôi không nghĩ một Guest house lại có phong cách làm việc như một khách sạn 4 sao. Phòng sạch và mới hơn trong ảnh, ở đây tôi chỉ việc đi bộ đến các điểm ăn uống. Nơi ở có phục vụ nấu ăn sáng, giá cả hợp lý . Tôi thấy khách còn ăn trưa và tối ở đây. Bể bơi vô cùng sạch và nước ấm, có phục vụ đồ uống và khăn tắm tận nơi. Phòng tắm siêu mới và sạch, nội thất đẹp. Tôi nhất định sẽ quay lại nơi này.

This property was so stunning and beautiful. The pool was lovely and the rooms were well kept. Upon arrival we were actually offered a room upgrade, which we took and our room was spectacular. Everything worked and nothing went wrong during our stay

We loved our stay at Gia An Hung. The location was superb, near the beach and with many food options nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the pool was lovely! The staff were great with helping us organise our sand dunes tour, thank you!!

Vi havde det dejligste ophold her!! Personalet var intet mindre end fremragende. Der var en del larm fra gaden den første morgen, og personalet skrev med det samme til os og spurgte om vi ville rykke værelse til at værelse længere væk fra vejen - helt gratis. De lavede dejlig morgenmad, gode drinks og var super smilende. Da vi skulle hjem hjalp de os med at finde vores bus, da vi ikke selv kunne. Det var simpelthen top service! Vi var super glade og taknemmelige.

Các bạn nhân viên ở đây rất nhiệt tình các bạn ca sáng và ca chiều rất tiện nghi xung quanh cái gì cũng có không thiếu gì

Có lẽ là về cách âm cái đường đóng cửa có hơi bất tiện chú vị trí quá ok

The friendliness of the staff

The road before the apartment was being constructed, creating lots of dust

Property was stunning, bedroom overlooked the pool. Only a few minutes walk away from food market area. And few min walk to beach.

We had to ask for another duvet as it wasn’t big enough for 2 people

We absolutely loved it here. The rooms are very clean, the pool is lovely, the staff were brilliant, they are so helpful and kind.

No fault of the property, but there is a lot of regeneration work going on in Mui Ne at the moment, so it’s worth noting that before you stay here. It didn’t bother us too much though, it would be interesting to visit again in a few years and see the finished work!

Lễ tân chu đáo, anh chị chủ dễ thương, hỗ trợ khách. Chỗ nghỉ thoải mái như ở nhà, mình ngủ rất ngon. Khách sạn hỗ trợ cho mình gửi đồ khi chưa check-in và cho check-in sớm 2 tiếng không tính thêm phí.

Hồ bơi bị dơ, nước đục nên mình không thoải mái bơi ở đây. Vị trí hơi xa khu làng chài, đi xe mất khoảng 15 phút.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to assist. The large pool was cleaned daily. Breakfast was Huge and yummy. Would love to come back to this town and it's people with the Big Hearts.

We had such a great stay. Duyen on reception was so helpful and friendly, she helped up book a tour and also transport to Ho Chi Minh City. I couldn’t recommend enough, clean rooms and so close to the beach.

great location, close to the beach, beach clubs and good cafes/restaurants. the staff were also really friendly and helped us book our sleeper bus to the next destination! delicious breakfast which is cheap and good value for money. we didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked great. clean rooms and comfy beds, mattress is on the firmer side but i still got a good sleep and the pillows are by far the best pillows i’ve slept on in Asia! also, I read some reviews on here saying there’s noisy roadworks outside, but we didn’t hear anything and slept like babies. overall, amazing value for money and would definitely stay again.

Хорошее место за свои деньги. В номерах чисто, каждый день приносили полотенца и воду, через день убирались. Окна выходили не на дорогу, поэтому было тихо, кровати удобные. Также был чайник и мини-холодильник. Гестхаус был не полностью заселён, поэтому всегда были свободные лежаки в зоне бассейна - там было приятно и тенисто за счёт растительности. Приветливый персонал.

Вокруг шёл ремонт дороги, с чемоданами было не очень удобно - но это не вина геста. Также у них нет лифта, поэтому мой чемодан мы тащили вместе с 2 девушками с ресепшн.

The bed was super comfortable and close by the sea with 2 food courts for dinner

The main roads were having a lot of work done so got woken up several times around 7am. Not the hotels fault but maybe stay out of town if you want something quiet
