Great location to beach, tons of restaurants, pharmacies and small convenience store across the street, Also easy ride share pickup area and 15 minutes from airport.. All the staff were kind, and very helpful.

Some of the rooms are very small but they do have larger ones. This is common in many countries and we knew that ahead of our visit.

The location was ideal! Right by the beach and Promenade Des Anglais. Tourist area with lots to do.

Way too expensive for what you get. Staff was not helpful. No restaurant. We rented a junior suite and it was no bigger than a normal hotel room. The refrigerator was the tiniest one I had ever seen. Maybe 3ft by 3ft. The hotel had no ice and I had to find a store to go buy my own. There were no dressers or drawers in the room to put clothing, so we were forced to live out of our suitcases. There was a small bar to hang some clothes, but when I asked for hangers, they only gave me 2. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The property was centrally located to a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and shops. It was also close proximity to the promenade Anglais. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The room was very small.

The lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was lovely. worked very hard on her own replenishing the food and tidying up. free bottle of wine and lemondae in the fridge. lovely toiletries. would definatly return. excellent location ony couple minutes walk to the beach. good pub/restaurant 1 minute across the road. easy acces to the train station and tram to the airport. was able to leave our luggae after check up and use the shower after a busy hot day sigh seeing before we headed back to the airport which was great at no extra cost.

air con was very tempremental, our toilet did not flush but reception were very prompt in fixing it for us. Had to go to reception fr a bottle opener and 2 wine glasses but not a problem,

Location is fantastic, very helpful and very friendly staff. You can call uber right in front of the hotel.

Room was narrow, it doesn’t show in the pictures, but it was really narrow. Also, humidity inside the room was too much, did not go away even with the AC on. Generally entire hotel needs better air circulation, you can smell it the moment you enter from the main door of the hotel.

We originally booked a three-night stay. Unfortunately, our first night was quite stressful. The air conditioning in our first room was working, but it was making a disturbing noise that made it impossible for us to sleep comfortably. The staff were very kind and helpful and moved us to a better room. Because of the experience that first night, we had actually decided to cancel the remaining two nights and move to another hotel. However, after being offered the better room, we decided to stay. The next morning, we were told that the second room had already been reserved for another guest and that we would need to move again. So, between our arrival at night and the following morning, we had to pack and change rooms twice, which was stressful and inconvenient. What made a big difference for us was the way the situation was handled afterwards. On the second day, Ingrid Farrugia left us a personal apology letter together with some lovely gifts in our room, which we truly appreciated. It was a very thoughtful gesture and made us feel that our experience and concerns had genuinely been heard and taken seriously. At check-out, a discount was also arranged for us to compensate for the inconvenience we experienced on our first night and the repeated room changes, which we truly appreciated. A very special thank you to Ingrid Farrugia for her kindness, understanding and warm attitude, and for following up on the situation so thoughtfully. Despite the difficulties we experienced at the beginning of our stay, the way everything was handled afterwards left us with a much more positive final impression.

Un établissement convivial et chaleureux, avec un personnel très sympathique, souriant et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et propose un large choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville. Une très bonne expérience !

Das Zimmer war wirklich mini,12 quadratmeter für 2 Personen zu klein.Keine Kleiderschränke.Badezimmer zimlich abgenutzt,leichte Schimmel an den Fugen zu sehen. Frühstück für den Preis zu einfach,aber ok. Es gab sogar glutenfreie Brot auf Anfrage. Laktosefreier Milch musste ich mitbringen

We stayed at the Deck hotel for one night to experience Nice and loved its central location. Everything was in walking distance.

Price was slightly high for the quality of room/ facilities.

Very small rooms with poor design. No room for luggage’s. Weird jagged desk which is not useable. Not worth the price. We choose it for location. The description says pool but they mean pool table.

Lo que más me gustó es la ubicación. La habitación es extremadamente pequeña y tenía que caminar sobre mí misma más o menos.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. Όλα τα αξιοθέατα ήταν σε μικρή απόσταση και μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε ατελείωτες βόλτες. Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικο. Επίσης το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό.

Το δωμάτιο πολύ στενό, δεν υπήρχε κανονική ντουλάπα, μόνο ένα παραβάν. Γενικά υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το μέγεθος του δωματίου.

Badrummets handdukstorkare blev brännhet, min baddräkt förstördes, smälte, och jag brände mig på armen och fick ett märke. Handdukarna kändes inte fräscha vid ankomst. Frukosten var tafflig och brödet kändes dagsgammalt samt ganska skramlig matsal.

the location is amazing

- we spent the last night without cooling system because it wasn't working - Overall the variety was nice, but one major issue really stood out. Some items had small mosquitos around them — for example, the melon section had mosquitos all over, and when opening the nuts jars (like apricot and prune) they would come out. This was unpleasant and felt unacceptable for a breakfast setup. I’m just highlighting these points to give a clearer picture and hopefully help improve the experience.

While not familiar with Nice pricing, 300 euros a night felt expensive for the room. TV was not a smart tv, so you couldn’t watch apps.

O atendimento com certeza! Funcionários muito legais! Cheguei um dia antes da minha amiga e a Saloua ajustou o preço dessa diária pra mim e ainda me deu um champagne e um dia de café da manhã. Foi demais ! Também a localização, praticamente na esquina da rua com restaurantes e comércios, muito perto de Old Town e da orla da praia. Perfeito! Fomos numa época bem quente e eles nos deram leques e amostras de perfume. Muito atenciosos.

The room is extremely small

Position in the centre.

