There was lots of space and items required for extra comfort and a more homely feel like iron, toaster, kettle, hob if needed. Drink and snack bar near pool.and pool.for smaller ones. The Clothes air dryer was genius to help keep the wet items to prevent that wet smell in the flat

The sofa bed was broken and closed shut in the night with my disabled 9 years old son, we had to wait at 2 am for someone to come and help resolve it, he markedly avoided it the entire trip and even kept asking when we were going home as he didnt feel safe. The house keeping came day 1 and didn't change the towels, day 2 we put it at the doorway so they will see and they took it and didnt leave fresh ones so we had to ring reception after coming in from the beach and pool soaking wet and sit there waiting whilst they bring it. The room wasn't cleaned either. The kitchen bin was over full and wasn't change <even though we tried to not use the bathroom ones to make the work less already> the day before the bed was made, the day after the blanket was just folded and left <bear in mind i have not moved 1 thing in my room out of place as the adult including my bedding on the bed to already make it easier> I didn't get to use the kids activities as we didnt find the location until we were asking for directions to commute back to the airport since it is an entirely different location and is not well signposted On the beach after an hour there and we were about to leave a man came over to ask us to pay for the bench we were on 1st he said 25 euro then he said 20 euros. He was not in a uniform or anything and was giving dubious information so I asked the lifeguard to intervene as he spoke more English that the man and I asked him if that was a genuine thing or a scam as the man seem to be lying. He said I dont get involved in that as it is not part of my role but he heard they sometimes charge 18 euro so I said where's the sign on the beach to say that? He said i dont know. The numbers kept changing i said I dont want to seem rude but because the figures keep changing I will not give my money and get scammed and we are leaving as you can see we are packing up.Future reference there need to be a sign in the area that payment is required.

Il pagamento dell'acqua a cena (tra l'altro a Euro 3,50 la bottiglia) è una cosa un pò da poveracci. La pulizia delle camere è un pò approssimativa, i cuscini inaccettabili. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, discreta la colazione ma la cena è ampiamente migliorabile. Diciamo che non incontra molto il favore degli italiani: la pasta, pur presente ogni sera, era sempre scotta e la carne servita era di pessima qualità.

We are coming to the end of a 9 night stay at this hotel. An honest review because it’s hard to find hotels suitable for young families that are worth the extortionate prices. This one isn’t. There was good parts about it when we arrived but the busier the hotel has got the less enjoyable it has become. By our 4th/5th day it became very difficult to get an umbrella by the pool. There isn’t nearly enough and people taking two brollys and then they’re not even sitting at sunbeds for most of the day. we had to go and buy one as did many other families around the pool. This isn’t acceptable for families with young children. You need shade. The dinner hall is very poorly run, ques to get in and out, no plates, tables not cleaned, food on floor, food mixed in with other food - not a pleasant dining experience.. There’s lots of glowing reviews here and I can only think that it’s a much nicer experience outside of the summer holidays maybe. When you can actually sit somewhere. But the worst thing for us is that we had a late flight home and even though we’ve explained to reception that our youngest son is profoundly autistic, hasn’t left our hotel room barely for the last three days, and have asked if there is literally anywhere we can go to any room at all in the hotel for the few hours, more than happy to pay, before our flight they have refused to offer any solution to this stating that the hotel is full. We’ve been asking for three days been told to keep coming back and then they’ve just refused and offered no alternative solution. I don’t believe for one second that each room was full for the sake of 3-4 hours. We made friends whilst here and they kept their room on with no issue. There’s no cool space anywhere at all in the hotel anywhere apart from the very, very small reception. The girl on there told me to take him round the pool - he’s barely been round the pool as I’d already explained because it’s overwhelming for him, very busy, very loud and no sufficient shade. I found it very dismissive of his disability to suggest to just take him to the pool. Of course this is our personal situation but I would still expect some form of help to be offered - which it wasn’t. Really disappointing. You pay so much money to come here - a lot of money for quite a substandard experience and then it finished off in that way. If my son was disabled in a way their staff could see perhaps they would have been more accommodating . We walked past our room at 3pm and there still wasn’t anyone in it - so we absolutely could have paid for those extra few hours and our son could have been much more comfortable this would have made a massive difference for him . Spent the last day of our holiday with a screaming very upset 4 year old with no relief from the heat and nowhere to go which absolutely ruined it for our family.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Perfect choice for a family of 3 adults and 2yr old and 5yr old boys. We arrived at 1pm and our two apartments were ready. One was two bedroom with 2 bathrooms and the other a one bedroom . Both had roomy lounge and good kitchen. Air conditioning was great especially as it was a heatwave of 34 degrees. Exceptionally clean. The facilities for young children were excellent especially the pools, splash pool and evening bouncy castles etc. The grounds are lovely, well looked after and clean. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. Plenty of choice, good quality probably the best food I’ve had in a Mediterranean hotel ! All the staff throughout the complex were friendly, helpful and good at their jobs. A credit to the Seth chain but not surprised as I have been to several Seth hotels and they are all good. 2 Supermarkets a few minutes away and gorgeous beach about 5 min stroll. Loved the availability of beach toys and parasols to borrow and pool toys etc, great idea to save on single use plastic stuff and save families money. Only 2 suggestions - more sun umbrellas needed around the pools to match plentiful sunbeds. And as others have noted an earlier dinner time of 6pm or at least 6:30 would be better than 7pm for all the very young children staying. We are already planning our next visit !

