A pesar de ser un todo incluido, hay momentos del día que no hay opción de comer algo, y los camareros en el.buffet cuesta que te den bebida, dentro del.buffet no hay posibilidad de pedir bebidas como en la piscina como cócteles... Un todo incluido un poco pobre sobretodo en lo que a bebida en comidas y poca opción durante el día de comida salvo el bar se piscina que muy basico

El hotel esta bien en general, la comida es buena y las instalaciones exteriores son bastante bonitas, las actividades aunque son algo escazas fueron entretenidas, a nuestro gusto lo mejor fue el área del bar desde la atención hasta las bebidas preparadas que todos estaban muy bien elaboradas.

Desde que llegamos el personal fue muy nefasto, la persona que nos atendió en recepción estaba con una pésima actitud, tuvimos un inconveniente con el pago porque nos cobraron mas de lo que decía la reserva y no supo aclararnos porque, después a todos los demás huéspedes que estaban haciendo check-in vimos como les daban explicación del hotel y una bebida de cortesía, cosa que a nosotros no, desde el principio se vio que el chico que nos atendió no quería hacerlo por ser mexicanos, y lo mismo paso en uno de sus restaurantes, donde el capitán de meseros literalmente me azoto la botella de vino en la masa con sus ojos en blanco, una pena que siendo todos por igual tengan este tipo de actitud.

Gezellig resort met een perfecte service. Het is een resort met veel faciliteiten en toch voelt het knus aan. Onze kamer was geweldig; we hadden zelfs een walk in closet. Alles voelde heel ruim en de bedden waren geweldig! Schoonmaak was ook erg goed. We hadden een privileged kamer en hiermee had je extra services, zoals bijvoorbeeld een a la carte restaurant voor ontbijt, lunch en diner. Er waren restaurant-opties en Japanse restaurant was geweldig. Entertainment is ook leuk geregeld, genoeg te doen.

Weinig beschikbaarheid voor de restaurants. De receptie heeft ons geholpen met reserving voor het Japanse restaurant (dat dan wel). De bar was in de avond vroeg dicht (23.00 uur). Hierna was er nog wel een discotheek open, maar die was open van 23.00 tot 01.00 uur. Eén keer gekeken en die was toen leeg. Wat mij betreft hou je één bar open tot 00.00 of 01.00 uur

Todo nos pareció fabuloso en el Catalonia Costa Mujeres. Fuimos en familia . La variedad de la comida es excepcional . Muchos restaurantes a la carta para elegir cada noche . Que tenga una cafetería es un plus . Todo impecable . Muy servicial el personal .

No es una crítica pero si tuviera que mencionar algo sumaría más sombras en la zona de reposteras en la playa .

Loved this hotel! It has one of the best buffets I’ve ever seen at a hotel, with an amazing variety of food and plenty of options. The staff is super friendly, the beach is beautiful, and all the facilities are great. I also had a massage at the spa with Victor, and it was incredible. Highly recommend!

Struttura e personale molto accogliente, pulita, servizi efficienti disponibili ad ogni ora e per ogni esigenza. Adatto alle famiglie e alle coppie di amici. Lo Consiglierei senz’altro.

La Amabilidad de todo el personal. En si todo el hotel es muy reconfortante, si volvería sin pensarlo, muy tranquilo, la comida buena. El tema de la playa ya es tema de siempre porque sabemos que sargazo (no habia mucho) hay entonces si vienes con la mentalidad que eso no te afecta, muy bien.

Al llegar al hotel como en todos los hoteles, olvidé que tienes que reservar si o si para cenar, por lo que solo pude cenar en un restaurante:(. El unico pero que pondría es que las toallas para la alberca hay que cruzar todo el hotel por ellas y volver a dejarlas en el mismo punto. Deberían aunque sea colocar como tienen ahí un lugar en donde se ponen, y el personal ya solo las recolecta.

Overall the price is budget friendly or of value, for what you get. Away from Cancun party scene, quieter. They clean up the beach. Added more shade tarps to the beach seating. Food at buffet is okay as well. Wait times to be seated at buffet were okay with preferred upgrade. Rooms are spacious.

Reservations using QR code are never simple or work right. I've tried three different stays, always an issue. The customer service support they have for this issue is minimal. Beloved privileged restaurant service is slow and it is hot in there. Service seems overwhelmed at buffet and can be slow. Late checkout is promoted as privileged amenity but not really available. I've been here several times and overall service is declining.

Loved everything about our stay. We had a swim-up room which gave us a “privileged category” with access to a private beach with bar service and an extra a-la-carte restaurant open for breakfast-lunch-dinner service which had good food and terrific staff. We were celebrating our daughter and son’s birthdays and the hostess and staff at Ayami made our dinner experience memorable. We liked everything from the food options, activities at the pool, nightly events (theater with musical reviews, karaoke nights, live music performances, etc.) to the attentiveness and friendliness of everyone in the staff

El hotel cumplió completamente con nuestras expectativas. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, la ropa de cama es suave y de excelente calidad, y toda la infraestructura es moderna y se encuentra en óptimas condiciones. Destacan su hermosa arquitectura y sus jardines, muy bien cuidados. El personal fue extraordinariamente amable, siempre atento y con una excelente disposición para ayudar. Durante el día hay una gran variedad de actividades para disfrutar, además de una amplia oferta de restaurantes, bares y cafeterías y show variados nocturnos cada noche. Las piscinas son muy grandes y la playa es amplia, lo que permite relajarse y disfrutar del entorno sin sensación de aglomeración.

