Geweldig mooie locatie met waanzinnig zwembad direct aan het mooie strand en super vriendelijk personeel.

Strand hier is heel mooi schoon , sommige naast liggende accommodaties hebben wel veel troep wat iets doet met uitstraling van deze kuststrook en opties voor een strandwandeling.

The hotel complex is beautifully landscaped and we especially liked the swimming pool.

Although staff do their best to keep the beach clean, the sea water is full off rubbish (like the rest of the coast near there - the local "fishing village" is sad to see) and so swimming in it was not an option. One of the days we were staying there was also a very loud 'team building' event going on which meant we didn't want to swim in the pool either. We were given complimentary spa treatment vouchers as compensation but I don't think it's fair to schedule events like this when guests are staying. After all, compared to alternatives this hotel is not cheap.

Accueil de temps à autres des groupes pour des séminaires qui rendent l’hôtel bruyant (musique et personnes dans les couloirs qui hurlent)

Bon accueil. Bon emplacement au calme, éloigné du centre, piscine sympathique, grand logement propre.

Literie très dure, matelas posé sur une planche, pas de lattes. Petit-déjeuner pas adapté aux occidentaux.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het hotel heeft een goede locatie aan het strand (bewaakt) en een heerlijk zwembad. Ms An heeft ons onwijs fijn geholpen tijdens ons verblijf.

Als het regent is er op het resort en in de omgeving niet veel te doen.

Everything was great

This is an outstanding resort! We stayed for two nights in a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with an enormous balcony with very comfortable lounge chairs, with a view of the beach/ocean. We lucked out because it didn't rain at all. They have a private beach area with hammocks and lounge chairs, and a beach restaurant where we had dinner both nights because the food was that good! Breakfast buffet was OK. I don't eat most foods but they still had enough choices for my diet. We used the free bikes to explore the coastal area.A very lovely property that feels very tropical. I give this resort five stars!

Nice pool, staff were very friendly.

The bathroom needs to be redone, the silicon in our shower was full of mould. The breakfast was predominantly catered to the Vietnamese guests, there was a variety however it did get boring fast. The hotel seemed to be full of Vietnamese tour groups. Breakfast was very hectic. Not the properties fault, however just note a lot of the street down this end is under construction, this was one of the last few properties before the entire street is under construction. If we knew, we would stay further up the street.

För mycket vågor så vi kunde inte bada i havet en enda gång. Wifi var ur funktion hela vistelsen. Dyrt att äta på hotellet, men gick man precis utanför var det 1/3 del av priset.

We loved this resort! We had a family celebration and stayed for three nights. Our group included an eleven year old and a thirteen year old and adults in their 30s to early 70s. The family lived in the fabulous pool, the shady beachside lounging chairs and the restaurant and hardly left the resort. My partner and I had a bungalow and all the family loved their rooms. I also loved the early and extensive buffet breakfast and other members of the group spoke very highly of the poolside cocktails! The staff are beyond amazing!! Thank you all for a beautiful stay.

Tolles Hotel mit Strand.Allerdings zu wenig Liegen am Pool.Die Liegen am Strand bräuchten eine bessere Auflage.Frühstück sollte mehr Abwechslung haben.Auswahl war aber reichlich und wurde immer nachgefüllt.Allerdings sehr europäisch.Gäste sollten die vietnamesische Küche mehr annehmen

Strand leider immer wieder vermüllt. Liegt nicht am Hotel. Ist aber sehr unschön und ins Meer zu gehen und zwischen Plastik zu schwimmen macht keinen Spaß

Отель Hoang Ngoc Beach Resort очень впечатлил. Очень популярен у гостей. Зарезервированный пляжный бунгало очень порадовал. Комната очень просторная, уютная, не оставляет никаких пожеланий. Уборка проводится регулярно, все всегда пополняется до мелочей. Маленькая приватная терасса с уютными мягкими лигами и столиком, приглашающая прилечь и насладиться чаем и расслабиться. Территория небольшая, но очень ухоженная. Садовые работы ведутся постоянно. Хоть на фото Webseite и красуется водопад в бассейне, но по существу его не удалось ни разу лицезреть. Не включался ни разу, в отличие от джакузи- бассейна, включался сразу же, как туда заходили. Завтраки были так себе. Слава богу, яишенка и бутерброды выручали всегда. Но рёбрышки или тушеное мясо утром?! Или салат-лего, по типу «собери сам»? Хвала, конечно, фруктам и сокам! Хотя, конечно, на вкус и цвет... Море, пляж не разочаровали. Море спокойнее, чем в центре Муйне. Пляж чистят, как и шезлонги. Всего в достатке, несмотря на приток гостей.