the apartment was clean and the aircon was brilliant. the shower in the main bathroom has an elongated tray but no door making the bathroom liable to flood. the dining room is abit crazy with similar food every night and not enough breakfast bowls!!!! the pools are lovely and the location is great if you like beaches

We have just returned from a week in a 3 Bedroomed apartment at Seth Mestral & Llebeig in Santo Tomas. We have had the most fantastic week. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and the air conditioning was amazing. We had a lovely big balcony and a very well equipped kitchen, I literally could not fault the apartment for 2 adults a 13 year old and 15 year old. The swimming pools are great, there are 2 so if one is busy you can go to the other. The reception and cleaning staff are very helpful and always friendly. We enjoyed mini-golf and playing padel (my husband had a lesson one morning). We hired paddelboards from Mario at Navegando, which is just along the street, that was great fun in the calm sea water. The restaurant food is good but at the busiest times there are not enough tables inside. In the evening it is table service for drinks and its quite difficult to get a drink. These are really my only complaints at all about the hotel/accommodation. Santo Tomas is a gorgeous place, we absolutely love it. The beach is beautiful and the water is so clear. There are fish everywhere and so the snorkelling is excellent. There are so many nice local restaurants to choose from, Es Pins was our particular favourite and ate there twice in the week we were there. The sunsets each night are spectacular. We have had a fantastic, relaxed and fun week at Seth Mestral & Llebeig in Santo Tomas and are already planning our return trip.

La restauration est trop cantine, le lieu de restauration trop bruyant, pains inexistants (juste des petits pains parfois secs), stand de dessert très limité.

We have had a fantastic and unforgettable week at Seth Mestral & Llebeig. This was our first visit as a family of four (two adults, a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old), and we honestly couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food was excellent throughout the week. There was plenty of variety every day, with something to suit everyone, and our kids enjoyed every meal, which made things so much easier. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. Everyone, from the cleaning and maintenance teams to the restaurant and bar staff, was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The real highlight for us, however, was the kids’ club team. The girls there were absolutely amazing. Our children adored them from day one. Whether it was the poolside activities, the kids’ club itself, or the evening entertainment and face painting, they made our children feel so special and genuinely helped make our holiday unforgettable. They are a real credit to the hotel, and we can’t thank them enough. We’ll definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Seth Mestral & Llebeig to other families looking for a relaxing, child-friendly holiday with outstanding staff.

Fantastic family resort that ticked so many boxes. Beautiful quiet location close to the beach, which is stunning. Excellently maintained and very clean. The cleaning staff were very professional and pleasant. The food was delicious and there was a great variety. The dessert station was brilliant and the kids loved the ice cream and chocolate fountain. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to be engaging in conversation and my kids loved them. The drinks were lovely, bar staff friendly and priced around the same as UK prices. The pool area is great and my children loved the splash pool. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The kids club is fantastic and the mini disco and daily face painting was a bit hit with my children. The girls that run the kids club are a credit to the resort and made our stay so enjoyable. There is a bus stop nearby and bus 71 takes you to Mahon which is a lovely day out. There are also a few shops, restaurants and pizza takeout near the bus stop. I found the food in the supermarket nearby very expensive with prices much higher than UK. Few tips for those going to arrive which I wish I knew beforehand . There are quite a few hidden cost extras. Bring your own beach towel there is a charge of €15 per towel and you get €10 back. You have to pay €1 every time you want to change your towel. The cost of a cot is an additional €62 for a week. I have never had to pay for a travel cot whilst staying at a resort on holiday usually this is included therefore I was not happy about this hidden cost. City tax which is standard for most European places now €28 for the week. At breakfast a member of staff in the restaurant told me I was not allowed to refill my child’s water bottle (with filtered water from the machine) which I found a little frustrating given that my children are not old enough to drink from the glasses provided. I think there should be some consideration of that or else provide toddler cups that young children can use. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would highly highly recommend this immaculate hotel for a relaxing friendly family break away.