El servicio en general es extraordinario. Como aspectos a mejorar, sugeriría ofrecer una mayor variedad de carnes en el buffet, reducir los tiempos de espera para la entrega de las toallas de playa y ampliar el horario de funcionamiento de los puestos de snacks.

Friendly staff, they all seem like they love their job and helping people. The facility itself is beautiful, clean and extremely well kept.

I understand you can’t control nature, but I wish they had a way to control the seaweed that collects on the beach better. Couple of us got sick on the same night that ate the same food. The rest of the time the food was great.

La playa esta muy bonita y grande, la comida de todos los restaurantes muy rica, la alberca muy limpia y mucha limpieza en todos lados, el servicio de meseros muy bueno, atención excelente en todos lados

El área de toallas muy lejos del edificio 4, falta área de snacks entre edificio 3 y 4, mas personal de pool bar en el área de alberca.

Falta de ar condicionado nos ambientes e do quarto estava fraco

Viajamos con un grupo de familias y el hote tiene todas las comodidades pero se puede recorrer caminando en pocos minutos, esto nos permitio que nuestros hijos pudieran moverse con independencia y seguridad. La playa en frente al hotel estaba bien, no habia practicamente sargazo.

El personal frente a la situación que no entienden, optar por responder no hay. Por otra parte, faltaria unas sombrillas en la playa mas cerca del mar.

La propiedad en general está muy bien, tiene mucho potencial para ser un gran hotel.

El servicio tiene mucha oportunidad, los meseros y cocineros en general tienen una muy mala actitud y se enojan cuando les pides ayuda, un mesero incluso nos dijo van a querer algo más porque ya no quiero volver a su mesa.

Es una propiedad nueva y bien cuidada, tiene muy buen diseño y habitaciones muy cómodas.

El staff en general es muy poco amable. Tienen muchísima oportunidad en trabajar con el staff en los bares y restaurantes para asegurar que tengamos una muy buena experiencia, incluso el equipo de concierge, se less tiene que convencer para que te ayuden.

The having to make reservations and most of the restaurants for booked up on the app, but luckily we were able to walk in by being a small party. And the fact that everything closed so early.

The complex itself is clean and the rooms are great size and space. Pools are nice, and overall the hotel as a facility is good. We ate at all of the bookable restaurants, and food was generally ok, but was probably decent pub meal standard as opposed restaurant. The only exception to this was the Teppanyaki restaurant where the chef was both exceptionally talented and great fun. Drinks were good, although witing to get served often took a long time, and the only bar open in the evenings was the lobby bar. It was far easier to go to a bar than wait for staff to come and take orders. It all felt very disjointed and as if everyone was finding their feet. The potential is there for this to be a great hotel, but it definitely needs some fine tuning on the all inclusive offering and the communication between staff teams.

Food was generally ok, but not necessarily good anywhere other than the Teppanyaki restaurant. Bookings of restaurants was overly complicated, and while we were forced to book by app, we then felt the necessity to go to each restaurant to confirm the booking as on arrival we were were frequently told that our party could not be seated together, or they had another time. There is an excessively complicated seating system in the buffet, that often leads to long lines and then a lot of standing around waiting to be walked to one of the many vacant tables - there is no explanation for this delay! One of our party had a leak (water continually coming from the ceiling onto the floor) that took 48 hrs to attend and 72 hrs to resolve) - the solution from lobby staff was to offer a late checkout which wasn't for another 4 days.

El lugar es muy hermoso. Buena comida, buenos restaurantes y linda playa. Habitaciones amplias y comodas.

El último bar cierra 1 am y no hay nada más para hacer luego de eso ni tampoco se puede conseguir bebidas luego de eso. El hotel está en costa mujeres con lo cual no hay opciones cerca del hotel como alternativa.

El ascensor solo funcionó un día de todos los días que estuvimos allí, se tenía que subir al 4to piso en el ascensor de servicio y se pasaba por una zona muy sucia las personas dejaban sus platos fuera de las habitaciones y demoraban en recogerlo y se veía todo muy sucio

Lugar hermoso para descansar, pasar un rato agradable en familia, con opciones para todos los gustos. Excelente servicio, instalaciones y alimentos de calidad.

Very easy to navigate. Not a huge property. Plenty of space though so everyone was spread out. Andres at Adelita was the highlight of our trip. He was the only one that truly provided customer service.

