Perfect location

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortably warm during our stay. The staff member who checked us in was very helpful, considerate, and understanding. We truly appreciated their effort to ensure that we were able to get enough rest, especially since we were only staying for one night. However, I believe a thorough room inspection before guests arrive would be important to ensure that everything is functioning properly and that the room is comfortable and suitable for the value and purpose of the stay. This would help prevent situations like this and provide guests with the quality experience they expect.

Elevators very small and very slow. Carpets dark and dingy. Hallways are narrow, walls are pretty scuffed up. The rooms feel very small. The hotel really needs refreshing.

Loud air conditioner coming off and on all night. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning but no water to fill up my water bottle? I had to buy water. What hotel doesnt offer free water?

The hotel is located next to a highway, and the air-conditioning unit is also extremely noisy, even when I turn off the fan setting. I booked this hotel because I wanted a quiet night’s sleep so that I could be well-rested and alert for work the next morning. Unfortunately, I ended up being unable to sleep because of the noise.

Comfortable. Everything works. Good soundproofing despite being right next to 401. Good value.

Would be great to have more pillow options other than soft and very soft.

One wee thing. Our last morning at ten to eight we heard a knock on the door. I was getting up to answer it when housekeeping walked in. They literally knocked and the. Opened the door immediately. My 14 pound dog went into protective mode and jumped on the staff member. We felt bad but she was wrong to enter the room so quickly before we could respond to her knock.

Upon arriving, staff were very welcome and accommodating, especially Ana Rodriguez. It was very convenient for our purposes and having the restaurants within walking distance was perfect.

The hot tub was not that hot.

I like the low rise building. The room and building was very clean. And the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and I loved that my room was sunlit in the morning. Thank you so much.

I don’t drive so the only thing I really missed that there isn’t little greenery space to sit at.

The location is very convenient as it has everything nearby, including grocery stores and restaurants. The onsite Chop restaurant is superb. We came back late at night and stopped to have a couple of drinks and snacks; there was a great idea. The room was clean. Suzanne was very accommodating. We are light sleepers, so she made sure we got a room that is not facing the highway. Friendly staff with smiles.

Nice and close to the nearest Go train station. Nice to have a Denny's and a Chop steakhouse On the property.

Ice machine was way too loud on the fourth floor humming at three in the morning. The mini fridge in the room also hummed very loud loudly. There are no late night restaurants near the place If you're hungry at midnight, get ready to go to A&W by car. Is the only 24 hour drive-through nearby.

Only had smoothies as we were egged out.Smoothies were about a 3, as we make our own 30 ingredient 10.Denny’s smoothie was very basic, not a main focus for them

Heating and air conditioning unit made a hell of a noise during the entire stay. Bathroom shower fixture spilled water in every direction other than the place intended.

The entrance is obscured. Missed it upon arrival and ended up on the highway again. No signage for entrance. Poor Wifi TVs are old and remotes are hard to navigate. No in-hotel late night hot food or coffee No late night restaurant nearby

L’emplacement était bon, proche de l’autoroute. Peut-être, ça ajoutait un peu de bruit, mais c’est très pratique au niveau de l’emplacement. Aussi, c’est très proche des magasins, du parc et de la marina. L’hôtel et la chambre étaient très propres.

Lors de Check-in, j’ai demandé à la réception si on peut avoir une chambre avec une belle vue. Si la réceptionniste n’avait pas de cambres comme ça, elle n’avait qu’à le dire. Cependant, la réceptionniste nous a dit qu’elle allait essayer. Quand on est entrés dans notre chambre, on a vu que nous n’avons pas seulement de belle vue, mais notre fenêtre donne sur une génératrice ou une climatisation de l’hôtel qui fait tant de bruit que c’était difficile de dormir la nuit. Quand j’ai mentionné cela lors de Check-out, une autre réceptionniste nous a promis de nous faire un retour de 50$ pour cet inconvénient. Pourtant, on n’a jamais eu ces 50$. Deux fois décevant!

Wir haben das Hotel als Basis für den Besuch in Toronto und den Niagarafällen gebucht. Dafür liegt es ideal. Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt eine Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Außerdem hat das Hotel einen Innenpool. Das war vor allem für unsere Tochter toll. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

I do want to start by saying that the supervisor here was exceptional. Not only friendly but also approachable. Her attitude shined threw with a friendly smile. First room AC did not work correctly, staff did not believe and kept saying it was working correctly. After pushing and getting another room, it was clear. This AC was perfect and got the room the right temperature.

The pool should be equipped by changing room. Go to room in a wet swimming suit is a little uncomfortable.