Perfect for a family holiday. We stayed for 6 nights in a 2 bed apartment, 4 adults and 1 baby, there was ample room. The main pool was excellent, not too busy and always a sunbed available (nobody reserved them which was a relief). Breakfast options were very good with fresh fruit, pastries and cooked options. Shops just a few minutes walk away for essentials.

Evening meals were a bit hit and miss. Lots of options but not always to our taste. If you’re a foodie, this maybe isn’t for you. However if you go with average expectations then it’s just fine. Some nice restaurants along the beach front if you prefer dining out. It would be good to have a bit more shade in the children’s pool, as it’s a bit exposed.

What a lovely week we had. First of all the hotel itself. We checked in late at night due to airport delays. Reception were expecting us and check in waa quick and smooth. Tourist tax is around 30 euros each adult which we had to pay on check in. The rooms were beautifully clean and had everything we needed for a half board stay. The food/entertainment was a 2 min walk down the hill and across the road. Pools were lovely, clean everywhere. No problems getting sun beds. Even a place for pool toys to be left and reused. Great pools for children. Beach a short walk away but not as described by jet 2. No sunbeds/parasols to rent. But plenty around to buy in the shop if you wanted them. Sea was beautiful and clear and just generally a gorgeous beach. Food had great variety and choice. Different each night. Every night had chips, pizza and pasta for if you've got fussy children. Drinks on the expensive side in my opinion but no problem if only having a few. Overall we've had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend for families.

We travelled as a family of four adults and one toddler. Our 3 bedroom apartment was clean and airy. It was situated by the splash pool and had beautiful sea views with a spacious balcony. The towels and linen were of good quality and there was a daily clean by the housekeepers if you required it. Food at Las Dunas restaurant was good and there was plenty of choice at both breakfast and dinner. Melissa was excellent in the restaurant. She was efficient at clearing tables/rearranging tables and had a lovely manner with babies, toddlers and children. The pool areas were lovely and it was lovely to see there were no sunbed wars. The pool bar provided drinks/snacks and lovely cocktails. The entertainment was good for both adults and children and the trampolines and rides were a hit with our little one. We as a family consider this 3* hotel to be of great value. We would not hesitate to recommend it and hope to return soon. Well done to all the staff, in all areas, who make this hotel what it is. Brilliant all round, a particular shout out to the kids club trio (I didnt get any names, sorry!) of ladies who were incredibly great with my son, and all the kids. Brilliant face painters too! The buffet was fantastic, the staff on the door of the dunes were brilliant, in fact all of the dunes staff were. A really nice hotel and a lovely experience. Thanks!

