Provider-sourced guest reviews.
I did not have breakfast. The Park Grounds was great as usual.
The valet could be better. In the past, you could text the valet and they would bring your car, now that is not available. When I stay for business. I always valet and leave at an exact time the next morning for scheduled meetings. It would be not to be able to set the valet on a schedule to have your vehicle to you at a certain time, it that time was prescheduled.
Lovely property
Staff would not provide a detailed receipt that I need for my expense report.
Location to Bricktown was good. Overall, the facility is nice and inviting.
Our shower kept backing up because the drain was clogged with hair. There is a dog right above us that cried and barked for two hours straight early in the morning. When we went to the swimming pool, there was trash all over the place. There was nobody there to clean it up. There was fruit all over the ground, big chunks of hair every where.
Overall the stay was excellent.
Curbside check in of baggage and vehicle was kaisos. Our bags were not brought to our room so after 45 minutes I went down to the lobby and found them on a cart and took them to our room. This happened at about 3:45 PM .
How close it is to the Paycom center
We had to wait past out check in time for our room. They should have told us, before we got there. Once we got off the elevator on our floor we immediately smelled marijuana.
The Omni was an amazingly clean and friendly place to stay! Everyone was so helpful! The selection of food, shopping, and activities to do was astonishing! I highly recommended staying here!
Wow wow wow. Was passing through Oklahoma on our way home. What a Great Hotel. Felt center from everything. Everything my family did was in walking distance. Valet Manager I believe his name was Tommy, asian guy with a deep voice. Never heard any asian with a deep voice before. First time for everything right??? Anyways. He gave us some great restaurant recommendations starting off with BOB steak house!!! I would have love to go there but my 10 year old hasn't experienced high end steak house yet. He will when he gets older. Hahaha. He recommended cajun corner!! Great food. I can go down the list but I would rather you experience what I experience with Tommy. Really knowledgeable with the area. This will be the reason why not to stop by when passing through OKC very friendly. Upon entry you will be stunned. Great lobby. Contemporary and old school look. Great mix. I love it. The entire front desk Team was amazing. Also Shout out to Trey. Great bellhop!!! I will be back when passing through or visiting. Will update more on the property. My trip with my family was way to short. I wishing I could have experience the pool. Next time. Keep up the great work Omni Family!!
Loved my one-night stay here — beautiful property — my room, the lobby, and the on-site dining options were lovely. Great coffee shop! Bonus — for runners and walkers — the hotel is immediately adjacent to a very nice park. Highly recommended.
Came here for work and was also here at the same time for NBA Playoffs in May. Convienence is worth the price paid. Smooth arrival and departure.
A very nice overall experience. The hotel felt and looked luxurious. Great rooms, everything was well-kept and tended too. Worth the dollars spent.
Close to PayCom Center Beautiful property Well taken care of
Staff was friendly and helpful. The building was clean and beautiful. Several restaurants with varied food options. Drinks and specials were delicious. Resort is located close to several local attractions making it easy to walk the Riverwalk, go to a concert, or let the littles play in the splashpad. The Saturday market next door was a bonus.
Everything was immaculate. The staff was amazing as well.
There wasn't anything bad. We loved everything.
I was pleased with the hotel’s proximity to the Paycom Center because we were there for a concert. I also enjoyed sitting in the lobby after the concert with a couple of glasses of wine from the bar. It was very relaxing and conducive to conversing. Our view of Scissortail Park was fantastic!
I did not like the scent of the hand soap and body wash (lavender and sage). The lid to the toilet seat was completely broken loose from the seat. The tub was slippery. I almost fell. There was no rail to hold onto. The linens on the bed smelled very strong. We waited 40 minutes for the valet to retrieve our car because so many people checked out around the same time.
Conveniently located to everything we needed.
It was fantastic plus there was an amazing view! Felt like walking into a gala! The room was super clean and we were greeted with open arms!
Staff and room was excellent.
Location was great, hotel was nice, clean and staff was amazing
Nothing
Clean and friendly very accommodating
No washer and dryer for a week stay.
