Embassy Suites Lincoln

Everything! Pleasant, helpful staff, clean, modern facilities, comfortable bed, plenty of outlets, great made to order breakfast

The location was great, so was the staff

I did not like cheese in the eggs since I am lactose intolerant, and I had to stand in a different line to just get normal eggs and we need more snacks at the reception

The pool and open concept

Busy elevators during Husker game

The staff was exceptionally accommodating with our schedule having to add a night to our stay. When we had a slight maintenance issue with our room they very quickly changed us to another at our request. Very pleasant to deal with and also with a smile. The breakfast was exceptional.

Close to stadium

Nothing

Staff at the front desk were accommodating and eager to help. Such a great way to end a long day of travel.

Location

Breakfast because since I am lactose I had to wait in a long line just to get eggs

Omelet option for breakfast was very good. Hotel & room were clean. Staff were all very friendly & helpful

Hot food items didn't taste good (very cheesey eggs, bland potatoes). The couch in the room was low, hard to get up from. Worse, despite having a walk in shower the john was very low. And the lid was a cheap thin plastic that slid & offered minimal support.

Clean. Rooms have been updated since the last time we stayed there.

Pool on site not available (had kids with us). 20 minute wait for hot breakfast (only one person doing the omelet's, bacon, waffles, pancakes and eggs).

The breakfast and cocktail hour was great.

Cleanliness

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Lincoln, Nebraska for 10 days. From the Valet to the front desk and everyone in-between was courteous, professional and efficient. Our only complaint was trying to communicate with the room maids as they only spoke Spanish. We highly recommend the Embassy Suites in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. You'll definitely enjoy your stay. Thank you Embassy Suites and all their staff for a job well done!

Staff was amazing and courteous. Despite how busy the hotel was with weddings and sporting events. Every employee greeted, engaged and thanked.

As someone who travels frequently for work, I stay in Hilton properties on a regular basis and have always trusted the brand. Unfortunately, my stay at Embassy Suites Lincoln on June 20 was one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. During check-in, an intoxicated woman walked up and inserted herself into the process while I was at the front desk. She stood beside me as I was providing personal information and remained there while I completed my check-in. At one point, she was standing so close that my husband and I had to ask her to move so I could even insert my credit card into the payment terminal. What was most concerning wasn’t the intoxicated guest , it was that the front desk employee did absolutely nothing. No request for her to step back. No attempt to protect my privacy. No effort to maintain order or provide a secure check-in experience. Allowing another guest to stand within arm’s reach while someone is sharing personal information and using a credit card is completely unacceptable. When we raised our concerns, we were told there was nothing the hotel could do because we booked through Expedia. After contacting Expedia, someone identifying themselves as the front desk manager called our room, apologized for the experience, and offered a refund. However, when I followed up later, the hotel denied that this phone call ever took place. The lack of professionalism, failure to protect guest privacy, and conflicting responses afterward are deeply concerning. This experience falls far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Hilton. I hope hotel leadership reviews their front desk procedures, staff training, and security practices so that no other guest has to experience this. This wasn’t simply poor customer service, it was a failure to safeguard a guest’s privacy during check-in. That should concern anyone staying at this property.

Beautiful hotel and really nice staff!

Loved the stay, restaurant very good with hard working nice people very good free breakfast

Got upgraded and Loved the experience!!

The breakfast line was really long

Very good and the cooks making the pancakes and omelets were very nice and helpful

Cleaning up the plates after breakfast was non existent. They were piling up.

Location

Room and food

I have stayed before. Wonderful hotel. breakfast was more than expected. Valet was wonderful. Staff amazing

We had 3 kids while looking forward to going swimming in the onsite pool. The pool was closed due to maintenance and was told we could go to the Graduate which was a sister company The pool was extremely cold and too cold for the kids. That was the primary reason I stayed at our hotel. Very unhappy with that.

Loved that it was downtown. Loved the welcome gift basket for my birthday!!!! Loved breakfast. Loved the brand of soaps.

The indoor pool was a main reason for choosing that hotel. I bought swimsuits for myself and teen only to find out the pool was out of commission. This was a huge disappoinment because we'd planned around swimming at the end of the day and morning before leaving.

