El Mar, aunque no vimos nunca alguna maquina o personal limpiando la plaza de sargazo, tal vez lo hacían en la madrugada, pero si hubieran tenido limpieza 24 horas estaría genial esa playa.

Que me quisieran vender todo el tiempo algo. Entiendo que es su trabajo, pero es muy invasivo. En el restaurante japones había tiempo de espera de 40 minutos, pero si querías pasar de inmediato, comprabas 2 cervezas Sapporo de 20usd cada una y pasabas de inmediato.

Hotel looks like brand new! Room are huge and all of them have a special view from the hotel and sea. The staff was amazingly kind and did everything to meet our expectations.

Me encantó, se ve mucho mejor que en las fotos. En general todo espectacular, la mayoría de huéspedes son americanos. Las habitaciones son más grandes que lo que se ve en las fotos. Lo mejor es el SPA, lo recomiendo mucho y vale la pena.

Que nos ofrecieron participar en una charla de ventas terrible, casi que presionándonos a comprar un time sharing de 25k usd. Me tocó decir que me iba del hotel si no terminaba, llevaba como 3 horas. A cambio nos dieron un bono de 200 usd en spa que valió la pena pero la manera en co no te venden membresia a Hyatt terrible, como si fuera un plan all inclusive de bajo perfil.

El mejor lugar si quieres ir a distraerte y relajarte con tu pareja. El personal es excepcional!

Los camastros en la playa que están detrás de las montañas de arena no tienen mucho sentido porque en realidad no tienes vista de nada mas que de la arena con plantas. De ahí en fuera si encuentras lugar enfrente la playa es excelente, muy poca/nula presencia de sargazo.

Lo más negativo, que había que hacer algo de cola/ esperar por una mesa para desayunar o en algunos restaurantes para la cena. No existe sistema de reservas. El otro punto a mejorar las temperaturas de las bebidas ( vino) que estaban muy calientes… se resolvía con hielo pero no es la idea.

Restrição de dress code. Poucas áreas com ar condicionado para almoço e jantar. Atrações artísticas medianas. Poucos eventos de recreação.

Everything! You don’t need to leave the hotel on your entire stay! It is beautiful, comfortable, the food is delicious, there’s entertainment every night in the theater and every day at the different pools and lounges.

-Staffs' hospitality was not enough comparing other same level luxury all-inclusive hotels; less smiles and low English literacy (to be fair, strong Spanish accent). -It was inconvenient to tell room number every time we used club lounge area, they should introduce colored wrist bands to identify -The hotel was quite difficult to navigate, as the layout felt like a maze. The signage was not very clear, and the map on the hotel app was also confusing and did not show some of the facilities. This made it inconvenient to find our way around the hotel

L'établissement est une sorte de parc d'attraction pour adultes occidentaux. On y trouve tout le confort espéré dans un all-inclusive et le personnel est extrêmement serviable. La plage y est très belle et plusieurs animations sont proposées tout au long de la semaine.

Cependant ne vous attendez à rien de plus "Premium" qu'ailleurs. Il s'agit ni plus ni moins d'un All-inclusive à la sauce Hyatt comme vous pourrez en retrouver beaucoup à Cancun. Une nourriture d'une qualité assez moyenne, beaucoup de clients américains ivres. Mais surtout un sens du service client douteux; à la recherche constante de gains additionnels, des hôtes d'accueil dans les restaurants assez incompétents, aucun système de gestion des flux, etc. Pour les hommes, venez avec votre pantalon (malgré les 35°). Beaucoup de choses sont à revoir et le prix du séjour est en rien justifié.

Making dinner reservations was difficult and it was hard to get in anywhere to eat at a decent hour.

There’s not enough things to do on the property. Hardly any entertainment going on.

Everything was absolutely incredible about this resort. Truly the first time I’ve been on vacation and it feels like vacation. You feel taken care of in every way and you feel completely relaxed. Everything is thought of and taken care of for you. From the poolside service (food, drinks, and even sunglasses cleaning) to a turndown service at night when chocolate is placed on your pillow and relaxation music is put on the tv. Everything is so clean and the staff is incredibly kind and will remember you and your drink orders! We were upgraded to a better room at no cost when we arrived and couldn’t stop raving about the resort the entire trip. There are events throughout the day and night so there is always something to do. I would come back here in a heart beat. We’re already talking about visiting again within the year! SO worth the price.

Some things at restaurants were a hit or miss but mostly great! The seaweed is pretty rough on the beach in June though they do try to keep it clean. While we were there, we could only get in the water one day because of how much seaweed was in the water and shoreline.

