Läget några minuter från centralstationen. Snygg inredning, jättefin uteplats när vädret tillåter. Trevlig personal. Frukosten var fantastisk, kock som lagade omelett på beställning, bra utbud av frukt och grönsaker.

Allt var bra, möjligtvis att dubbelsängen stod med ena sidan mot en vägg, men sängen var bra. Kanske något dyrt, men Köpenhamn är Köpenhamn.

Absolut zu teuer. 13m2 Zimmer für EUR 220,- Der Fernseher sollte Google Broadcast haben. Funktionierte leider nicht.

No in room drinking making facilities eg kettle, No TV channels, Beds were much too soft, no in room safe, very noisy street after hours.

The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good too, with plenty to choose from. One thing to be aware of: housekeeping is on request, so you need to ask for your room to be cleaned. There was also a strange smell in the hallway, though I suspect it was related to the maintenance work currently underway. Overall, a lovely stay, and I'd happily come back.

Step up into bathroom to what looks like the worlds smallest shower. Luckily the door can stay open without too much flooding. No waterboiler.

Very central location, close to main station. Quiet. Pleasant, welcoming staff. Nice toiletries. Steamer (as opposed to iron) in room was useful. Good hair dryer.

Our booked room wasn’t ready by 3 pm check in time, so we were provided with a different room, on the fifth floor. As we had been travelling since 4 am that morning, we accepted it, rather than wait around any longer. Room was in a separate building, across a small courtyard - not ideal in the rain - and the lift doesn’t come to the ground floor, so you have to carry luggage up to the first floor and then take the lift up. Not a major issue for us, but we met other guests who found that a struggle. The room was a big disappointment - cramped, and in the eaves, with a very low ceiling on one side. Impossible to get in or out of bed on that side without crouching almost double and shuffling sideways. On the other side, a very small gap between the bed frame and the hanging unit made it equally difficult to get out without hacking shins. Feeble shower, water not very hot. Inadequate blinds that did a very poor job of keeping out the light. We had the windows open for fresh air - there was a thermostat in the room but no apparent air cooling or air conditioning - so the blinds rattled all night. Very soft mattress.

No room service, tiny room with no table/desk/coffee/water kettle. Tiny shower. No safe for storing passports and valuables. Noisy at night because of the central location.

Good location and walking distance to major areas

Posizione molto comoda vicinissima alla stazione. Colazione molto ricca e varia.. Camere nuove.

Location was very good for exploring and convenient for the station. Comfy bed and although pillows were small they were also very comfortable

No safe or tea making facilities in room. My room was above a gentlemen’s club and loud music could be heard at night. I was glad I took earplugs which blocked it out and it therefore didn’t cause me any issues

Room was extremely small.

The staff were very pleasant. In particular, Xiomara was very kind and very helpful when I needed assistance at a late hour that involved technical help. She did everything she could to help me. It all was solved in the end. The location was very good and many of the sites could be reached by walking. A traveler much remember that this is indeed a Danish hotel. The room was small and the bed is not at all what one would expect coming from North America. I was there a short time and got used to it. The cafe in the hotel is very warm and welcoming. The hotel is not inexpensive but that is the way it is in Denmark. Worth it for the staff and the kindess.

Bra frukost. Rågbröd, ägg, bacon och annat smått och gott. Bra läge nära tågstationen. Fantastisk personal. Trevlig lobby att ta en eftermiddagskaffe i och lyssna på vinylskiva som spelades.

There was renovations going on so the bar was a temporary reception. Despite assurances about accessibility before our trip there was a large plant blocking the electrical disabled lift/ramp and staff insisted the ramp was out of order. Even if it wasn’t it was unusable because of the large plant blocking it

Terrible value for money. Had to pay for everything, had to hire the kettle, umbrellas. Not really a hotel more of an upmarket hostel or motel. We asked for the room to be cleaned every day and they didn’t clean it. We tried to come back to the hotel for a rest in the afternoon after being out all day and were told repeatedly that they don’t clean until 6pm. There was hair in the shower when we checked in. Rooms are tiny. Street is very loud. Construction and drilling was really Loud in the morning. Staff weren’t very helpful. Wouldn’t recommend.

Fotky pokoje neodpovídají tomu co jsme měli k dispozici. Pokoj měl mít 13 m2, což bylo ale včetně předsíně a koupelny. Pokoj byl miniaturní, bez židle a stolu, to už nebylo kam dát

Pulizia della stanza: non avviene in automatico, bisogna avvisare la reception ogni giorno. Non ci è stato comunicato all'inizio del soggiorno. Stessa cosa per il cambio asciugamani.

Comodità. Centrale ma defilato. Silenzioso e pulito. Personale garbato, anche se non sempre presente alla reception. Bellissimo lo spazio giardino per colazione e relax.

Efficienza un po' "spartana", funzionale per un soggiorno veloce, ma con carenze tipo: armadio e bollitore in camera.

Locația este foarte bună. A fost curat si salteaua si pernele extrem de confortabile .

Camera este foarte mica,nu am avut prea multe facilități si fiind in renovare ne-a trezit zgomotul făcut de muncitori dimineața.

Zimmer (Bett) steht an der Wand und ist somit etwas eng. Dusche war nicht ganz dicht und somit überall Wasser am Boden.

The hotel was very basic, with no fridge or coffee and tea making facilities in the room. From the photos online, I was expecting a higher quality hotel. But in saying this, the hotel was clean, the team very lovely and the breakfast was great. Just set your expectations

Virkelig god beliggenhed så tæt ved banegården. Skøn morgenmad og venligt personale. På trods af beliggenheden midt i byen var der roligt om natten.

Værelset var meget småt. Men der var, hvad vi behøvede.

La camera, pur essendo compatta, è pulita, ben organizzata e dotata di tutto l'essenziale, inclusa la TV con Chromecast per la massima comodità. Nota di merito per il personale: al nostro arrivo si è subito offerto di aiutarci con i bagagli per superare le tre brevi rampe di scale che portano all'ascensore principale. ​Posizione eccellente in una zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale e comodissima per metro e autobus. Molto apprezzato il delizioso giardino interno, un'oasi all'aperto ben attrezzata con sedie e tavoli, perfetta per un momento di relax. ​Check-in rapido e uno staff sempre gentile e disponibile. Una sistemazione comoda e funzionale per esplorare la città.

La ubicación es ideal. El lugar es pulcro, acogedor y está lleno de detalles. El personal de recepción, Fernando y Xiomara fueron muy atentos y con total predisposición para colaborar con nuestra estadía. El desayuno se lleva un podio!!!

Posizione ottima, vicino alla Stazione Centrale, a pochi passi da Tivoli e dal centro. Personale gentilissimo. Cortile interno per le colazioni e relax. Camera piccola ma deliziosa mansarda alta, bagno con doccia con dotazione completa di saponi e balsamo. Pulizie giornaliere gratis Biciclette hotel a noleggio onesto.

Moquette nei corridoi di tutti i piani. Materasso troppo morbido. Colazione troppo cara (anche se con grandissima scelta di dolce e salato)