Great hotel, friendly staff, very nice amenities. Right next to scissortail park, the Myriad garden, trolley service, and of course the arena.
Rooms were cramped. Shower curtain in 2026?….
Small room and cramped bathroom. In the Midwest we get bigger rooms. This isn’t nyc
The drunk people crowding your lobby and vallet area Saturday night was horrendous. Intoxicated people everywhere making it very difficult to navigate the lobby. Also, the valley entrance. These idiots were all over the place. My son was knocked around. A policy needs to be put in place and enforced!
I’ve stayed at the Omni Oklahoma City regularly since it opened in 2021 and have always enjoyed the property. The location, rooms, restaurants, and overall atmosphere are still among the best in Oklahoma City. What has changed, unfortunately, is the consistency of the customer service. During the hotel’s first couple of years, there was a genuine sense that employees wanted to make every stay special. The interactions felt personal, and frequent guests were recognized in meaningful ways. Over the past two years, that level of hospitality has gradually faded. The service isn’t bad, but it no longer stands out the way it once did. This review isn’t meant to criticize the staff, who are always courteous. Rather, it’s to share that the overall guest experience no longer feels as polished or personalized as it did when the hotel first opened. As someone who has chosen this hotel for every Oklahoma City trip since 2021, that’s disappointing, and I’ve started considering other options for future stays. I sincerely hope management can restore the culture of hospitality that made this property so exceptional in its early years. It’s still a beautiful hotel, and I’d love for it to once again be my first choice whenever I’m in Oklahoma City.
Location
Room wasn’t ready made us late to our event , desk staff was rude
Omni OKC brings a great atmosphere to an already amazing downtown area. Hotel is always clean and well staffed. You can't miss Bob's while there as well. Food and drinks are always 5 star.
The hotel overall is very beautiful and updated. I had a chance to eat at multiple restaurants and use the spa and I would give them all a 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, the check-in was chaotic. The clerk did not seem like they knew what they were doing and I was offered no welcome gift upon arrival and they did not walk me through any of the amenities on site or how the fitness or breakfast worked. It did not offer me very much information. This trickle down to when I checked out and I did not receive a receipt through email like I was promised. I had prepaid for my hotel weeks in advance and now I’ve been stuck reaching out to multiple people from Omni over the course of two weeks because I was charged over $1400 for a room that I Prepaid for. I’ve gotten very little help and this has really Tainted my Thought thoughts of the Omni brand.
**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our Favorite Hotel in Oklahoma — We Keep Coming Back!** We absolutely love staying at the Omni. We have stayed here multiple times, and it has easily become our favorite hotel in Oklahoma. Every time we visit, we leave impressed and already looking forward to coming back. The biggest thing that keeps us returning is the people and the incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrive, the staff makes us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone is friendly, professional, and helpful, and the level of personal service is consistently exceptional. It is obvious that the people here truly care about the guest experience. The hotel itself is beautiful. The common areas are always clean and well maintained, and our rooms have consistently been spotless, comfortable, and quiet. Everything works as it should, the Wi-Fi is reliable, the beds are comfortable, and we always get a great night’s sleep. We especially love the pool! It is definitely one of our favorite parts of staying here and somewhere we always look forward to spending time. Between the pool, the beautiful hotel, the great food and dining options, and the overall atmosphere, you really can relax and enjoy yourself without needing to leave the property. What impresses us most is how consistent the experience is. We don’t just have one good stay—we have a great experience every time we come back. That says a lot about the people who run and work at this hotel. We genuinely feel that the Omni is the best hotel in Oklahoma by far. The service, hospitality, cleanliness, rooms, food, amenities, and attention to detail are all first-class. There is a reason we give them 10s across the board. They have earned our loyalty, and we plan on being lifelong guests. We can’t recommend the Omni highly enough. If you’re visiting Oklahoma City and want somewhere that truly makes your stay feel special, this is the place.