מקום מדהים לחופשה עם חוף ים צמוד . 6 מסעדות בסגנון מהעולם מעוצבות להפליא. קוקטלים ובר צמוד בחוף הים והבריכות. שירות מעולה שדואג לכל צורכי האורחים במלון. מומלץ מאוד ואנחנו נחזור בעתיד.

האוכל במסעדות השונות אינו דומה לאיכות של המטבח שהוא מייצג. קיימים כל הפרודוקטים באיכות טובה אבל התוצאה פחות טעימה. כך למשל במסעדה האיטלקית המנות איטלקיות בטעם מקסיקני. מטבח איטלקי לא משתמש בחמאה. וכך הדבר למסעדות האחרות , היפני, הצרפתי, מסעדת הדגים ומסעדת הגריל. חבל מאוד. אחרת הציון למלון היה 10.

The place was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The beach was wonderful, and the food was amazing. The drinks by the pool and at the beach were excellent I still think about them! The room was spacious, clean, and had an incredible view, even though I hadn't requested one. There were so many dining options, and I loved everything I tried. The room service was also excellent. Overall, I had a fantastic stay

The only part of my stay that I didn't enjoy was the spa experience. The spa itself is beautiful, and booking the appointment was easy, but I felt very rushed from the moment I arrived. Within five minutes of checking in, I was taken straight to the massage room. As soon as the massage ended, I was escorted toward the exit. I didn't have any time to enjoy the relaxing lounge, have a cup of tea, or simply unwind before or after the treatment, which was disappointing because the spa facilities looked amazing. The massage itself was average. Another issue was that many guests reserved the loungers by the pool and beach by leaving their belongings on them for hours without actually using them. During my five-day stay, I wasn't able to get a poolside chair even once because of this. Thankfully, it was much easier to find a spot at the beach, which I actually enjoyed more than the pool. I do wish the resort had a stricter policy to prevent guests from reserving chairs for long periods without using them.

The garden was more jungly than other Secrets resorts in the area. Everything was nearby, well taken care of and beautifully designed and decorated. Our ocean view suite was gorgeous and very comfortable. Whirlpool bath offered us a great romantic relaxation in the evening. Food was excellent. Especially in the French restaurant Bordeaux. The chef came to our table to offer us more vegetarian options. She was incredibly lovely. We’ve ordered Mexican red wine Galileo which was very tasty and served by the manager the proper way. A beautiful dining experience. There are several beautiful pools, the jungle pool is designed like a cenote, surrounded by lush greenery and very quiet.

Some of the staff wasn’t very friendly; a few waiters were even a bit grumpy. We stayed in the Preferred Suite. Our personal concierge wasn’t very helpful, although he was “extremely friendly,” but you know it’s a learned automatic behavior and it’s a little too much. The beach butler, who was supposed to give us towels and beds, didn’t come even though he saw us. This is unacceptable at this level of service and pricing. In the morning, they use a very loud machine to make the sand at the preferred beach look beautiful. If you want to wake up to the relaxing sound of the waves, this noise makes it impossible. It’s very annoying. The service at the pool wasn’t great; sometimes waiters weren’t available for about half an hour. It was a busy time, but there was an obvious shortage of staff. Again, receiving towels took about 15 minutes, and we had to request them twice before they brought them to the sunbeds. This is unacceptable at the preferred pool. The smoking area had a large beach umbrella that was closed all the time and only a small one that didn't even cover half of the chairs, which were very hot. The one at the sports bar was nice, shaded under the trees with a large beach umbrella but the table was always full of left glasses. At the Jungle Pool, there were no towels available and no one to ask for it. I share all of this not to complain, we had a beautiful time anyways but these little things could easily be perfect here because they are in other places. Hopefully they’ll figure it out as well.

Gorgeous property with lush tropical grounds. Food was delicious, everything was clean. Very attentive staff.

The resort was absolutely stunning. Everyone on the staff was friendly, kind, and very attentive. We already booked a trip to go back to the resort at the end of our stay. They went above and beyond to make the trip unforgettable.

While we loved everything about this resort. The Infinity swim up pool next to the activity pool could have had a higher energy. Maybe some fun music.

The tractor the hotel hired to move sand from below our room to the beach every night between midnight and 4 am. No warning, nothing, just put us there knowingly that we will not sleep well. When we asked if something can be done, we were told it was reported to the supervisor. Or in other words, you are on your own. Having a magnificent room without being able to sleep when you come over to relax, is frustrating.

The best resort we’ve ever stayed. Facilities were always clean and the included room service options made it every relaxing by being able to take it easy in the mornings

La experiencia en general fue muy decepcionante. Hubo problemas con la gestión de la reserva, falta de transparencia y mala atención al cliente. Las instalaciones no correspondían con lo prometido y el servicio fue deficiente. No recibimos soluciones adecuadas ante las incidencias.

