Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand, Liegen waren immer verfügbar allerdings mußte man den Schatten suchen. Die Zimmer und das Bad hatten eine angenehme Größe und waren sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten waren bequen. Günstiger Hotelparkplatz. Das Personal war in jedem Bereich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Wir wurden jeden Abend von den Nachbarn mit dem Fernseher beschallt. Bei dem Zimmerpreis habe ich mehr Komfort und Leistung erwartet. Das Frühstück war ok aber nicht mehr. Die Auswahl war nicht schlecht, jeden Tag gleich.

Gli arredi, i letti comodi, uno staff sempre sorridente gentile e molto professionale. Il cibo di eccellente qualità con materie prime sempre fresche e grande varietà per tutti i gusti ed esigenze. Pulizia e ordine impeccabili sia in camera che negli spazi comuni. Un hotel che merita una stella in più da tutti i punti di vista.

Per tutto il periodo di permanenza non ho trovato alcun motivo per lamentarmi.

Personale simpatico, sempre presente e pronto ad aiutarti. la colazione era molto variegata e sempre fresca.

The reception staff are just wonderful. From the moment we stepped into the hotel as a very stressed family of 5 (our villa was not as advertised and we had to leave it), we knew we were in safe hands. Our shoulders dropped and we were made to feel so welcome. We cannot wait to return and look forward to seeing those smiling faces and beautiful staff at reception again. Heartfelt thanks to you.

Este hotel tem localização excecional. A praia mesmo em frente ao hotel Seth Santo Tomás com o mesmo nome, é linda. A comida é boa e a limpeza também. Os funcionários são alegres, muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Tudo isto tornou a nossa experiência em Menorca inesquecível.

We've just returned from a week at Seth Santo Tomás with our one-year-old, and everything was spot on. The biggest selling point is the beach access: one small gate from the garden and you're on the sand. With a toddler and all the gear that comes with them, that convenience is priceless. Santo Tomás beach itself is beautiful — soft sand, calm shallow water, perfect for little ones taking their first steps in the sea. The hotel is immaculate. Rooms were spotless and well looked after, the air conditioning worked brilliantly, and the gardens are genuinely lovely — plenty of shaded corners to escape the August heat. The outdoor pool with sea views is a real treat, and the complimentary spa meant we could each take a proper break during nap times. Special mention to the staff, who were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout. At the restaurant they offered a high chair straight away and were happy to accommodate our little one. The buffet was varied and good quality, with fresh local produce. Santo Tomás is a peaceful, low-key resort — exactly what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. We'll be back without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team!

Super stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this friendly and well run hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable as was rest of hotel. Food excellent with great choice. Adequate sun beds around pool. Such friendly and helpful staff. The reception staff went above and beyond when a member of my family was taken ill. Her efforts to help were so much appreciated as was everyone's concern in the aftermath. 1st class experience and we will certainly return.

Lovely spacious room with comfortable bed, good shower, fridge, safe, lots of cupboards and full length hanging space. Enjoyed having a balcony with sea view. Good breakfast with eggs cooked to order and a plentiful supply of everything. Very efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Great location on the sea front with a pedestrian footway from one end of town to the other (access through the gate near the swimming pool). The nearest bus stop is to the left on the main road outside the next door hotel with buses direct to Mahon and Ciutadella. Another one is just slightly further away to the right outside the supermarket - handy for stocking up on water after a long day out! The timetable is on the bus stop and you pay the driver. It was easy to hire a car for one day through the hotel's recommended supplier along the main road. (Scan the QR code in reception to book with a small discount.) We enjoyed the hotel's Malibu restaurant and bar on the sea front. There are other good restaurants a short walk away.

We didn't particularly like the landscaped area with bushes surrounding sun beds. The bushes are too high and block any breeze that might come off the sea and also completely block any view of the surroundings. Luckily we always managed to find sun beds in the pool area. We tried the hotel dinner buffet one night but weren't very impressed. It's probably advisable to arrive promptly at 19:30 to ensure any particular dishes you want to try don't run out. No hair conditioner or shower caps supplied (but I took my own).