We stayed at this hotel to enjoy time at the pool and enjoy the fireworks on the 3rd. We were told the pool area would be for hotel guests only. It clearly wasn't. Service was slow and unprofessional and the crowd had a great deal of non-hotel guests. A group of early 20-somethings was there, obviously having partied before coming. They were not hotel guests. They started arguing, threatening to fight and show firearms. The literally knocked guests over while we were waiting for the elevators, which had all stopped working. Police were called to manage the crowd. All-in-all it was an extremely poor experience at a seemingly nice hotel. Stay at a Marriott property and save yourself the headache.
The service, all staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
The air in the room didn’t work. We asked for a portable fan and it wasn’t ever brought up. The bed was absolutely terrible. For a $400 room, it was very disappointing
Elevators were a major issue. No more than 1 was operating at once and it caused major delays.
Everything
Loved Seltzers. Steakhouse was very good. Room service was very good as well.
Without a microwave, no way to warm up food from room service
We love the Omni hotel in OKC. Always super nice. Easy to check in and out. Valet services are great. Food is good at any of the restaurants or bars. Anytime we come to OKC, we look forward to staying at the Omni.
Amazing, loved the suite. Enjoyed the pool and hotbtub and the views from the room and pool. Seltzer restaurant great food.
The hotel was fantastic. The rooms were great, the restaurants were excellent and the staff could not have been better.
My first experience fell well short of expectations. The late check-in was only the beginning. We chose your property for our staycation because of its excellent reputation and reviews, so we were disappointed that our experience didn't reflect that. Beyond check-in, the pool service was extremely poor. We had to order our fruit tray three separate times before we finally received it. Thankfully, Curtis checked in on us without us having to continue chasing down staff at the bar. Even though he was clearly very busy, he took ownership of the situation and made a noticeable difference in our experience. He deserves recognition for that. Unfortunately, our interaction with the pool entrance attendant was also disappointing. I understand the need to check bags, but there is a respectful and welcoming way to handle that process. The approach we experienced felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily unfriendly. By the end of the evening, my partner and I were both so frustrated that we decided to end our stay early. We brought our room keys down around 12:30 a.m. and checked out that night instead of staying through the remainder of our reservation. It's unfortunate because the property itself is beautiful, but exceptional facilities cannot make up for a disappointing guest experience. At this point, I don't believe I would choose to stay there again.
Everything was great
The location and proximity to downtown.
We booked The Omni to have a nice staycation for the Fourth of July holiday, only one night, there less than 24 hours. Within those 24 hours we had to spend over two hours at the front desk as our card was being charged doubled on three different occasions! Our room was prepaid and they charged us again once we got there. They apologized and said the people who overlook the invoices must have missed it. For this mishap, they offered an hour later checkout. We also opted to pay for early check-in as we were only there for a short time and wanted to maximize our staycation. We got another invoice that we had been charged TWICE for early check-in. Back down to the desk. The people who did the invoices missed ANOTHER thing. The front desk took it off and apologized. About an hour after we had checked out, ANOTHER charge on the card. The people who overlook the invoices had charged $30 because one of the early check-in was $100 and the other was $125, the guy who helped take one of the charged off took off the $125. No one explained to us why they had two different amount for early check in. One lady told us $100 and another said $125 but no explanation on what the difference was. Seemed fair the guy helping us took the higher amount off since it was our second time having to go back and ask why we are being double charged. Whoever is in charge of overlooking the invoices will make sure to overcharge you. They didn't miss when we were undercharged and tried to charge us for the higher of the two early check-in prices, but surely missed THE TWO OTHER PREVIOUS MISTAKES OF BEING OVERCHARGED! I also do not agree with the hotel charging our card after we had already checked out. During our many visits to the front desk the guy assured us that we had been charged for everything and the incidental fee, and the charges from all of the doubles charges would be placed back on our card. So we were not expecting the hotel to charge our card after we had already left and assured we had paid everything. Pretty suspicious to leave your card with this company if they just send charges to it without notifying you and after you had checked out of the hotel, please check your accounts if you choose to stay here! The constant notifications on our phone about our card having double charges throughout the whole trip made it very hard to reax and enjoy our staycation. Overall, a very nice luxury hotel, I just think of paying over $300 a night, you should not have to visit the front desk multiple times about being charged. We were also lied to about the hotel capacity. They said we can pay for early check-in but may not get it due to hotel being at full capacity for the holiday weekend. When we were at the bar that night, we asked the bartenders if this would get busy later in the evening and they informed us probably not since the hotel was less than 50% full... In addition, we had to turn our AC down to 45 degrees in order to get any cold air! We didn't bother asking to change rooms as we were only their one night and eventually got it to cool down after turning it below 50 degrees. On top of that, we were expecting a different atmosphere. If you are okay with kids running around the pool, constantly jumping in splashing water into your drinks and your bags by your chairs, and parents not watching their children, this may be the place for you. We also had to ask multiple times for a menu by the pool on different occasions. The food and drinks were amazing and the views. They were out of a lot of the cocktails listed on the menu, but we found something we liked. Only giving more than one star because our bartender, Kourtney, who also works for Southwest was amazing! Just with the price of the hotel, I was expecting a little more upscale service.