A lovely family holiday at Seth Mestral and Lleibig. Santo Tomas is a lovely quiet town with plenty of restaurants, shops and a beautiful sandy beach with gorgeous clear blue water. We travelled with 3 adults and 3 children (9, 8 and 1). The pool areas were quiet and clean. Plenty of sunbeds and the poolside was never busy. The accommodation is separated into Mestral and Llebeig. Mestral has a splash pool, playground and main pool. Where as Lleibig has just a main pool (which we didn't find the need to use). We stayed on the Mestral side of the complex which suited our needs as a family with young children. The splash pool was the quietest, not too deep and with lots of little slides and play areas. The main pool very clean, with a poolside bar serving ice creams and drinks throughout the day. There was also daily activities by the pool for an hour or so a day, great to entertain the kids (and a poolside pool table too). The floor tiles around the splash pool were a lot hotter than the other areas though, so that is something to me mindful of with bare feet. The girls hosting the entertainment were brilliant, as was the man at the bar (whose name escapes me). The apartments were spacious and clean with the daily cleaners doing a great job. Beds comfy, air con great and facilities in the apartment ideal for everything we needed. There is a small shop across the road and a larger supermarket a 5 minute walk either side of the complex (also a pharmacy and a shop selling everything from clothes to beach toys and inflatables). Las Dunas restaurant is directly across the road offering a half board option for breakfast and tea/evening dinner. Options are plentiful and change daily. The staff there are brilliant. Food is constantly being topped up, although drinks are not included in the evening and can be quite pricey. Melissa is brilliant and it was a pleasure to meet her. Gracias Melissa. My only other criticism of the restaurant is that it doesn't open until 19:00, which we found tough with our 1 year old who is usually settling for bed around that time, but maybe that's something we should have looked at before we booked but we managed. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance nearby, so we did have that option too. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and it is beautiful. There are two lifeguard stations across the length of the beach and the sea is lovely and clear. Parasols can be purchased at the shops nearby for around €13-15. There is an outdoor bar near to Las Dunas, with miniature golf, trampolines and bouncy castles available in the evening, at an extra cost and on certain nights they have evening entertainment. We really enjoyed the live soul music on Wednesday evening, which we listened to from our balcony. There is children's entertainment near to the entrance to Las Dunas, which starts about 18:30 (catering for younger children whilst waiting for the restaurant to open). There is also a lady offering hair braiding and face painting and a small outdoor arcade with air hockey tables and ride on cars (around €1 each). Santo Tomas is a really laid back town. It's clearly catered for tourism, but it doesn't feel like it. It feels authentically Spanish (as it should). It's a slow paced town ideal for families looking for a quiet holiday destination away from the more lively areas that the island offers. It can become expensive having to pay for your drinks and other additional charges, included tourist tax and safe hire etc but wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Recommendations for the accommodation: Locks on the bathroom doors in the apartments. Poolside cots for smaller children to use, and help to contain! And an earlier dining option, but this is a personal preference. A lovely week and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic hotel, lovely and clean! Shower pressure is amazing which is a huge plus in my book! The pools are fantastic for kids and adults. The splash pool for young children / babies is especially brilliant. The food is good but the service is amazing. Special thanks to Melissa who is an amazing person!

One week in a special place, close to the wonderful Playa da Santo Tomas in Menorca. The apartment was big and very comfortable, we enjoyed the swimming pool and the bar. Breakfast and dinner at Las Dunas, with excellent buffet and all the kindness and simpaty of the professional staff. Jose, David, Guillermo and all the staff, thanks a lot!

La ubicación muy buena para visitar la isla. La playa a 5 minutos muy bonita. Facilidad de encontrar el aparcamiento gratis. El apartamento es grande con la terraza cómoda.

El desayuno y cena repetitivos y muy básicos. Es un resort familiar por lo que si buscas tranquilidad y viajas sin niños no es una buena opción.

Hotel We are just home from a fantastic 10 day holiday a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We were greeted by Tony on reception who checked us in and was so friendly. Our room was ready and we had a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Rooms are very spacious and have everything you would possibly need. The balcony is spacious too. Rooms are cleaned regularly with clean towels. Beds are so comfortable and quiet. I cant remember the last time I slept until 8.30am or after it every morning. Shampoo is provided in bathrooms. Pools We hired 4 pool towels which cost 60 euro and 40 euro returned on departure. There are 2 large pools. One pool serves food from 12pm to 6pm and the other pool bar serves pizza. One pool bar is quieter than the other which is what we preferred. There are enough beds for everyone so need to leave towels out overnight. The only fault and this is the only fault of our whole holiday , please invest in new pool umbrellas. They were flying everywhere, hitting guests. My husband saved an elderly lady from what could have been sore. Food and drink We were half board. All meals are fabulous with a large choice of dishes. I cannot fault the food in any way or service. Drinks are expensive though. We took a break and ate out in Es Pins one night and Es Bruc another night. 2 beautiful restaurants. We also ate lunch out a few days but found that breakfast kept us going throughout the day. There is a kiosk bar managed by Tony. This is lovely for a pre dinner drink and after dinner cocktails. Tony knows everyone and remembers name. He is so pleasant and really makes the atmosphere. Location I cannot describe how beautiful San Tomas is. I have never stayed anywhere like it. The scenery is beautiful and the walks. You can walk for miles and miles. To the right are beautiful beach walks and to the left walk the cliffs and keep going for 5km and it takes you to San Bou. The town is quiet, very little traffic. It is safe. One lady we met has come there on her own for 28 years because she feels safe. There are no Chinese, Indian or Mexican restaurants just local restaurants. There are 3 supermarkets which are expensive but there is no other choice. I must admit on our first night we didnt think we would like the quietness of the resort but it is what is special about it. We have come home relaxed and rested. I will definitely be back and if I can, I will return again this year. To finish to Tony and all the staff thanks for your hospitality and for all that you do for all guests.