The room service food was awful. It would be nice if preferred club could have access to the sauna and cold plunge facilities.

We absolutely loved the resort. The views of the ocean and vegetation are amazing, the beach is incredible. It has all the amenities you want for a great vacation. the pools very enjoyable. The food is good. We brought our little poodle and it was great to be able to have her for our anniversary with us. The difficult thing is to decide what to eat since there are enldess options!!

there was no previous information about the requirements to bring my dog (cost and documents), but the staff helped me, so it ended up ok, but it's good they publish the info so people can be prepared.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La propreté était irréprochable, aussi bien dans la chambre que dans les espaces communs. La nourriture était délicieuse, variée et toujours parfaitement préparée, un vrai plaisir à chaque repas. Globalement, tout s’est très bien déroulé et j’ai vraiment apprécié le confort et la qualité des services proposés.

Le seul bémol concerne l’emplacement, qui est vraiment assez éloigné du centre ville, ce qui peut compliquer les déplacements. De plus, le personnel n’était pas souriant et parfois assez désagréable, ce qui contraste avec la qualité du reste de l’établissement.

Upea miljöö, todella viihtyisää ja paljon erilaisia oleskelupaikkoja. Täyden kympin palvelu. Ruoka oli kaikissa ravintoloissa hyvää, erityisesti lounasbuffet ja aamiainen olivat hyviä. Osassa baareista oli mixologit tekemässä cocktaileja.

Aurinkotuoleja ei ollut aina riittävästi ja niitä saatettiin varata jo aamulla.

The room was amazing, the staff was great.

Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing and far below any reasonable standard. It did not feel fresh and was mostly not edible, with many dishes served cold. Lunch was especially bad, they couldn’t even prepare a basic burger properly. The dinner restaurants were also not edible, we tried all of them and were disappointed every time. Overall, a major letdown and not what we expected from this hotel.

The staff is super friendly at all times, and always willing to help you in any way. The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

The demand for a seat at the beach is quite high and I feel they could add more seating space at the beachfront. There is a second row at the back of the beach where it's easier to find a place, but you're not even able to see the sea from back there. The only negative aspect about the staff is that they're always trying to push you into buying the extra stuff that's not included (spa treatments, wine bottles, special dinners, etc)

Everything is meticulously planned to be perfect.

If you want to get a chair by the pool you better be ready to get up early 😅

Der Strand ist schön, aber mit wenigen Palmen, die sind dafür eher in dem Resort.

The food was amazing. I'm not sure why their was a few negative reviews about the food. The food was too notch. It was 4 of us total and we all ate different meals and every meal was perfection, exploding with flavors.

When we wanted to sit around the pool or beach area, their seemed to be a lot of towels on chairs and not a lot of service helping us find a spot at the pool or on the beach. We made do and I'm sure if we had asked for help they would have helped us.

The location is not too far from airport and right on a very beautiful beach. The swim up room was large and very comfortable the swim up pool got the sun in the morning. The concierge and all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and very helpful. There was excellent quality and variety of food in restaurants and room service. There were different pools designed for quiet and social areas with a lovely swim up bar. The sand on the beach was very fine white and beautiful and the ocean was great to swim in. The coffee bar had the most amazing coffee 30 minute uber ride into Cancun Daniel who leads the entertainment was amazing good variety of entertainment during the day and night

Anything that wasn’t already included was very over priced ie in the shops on the property and the optional wine lists.

The travel and transfer service available at the hotel. AMSTAR Amstar is not yet at the same level of luxury as this hotel. Only in price... but with little quality. Alternative: book airport transfers and trips to places of interest through Booking.com. There you will find more affordable prices and with luxury comparable to this hotel.

Hotel de grande qualité, très belle architecture et domaine "tropicale" de très bon gout. Multiple bassins, restaurants - bref très belle réussite. Personnels toujours souriants, aimables, attentionnés et pas avares pour le "tout inclusive". Sécurité

All inclusive avec cependant des piscines réservées si paiements complémentaires. Et ce sans être informé préalablement. Concrètement: "vous ne pouvez pas rester ici ou alors régler 95$ de supplément.Un sentiment curieux de ségrégations. Certains restaurants le soir difficiles d'accès, voir fermés sans possibilité de réservations. Clientèle très majoritaire US middle class qui aime la fête (est ce un inconvénient?). Attention: anglais-espagnol parlé. Plage de sable blanc mais de qualité médiocre. Et en dehors des limites de la plage de l'hôtel: Le chantier...

Everything was superb, but hands down to the food it was an absolute gourmet experience. Will definitely come back 😉