Location, comfort, food.

staff was nice

pool wasn't working and I paid more than when I booked the hotel

We had an excellent experience at the Lincoln Embassy Suites. Grace helped us check in, she was absolutely amazing! Shout out to her! The location was easily accessible, and there was plenty to do within walking distance. We got ice cream down in the Haymarket, then went down Saturday morning to the Farmer’s Market- easy walk!! Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good, the Omelette chef was very cheery! The view overlooking Memorial Stadium was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Food was mediocre; mattress in room was worst ever in over 50 years of travel—- so softly sinks towards the middle. Friendly staff, but …. Suggest they use some of the 3x normal price they charged me as there was a concert in town, to buy new mattresses

Literally right downtown and close to everything. CLEAN and comfortable suites. Wonderful breakfast. Literally where we will stay for any event at the Pinnacle or Husker Game!!! Have happy hour!!!

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Bed pillows were thick and hard. Usually there is a variety Location from hotel to garage.

Always love the pillows! Also breakfast and cocktail hour.

Busy pool area!

Embassy Suites by Hilton Lincoln is a fantastic stay. The hotel feels fresh, clean, and modern while still offering the comfort you expect from Embassy Suites. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The Front Desk team was welcoming and efficient from the moment we arrived, and the valet service was just as smooth and professional. Overall, a great experience with updated style, excellent service, and unbeatable convenience. Highly recommend!

bed uncomfortable!

Quiet, clean, construction was done!

Room was too hot and we could not get it cooled down.

Great location for Leid Center and downtown. Comfortable bed and suite. Reception happy hour was ok, but appetizers were not what they used to be.

Good breakfast but buffet area was out of hot food for about 15 -20 minutes. Once refilled it was decent.

Location was right down town walkablento dinner, college, shopping. Clean rooms,. Staff was friendly. breakfast service was excellent and the two free cocktails were wonderful surprise

Parking is very inconvenient, no signs in the parking garage to get back to the hotel/walkway. valet had good service but expensive. The open lobby to all the rooms gave it a motel feel which made the rooms very loud! You could here everything happing four floors down in the bar, lounge, lobby.

El desayuno excelente y la atención también

This is one of our favorite places to stay while visiting Lincoln. Great valet service, clean, great drinks and breakfast.

A wonderful hotel with large, spacious rooms and excellent amenities for guests. We especially appreciated the snacks and the happy hour, which were a very nice touch. The breakfasts were excellent – special thanks to the breakfast chef! The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable (Thank you Cynthia!).

Staff was very friendly

There were teens running the floors and knocking on doors. The pool was packed and the hot tub was full of kids, pool area was extremely dirty.

Location was perfect

The bed was wore out and very uncomfortable

Excelente calidad

Breakfast was amazing

I couldn't get the wifi it keep saying i wasn't in the system and i put my room number and ladt name in

Complimentary drinks for adults and kids was amazing. Pool hours were perfect. Check in and check out were easy. Facility was beautiful.

I wish bar hours were later.

Convenient location

Nothing

Clean.

Temp in eating area was cold.

True gem!

We can’t think of anything.

I was spacious.

I didn’t like the parking or the location. The beds were way too low for a handicapped person. The hotel didn’t have any rooms that hadn’t had pets in them. I am highly allergic to animals. This was a problem.

We had a great time. We spent more time in the room by ourselves having fun and ordering food then walking around downtown.

They didn't give us enough towels

The environment was welcoming! It’s felt like and adult Great wolf lodge with the happy hour drinks and snacks.

Hotel was average, bar service was extremely slow, bed was not comfy, a/c wouldnt go below 70, bathroom door was LOUD opening and shutting. Great location. Fine for what it was but probably wont stay again

I love Embassy Suites. Never disappoints and the breakfast is the best in the industry!

The self parking was very inconvenient. It’s in a parking ramp that involves a lot of walking. The area around the hotel was entirely commercial so there is no parking available. The breakfast was AMAZING. Staff was great. Room was clean, though the bed was worn.

Great atmosphere

Hotel was overall clean. Staff wasn’t friendly (except for valet). Beds were AWFUL. Close to the stadium so convenient

Clean rooms
