Well appointed room with comfortable bedding. The staff there went out of their way to make her stay spectacular. Even calling us private drivers when needed.

Great little hotel, staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast, close to restaurants and metro.

Stopcontacten werkten niet; als je je kamer binnenkwam kon je niet direct licht aandoen.

The rooms themselves are small and dated, with tiny beds and almost no storage space. Bathrooms are cramped and under-stocked (no toothpaste or basic toiletries provided). The minibar was empty, with only a small water bottle — you have to refill it yourself from the lobby. Breakfast was decent, but the dining area has very small, narrow tables that make it uncomfortable. We paid around €480 for two nights, which feels overpriced — a fair rate would be closer to €250 for what's offered. Overall, this hotel is overrated and overpriced for what you get. Rating: 2/5

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr gute Lage - alles ist in der Nähe: der Strand, die Altstadt, die Sehenswürdigkeiten.... alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer. Sehr ruhig, super funktionierende Klimaanlage. Bequeme Betten, guter Service. Man konnte zu jeder Zeit extra Strandtücher ausleihen (also, einfach mitnehmen :-) Alles sehr durchdacht und hübsch.

Der Frühstücksraum war etwas eng und das Frühstück (für Frankreich ;-) auch relativ durchschnittlich. Aber das ist schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau...

​Given the price point of this hotel, our stay was a major disappointment and an absolute headache. ​Our air conditioning broke down completely. While the staff member on duty was apologetic, the management and handling of the situation were entirely unacceptable. At 11:00 PM, we were forced to pack up and lug all of our bags to a completely different hotel. Nobody offered us a taxi over. To make matters worse, the staff couldn't even tell us which hotel we would be placed in for our final night, leaving us completely in limbo. ​For what this hotel charges, this level of disruption, poor communication, and disorganization is completely unjustifiable. Save your money and avoid this place.

The location was great, a couple of blocks from the Jean Medecin tram stop, so we could ride the tram from the airport on arrival. Our family was gathering there before an eclipse cruise the next day. They have a lovely sitting area with a small bar where we were able to gather and visit until time to leave for the port, in the comfort of cool air. The staff was super helpful and gracious. Breakfast in the cafe was wonderful.

I always wish for more than one luggage rack in the room. With two people and two carry-on bags, it would be nice. This is not unique to this hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel that provides 2 luggage racks! :)

The room was spacious and as described. Big comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge and very clean. The location was perfect, close to the tram and only a short walk to the beach

The location is perfect to enjoy the nightlife without being in the middle of the caos and it's also great having a parking nearby at good pricing. The breakfast is really joyful and international and great the prolonged time for it. Also the coffee and water stations always available at the reception make you feeling welcome all day long. Last buy not least, the welcome card with fresh cleaner were amazing to find at our arrival.

Sometimes you can hear little noises from the other rooms but still funny. Interesting cool be to add any beauty kit in the bathroom and to adjust the balcony before the arrival because it's really appréciable to have a breath from outside.

Charmantes Haus. Perfekte Lage für einen kurzen Urlaub in Nizza. Schöner Frühstücksbereich. Gerne wieder!

Amazing stay at the Grimaldi, perfect location walking distance to the train station, shops and the beach. Really good restaurants down the street. Pretty room with AC and comfortable bed. Best thing is the delicious breakfast I really liked the filtered water with glass bottle at the reception with unlimited tea and biscuit

