Basic breakfast

Holiday Inn never let me down

Very clean

Sehr gutes Frühstück, toller Fitness-Raum, moderne und großzügige Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Nach Toronto Downtown ca. 40min Autofahrt (plus ggf. Stau).

Location

It is a pretty run down hotel. It was relatively clean, meaning the daily cleaning was good, but the maintenance part was missing. E.g moldy silicone in the bathroom, super stained and run down carpet etc..

Clean organized

No electric car chargers

Very clean nice staff

Everything from check in till check out was smooth and professional

Everything was great

We left before breakfast was served

Personnel accueillant et souriant Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité, varié. La salade de fruits est exquise.

Rien. Tout est parfait

Super friendly staff with easy check in. Room quiet, comfortable, clean and great air conditioning during heatwave. Great centralized location.

Room was not cleaned when we ask them many times. We came back after all day as for trash bag to remove the trash but no one came in. Next day we requested again for cleaning it was done but later in the day.

Bath shower was leaking water all over the sealing and floor. Bedding was not that great and no AC in the leaving area. It get too hot if you close the bedroom door.

People are friendly. The rooms are clean.

Management/front desk was very nice and welcoming. Huge thanks to ladies at the breakfast buffet, they both were super helpful.

Bedding could be washed better, otherwise the room itself and the bathroom were clean.

Couldn’t be more pleased with a hotel. Staff, housekeeping, breakfast and dinners, room quality were all outstanding. Great place to stay if you want to take the train into the city of Toronto. Train station is about a mile up the road.

We arrived late and were greeted by a very professional host who was efficient and upgraded our short stay to a suite which was much appreciated!

Buena ubicación.

Eramos cuatro personas (2 adultos y 2 niños). Todos los días debía llamar para que nos dieran una toalla de baño adicional. Solo colocaban 3 toallas.

Plenty of free parking. Very good breakfast buffet with proper plates and cutlery.. Good standard Holiday Inn hotel

Only one washing machine and dryer. No plates. Cutlery in our ' executive ' room. Fire alarm at 5.30am..front desk gave no guidance whether to evacuate or stay...fire brigade attended..

Friendly front desk staff who remember us. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed.

No complaints.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening celebrating my birthday at the Holiday Inn & Suites Oakville @ Bronte, Restaurant, surrounded by family and friends. The night began with Smoked Salmon with capers and Jumbo Shrimp with cocktail sauce , paired with organic wines, followed by a delicious main course featuring a combination of stuffed chicken with got cheese 7 apricate and AAA beef tenderloin with bordelaise sauce . The service and hospitality provided by our professional team were exceptional throughout the evening. Thank you to our colleagues Georges and Roxanne for the walnut supreme birthday cake, which was delicious and appreciated by everyone. I am also grateful for the thoughtful gifts from family and friends, which added to the celebration. A special acknowledgment to Sonia and our dear friend Rania for the beautiful setup and elegance which has elevated the entire evening of celebration making it unforgettable.

Phone didn’t work Coffee marker didn’t work either Internet was not consistent

My room was clean.

The T.V. remote didn’t work properly. The gentleman at the front desk replaced the batteries right away. After, the remote control worked perfectly. Also, the heat would not stay on in the room. It would come on for a very short while and then turn off. The gentleman in the maintenance department fixed it so that if I want the heat to remain on I can. Now, I think I am coming down with a cold. The maintenance department starts work at 9:00 A.M. in the morning.

The concierge team was friendly and warm. Rooms were clean and nice-looking. Small restaurant connected to the lobby, which is convenient. Snacks available for purchase in the lobby. Check out time was noon which gave plenty of time to sleep in.

空调压缩机启动声音有些大，对于睡眠质量不好的人不太友好

员工热情，设施不错，大堂有准备免费的柠檬水，外出回来马上就可以解渴哦

Very very friendly and helpful people all the way around. Breakfast was awesome all you can eat. They were happy to provide fried eggs instead of the scrambled eggs which was part of the buffet. Sarah and Zonar(the cook) were super helpful and friendly

Our shower floor was flush with the bathroom floor. It took a long long time for hot water to arrive at the shower head. The bathroom floor got flooded so my boyfriend didn't take a shower for fear the water would continue flooding out to the exit door. It wouldn't be safe to use a hair dryer standing in water.

When we arrived to our room the toilet was not working but was repaired immediately. Also, fan for the heat ran and didn’t stop and it was quite noisey.

The rooms were nice. Nice bar and restaurant off the lobby.

Breakfast was not included.

The room was clean

Um anytime my boyfriend and I come the staff gives us stares up and down not exactly sure it made both of us very uncomfortable Hr needs to work on the staff more how to treat customers properly I feel like we are in 2025 nobody should be disrespectful toward different backgrounds and different cultures i spoke to the management they deny it all they said we not racist I guess they need to be taught that my boyfriend and I we were there we saw the looks and their attitude i don't know what else to call it all I can say is good luck to the company and they need to change their behavior towards customers. Or they won't last long .