Rooms are extremely small, in the superior room you can literally open only one checked bag once and only in one area of the room. Also, the furniture is old and damaged. A lot of noise early in the morning, 8 am the cleaning lady entered the room over us while we were sleeping, this was literally after we arrived. For 4 stars, you don t even have water in the room plus no parking, as you pay 30 eur extra for 12-13 hours to park in the Grimaldi parking. The hotel is now under some construction and after 10 am you can not rest, there is extreme noise.

Nothing much except the location was good and had no issues with cleanliness of the room.

The room was tiny. It did not fit 2 people. I have no idea how we paid over €600 for a 2 night stay and ended up in the smallest hotel “double” room I have ever seen. Also the lift was out of order for the entirety of our stay, and I have stayed in some small hotel rooms in Vietnam.

The location was great! It was extremely clean and well decorated with a true vacation vibe! Staff was great! We opted for the breakfast and there was a large variety to choose from!

There was construction happening in the store next to the property making it hard to be dropped off, but that won't be permanent so don't let it stop your reservation!

Las piezas que tienen orientación hacia la calle de atrás (terraza interior del hotel), están muy bien, pero las que tienen orientación a la calle principal no tienen doble panel en las ventanas, por ende, mala aislación, y nos tocó un nivel de ruido de la calle muy alto (música en la calle, recolectores de basura, bocinas), durante varias horas. No fue una buena noche. Pedimos cambio de pieza, y el hotel accedió de manera muy correcta y ágil, y lo agradecemos. De lo contrario probablemente, hubiera preferido cambiarme a otro hotel. (fue un miercoles (ni siquiera fin de semana), fue nuestra primera noche de cinco noches en el hotel. Absolutamente todo lo demás estuvo muy bien. Lo del ruido se solucionaria simple con ventanas dobles de aislación.

Great location: about a 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The area felt safe. Tea and coffee are available 24/7, which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Poor soundproofing: you can hear almost every movement in the hallway and neighboring rooms, and the street noise is noticeable from early morning until late at night. The breakfasts were very average and nothing special.

Bästa av fyra ställen vi bodde på, överraskande stora utrymmen för trivsel och fika, även utomhus! Reception med riktiga människor som jobbade där, ovanligt nuförtiden i Nice. Stort plus för en mänskligare faktor!

L'équipe (en dehors des agents d'entretien) était très agréable et à l'écoute. La jeune équipe du 1er Mai présent à l'accueil a fait son possible pour résoudre au mieux tous les problèmes qu'elle rencontrait. La localisation parfaite pour découvrir les différents quartiers de Nice. A 15 min de la gare et 7 min de l'arrêt de bus qui mêne à l'aéroport.

Je suis très surprise par la note Google de 4,8 et les 4 étoiles attribuées à cet établissement. L’hôtel montre déjà de sévères signes de vieillissement, malgré des photos très flatteuses sur les réseaux. Le personnel a certes fait un effort pour nous proposer un early check-in, mais la première chambre attribuée sentait fortement le tabac. Dans la seconde, le coffre-fort était oxydé, ce qui laisse penser qu’il n’est pas régulièrement contrôlé par le service d’entretien — il a néanmoins été réparé dans la journée. Nous avons également dû demander un nettoyage de la penderie, où la poussière semblait s’accumuler depuis un certain temps. Par ailleurs, le personnel de ménage s’est montré particulièrement désagréable de manière générale. En particulier, lorsque nous sommes passés récupérer des affaires pendant une minute, cela a visiblement été mal perçu et on nous l’a fait comprendre sans détour. La chambre est petite et non insonorisée. Heureusement, nous étions côté cour, ce qui a permis de limiter les nuisances sonores au moins extérieures. Le lit est inconfortable. La salle de bain, malgré sa taille, était en bon état. Absence de cache pour les piles de la télécommande : cela est un détail, mais reflet de l'état général et de l'attention aux détails. Enfin, la climatisation présente est inexistante. Ce qui semble admis par l'établissement puisqu'un ventilation est proposé dans la penderie.... Une classification 3 étoiles serait, à mon sens, plus en adéquation.

Spent three nights here in The Deck Hotel. It was very central and a great location to restaurants, shops, trains, and the main square and promenade. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. You will find the breakfast rooms on split levels with great choices. Something for everyone. I would highly recommend The Deck Hotel and we will definitely be back. Great value for money. We were given a little parting gift from the staff also which was very thoughtful. All in all, our trip to Nice was very successful.

Noise on the street after 22 hours - construction street.

Localização é boa, estrutura do hotel é nova. Quarto é novo, banheiro é bom.

Pegamos um quarto de frente pra rua e a noite era bem barulhento. O quarto era BEM abafado e o ar condicionado simplesmente não funciona (parece que só funciona se estiver muito quente lá fora). Como não dava pra dormir com a janela aberta por conta do barulho, passamos calor mesmo.

Avec mon fils nous avons apprécié l’accueil très chaleureux et serviable ! L’emplacement central, le décor, les différents endroits où se détendre et le billard !

La chambre un peu petite et avec une vue sur les bâtiments intérieurs 🙁 ainsi que la température…un peu trop chaud déjà en avril, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien…

This a nice affordable hotel in a wonderful location. The rooms are small, but the suites have large decks, which give you much more space. Our family especially enjoyed the lounge area, with pool table and outdoor seating area. It was a nice place to rest when taking a break from sightseeing. The hotel is stylish and clean, but probably considered mid-range. Very family friendly and the location couldn't be beat.