2nd year running visited this hotel, location is great right across from the beach. Reception staff are helpful & friendly Rooms cleaned to high standard & amenities were great, staff really lovely Food was very good never had any issues Hope to visit again next year

Great hotel very well located in front of the beach. Amazing staff, Mafe at reception is lovely. Great breakfast, also the restaurant on the beach is fantastic with very good food. We’ll be back!!!

We got unlucky with a room facing the reception, with all the noise associated and lack of privacy. They tried to find us a different room but wasn’t worth it with only a weekend… no biggie They should also consider setting umbrellas and beds on the beach, which at the moment has no facilities

La tranquilidad del lugar, la ubicación (acceso directo a la playa y a un paso de las mejores calas de Menorca). El desayuno mucha variedad y calidad, un espectáculo. La piscina y las tumbonas todo perfecto. Las habitaciones muy completas. El servicio super amable y atento,

En el desayuno faltaba zumo natural, los zumos que había sabían mucho a industriales/agua. Es el único pero que puedo poner…

My husband & I enjoyed 4 nights, a comfortable room with balcony & sea view, including breakfast. Staff was very welcoming and throughout our stay was friendly & helpful with local tips. We decided last minute to rent a car; hotel was able to accommodate with a parking spot. Highlight was the beach access for wonderful swims (umbrella provided by hotel). The outside shower by the pool rids the saltwater for nice relaxing in the loungers with a cocktail. Also loved meals & drinks at Malibu Restaurant. We did a Jeep tour in Fornells, a bicycle tour around Punta Prima & a drive to lunch in Ciutadella, all easy drives from Santo Tomas. We would return here & recommend it.

The staff are all great, that’s the most important part of any holiday. Always aiming to please every guest, with kindness and attentiveness. No is not an answer here!

hotel vecchio da sistemare, è stato ristrutturato malamente (il bagno è al limite del presentabile - vedi foto). Sicuramente servizi non all'altezza di un vero 4s, anzi: nessuna possibilità di mangiare niente (neanche un toast) tra le 16 e le 19, una bottiglia d'acqua in camera per 4 giorni di soggirono.. parcheggio a pagamento (5€ al giorno): considerando quanto si paga potrebbe anche essere compreso! non lo consiglio

Been several times.Lovely quiet, comfortable hotel with outstanding service. However this year for some unfathomable reason they had dug up beautiful lawns and gardens to make a hideous “jungle” of parasols each with their own space surrounded by little bushes.The grass has been replaced with an ugly resin covering. All the views of the pool and sea have gone because of the gloomy bushes. It beggars belief that Seth thought this would improve a previous stylish, elegant exterior. It is ghastly. Some clients hung towels and clothing on the parasols which made them look so scruffy. One hopes they will restore the former lawns and gardens but I doubt it. A massive mistake has been made.

Simply the best … 4th visit to this gem of a hotel . The setting is stunning and never get tired of the beautiful sea view from our room . Greeted with the warmest of welcomes from the wonderful Mafe and Alex. The whole team deliver the very best in customer service at every point . Joanna leads the restaurant team with calmness and warmth and always looks for a way to meet your needs ! Especially when everyone wants to dine outside . This place is our happy place along with so many other regular and returning guests . Already booked for next year . Congratulations to Avelina and the whole Seth team for delivering a truly memorable holiday .

Ottima posizione, splendida spiaggia di fronte con accesso diretto. Piscina ampia e dotata di tutti i comfort. Nonostante sia una struttura grande, non si percepisce confusione. Camera ampia e pulita. Buona colazione e varia.

Always a warm welcome awaits us when we return to this beautiful hotel. Such a wonderful team who are always on hand to help make guests experiences always a little more special wherever they can. Simply beautiful setting, lovely pool area that has gorgeous landscaping and easy access to the pretty beach just a few minutes walk from the pool. We can’t wait to return again soon!

The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful. The facilities were very nice, including the gym which was fully equipped and pool area. The breakfast was really complete and parking was really easy. The bed was comfortable and water pressure was really good.

I would like the AC to be more powerful (though it wasn’t bad). The room was fully sound proof specifically as we were next to reception, but as people went to sleep early this wasn’t a big problem.