Location
Si me encanta
It being close to downtown
Bed, room, swimming pool
Omni Hotels & Resorts in Oklahoma City is the place to be when you are in Oklahoma. The beauty of the surrounding to the cleanliness of the place is of high standards.
Overall, the experience was good. Each time I ordered something from the restaurant, the food was warm, and delicious. The hotel lobby and floors in general were clean.
Location
They wanted to charge us $25 for each hour checked in early. We refused this since no other hotel, with rooms available! And even though we were members and waited until after Check in time, we ended up with a view of the roof of a neighboring holding. Not a very exciting.
We really enjoyed our long weekend at the Omni! Every staff member we met was very friendly - check in, pool attendants, valet, bartenders, and check out. The pool was great! It is pretty large with a lot of lounge chairs. There was no problem getting a seat on Thursday or Friday, but on Saturday you definitely need to get there by 10am. By noon, the seating options were definitely limited and the pool itself got pretty crowded. The hot tub was nice as well and seated about 8 people. There weren't a lot of umbrellas, so if you need the shade, you would need to get there early.
For over $300/night, this property certainly was not worth the value. If you’re staying here expecting to enjoy the Chase The Edit perks then I would choose somewhere else. They did not give us an upgrade and even lied that the hotel was at full capacity; hence there was no availability but I could still book half a dozen of rooms for those same nights on the hotel website as well as on Chase Travel. For breakfast, this hotel doesn’t have a buffet so they give $30 in credit per person to use at their restaurant. Since you can’t use credit to cover gratuities, it’s not actually free like at other properties. Before we arrived, I called to have my husband’s name added to the booking since my flight got cancelled and he would be checking in ahead. The male Guest Services agent took his info and said everything should be good to go. Then I called back after 30 mins to inquire about something else and was told by a different agent that she did not see any other names on this booking. Makes you wonder about the competency of the staff here. Lastly, when asked about late check-out, the front desk said they could only allow until 12:30pm. We said okay, but when we checked again the next morning just to be sure, a different rep said they couldn’t offer late check-out at all and we would have to leave at 11am. It was only because I mentioned speaking to someone already that she said “okay well I don’t see any notes in the system but I’ll get it sorted for you til 12:30.” What is this inconsistency? The front desk here truly makes you feel unwelcomed and unappreciated with their lies and reluctance to assist.
The ambiance is amazing. Loved the lobby, bar area, rooftop pool, and of course the room.
Some staff members could have been more welcoming. Front desk management/lead lacked a welcoming environment. Pool area needed more bartenders and waiters to keep up with the large number of customers, and it took 30 minutes to recieve our appetizers in the bar. The manager did take both items off our check though. New kitchen staff evidently.
We selected a higher floor for the view and we're not disappointed. The views from around the hotel from rooms, business center, and pool area were excellent. We enjoyed the coffee bar and pool area bar. If you stop by the pool bar, say hello to Juliette from us. 😃 All staff was friendly and spending some time at the pool area enjoying the views and sun or walking to the park or gardens will be a nice way to start or end your day. Enjoy!