Stayed 9 days in the top floor suite with a great view of the church tower and beyond. Great location. Close to grocery, Pharmacy, Beach and many restaurants. It is also close to the tram which has access to and from the airport. (about 25 mins). Our suite was equipped with a comfortable queen bed and 2 bathrooms. Mysteriously, the toilet is in a small "closet" with little ventilation. Going in there makes you feel like you've been punished. The bathrooms have had a recent upgrade and are clean and modern. The room itself is blend of vintage furniture. There is a mini-fridge and coffee/ tea making pod machine. These are very welcomed. The breakfast room was nice with a good variety to satisfy most people. Thankfully the 6th floor suite was equipped with a "Mini split" air conditioning system as we were there during a particularly hot week. Furthermore as hot air rises, the top floor hallway was a sauna. To alleviate this problem an exhaust fan should be installed by the visible roof access hatch. NOTE: It seems that *every* door in the building needs a few drops of oil on the hinges. All the doors when moved yielded with a slow, agonizing groan that echoed through the hallways. You could not miss when someone left or returned to their room. Surely it cannot be that difficult to have someone put a few drops of lubricant on doors throughout the hotel? How was this ever overlooked? There is a small elevator good for 2 people. As a result, the stairs are often used. On more than one occasion we found bags of laundry on the stairs impeding safe passage. This is a serious tripping hazard and they should not be put there even if only for a moment. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is an 7.5 out of 10. There is room for improvement. There are beach parasols and towels available in the lobby. We took a taxi to the airport (expensive) due to our very early flight but would recommend using the tram or an Uber or Bolt. Special thanks goes to Etienne as well as the ladies that keep the breakfast area filled and clean. I recommend the hotel. We had a pleasant week there.

It’s our second time with a Happy Culture Hotel. We tried this one as we loved the concept. The staff was amazing. All ladies working there were like fairies 🧚‍♀️ ! Excellent breakfast 🥞 🍳 ☕️ 🍎 🍦! Next to the desk there is a bar corner with coffee, fresh water, biscuits and marshmallows. Loved it ! We will be back ! Lovely restaurants right next to the hotel!

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, alles gut fussläufig errreichbar. Es gibt immer Kaffee, Tee und gratis Wasser. Der Welcom-Drink ist eine nette Geste. Es ist relativ ruhig.

Das Zimmer war für kurze Zeit ok. Es gab nur einen maroden Schrank, welcher zudem voll war mit Decken und dem Safe. Man kann seine Sachen eigentlich nicht auspacken und verstauen. Das Frühstück war ok. Insgesamt eher ein 3*-Hotel.

Room looked nothing like photo — much smaller, single window that needed to be curtained or room got too hot. Choice between six flights of stairs or a cramped elevator rated for max 2ppl. Hallway outside boiling hot. Multiple occasions we climbed stairs only to discover the keycard did not work, once because the Night desk guy “deactivated it” because we hadn’t paid for the room yet — which I found angering and humiliating.

Konumu çok iyiydi. Nice Ville tren istasyonuna, eski şehire, alışveriş caddesine, toplu taşıma duraklarına, sahile yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tren istasyonuna yakınlığı Nice çevresindeki görülmesi gereken yerlere ulaşım açısından da kolaylık sağladı. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Lobide sürekli bulunan su, çay, kahve ikramı ve odaya ilk girdiğimizde bizi karşılayan incelikler çok güzel düşünülmüştü.

Unser Zimmer lag im 6. Stock der mit einem Lift erreichbar war. Die zentrale Lage war uns sehr angenehm , alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ein appetitlich angerichtetes Büfett mit frisch Produkten. Für besonders angenehm war, dass wir unser Hund problemlos überallhin mitnehmen konnten und nie das Gefühl hatte das er stört. Die Betten waren bequem und alles funktionierte. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Etwas kompliziert mit dem Auto anreisen, da in den engen Straßen wenig Platz ist. Aber es gibt in der Nähe ein Parkhaus indem es ausreichend Plätze gab.

There was AC, staff was very helpful and kind. They knew how to get anything you wanted, gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

Отличный отель в отличном месте, близко с вокзалу, и до набережной близко. Магазинчики и кафе в районе, но тихо и спокойно. Персонал внимательный и вежливый! Следующий раз - сюда!