Vi boede der også for 2 år siden. Føler os godt tilpas allerede ved indtjekning, da de er meget søde i receptionen. Alt personale på resortet er meget venlige, smilende og hjælpsomme. Fantastisk morgenmad, stor dejlig pool, masser af drømmesenge ved stranden. Omgivelserne, haven er helt fantastisk, så flot og vedligeholdt. Gode restauranter, specielt fiskerestauranter i nærheden.

The room was a good size. We booked a room with a terrace/balcony on the ground floor with a view of the beach/sea. This could be seen beyond the exceptionally well kept gardens. Fantastic. We walked on the beach, took amazing photos of the sunsets, ate in the hotel restaurant most lunchtimes and twice for an evening meal overlooking the sea. Exceptionally located and good, well priced food. There is a local bus which stops right outside the hotel and runs in either directions for miles. We loved this!

The mattresses were not very comfortable and after the first day we brought this to the attention of the service manager who organised mattress toppers. Fantastic!

Đã ở Hoàng Ngọc rất nhiều lần nhưng lần này trải nghiệm cực kì tệ. Bộ phận bán phòng tư vấn không rõ ràng, lễ tân trực thì không nắm thông tin. Cảm giác 2 bên không có sự thông nhất làm việc với nhau dẫn đến phiền phức cho khách. Lần gần nhất m đi là sau tết, m gọi đặt phòng thì lễ tân báo gọi sale. Sale thì nhắn tin gọi điện cả ngày ko ai trả lời. M lên các trang booking đặt thì huỷ booking của m rồi nâng giá (m đặt lại mấy lần vẫn huỷ và nâng giá tiếp tục). Cuối cùng m đặt booking thì đc xác nhận. Nhưng m sợ thông tin chưa chắc chắn nên gọi xác nhận thì lễ tân kêu k biết ko check được??? Lại kêu gọi sale trong khi sale m nt gọi điện cả ngày có đc đâu. M phải nhờ lễ tân gọi báo sale nhận máy dùm mấy lần mới liên lạc đc. Lúc liên hệ được thì m có hỏi muốn nâng hạng phòng. Bên sale nói do đặt booking k huỷ k sửa đc, lúc m đến check in nói với lễ tân trực tiếp cho dễ, rồi lễ tân báo phí với m sau. Hôm m đến thì lễ tân tự ý nâng hạng phòng và báo thu thêm tiền 1tr mấy đó (m k nhớ rõ), dù chưa thông báo giá trước và m cũng chưa đồng ý thoả thuận giá và chốt gì cả. M nói m lấy phòng như cũ thì lễ tân kêu phòng m đặt hết rồi, do thấy m có hỏi nâng hạng phòng nên đã nâng luôn cho m và bán hạng phòng ban đầu m đặt rồi??? Tới đây là thấy rất lấn cấn rồi. Sau 1 hồi căng thẳng m đòi lấy phòng cũ do cảm giác bị "ép" thì lễ tân cũng ok và có phòng hạng cũ cho m (trước đó thì bảo bán hết). Và lần này thì đòi phụ thu bé nhà m 500k ( bé 5t, dù trước đó m ở chưa bao giờ bị phụ thu). Trên booking chính sách phụ thu chỉ ghi là phụ thu bé 5t khi yêu cầu giường phụ. M thắc mắc thì lễ tân lấp liếm rồi nói trước giờ quy định bên e là vậy. Không có ghi rõ trên booking nhưng cty quy định vậy???? Cuối cùng là m vẫn bị phụ thu 500k mà trong phòng vẫn không setup thêm giường phụ hay vật dụng cá nhân gì cho bé. Về resort thì phòng cũ, thiết bị cũng cũ, nhiều muỗi, khăn tắm dơ. Giá cao so với chất lượng. Buffet sáng khá nhiều món nhưng lại ko ngon.