I was there for a conference. Variety of restaurants so I never had to leave the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. LOVED the shower in my room. Relaxing atmosphere. Quick elevators - never had to wait. Everything ran smoothly! Overall a great experience! Tip: Visit Mason at Bob's
My stay at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the level of service exceeded every expectation. The cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely impeccable. Every area—from the guest rooms and common spaces to the pool and dining areas—was spotless and beautifully maintained. It was evident that great pride is taken in ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and pristine environment. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single employee I encountered, from the front desk team and housekeeping staff to the poolside attendants, went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Their genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel seen and special throughout my entire stay. The customer service was superb in every aspect. Questions were answered promptly, requests were handled with care, and every interaction reflected a commitment to excellence and hospitality. I highly recommend the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you’re traveling for business, a sporting event, or a relaxing getaway, you can expect exceptional service, outstanding cleanliness, and a team that truly cares about creating a memorable guest experience. I will definitely stay here again.
Very friendly staff. The valet group were extremely helpful and friendly. Front desk check in very easy. The room was clean, cool, well equipped
Beautiful hotel. Went there for a comic con next door to the convention center . Everything is in walking distance which is awesome
Location was central to everything. It is right across the street walking distance to paycom arena and there was a conference that it was also walking distance from. With that being said even if your on a higher floor if you have a street view it can be very noisy at night due to traffic. Also there will be a lot of access to families like a Disney resort without kids assigned areas. Every room gets welcome candy so didn't really feel special as my stay was first time for my engagement and Amex cardholder being it's 1 out of two for the Fine Hotel and resorts. I was given upgrade as apart of me Amex benefits, $100 hotel credit, but didn't get to experience late check out we had to head home. There is a complimentary breakfast included for two but since it's not buffet everything on menu is Al carte. I had to ask front desk how it works and was advised we get $60 a day during our stay it's not advertised so beware. Kids under 11 do eat free and Seltzer's does open from 7am-2pm giving you plenty time to eat Breakfast or Brunch. Portions are good but there is a bit of wait so that could use a bit upgrade once seated to ensure food heat quality. Other than that I enjoyed my stay hotel was very clean and staff were friendly.
Awesome staff across the board.
Pillows could be a little better.
Excellent hotel overall. Very modern with numerous dining and bar options in the hotel. Large and frenetic.....Very crowded in common areas. Rooms were clean and quiet and the hotel staff was very polite and engaging (overall). The valet service is exceptional, worth the $$.
Wanted $25/hr for early checkin. First time ever! Room view from 914 was of the roof of the huge building next door. So much for Select membership. Two free drinks was nice.
Nice & new
Too expensive
Don't receive any mail or packages at this hotel! Even if you've paid over $500 for 2 nights, they'll try to squuese an extra $5 out of you for receiving the mail. Feels gross. ..
Location and staff was very welcoming
There was nothing I disliked
Location
I called and booked my room for a conference that was going on May 20 - 22 2026, talked to a person that first checked to see if there were any rooms left in their reserved block, there wasn't so she checked into what was available . I told her I needed to stay Tuesday through Thursday, I didn't check the dates after we spoke because I thought she also knew when the conference was going on & I told her what nights I would be there . I arrived Tuesday afternoon to find the dates in my reservation were 2 days later, the fine young man at the desk informed me of the mistake & found me a room, I thought nothing more about it till I get home and my $300 +- room was $839.00 for the 19th $809.00 for the 20th & $244.00 for the 21st . I should've looked at the reservation earlier & noticed the mistake but thought the person I spoke with give me the correct dates on the phone, my mistake . The room was good & experience was good, but the bill was a big shock .