Excellent : friendly, welcoming staff, perfect hotel in a fabulous location, clean and comfortable with fabulous air-conditioning and a generous and super breakfast. Beautiful décor and quiet environment. A lovely touch was the complimentary welcome drink, and complimentary coffee, cookies and marshmallows hroughout the day !

It did take us a while to figure out how to operate the hairdryer as it had a strange on off button ! But eventually sorted.

Teniem aigua, cafetera, cafes i tees. L’esmorzar complet i bonisim tot. La situació excel.lent, a 8 minuts del centre. L’Hotel està situat en un barri residencial i molt tranquil. El personal de l’hotel molt amable, ens ha donat tota la informació que necessitavem i totes les atencions que em necessitat. Si torno a Niza, serà l’hotel de referència i recomanat. El preu també l’hem trobat correcte.

Potser la terrassa comunitària feia molta calor i soroll.

Hotel molto carino in posizione comodissima al centro. Noi abbiamo trovato parcheggio proprio davanti all'albergo, molto comodo. Per il carico/scarico bagagli hanno comunque un posto riservato proprio davanti all'hotel. Personale gentilissimo. Apprezzati l'acqua sempre disponibile nella hall con refill della bottiglia che ti forniscono all'arrivo :) Colazione da piccolo hotel quale è, ma non manca davvero nulla e la sala è davvero molto carina. Avendo i cani con noi ci è stato anche permesso di fare colazione nel cortiletto esterno. Pulizia davvero apprezzabile. Temperatura stanza ottima.

The property is situated in a very good location and very close to amenities. The beach is only about 10-15min walk from the hotel and the restaurants and shops are just 5min walk away. The hotel is also less than 5min walk to a train/metro station. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Worst stay ever, poorly cleaned, room full of insects, cockroaches under the tub! And filtrations where ants came out of, please don’t stay here, it’s filthy!!

Every member of the staff was always cheerful, warm, and welcoming. Even after we had checked out, you kindly allowed us to wait in the lounge area and looked after our luggage, which was a great help. You also arranged a taxi for our departure. The water station at the front desk was a very convenient and thoughtful service. The breakfast was delicious and became a wonderful source of energy for us each day.

There was no table in the room.

Området lugnt och trevligt. Nära till stora shoppinggata Avenue Jean Medecin. Nära till promenad de Anglais och stranden . Nära till alla fina restauranger. Tre stycken utanför hotellet, på samma gata. (Rue Grimaldi) Bra kommunikation till flygplatsen. (spårvagn nr 2 stannade ca 200 m från hotellet.)

We chose to stay at Hotel Le Grimaldi due to it's central location to the beach and to old town. We traveled with our grandchildren and were thoroughly impressed with the staff, location, and hotel. We will stay here again!

En booking figuraba como 4 camas singles y en la hab había 2 camas y un sofá cama que para estar 4 noches es muy incómodo. No coincide la descripción con la realidad

Very cute, homely atmosphere. Very effecient and friendly staff, superb location for going everywhere on foot in Nice. Wonderful attention to detail from the decor to the marshmallows and biscuits at the reception.

Es un Hotel antiguo pero muy acojedor, su personal muy amable, y siempre dispuesto para ayudarte, el desayuno es correcto para mi, las habitaciones muy limpias

Que no tengan parking propio, si que habia cerca alguno pero no en el Hotel

Tiszta rendezett környék. Közel vannak a tömegközlekedési csomópontok. Közel van a belváros, éttermek, boltok strand. Ennek ellenére egy nyugodt környék. Bármikor újra!

Amazing everything

We stayed seven days at the hotel in a sixth floor room which had an outdoor balcony with seating for two and a small table. Amenities included an elevator, small fridge, TV, queen bed, two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and one with a tub. There was also a seating area and small work area that could serve as a desk. Free water and coffee or tea is also provided. Breakfast is available. The location is near Place Messina, old town and Promenade Anglaise. We never used the train and used uber for out of town trips to Antibes, Eze, St. Paul de Vence etc... I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff that also speaks English.
