L’emplacement est idéal, l’hôtel est très agréable autant sur le plan esthétique que la douceur qu’il règne face à la mer Que ce soit le personnel de direction ou à la piscine, tout est fait pour accueillir dans les meilleurs conditions, et personne est également attentionné, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. C’était mon troisième séjour dans l’établissement.

- Exceptional staff: Extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly team. We really appreciated the thoughtful personalized touches in our room throughout our stay. - Breakfast: Truly excellent with a great variety of options. Enjoying breakfast right facing the sea was absolutely stunning! - Prime location: Perfectly situated with beautiful views and direct access to the sea. - Atmosphere: Peaceful and well-maintained surroundings with a quiet environment in the evening. - Activities & Relaxation: We really enjoyed the complimentary yoga and stretching sessions. Overall, a truly relaxing stay where we were able to completely unwind and recharge.

- Pool sunbed policy: On some days, it felt a bit like a low-budget campsite due to guests "reserving" sunbeds with towels at 8:00 AM, only to show up hours later. By noon, half the loungers were empty yet unavailable. - Initial noise issue: Our first room was very noisy for the first two nights due to air conditioning vibrations. Fortunately, the staff handled it well and moved us to another room.

Le concierge qui n’est pas d’une grande utilité à part nous envoyer des liens internet, le menu du room service de faible qualité gustative et avec peu de choix, devoir demander plusieurs fois du café supplémentaires pour les chambres .

Great location, five star kids club and the F&B, concierge and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional.

It does not live up to the image it markets. For example: we booked a Premium room with city view and were given a Deluxe room with street view but without explanation. When we complained there was no acknowledgment of the downgrade but the attempt at an excuse that the description on booking.com was wrong. They then offered an upgrade for 50%+ which we refused asking for the room we booked. They then finally admitted their mistake and offered a meagre 15% discount and still no apology. Unacceptable.

nous avons tout apprécié en général, de la gentillesse à la serviabilité du personnel à chaques instants. la suite avec piscine privative est juste sublime et apporte confort et luxe. la piscine principal au centre de l'établissement réunis sous les parasols et transats la plupart des clients. mention exceptionnelle pour la qualité gargantuesque du buffet petit déjeuner et pour Elise qui distille de merveilleux coktails au bar et un accompagnement personnalisé pour les français.

le service restaurant est au petit soin pour vous, le seul bémol restera les cuisiniers qui s'aventurent dans des cuissons de crustacés haut de gamme non maitrisés, à des accompagnements ressemblant plus à une bonne brasserie Belge et ceux, à des tarifs gastronomiques.

Il n’y avait pas de peignoir. Le sèche-cheveux était en panne. L’ascenseur était en panne.

Some of the staff were exceptional

Some of the staff were totally disinterested. Their ability to take on board a request without asking several times was remarkable. The A/C in our room was temperamental/damp/ not cold. We found the food and beverages extremely expensive. We found a man outside the hotel early in the morning flying a drone around the guest bedroom windows, when pointed out we found an attitude of nonchalance concerning.

Das Hotel liegt wirklich traumhaft direkt an schönen Stränden und man kann auch sowohl Ciutadella und Mahon gut erreichen. Der Wellnessbereich ist top und das Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls. Das Personal ist hervorragend professionell und freundlich.

- Included breakfast was amazing. - Room was spacious and beautiful. AC could have been better. - Views are beautiful, just wish the beach was larger, but we knew this going in so it wasn't a surprise. Hotel Meliá Galdana has a much nicer beach, but the hotel, staff, and amenities at Villa le Blanch are top notch. - Pool was amazing. Didn't have to fight for a pool lounger although we stayed mid week. - Massage at the on-site spa was the best ever, shout out to Nina! Very affordable.

- Menu choices on the poolside menu are limited. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, they were just ok, would recommend going offsite for better and less expensive food - Beach as discussed above

- the hotel is beautifully designed and the room we stayed in was gorgeous, everything had been thought of and it was extremely comfortable! - the 2 pools are great, plenty of sun beds which are very comfortable - overall i couldnt fault the facilities of the hotel - the staff were all very friendly and helpful although service was quite slow Alejandro in concierge couldn't have been more helpful, he was excellent! - the buffet breakfast was delicious

- staff were lovely but the service was quite slow and disorganised at times - the food in the hotel was very very expensive - location wise, there wasn't much going on in Sant tomas, only really 1 other restaurant so i would recommend hiring a car if you want to explore a bit more beyond the hotel

Die Junior Suite mit eigener Dachterrasse mit direktem Zugang zum Pool, sowie die Aussicht und das Meeresrauschen vom Bett aus, ist einmalig. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und Einladend. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was man sich wünscht und noch mehr. Die Insel hat viele eigene Produkte, welche auch auf dem Frühstücksbuffet wiederzufinden sind.