We stayed here for a convention and had a mixed experience. I paid for guaranteed early check-in at 12 PM and arrived at 2 PM with my 84-year-old mother, expecting our room to be ready. Unfortunately, we ended up sitting in a very crowded lobby until 6:30 PM. It was clear the hotel was overwhelmed and not fully prepared for the volume of guests, which was surprising since the convention had been booked months in advance. Some guests were reportedly left without rooms altogether. We were fortunate to receive a room, although it was not the one we originally booked. That said, there were many positives. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were kind and professional, the restaurants were excellent, and the room we received was very nice. My mother was especially looking forward to a spa day. The spa was short-staffed, so she was only able to receive 3–4 services out of the 8–9 she had hoped for. However, the services she did receive were wonderful, and the spa staff were warm, attentive, and took great care of her. Overall, this property has a lot to offer and the people working there were great, but better preparation and staffing during large events would make a huge difference.
The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel delivers a modern, comfortable stay with a polished design that feels both upscale and welcoming. The location works well for short leisure trips or business travel, offering easy access to downtown attractions and the surrounding park areas. Rooms are clean, contemporary, and thoughtfully arranged, with a large, comfortable bed, warm layered lighting, and a seating area that makes the space feel more like a small suite. The dark blue accents, framed artwork, and patterned carpet give the room a refined, cohesive look. Large windows provide impressive views of the city and nearby green spaces, adding a sense of openness. Bathrooms are stylish and functional, featuring illuminated mirrors, gold fixtures, and neatly organized amenities. The dark tile in the shower contrasts nicely with the lighter vanity area, giving the space a modern, high‑end feel. Common areas within the room — including the sofa, marble‑top table, and workspace — are practical and comfortable, making it easy to relax or get work done. Evening lighting creates a warm, calm atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. Based on the views and layout, the hotel offers a strong balance of comfort, design, and convenience, making it a solid choice for travelers who want a modern room, polished bathrooms, and easy access to Oklahoma City’s downtown and park areas.
The property is beautiful and spacious. The restaurants are amazing!
Some of the lights in my room didn’t work. I was given a $50 breakfast package that wasn’t honored. It’s difficult trying to connect to apps on the TV, I couldn’t access them.
It was a great place to stay. Loved everything about it.
While at the pool, we ordered food including chicken strips, a burger, and a side condiment that appeared to contain jalapeño jelly and onions. After placing the condiment on the burger and taking a bite, I immediately bit into what appeared to be either a large shard of glass or a heavy piece of hard plastic. I brought the issue directly to two bar managers at the time and intentionally did not create a scene, despite the seriousness of the situation and the fact that my young children were with me. Had one of my children consumed it instead, the outcome could have been far more severe and potentially caused significant injury. What concerned me most afterward was not simply the incident itself, but the lack of meaningful follow-up regarding the potential danger involved. The meal was compensated, which I appreciate, but no one from management contacted us to acknowledge the seriousness of what occurred or the risk it presented. Ironically, the only follow-up communication we received during the stay was from the spa director regarding an unrelated scheduling issue for services we never received. That situation was handled professionally — including a call and a bottle of wine sent to our room — which only highlighted the absence of concern regarding the food safety incident. I am not looking to create unnecessary conflict, but I do believe this situation warranted greater attention and acknowledgment from management given the potential consequences. I would appreciate hearing from someone directly regarding how seriously this incident is being taken and what steps are being implemented to prevent something similar from happening to another guest.
Everyone was amazing and so eager to take care of our needs!! Didn't get to the Pool but everyone I spoke with said it was AWESOME. Loved the view from the room as well!
I loved that you get a drink voucher as well as had activities in the lobby to participate in. Seltzer was our FAVORITE restaurant to eat at in Omni!! The portions were huge and the food was so good!!!
The only restaurant we enjoyed was Seltzer, but they close early. The steak house didn’t have many options and the other one’s food was not good. The live band was nice!
The shower was awesome !! Great spa
Nothing
We had the best weekend in OKC staying at the Omni. The location is great, but most importantly, we were very pleased with the exceptional customer service from all the staff members at the front desk and in the restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and the room was spacious and quiet despite the busy marathon weekend. I plan to return to enjoy the rooftop bar and pool, spa, and extra large fitness center.