Był to najlepszy hotel w jakim się zatrzymaliśmy podczas naszej miesięcznej podróży po Wietnamie - a mieliśmy ich w sumie 7. Obiekt ma piękną, zadbaną zieleń i to największy atut. Plaża hotelowa jest nieduża, ale czysta. Basen bardzo przyjemny i czysty. Pokój był duży, mia wygodną łazienkę i loggie. Śniadania były absolutnie fenomenalne - bardzo duży wybór świeżych i pysznych potraw. Żałowaliśmy, że nie mamy all inclusive. Około 15 minut piechotą jest świetny food court, bliżej są inne knajpy i sklepy. Było to idealne miejsce na wypoczynek po intensywnym zwiedzaniu i ucieczkę od wietnamskiego hałasu i zgiełku.

Ulica przy hotelu jest remontowana, więc po wyjściu z niego panuje harmider, dodatkowo mieliśmy pokój od ulicy, więc było słychać trochę hałasu. No i kwestia samego Mui Ne - niestety nie jest szczególnie ciekawe, a główne atrakcje typu wydmy, wioska rybacka czy strumyk wróżek są mocno przereklamowane i bardzo brudne..

Føltes som vi kom til et stykke paradis. Masse tropiske trær, busker og blomster mellom byggene som gjorde at man følte man var på et resort langt fra by. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening. Nydelig strand og bassengområdet.

Kunne vært flere solsenger på stranden som ikke skjermet av palmetrær.

Geweldig zwembad en mooie ligbedden zowel aan het strand als bij het zwembad.

Veel mensen leggen al erg vroeg hun handdoek neer om een bedje te reserveren. Het resort heeft het beleid dat ze na twee uur weg gehaald worden. Dit wordt niet uitgevoerd.

Wunderschöne Hotel mit einer traumhaft schönen Gartenanlage. Wir haben eine kostenlose Zimmerupdate bekommen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöner Sandstrand mit ausreichend Liegen.

The resort is set in very nice surroundings with beautiful gardens and direct beach access, which makes it a relaxing place to stay. The drinks at the bar were good and the overall setting is pleasant

The food at the restaurant was fairly average, and several of the English translations on the menu were incorrect, which made ordering confusing. Although the resort was advertised as smoke-free, there was cigarette smoke in many areas, even in some of the dining areas. Around 95% of the guests were from Russia, which had a big impact on the atmosphere

Det er et helvede hvis man vil have en solvogn. Folk barrikaderer dem og går fra dem så man ikke kan få plads. Strandene rundt om hotellet er ulækre og fyldt med eskrementer og affald - sågar glasskår.

Im Hotel selber ist alles sauber und aufgeräumt, vor allem der Garten ist sehr schön und top gepflegt. Tolles Frühstück!

Sobald man am Strand ein paar Meter weiter geht ist es extrem vermüllt und unglaublich dreckig. Wir waren wirklich geschockt über die Umweltverschmutzung. die wir gesehen haben.

Poolområdet, stranden, personalen, omgivningen! Känslan var verkligen mysig här. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och fick en att känna sig välkommen och sedd, vilket flera andra hotell vi bott på i Vietnam inte levt upp till. Men detta var verkligen mysigt! Vi bodde bara 2 nätter men hade definitivt kommit tillbaka och bott här längre! Längs gatan utanför finns några restauranger och affärer. Poolen var toppen!

打掃不乾淨 續住東西沒了也沒補 給了小費才有清地板 晚餐一道菜要等半小時 小木屋蚊子一個晚上十幾隻 晚上小孩被叮到沒辦法睡 原來浴室裡面水池造景是死水 才有打不完的蚊子

Hotel nie jest w “turystycznym centrum”. Okolica bardzo lokalna - mało turystyczna. Ale o tym wiedziałem, więc nie na minus.

Хорошее месторасположение отеля - вблизи к центру курортной, но в более тихом районе. Красивая, очень ухоженная и уютная территория. Замечательный пляж. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Чистые просторные номера, в которых есть всё, что необходимо для отдыха. Уборка и смена полотенец (в т.ч. пляжных) - ежедневно. Классный бассейн!