Absolutely super! We booked a three bedroom apartment which was perfect! One family bathroom - one en-suite. The beds were firm but very comfortable. Nice white bed linen, quality white towels. Small kitchen area - but with everything you need: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, iron an ironing board. Plenty pots, pans cutlery etc. Super big balcony with nice table and chairs and big maiden (there are washing machines on site). Great location for just about everything- Santo Tomas is a very quiet small family resort so if you are looking for bars, entertainment- perhaps consider another resort! Beautiful beach across the road. Lovely little beach style restaurants, bars, but if you prefer to eat in there are three small supermarkets with plenty of choice. You can catch the bus just across the road or there is a taxi rank just outside- E40 -45 to the airport. Super swimming pools one was quieter - less children. Both had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. You can hire beach towels from reception too! Everywhere was spotlessly clean (thank you Elouisa!). The gardens/lawns etc all very well maintained. We could not fault and would definitely recommend! Gracias!

Another fantastic stay at seth mestral! We came last September and booked whilst still here and we have done the same this year!! this place truly has a piece of our heart...it is just amazing for families especially with little ones as they are just so friendly and accommodating... the animation team especially Lucia go above and beyond you could see she genuinely loves doing what she does and even though our boy Theo is VERY shy she always made an attempt to get him involved but also recognised when he just wanted to sit and watch...but the star of the show for us is and will always be Tony Fermin at the bar he is just incredible always knowing our order before even we do!! Telling us the best snorkel spots and giving me stern words for skipping the suncream haha!! Also massive shout out to Lola at the inflatable park, Theo who is 4 absolutely adored her and by the end of the holiday was confidently asking for "unas palomitas con sal y azucar" due to the time she spent with him....honestly we can not wait to be back Also as we arrived it was Ashley's first day and Jose was showing her how to pour a beer,by the end of our stay you could see how her confidence had grown and she proudly told me she had learnt how to make a pina colada!! As refeições e a zona de restauração são muito fracas. A limpeza e a higiene deixam bastante a desejar, e as zonas comuns são demasiado básicas. A limpeza dos apartamentos é medíocre ou quase inexistente. Se não levarmos toalhas de piscina, somos obrigados a comprar uma por 5 € e ainda pagar uma caução de 10 € por cada toalha. O pequeno-almoço é servido entre as 7h e as 10h, sem problemas. No entanto, às 10h01 os funcionários da cozinha começam a servir-se na mesma área destinada aos clientes, o que transmite uma imagem pouco profissional. As zonas das piscinas e o parque infantil mostram claros sinais de desgaste e necessitam de manutenção. Muito sinceramente, o único ponto positivo deste alojamento é a sua localização.

Another enjoyable visit to sant Tomas and Mestral Lleiberrg been going since year 2000. Nice quiet resort people really friendly. The Mestral always a pleasure to visit. Never had a problem in all the years we have been going. Clean tidy Rooms cleaned on a regular bases Around the pool clean tidy. Never have issues with sunbeds. Mestral side always a bit livelier Music from the bar and kiddies entertainers Lleiberg much quieter My grandson loves kids club as did my children many years ago. Las Dunas food improved massively now it’s gone half board. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend the resort and Mestral Lleiberg Don’t take any notice of negative comments. You can’t complain about something yet get your sunbeds in the same position everyday. If there was an issue surely you would move

Fantastic place for young kids and ideal modern apartments in a great location. Went with 2 and half year old, she loved it, the pools are ideal with the small splash pool being a big hit. Short walk from the beach and the inflatables/trampolines across the road were a big hit! Staff are incredibly good with the kids and there's plenty on most days for them to join in with. Also the food is brilliant, was very surprised by the quality. For a family looking for a stunning location and a quiet family orientated resort I couldn't recommend higher. Already booked for next year!

Really great expérience, warm welcome from all the team especially Teresa at the reception and Tony at the bar, will definitely come back !

The pool area was filthy Was never cleaned whilst we were there for the week Feces and rubbish around the pool Locals not staying at the hotel going around the pool with huge speakers and smoking weed around the pool. Not one member of staff asked them to leave.

Just got back from another brilliant stay, we’ve been coming for many years and had the best time as always! Friendly staff, spacious apartments and amazing location with the beach just across the road. Pools are great and the splash park, there are also always a good selection of inflatables to choose from in the box by the pool to keep everyone entertained and saves buying any. I have to say my sons favourite part was the kids club, special mention to Lucia who is just so lovely and recognises us everytime we come! There is lots to do down at Las Dunas aswell for the children, games machines, bouncy castles, trampolines and face painting. We went half board and there was always a good selection of food and desserts which we all enjoyed and for my son too who can be a fussy eater. Overall we had the best time and already looking at getting our holiday booked for next year!!