52 mins to get a room! Ridiculous. No explanation on the delay. House keeping supervisor sent an email with apologies and claimed that he would make it up for us but never got back to us. Nice hotel but the lack of communication and transparency made it a poor experience!
My family and I had a truly wonderful time at the Oklahoma City Omni Hotel. Our stay was 3 nights as we travelled from out of state for the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon Weekend. The hotel is beautiful and kindness and customer service from all employees was excellent. We definitely look forward to visiting again in the future and staying at this wonderful hotel.
Great experience over-all. The room we received is clean. I just wish our request to get to higher floor was captured in the note for consideration during check-in
This was the nicest hotel that I have ever stayed at. Upon arrival, I felt like a first-class citizen. Every staff member was confident, polite, and called me by name. There were no hiccups whatsoever. They have the nicest gym that I have ever worked out at in a hotel. I was the only one in there but it could have comfortably fit 30 people without stepping on toes. The room was spacious and had an amazing view ! Eating at Seltzer's was luxurious as well. I would love to stay here again and offer an even greater in-depth review to the public and draw more patrons here !
Best hotel I've stayed in so far ! Would definitely recommend it. In my opinion I think it's worth staying at this location.
Everything about the hotel is five star rated in my opinion. The service was excellent. The restaurants were amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean and very nice. The spa was incredible. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Don't let OKC fool you, there is a TON to do within walking distance of this location! Our stay was amazing from greeting, to food options, room service (get the grits!!) and overall amenities. Definitely recommend staying here and taking advantage of any "secret menu" room options. You can wake up to a day at the rooftop pool, walk through the local parks and botanical gardens or see a sporting event next door. The hotel is clean, well-kept and still has that shiny new feel. Loved the lounge and expansive fireplace downstairs!
This was such a great experience from start to finish. What stood out most was the staff—every single interaction was positive. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, room service was friendly and efficient, and the bellhops and valet team were incredibly attentive and polite. You can tell there’s a strong culture of hospitality here, and it really makes a difference. I left feeling genuinely impressed and would gladly return.
Beautiful hotel and amenities but the best part of the team at this hotel. They were responsive, friendly and polite. One of my best trips and it was for work. I will be back if I’m in Oklahoma again.
The hotel was EXTREMELY busy but the calm, friendly, and professional demeanor was ever present. People were helpful, warm, and welcoming. Room & amenities were top notch!
This is a beautiful property and new, but they struggle with some basic things. 1. We had to eat breakfast, and it's supposed to open at 7 am. We came down at 7:35, and there were people waiting outside the restaurant because the doors were locked. On the glass door, it says 7 am. So we go to the front desk and ask and they say that "Oh, we got slammed by room service so it should open in 10-15 minutes." That was perfectly normal. What? After 15 minutes and it still wasn't open, we might be late to where we were going, we went back to the front desk and asked if they could call their manager. They looked at us like that was an unreasonable request. They said they called, but then said, "It should be open soon." 2. On a Saturday at 4:30, we were hanging out by the pool, and it was sunny but a bit cool; however, there were 40 other people there having a good time. We were having some drinks and were going to order food, and the bar attached to the pool, which is inside, says it's shutting down at 4:45 because it's too cold. Do they not like making money or having pleaseing their customers? Obviously, everyone who thought they were going to enjoy a few more hours by the pool with drinks was disappointed. The pool remained open, and most stayed, but you couldn't order drinks. What? 3. Also, they were blasting Skid Row and Slaughter by the pool ... what?
The Omni Oklahoma City is a pretty hotel but the price paid is not worth it in my opinion. The staff were friendly but not overly receptive. We booked a double queen room the room was clean but the room remained hot all night despite multiple attempts to change thermostat. There was no fitted sheet and the bottom sheet that was used wasn’t the correct size and just got tangled around feet. The pillows had seen better days and it took 3 to get any support. Overall not thrilled with the experience especially for the price that was paid. We are at the OKC Taphouse, food was okay but service and bar were slow.
For over $500 a night I would expect to have better beds, pillows and linen. This was about as equivalent as sleeping at a motel 6. The bathroom and shower were wonderful.