La mia camera era un po' rumorosa poichè accanto al ripostiglio dello staff pulizie ed il cuscino molto scomodo. Non ho potuto fare trattamenti poichè c'era un'unica estetista ed ad orari limitati.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel wohgefühlt und können es weiter empfehlen. Das Frühstück war normal gut. Abendessen haben wir nicht im Hotel eingenommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgesprochen gut. Liegen sind auch reichlich vorhanden.

Das Bad ist rechteweg klein und auch nicht sehr schön. Besonders unansehnlich sind die Bodenfliesen.

Le personnel est très accueillant. Le confort de la chambre est très bien. Tout est très bien sauf un point.

Le principal point négatif de cet hôtel concerne l’accès aux transats. Il faut se lever très tôt pour espérer en obtenir un pour la journée. À 8h50, comme le montrent les photos, tous les transats et beds étaient déjà “réservés” par de simples serviettes, alors même que personne ne les occupait. Résultat : si vous souhaitez profiter de la piscine en arrivant plus tard dans la matinée ou dans l’après-midi, vous n’avez quasiment aucune chance de trouver une place.

My first visit to this beautiful Hotel after much research and reading 5star reviews , and I was not at all disappointed. My SV room on Reception level was spacious as was the perfect bathroom/shower and the balcony. Views over the large inviting pool and sea , so relaxing. All food excellent. Above all the Reception staff were genuinely kind, helpful and warm. All staff really appreciated by me. For my next trip I'll try to book the Superior Garden Double for its direct access to pool and coastal walk. Thanks to all.

Indoor pool not clean. Sand in the water and the smell wasn’t good neither

Absolutely fantastic experience and will definitely be returning. Honestly from being greeted to checking out, the whole experience was on another level. The staff were amazing and clearly enjoy their work. They cannot do enough for you. Everywhere is clean and the amenities were great. And the cherry on the top was literally a step through a gate onto the beach. You must go here. This will now become our base as Menorca has captured our hearts. Thankyou to everyone who helped for us to have a fantastic experience. X

This is our 2nd time at this hotel and it is excellent. From arriving through to leaving the staff couldn't do more for you. You feel like you are part of one big family. So friendly The food is very good, lots of choice for breakfast and dinner with plenty too for a child who is a fussy eater. Would definitely recommend and will be going back very soon.

2eme séjour dans cet établissement et sûrement pas le dernier !!! Très bel hôtel , face à la plage sans route à traverser ( attention certaines chambres décrites par Booking.com «  vue mer «  peuvent être latérales ) Magnifique piscine , petit restaurant style paillote très agréable et restaurant intérieur pour le soir sous forme de buffet , jardin attenant arboré avec transats , belles et grandes chambres , , animations certains soirs … Et surtout une grande disponibilité et amabilité de tout le personnel ce qui est de plus en plus rare !

Literie confortable mais composés de 2 lits jumeaux. Même si certains serveurs parlent Français ( merci Salva ! ) il serait judicieux d’ avoir aussi les menus en Français à la paillote.

Location of hotel, availability to hike across. Has a gym, indoor and outdoor pool. Sauna is working fine. Friendly staff Good room service, always willing to help. Staff trying to clean as much but cant change the fact that the hotel is old. Breakfast has good options.

- Hotel is old - Steam room was out of order - The air conditioning does not work at all, but the heater works. - The room has a bad smell from the toilet, could be because the drain pipe has not been used during the off season. - Had 2 cockroaches coming out from the sink hole. - Beach towels requiring a 10 euro deposit each and to change the towel you are encouraged to donate 1 euro to a charity.

This is the second time I have stayed at Seth Santo Tomas Hotel and is quickly becoming my favourite place in the world. Amazing staff, so attentive, friendly and welcoming, I see them as friends now. The food has a great selection of global dishes and Menorcan specialties, and a cook to order section for fresh meats and fish etc. The location is perfect. In May it was not too busy, no hustling for sun loungers, no late night parties or drunken louts. Just a wonderfully clean hotel with amazing staff, views to enjoy, great company, excellent food on a beautiful island. I highly recommend Seth Santo Tomas!

The staff were the best, hotel spotless, food good, comfortable bed. Spacious room, fabulous balcony. Great shower, fuffy large towels. Beautiful view of the sea. Bathrobes and slippers. Room 20 beach view suite Great place for peace and quiet.

