For 4* standard: - Pillow is too high, not comfortable to head on it. - Food is poor. - swimming pool surrounding is always dirty. - shampoo and shower gel are poor. Don’t have hair conditional after shampoo. - elevator area is broken. Seems like no more good management and investment to maintain the property in good condition.

They let me check in about an hour earlier which was great as we came directly from a long flight. Lots of choices for breakfast.

No welcome drinks at all even though it was boiling hot when we arrived. Breakfast is the same everyday, bonus afternoon tea was actually just leftovers from breakfast but the worst was their communication, we turned up at allocated time and the staff was not even aware, it took them a while to organise the afternoon tea which was boiling hot tea on a boiling hot afternoon, nothing refreshing.

The staff were tremendous about being accommodating and being helpful.

The food was sub-par, the beds are terribly uncomfortable and the place can do with a good cleaning.

Their liquor choice was not mine - BYO if you care. The bed and the room was outdated otherwise nice beach front w nice pools. Definitely suggest beach front room

Завтрак хороший, несколько видов мяса, много фруктов, зелени. Но нет вообще кипятка и чай просто пойло. мы ходили со своим термосом и просили кипяток на кухне. Чай пили в номере. Большой пляж и большая зеленая территория с прудиком, это прям очень классно и уютно.

уборка в номере на 3ку, на балконе не убирались вообще. мы заехали днем, не было полотенец. несколько раз просили, их принесли только к вечеру. У нас украли от двери отельные сланцы (обувь мы оставляли около номера), с нас за это стрясли 70 000 донгов, хотя цена им 10 000 максимум и вообще это должно входить в расходные материалы. Возможно, они сами и крадут, чтобы потом деньги взять. Фен сломался через неделю, хотя мы им почти не пользовались. Дверь в туалет заклинило, подругу оттуда доставали минут 30. Раскурочили дверь, чинить потом не пришли (но мы и не просили). Из-за зеленой территории много комаров, купили фумигатор на базаре за 54 000 донга. В Ванной пахло сыростью. В целом ушатанная 4ка, но за такие деньги мы этого и ожидали.

The resort is beautiful with lots of trees.

It’s a lovely and nicely peaceful place to stay at. The whole place is surrounded by coconut trees, so it was nice walking everywhere within the area. All the staffs working in the resort are super friendly, making us feel welcoming to stay at the resort. It’s super convenient to be on the beachfront as well. Worth every penny that we paid for a group of 11 adults and 4 kids.

The facilities and buildings are definitely not new, so the rooms might feel kind of old, although the upkeep is pretty good. The breakfast included with our booking was ok, mostly cater to western cuisine. A few vietnamese dish can do better.

Everything was good, from excellent breakfast, two swimming pools, nice garden, big room with balcony. Afternoon there is always wind on the beach, used by many kite surfers.

Krásný resort s nádhernými prostornými pokoji a balkonem. Dobré bohaté snídaně. Se vším spokojenost, i když pokojová služby byla občas trošku zmatená, ale to přičítáme komunikační bariéře (většina personálu nemluví anglicky a je potřeba překladače). Jina byl personál ndmíru milý a vstřícný.

Jazykové vybavení personálu. Sprchový kout byl poněkud nedokonalý, takže po sprše byla v koupelně všude voda, nicméně maličkost.

Proximity to the beach was great. The staff was always so pleasant and helpful, from the gardeners, pool and restaurant, and reception. Kiev Vy and Ms. Linh were great! Easy access to shopping and restaurants. We would recommend staying at Sea Lion.

Fitness Center not functional.

Зеленая территория просто потрясающая, шикарные бассейны, первая линия 🔥 Только надо быть аккуратным и внимательным, чтоб не упал кокос на голову , к сожалению они там падают.

Очень грязно, на завтраке приходится ждать чтоб освободится стол, быстро не убирают , если хочешь кушать убери сам 😂 Столы не протирают , только стрихают остатки еды на пол, детский стул это совсем отдельная история он невероятно грязный. Детская комната тоже грязная , мы сняли обувь потом на могла отмыть ноги ребенку.

Nice pool and garden setting , beach close by .

Obviously not the fault of resort , but they do cater for them , approximately 80-90% guests were Russian , nothing against them personally, every time went to bar was handed a menu in Russian , staff could speak little English and certainly no Russian, and Russian guests seem to have little patience so there seemed to be a lot of pointing and raised voices at bar , and buffet breakfast complete free for all . Good facilities but as an English speaking westerner found lot more comfortable places to stay in Mui Nei

The service is outstanding and the pool is clean and bar is very energetic. Wish I can come back!!!!!

Good size rooms, close to beach, clean pools, always found somewhere to sit by one of the pools or on the beach, lots of shady areas, facilités well maintained

Our first room was next to the lift that made a loud ping every time someone pressed the button. We were moved but had to really push for that to happen. Breakfast was worst in our 3 weeks in Vietnam. Advertised as European and Vietnamese, I think that must be what they eat in Russia, certainly not Western European breakfast. Tables not cleared, in busy times, you had to make your own space to sit down.

The property by itself was really good, on the beach front, nice gardens around, clean.

I gave bad scores because my family members phone was missing from the room. When we reported to receptionist , housekeeper found the phone as they explained ,,by mistake " was taken when bedding was changing, it was mixed with the laundry. We didn't believe that because the laundry was standing in the corridor where good phone reception, we were calling so many times, phone was switched off, but when housekeeper brought us back the phone it was on. Finally we were happy to get back the phone, but rest of the holiday didn't feel safe in the hotel..

The reality. Lot of long black hairs on the floor and in the shower, bedbugs, lot of loud music with vietnamese screaming guys at the swimming pool and beach and all very much outdated

Employees attitude were good and polite but lack of expertise skill especially when it comes to solve the potentials escalations! Properties & facilities were old and poorly maintenance. My room smell like mossy, the main dining room was handicap inaccessible, my room keys weren’t activated when checked in, you only have one key per room for 2 people! The balcony locks were something old and rusty hang up on a screw driver and it was not safety at all! Main dining room with a poor selections of food..! I do not recommend to stay at this property!

Mr Phat was incredible helpful. All staff was working very hard, but definitely not enough, Gardens are lovely. Although some dangerous coconuts kept falling. Would't want that dropping in someone head!

The communication prior to booking. As we arrived, they were charging for our kids breakfast. Apparently free breakfast only for two adults, not one adult and two kids... THE BREAKFAST was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Cockroaches crawling around and food looked very old. No western options. Eggs floating in oil. Bad quality of bread. Juices were too sweet and artificial. The beds and sheets were filthy!! Towels smelling like weren't dried properly. Bathrooms were falling apart. TV not working. Swimming pool didn't have cushions. Chairs and tables falling apart. MENU was just indescribable bad... 10USD for a portion of french fries that were cold, oily and small. Not even good local options. Security guard at night was sleeping in pool bed. And when not sleeping, he was spitting in the sand. Pool bar staff were dinning at the main restaurant during the happy hour by the pool. We couldn't get served... The WiFI DOES NOT WORK!

Rooms are comfortable and clean. The resort is close to the beach so it is very convenient for swimming and sightseeing. Enthusiastic staff

The beach is big and clean. The room are big. The garden is huge and beautiful. There is a very nice playground for the kids

The pool has a lot of chlorine. There was no restaurant on Friday. The bed is okay, but more on the firm side. The breakfast is basic. The second pool is closed.

The room is spacious and clean, the food is delicious and mostly it’s a very relaxing vibes. Staffs are super sweet and the beach was great. Great price for this area!! Id totally recommend
