Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and polite. Room was clean.
The only thing I want to point out is that I visited the restaurant for dinner on Saturday night and the food was good. The only thing is that I asked for a dessert, which was a piece of carrot cake. It was delicious, BUT they charged me $16.00 for the piece of cake, which I understand is very expensive for a dessert.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The hotel was very nice overall and exceeded expectations; we actually came back for a second stay. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the amenities were a nice bonus.
The only downside was the shower water, which seemed to have a water softener or something similar in it, giving it an unusual feel. Also, the casino's table games weren't always open, so it's worth calling ahead to confirm hours if that's important to you (the slot machines were open, though).

Bar doesn't offer room service, you have to go at night and pickup your order. Bar employees were disorganized and joking while taking my order (Hector and a skinny guy). Order was cold despite the fact that pickup was less than 3 minutes after receiving the call notifying me that the order was ready for pickup. Just 2 floors with microwaves in a only 6 story building. Gym was smaller than my living room and could benefits from a power rack machine that offer a variety of exercises and can be acomodate in such a small room.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were spacious. Staff working at the property were very nice, especially the breakfast restaurant staff!
Property felt outdated and wasn’t the cleanest. I had roaches in my room shower on multiple days. Parking is also bad at night because of the casino.

Guest Feedback
Feedback themes are sourced from guest reviews provided by our data provider.
What guests love
- •Friendly, attentive staff (multiple mentions, including named front desk clerk)
- •Excellent breakfast
- •Clean and comfortable rooms for most guests
- •Central, convenient location
- •Nice pool area and casino
- •Quiet hotel atmosphere
Areas to consider
- •Perceived high prices at the restaurant / expensive dessert
- •Occasional room problems (humidity, broken bathroom lock, TV issues, missing microwave)
- •Restaurant service issues at dinner (long waits)
- •Table games sometimes closed / limited casino table availability
- •Pool towel shortages and some security concerns at pool
- •Housekeeping lapses (empty bodywash, sofabed not set promptly)
Cleanliness
9.3/10Multiple mentions of 'limpieza', 'clean and comfortable' and 'bien limpio' indicate very good housekeeping overall; isolated issues reported (humid sheets in one room, empty bodywash container, sofabed not made) lower a perfect score slightly.
Service
9.4/10Numerous positive comments about friendly, professional and attentive staff (front desk clerk Genesis, buffet attendants, general praise for service); a few service lapses (delays setting sofabed, not refilling amenities) are noted but overall service is a strong point.
Location
9.3/10Several guests highlight a central, convenient location close to restaurants and activities; one guest had a room change and lack of bay view, but location itself is consistently praised.
Room Quality
8.5/10Many describe rooms as comfortable and well maintained, but recurring room-specific problems appear: humidity in one room making sheets feel moist, a broken bathroom door lock, TV issues, missing microwave in some rooms, and sofabed service failures.
Amenities
9/10Pool area and casino receive frequent positive mentions and are seen as highlights; some availability issues (table games sometimes closed, pool towels running out, occasional security concerns at pool) temper a perfect score.
Value for Money
8.2/10Several guests call the hotel or on-site restaurant 'costoso' and cite expensive menu items (e.g., $16 dessert) and high restaurant prices; given the strong service and amenities, value is good but not exceptional.
Food and Beverage
9.1/10Breakfast receives consistently high praise ('desayuno estuvo genial', 'Breakfast was very good'); restaurant food is generally positive but some guests report long waits, high prices and occasional service delays at dinner.
Overall Experience
10/10The aggregate of repeat guests, many glowing reviews, quiet atmosphere, nice pool and casino, and consistently friendly staff leads to very strong overall satisfaction despite isolated negatives — many guests recommend or plan to return.