Meilleur petit déjeuner que j’ai pu faire dans un hôtel. De très bons produits de qualité, frais, goûteux et surtout une immense variété de choix possibles. C’est très appréciable de pouvoir aller se servir au buffet et d’avoir également un serveur qui vient prendre vos commandes.

The first room they gave us was terrible: huge noise due to the hotel across the room A/C equipments. After complaining, the new room was excellent, and so was our stay

Villa Le Blanc was an absolute dream. We stayed in a room with a balcony and outdoor tub, which felt like our own private sanctuary. The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and incredibly comfortable — the beds were perfection. There was so much thoughtful attention to detail, from the generous storage space to the hair dryer, straightener, and steamer provided in-room (such a thoughtful touch, especially since we were attending a wedding). The staff were exceptional — responsive, kind, and always available at any hour. A special shout-out to Alvaro, who greeted us so warmly and made every interaction personal and genuine. The breakfast spread was phenomenal, full of fresh Menorcan specialties and local delicacies, and the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and respect for nature was evident throughout. The beaches nearby were pristine, with a real sense of conservation and communal respect for the environment — truly a gem of a place. We loved the rooftop adults-only pool, which was warm, elegant, and beautifully designed. The gym was excellent, with gorgeous wood paneling and brand-new equipment, and even though the hotel sits away from the busier towns, the team made getting around effortless with easy taxi coordination. We also appreciated how well the property balanced families with young children and adults traveling without — the atmosphere was calm, chic, and harmonious for everyone.

We tried the gourmet evening dining at S’Amarador (the specialised seafood restaurant), and while it was very good, we felt there’s room to elevate the experience further to match the price point and sense of exclusivity the hotel otherwise delivers. Because it shares the same space as the adults-only breakfast area, a few more experiential touches or design distinctions could make it feel more special in the evenings.

We spend 15 nights in September 2025, I had a room with a pool for a week and then a suite both rooms were outstanding, spacious, clean, very comfortable and stunning views.

We were disappointed with the service at the restaurants and bar - very slow, errors on the bills a couple of times. Breakfast was wonderful, but the service was poor and when ordering dinners very slow service and staff forgetful.

The facilities are new and beautiful! The breakfast was absolutely amazing

Our room was quite small and rather bare bones. The dinner was fine but insanely expensive for what you received, and there aren’t many other food options nearby, so we ended up having a 200 euro dinner that was just ok which left us with a sour taste.

The hotel, staff and location were spot on. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was perfect. We needed to relax for a few days and that’s what we got. The rooftop pool was a favourite and the sea and beach were pristine.

Destacar a Carmen, de guest experience, con sus recomendaciones de donde pasar cada día, a Ruben con su recomendación impecable de vinos y un maridaje espectacular, a Rex que nos animaba cada comida en el hotel y Chele con su sonrisa amable y trato impecable. Este hotel está genial pero la clave es su personal que eleva tus vacaciones hasta convertirlo en tu hogar fuera de casa. Gracias de corazón y esperamos volver pronto. Alba y Sixto

Staff excellent, very clean modern hotel . Quiet ( September) Buses and taxis accessible A few supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful clean sandy beaches Airport drive approximately 25 minutes.

Overall a very cosy, well furbished resort in a great location. Breakfast is top. Staff is super nice.

Rooms are a bit on the smaller side for the price. Food at the main restaurant is expensive but the quality could be emproved. At breakfast the staff is a bit confused.

Beautiful hotel-peaceful and relaxing. The decor was beautiful and the whole hotel inside and out was kept extremely clean and fresh. The smell around the hotel, even the putside areas was lovely! We loved the comfortable loungers and there were plenty available in various areas of the hotel. We enjoyed the adults rooftop pool and the views from there were spectacular. Rooms were tastefully decorated. The breakfast was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-thank you to all the lovely staff. One minor issue- the concierge. You need to double check everything as they got many things mixed up with bookings and taxis during our stay. We raised this during our stay and the manager took note of this. However, they were lovely and polite. Theh just need a better, more efficient system which I’m sure they’ll work out. Thank you. We’ll be back!