My wife is allergic to cars and dogs. Animals were in our previously. Her eyes were swollen she asked to change room but was told none available. She and I spent the night in our car It is unacceptable and I want a refubd on my credit card.

This place is my go to if I ever travel to Toronto. Staff are great and very accommodating.

The room had a very strong smell, as if anti‑ants or anti‑rodent chemicals had been recently applied. It was uncomfortable during the first hours. The security box also did not work on the first day, although it was repaired on the second day. I understand this is not directly the hotel’s fault, but the Denny’s Restaurant connected to the hotel was closed, and the hotel did not offer any temporary solution for breakfast. There were no vending machines or alternatives on-site, so we had to drive 7–10 minutes or order online just to get breakfast. Additionally, the hotel did not acknowledge Canada Day in any way—not even a small flag or gesture for guests. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but these details affected the experience and should be improved for future guests.

Had to change rooms twice due to issues with cleanliness and operational.

Upon arrival, I thought the hotel was beautiful, and the rooms appeared to be quite nice.

Upon closer inspection of the room, I noticed the wallpaper was very poorly put up, the little round mirror in the in the bathroom looked like it was gonna come off the wall, plus the TV didn’t work. Apparently the whole building had a TV issue. We were provided with a very generous voucher for Denny’s restaurant in response to the TV problem.

Very clean, very affordable with great staff. Convenient to Burlington, Oakville and a cheap GO train to Toronto.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are clean (including the jacuzzi) and comfortable. They have added a key card system to the elevators so you can only access the floor your room is on. I wish all hotels had this as I really appreciate the additional security! There is also a Chop Steakhouse (my favourite) & Denny's downstairs which is super convenient.

The water pressure at the jacuzzi was low so it took a while to fill. However, this didn't affect my stay or rating, it's still my favourite hotel!

Beautiful, well kept hotel, but right next to the highway with no grass, plants, or trees. Nice hot tub & pool. Two restaurant options of different prices (Denny's and Chop steakhouse).

Very clean. We chose that facility for the ease and access to our travel route. Lots of parking. The staff at the check-in were very welcoming. It was great having the choice of restaurants attached to the hotel. We only went to Denny’s. It was late evening but the serve staff was pleasant and ensured we were waited on in a timely manner. The over all experience was great.

Nothing wrong with the property but I missed not having the usual complimentary water. I’ll make sure to bring mine next time 😉

This hotel and others should have a seniors rate and one especially for people booking for medical reasons, like appointments and treatments.

I felt it was a bit pricey.

Beds were comfy. Room was larger than expected. Lobby had nice spots to just hang out in.

That breakfast was not included for the price.

An excellent and great experience! Wonderful staff ! A huge shout out especially to Suzanne who made my stay experience a really memorable one ! Excellent customer care and making sure any concerns were taken care of during my extended stay at the hotel.

A lot of sound carried into the unit from above and hallway. Not sure this building has been properly insulated for sound.

Hotel is very clean and well kept, that really stood out as soon as we walked in the lobby. Our room was spacious. Stuff is very friendly and accommodating.

The pillows were way too hard and thick. Fortunately, the stuff was able to provide us with two thin pillows! We were very grateful for that and able to sleep.

Beds were comfortable. There was a microwave and fridge.

Housekeeping left the door to my room open with the latch. When I told the front desk she didn't seem concerned because it was not left fully open. Washrooms could definitely be cleaned better. A lot of dust and scrubbing needed.

Check in and out was easy and smooth, the front desk staff was great! Got them to play a prank on my brother that was also staying at the Hotel

We have stayed at this Hotel a few times now. Each time it has been an excellent stay. The Hotel is clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the Staff are always very polite and kind. It's great to have the coffee/tea bar on near the reception.

I don't like the coffee that is in the room because there is no cream or milk just powdered creamer.

The customer service rep at the hotel Shanaya was great and the room was clean and perfect for us after a long day of moving and being very exhausted.

Whirlpool jets not working well, so water not really circulating also tiles broken/cracked near whirlpool steps

-pillows were terrible -small pool/ over chlorinated -no breakfast -run down room, marks on walls, cracks in tub, chipping grout -4:00pm check in time is WAY too late -no communal area -no ice machine on the 1st floor -very few toiletries provided/ no facial wash bar, not enough soap or shampoo or 2 people.

The room needs a deep clean. There was a poop in the toilet when we checked in and also very dusty behind the tv and it was sticky.

Someone on our floor was smoking weed and it smelled in our room. Staff were very apologetic and i understand it was beyond their control what other guests were doing, that could happen at any hotel.
