Everything it was super clean, service and staff were awesome the room smelled amazing I wish I could box that sent, and location awesome so much to see and do in lonsdale

The location is perfect and close to everything we need. Plus, morning and evening walks by the seaside are the best.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and confortable. Area is excellent with the pier boardwalk steps away, several shopping and restaurant options. Breakfast was delicious. Overall amazing stay.

Location was amazing, close to Sea Bus which takes you straight to Waterfront, Gas Town and Vancouver city centre. Plenty of great restaurants, markets and bars around the hotel. Beautiful views. It was great to be out of the city centre overlooking the river and seeing the city skyline at night from the wharf chairs.

We booked during FIFA Soccer world cup. Rooms were very expensive-what annoyed me was that 2 days prior to our stay they were offering almost half price rooms as hotels were not getting the people they expected. They did not offer me any discount even though I should have cancelled and rebooked at the cheaper rate. My fault but still annoyed.

This is a modern hotel that is located in a lively area near the water in North Vancouver. My room was modern, functional and clean, but quite basic. The window view was of (uninteresting) buildings. The (non-buffet) breakfast was decent.

It would have been helpful if the staff could offer some informed restaurant recommendations.

De ligging is geweldig. Vriendelijke medewerkers, behulpzaam. Goed ontbijt, a la carte. Uitzicht op de skyline van Vancouver.

Clean, comfortable. Peaceful in the midst of lots of activity on the pier. We left a horrible airbnb and checked in to Seaside and felt so grateful.

Clean, very well appointed rooms. Location was great. Staff very accommodating. Several restaurants literally 2 minute walk. Great pier for casual stroll 1 minute away.

It was a nice hotel with good location. The valet and staff of the next morning were realy nice and helpfull.

I believe for the money we pay for this property, it does not look good if late at night i ask for another bottle of watter, the staff tell me we only provide 2 per night. Botteled watter only costs less than a dollor. Even in that case they could have said, well we will send it and you will be charged. Simply refusing just does not look good if the hotel wants to stay on top.

Honnêtement je suis hyper déçu de cet hôtel pour le prix. Oui les zones des chambres est plutôt en phase avec le prix. Le confort aussi (c’est le minimum) mais le lobby ressemble plus à une auberge de jeunesse avec de la musique de radio de base malgré l’accueil très sympathique. Les équipements des chambres ne reflètent pas du tout le prix payé. Mug IKEA, à peine de quoi se faire une tisane à 2 (une seule camomille. Un seul thé earl grey). Idem pour le café. 1 deca, 1 normal, et 1 fort. Les 2 petites bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo pourraient être celles qu’on propose au Camping. Éclairage d’aéroport dans la salle de bain, et si vous êtes 2, la 2eme personne se cogne sur une suspension. Angles de meubles usés. Amenity kit très basique. Je ne reviendrai pas

Breakfast inclusive hotel package includes coffee, but not, as we were informed first thing, americano, cappuccino, or a flat white. Those are chargeable extra. I couldn't believe it.

The Seaside Hotel is positioned in the heart of The Shipyards in North Vancouver, an area with an industrial chic vibe with a good range of bars and restaurants; it is convenient for the fast ferry terminal to central Vancouver and the bus terminus. The hotel is modern and the rooms comfortable and well equipped. Some rooms have views over the harbour. We liked the locality, the atmosphere and the room quality.

The bar is small and was not open on the arrival day. We did not use the hotel restaurant as there are other local choices that suited us.

De ligging van dit mooie, lichte, moderne en goed ingericht hotel is een absolute pre. Je stapt uit de lift op de kade van The Shipyards waar het bruist van het leven. Het uitzicht op de skyline van de stad is (vooral 's avonds) geweldig. Aan deze kant van Vancouver hangt een andere 'vibe'. Wij vonden het relaxter en voelde ons wat veiliger.

Sommige details in de badkamer zijn teveel gericht op het totaalplaatje ipv op functionaliteit. Betekende bijv een gestoei met kranen.

This hotel was fantastic. We had a lovely room which was very clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable and quiet despite the hotel being in the main seafront/restaurant area. The staff were excellent - very cheerful and helpful. The hotel was in an excellent position for walking along the waterfront, near the seabus and in the thick of some very good restaurants.

There was nothing not to like.

A beautiful hotel, located perfectly next to the ocean. Every detail is elegant. The staff are friendly, helpful, and so welcoming. The breakfast included was delicious! The harbour ferry is just a few minutes away, making downtown easy to access.

the staff were excellent and the morning breakfast was very good, with great service. The area was just fantastic with everything you would need right there. There is a pleasant little ice rink for skating even. The sea bus gets you across to downtown in 12 mins. Lots to do in this area.

I really can't give a criticism . Yes, it was that good and this was in the middle of an atmospheric river. Can't wait to return.

The breakfast was nice and the staff were great. The location was excellent and very near to the ferry to Vancouver city and just a 15 minute crossing. The room was lovely. The hotel is small, quiet and our stay was very nice.

Maybe a room to relax and read a book, there was a space with a fire which was nice, but it's in the dining area.

The hotel completely exceeded my expectations and this is an not easy one as I hail from a 40 year career in the luxury hotel industry. The hotel was impeccable from the hotel design, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, location, view and especially the staff! The Hotel Manager, Jason Low was fantastic and they made effort to make my stay a memorable one. The location is fantastic, a 15 minute Seabus ride downtown and there is plenty of activities around the hotel including a lovely spa. This is a very well managed property that is unique from what is out there with a clear commitment to their guests and the quality they offer, Thank you to the Seaside Hotel team, I will definately return.