The long wait times for room service, nearly impossible to get a reservation at the restaurants so we mostly ate the buffet or one of the fast casual places. The staff was not attentive and I wasn’t even allowed to go to my room until almost a half hour after check in time. I also put in my reservation that we were celebrating my son’s birthday, mentioned it again at check in and talked to guest services about doing the mini cake and banner and we never received it. Even after confirming with guest services that we would receive it.

Que no hay transporte publico para cancún, que a pesar de que había poquito sargazo, podrían haber limpiado un poco con una malla la zona de mar frente al hotel o tener algo de protección de sargazo porque era poquito y se podría evitar

La arquitectura y paisajismo, con mucho verde y plantas en todo el hotel fue algo muy bueno.

La comida era muy regular, las bebidas eran de regulares a malas, el servicio muy poco atento y amable, solo los encargados y supervisores saludaban y eran atentos. Muchas instalaciones funcionando mal, puertas de baño que no funcionaba el cerrojo, almohadas en muy mal estado. Los restaurantes de especialidad con cero sazón rico.

Un poco retirado para actividades nocturnas fuera del hotel

Me gustó la atención de todos los meseros, fueron siempre muy amables. Las amenidades como tener el gym disponible 24 horas fue muy útil, además de que se percibía como un hotel muy limpio en las zonas comunes y las habitaciones. La habitación que nos dieran era tipo suite y estaba sumamente cómoda. Descansamos el tiempo que estuvimos ahí.

Lo que menos nos gusto fue que el hotel esta muy retirado y no cuentan con servicio de recolección programada (aunque tuviera costo) pero siempre va uno mas seguro cuando es transportacion del hotel. Es un trayecto de aproximadamente una hora desde el aeropuerto y los taxis del aeropuerto son sumamente caros. Al llegar, tuvimos un problema con nuestras pulseras por que no teníamos acceso al gimnasio, fuimos a recepción dos veces pero no lograron resolverlo. Al final tuvieron que darnos una tarjeta extra para poder ingresar. Otra cosa que no nos gustó fue que habíamos escogido este hotel por que en las reseñas hablaban de un restaurante vegetariano, para cuando llegamos nos comentan que habían cerrado hace dos meses. Si bien, todos los restaurantes tenían al menos una opción vegetariana, no fue algo que nos encantara.

The food is just amazing. They have nice restaurants that you can book, but the main buffet is awesome. The food is always fresh and delicious. I booked this place because of the reviews about the food, and I can say they didn't disappoint. Take me back again to Catalonia.

My daughter’s shirt disappeared after a clean-up in our room. We tried to talk to them; maybe it was in the lost and found, but it wasn't found. It’s not much, but it was a weird situation.

The place is beautiful, large, and spacious. For me, the main buffet restaurant was the best of them all.

I stayed for three days, but I wasn’t able to get reservations at the restaurants I wanted. We arrived on Saturday, and on Sunday after lunch, my husband and I started feeling sick. I don’t know what happened—maybe it was the food, the drinks, or even the pool. But we had an upset stomach until it was time to leave on Tuesday. We weren’t able to enjoy the rest of our stay very much.

Everything was excellent! I loved the pool and the splash pool for kids! Beach is very pretty, food was excellent, loved their buffet for breakfast, little Mexican and Peruvian restaurant for lunch, and à la carte restaurants. Did not have any issues making a reservations for the restaurants via their reservation system, and sometimes even went to the restaurants without reservation. Beach was very beautiful, was able to find shade, but we usually go in the morning, but when I would come back in the afternoon beach was full… Most of my time there there was no sargassum, only last day, but was able to swim around it. Overall great hotel, beautiful grounds, very peaceful, very kid friendly! I loved their coffee shop, would definitely come back again!

The look and feel of the hotel is great really nice views turquoise waters and really attentive staff.

No umbrellas on the beach so the sun burns you alive also the elevators don’t work so walking up the long stairs to ur room with the heat is terrible. Walking from one end to the other of the resort takes over 10 minutes and there’s no shade at all.

The facilities were good, but a little bit too compact, not many open spaces. Food was good.

Having stayed in many all inclusive hotels in Cancun at least once a year in the last 15 years, I was disappointed with the alcohol options, which were basically sub standard, and even the selection for the “Vacation Club” was not premium as advertised but basic. I ended buying my own bottle of scotch, as the options were just beer and rum from low end brands, not what I would have expected from a premium hotel. I was also looking forward to eat at the Spanish Restaurant Barcelona, but to find out it was vegetarian, which I find to be a contradiction

The decor and room size blew me away. I enjoyed the location and the activities arranged by the hotel. I loved that there was one more pool and different restaurants to visit.

I believe the food could've been better. There was not a variety of choices. The food that was provided was seasonless and dry. I do wish the pool bars did not close so early.

The food was great. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Israel with Vacation Club was the nicest person I met at the resort. The room layout was great and looked exactly like the photos. The entertainment was great. This was my first time staying at all inclusive and it was great.

After checking in at the front desk and being told my room was ready when I opened my room door there was a couple in the room already on the bed and enjoying the room. We both went to the front desk and we were eventually given another room. But the way we were spoken to could have been better.
