Amazing place. Clean rooms, accommodating staff, convenient location. And the welcome cookies … yum!

The only thing missing is a breakfast buffet.

How close it was from my training classes.

For the price there is nothing special, went I was in other hotel they sometimes gave pedal bike or even electric bike. Not too mention for the price I could have been downtown Vancouver in a better luxury hotel.

Great good options around, cozy room and awesome shower pressure. Staff was really nice too. Would definitely stay there again!

The only thing was that I mourned the cemented hot tub in the pool area :(

There was an unusual, annoying yellow light underneath the edge of bed that we could not find the switch for in order to turn it off , and the fan inside the bathroom that we could not find the switch for to turn it off and made a disturbing noise all night and made us very uncomfortable. We mentioned it to the front desk at the time of check out next morning.

Beautiful building

The hotel is nicely located in a very convenient area, making it easy to get around. The surroundings are also very green and pleasant. The only downside is that the hotel does not have its own restaurant and instead relies on a third-party provider, whose prices are unfortunately quite exorbitant

The room, the lobby, the hotel territory are all in great shape, very clean and beautiful! We only stayed for one night. Free parking was a nice to have! Our room size was big and perfect for 4 of us (2 parents 2 kids), the bathroom was huge too, very nice. The TV had all apps like Youtube, Netflix, Disney+ that you can log into with your account and use it like at home, the remote was very easy to use and responsive.

The pool water is not very clean unfortunately, there is no hot tub, just a dry sauna, and the water in the pool was a bit colder than we're used to. I hope they can improve the pool cleanliness! The bathroom light was too dim, if they had more light around the mirror in the bathroom it would be helpful for getting ready.

Couldn’t get cancellation, ….and had to pay up front…..never had to do that before, and we’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past

It was very clean and the design was nice.

The communication between the property and booking was quite literally terrible. Booking lets you choose “pay at property” but doesn’t specify at all what types of payment they take. Property denies cash, debit or debit visas (even though that’s what was booked with) so credit card only. The young man at the desk was also extremely rude (to us and the other guests asking him for help), had no idea what he was talking about and went back on essentially everything he said was “policy” to support the new information he was saying. The manager was ultimately more helpful (though he originally denied there was even one on shift) and we ended up having to get a late check in at a different hotel due to the lack of information provided by the hotel/displayed by booking.

The staff at check-in and check-out were exceptionally friendly and helpful, we even got upgraded to a nicer room with a beautiful view. The cookies at check-in were an absolute treat! Everything felt super new and modern, the shower was spacious, the whole room wonderfully laid-out. The AC worked flawlessly and was barely to be heard while doing so. With the windows closed, the traffic noise was also well kept-out.

We would have loved more cookies 😋 Honestly, if this hotel wasn't located at a busy intersection, it would be perfect!

Hotel looks to have been recently refurbished and is very nice. Staff were very helpful. Cafe downstairs was great as was restaurant next door.

We didn’t have a car so the location was a bit out of the way for us.

I loved the clean and bright foyer with the coffee and pastry shop!! Such an improvement! The bathrooms in the rooms were beautiful and I loved the Crabtree products!

Free parking - hate having to pay extra to park my car in a hotel car park so made a nice change😁 Free upgrade to a suite - newly refurbed (probably first people to stay in it)

We do not watch a lot of tv yet the quality of picture was not good nor were the selection of channels. Very disappointing Also an unpleasant smell every now and then in bathroom

It was a paid breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby, it was good, but I don’t think it was part of the hotel experience.

The Kitchen didn’t have any cutlery or anything necessary to function. But we didn’t need it, so no big deal, but someone expecting to use the kitchenette might be a little pissed.

The hotel looks big, but actually only 2-3rd floor are open to customers with a cost of 400 per night to look at highway! You enter a room that says "Welcome..." and another customer name is written on the board. They are minimizing cost while maximizing profit, uncompromisingly with a huge egoistic attitude. Something you never expect in a city like vancouver. We spent less than an 1 minute, to discuss our unhappiness of the mismatch between advert and what was presented. Took overal about 30 minutes to book another place & request checkout, we were charged with a very rude & mockery manner over 400 CA$.

Very comfortable bed, efficient check-in. Swimming pool is a good size and nice warm water.

Das Hotel liegt in North Vancouver und damit etwas ausserhalb der Stadt. Die Lage ist ziemlich ruhig, man ist jedoch mit dem Auto in etwa 20 Minuten in am Canada Place oder in Gas Town. Sie haben schöne grosse Zimmer mit allem was man so braucht. Es gibt Zimmer zur Strasse und zum Hof. Diejenigen zur Strasse sind logischerweise etwas lauter.

Der verwendete Raumspray beim Empfang hat uns nicht gefallen...

Ubicacion perfecta para visitar Vancouver y alrededores, muy bien comunicado por carretera. Además tenia una piscina en la que relajarse después de las excursiones. El restaurante también ofrece una gran variedad de comidas.

Everything was exceptional

The suite was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to easy public transport links into the city and in walking distance of a supermarket and dining options. We would have preferred an included breakfast and tea/coffee available for guests.

This hotel was incredibly convenient with easy access to everything we needed. The location was absolutely fantastic. Also, their reception was so friendly and helpful.Thanak you Hajar. All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and welcoming.

Have previously stayed here, good location. Hotel grounds are very pretty. Rooms are showing their age, however the cleanliness was excellent

Had to wait 45 minutes past check-in time which was 3 o’clock because they had a glitch with their system. I was offered a bottle of warm water to sit with and wait in their uncomfortable lobby. Then finally got to my room unpacked went down to my car, came back to my room, and my door would not open Went down to the desk. Got a new key went back up to my room. Key would not open the door so never got a shower before I was to go downstairs and attend my 50th grad reunion. I was not a happy camper. The next morning at checkout, I was offered a $40 certificate to go have $40 worth of a breakfast at their restaurant of which I had no time to stop and use because I had to check out and be at an appointment. I will never stay in that hotel again

Pretty good place to stay, close to major roads. The carpets could use a good cleaning though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant was great.

Short stay and all went as expected.