We have just returned from our holiday, I don't know where to start! We absolutely loved our stay, from the moment we checked in our experience was wonderful. We were greeted by Alex, such a warm welcome by a lovely person. A much welcomed Pomada offered and Alex gave us all the hotel info. He took all our luggage to our room and showed us all the facilities. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded for free, our room was great. Gorgeous terrace with comfy loungers and a stunning view of the sea. We couldn't fault our room, bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was great, lovely coffee machine and spotlessly clean. Lots of little extras, lovely toiletries to use, bottled water supplied daily with no charge. Housekeeping was fantastic, the staff friendly and everything is kept so clean. Food was outstanding, breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Hot and cold. Omelettes/eggs cooked to order, plus your usual full English items. Lovely continental meats and cheeses, cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Pastries, juices and hot drinks. Dinner was amazing, so many choices, very high quality, just superb. Something for everyone. The dining room and kitchen staff work so hard, very efficient and friendly too. Chefs always replenishing dishes, checking constantly. Lovely meat/fish cooked on the grill to order every night too. Just fantastic. All dining room staff were brilliant, so friendly and so hard working. Special shout out to Joanna and Naada in the dining room, so lovely. We had evening entertainment on three nights, very enjoyable. Bar staff great too. Salva makes a great Pomada! Even checkout was brilliant, we had an early flight home, they'd packed us up breakfast to go. Again Alex was on hand, ran down the steps to prevent me taking my cases to the coach myself, my husband was taking the first two! We had the most relaxing, luxurious holiday we've had in a while and hope to return very soon. We met so many people that return often too. Thankyou to the whole team for making our holiday amazing.

It was a perfect week, first time in Menorca. The reviews and photos all looked great but it was even better in reality. The hotel atmosphere is very relaxing, extremely well equipped and so many different places to sit. All of the staff were wonderfully welcoming and attentive, the quality and selection of food was beyond our expectations. We caught the bus to Mao for one day which worked out really well and went on some exhilarating walks along the coast from the hotel. I can see why so many people return to the hotel. Thanks to all the amazing staff for a great week. 👏

This is such a wonderful hotel. What makes it so special and enjoyable is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who work hard to ensure that one enjoys the Seth . We went as a couple however I would have no hesitation in recommending going solo as some guests did, as it has a ‘family’ feel to the place. The varied buffet evening meal each night was superb with an amazing choice, beautifully laid out and we really were spoilt for choice! The head chef and his team really came up trumps each night. The buffet breakfast too were excellent, a huge variety and real joy to sit leisurely whilst enjoying the excellent coffee. Thanks must go to the dining room staff who were just lovely with a special mention to Joanna ‘ Team Leader’ who ensured that everything went like clock work! The position of the hotel right next to the beach and near lovely walks is a bonus in this quiet village. Well done to everyone and thank you

Excelente estancia en un entorno privilegiado enfrente de la playa. Habitación amplia, luminosa, instalaciones nuevas y servicio muy atento. Resaltar la atención del recepcionista Alex con una excelente bienvenida y ayudando con consejos para nuestro Camí de Cavalls. En resumen, estancia de lujo a un precio racional, algo muy difícil de encontrar.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de toute l’équipe de l’hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, avec une belle vue mer depuis la chambre, et un petit déjeuner à la hauteur de nos attentes. La literie est également un véritable atout, tout comme l’accès au spa et la superbe piscine face à la mer.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits et c'était super sur tous les points ! L'accueil était top, nous nous sommes senti bien immédiatement et cela s'est confirmé tout au long du séjour. L'ensemble du personnel est au petit soin quotidiennement et même si c'est un grand hôtel, nous avons l'impression d'être en famille. Nous n'avons pas d'enfants mais ils sont les bienvenus et adorés du staff (check dans le restaurant ou a côté de la piscine, ils connaissent leurs prénoms....) ! La vue des chambres sur la mer est grandiose. L'hôtel propose un buffet pour le dîner, buffet changeant chaque soir pour varier les plaisirs. La salle de sport et la piscine intérieure sont un plus ! La plage est a deux pas de la piscine via un portillon. En bref, pour nous, aucune ombre au tableau. Nous avons terminé notre séjour de 8 nuits sur l'île de la meilleure de façon !
