الموظفون بالاستقبال 10/10 بدون اي غلط ناس بتفهم معنى السياحة كل التحية والتقدير خدمة الغرف لم يقوموا بتنضيف الغرفة لمدة 4 ايام لا اعرف لماذا مسابح ممتازة

الاكل بالفندق سيئ جدا خصوصا الغداء على العموم الاكل لا يرقى لفندق 5 نجوم موضفوا البارات يحسسون انهم يتصدقون عليك اذا طلبت شيئ غير بشوشون تماما يلزمهم تدريب او يرجهوا للمعهد يتعلموا لا عيب في ذالك بإستثناء مستر احمد في بار المسبح لي امام المطعم يمكن بكترة الضغط عليهم لا اعلم ولكن شفت تعاملهم مع السياح انا ماكان عندي مشكل بصرف نفسي لازم الادارة تشرح للاشخاص العاملين على البارات ان الزبناء دافعين تمن اقامتهم حتى يا اخي ان الابتسامة في وجه اخيك صدقة

Нам дали номер Преміум делюкс, хоча ми замовляли просто Делюкс. Номер просторий, є гардеробна, великий санвузол, вихід до басейну. Їжа звичайна, голодними не будете. Особлива подяка персоналу,як у ресторані так і в готелі. Дуже сподобався адміністратор Рамі, ми називали його Ромашка. Привітний, уважний, завжди питав, що потрібно і скоренько приносив. На рецепції Mohamed Gamal допоміг з пізнім виїздом, вирішив всі наші проблеми, велика йому подяка. Взагалі, прибирали добре, завжди залишали багато води. Море тепле, як чай. Басейни також гарячі і чисті, є бари зі снеками, є веселі аніматори. Ми попали на пінну вечірку. Взагальному, враження від готелю тільки позитивні😉

المكان كان مخيب للامال عكس المعلن عنه كنت حسيب الفندق وانا حاجزه كم يوم من اول يوم بس استاذ جورديان كان سبب اني اكمل الاقامة باسلوبه الراقي وحاول يوفر لي افضل اقامة بالنسبه للتلفريك الارضي عطلان مع العلم حجزت عشان التلفريك عشان المشي صعب عليا الحمام يوجد به رائحه الغرف لاباس بها يوجد رائحه وحشه في بعض مناطق الفندق الاكل مفيش تنوع والخامات دون الجودة المطلوبه وبعض الاكل سيء

الموقع والخدمات والاهتمام بالضبف والنظافة في جميع مرافق المنتجع وايضا فاجأونا بكيكة جميلة بمتاسبة عيد ميلاد ابنتي رغم اننا كنا ناسين التاريخ

شي لايذكر احيانا تتأخر الشاتل باص يتأخر وهذا شي طبيعي نظرا لعدد النزلاء الكبير وملاحظة اخرى بعض الضيوف الاجانب يحجزون كراسي المسبح من الصباح الباكر ولا يأتون للمسبح الا في وقت متأخر

We had a wonderful family stay at Safir Waterfalls Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and all the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Jordian,, for his kindness and excellent hospitality. We would also like to thank the entire hotel team for their hard work, warm smiles, and excellent service throughout our stay. Everyone made us feel comfortable and truly welcomed.

We had another wonderful stay at Safir Waterfalls Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel offers a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, with spacious and clean rooms and excellent facilities. We would like to thank Mr. Jordian for his kindness and great hospitality, as well as the entire hotel team for their friendly and professional service. Everyone was always welcoming and ready to help, which made us feel truly comfortable throughout our stay.

Only the nice people of staff made it bearable.

The elevator is not working and it was difficult to go from one place to another inside the hotel. In our experience the food was awful quality and poor diversity. Kids and i had stomach aches because of the food and we decided to eat outside although we had all inclusive.

The problem is that it is difficult to move around because the escalator was not working. The shuttles do not come so often the draining system in the rooms is not that maintained and the bathroom flooded. The food was not that good and my three children had stomach pains. The only restaurant that had nice food was paradise reef! The most splendid thing is that my husband had the opportunity to do diving courses and it was excellent that we had the beach and the diving center, which allowed him to be with us during the brakes!

We had an amazing family stay at Safir Waterfalls Sharm El Sheikh! Beautiful coral beaches, many pools, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. Special thanks to Mr. Jordian, the manager, for his kindness and excellent hospitality. The animation team, especially Cuba and Billy, was fantastic, energetic, and made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Mahmood Gamal for keeping our rooms spotless and always adding thoughtful little surprises. We also loved Paradise Reef Restaurant by the beach — excellent food and outstanding service from Fares, who was always patient, attentive, and welcoming to our large family. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The location was good, near the old market and farhsa. You can snorkel from the hotel. Plenty of pools and sunbeds available. The staff were very nice. The room was very clean, big up to Mohamed al jammal who kept our room very clean during our stay, very helpful guy as well. Ali Salama Ahmed from the pool bar also is a very Nice Guy always there to lift up your spirits! Overall we had a nice and restful week in this hotel.

I have tried calling Booking.com To leave the place . But I was unable to reach them. I made few calls to the front desk to make my complaints . They took their time. And things were not going okay I want to leave ASAP because I had paid

Das Essen! Zimmer wirkt kalt, der Weg zum Zimmer, manche Mitstreiter am Pool, verstopfte Abflüsse im Bad.

Otelin kahvaltısı oldukça iyiydi. Öğle ve akşam yemekleri de zengin ve başarılıydı. Odamızın temizliği ile ilgilenen Milad, çok güler yüzlü, çok iyi ve ilgiliydi. Herhangi bir sorunu bildirdiğiniz anda çözüyorlar. Check-out saat 12:00'deydi. Uçağımız gece geç saatte olduğu için odayı biraz daha uzatmak istedik. Saat 16:00'a kadar check-out için süre verdiler. Gece yarısı otelden ayrılana kadar tüm hizmetlerden de yararlandık. Deniz harikaydı.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés , csodaszép saját tengerpart. Kiváló , változatos ételek minden napszakban. A személyzet minden tagja nagyon kedves, és segítőkész. Ami egészen egyedi volt, hogy nem csak kérésre jöttek oda hozzánk , hanem számtalan esetben csak egy kis kedveskedés miatt. Mindezt kellemesen , nem tolakodóan. Ez nagyon kényeztető érzést adott, mindamellett , hogy óriási a szálloda , így különösen kiemelkedő munka részükről .

A medencénél a zene nagyon zavaróan hangos volt . Becsukott ajtóknál sem tudtunk pihenni délben. Néha deephause üvöltött , ami szerintem abszolút nem kell

Stayed in safir for 8 nights. Second experience here and still great. Service is excellent everyone has been so friendly and so kind to our son zain. Big shout out to Melad in house keeping. Gehad and Ibrahim in lobby bar. And talaat from Latinos bar. Adel, samir and mohamed from pool bar and Abdullah from paradise bar. All these staff gave us excellent service in our stay we cant thank them enough we hope management appreciate and recognised their efforts. We hope to come back soon .

לא ניתן להיכנס לים לפני 8:00. עבורי האפשרות להיכנס לשחות לפני ארוחת בוקר - הכי חשוב! אין תקשורת ישירה עם הקבלה רק בוואטסאפ. עליה קשה לחדר האוכל והקבלה. (יש הסעה בהזמנה מהקבלה) מוסיקה רועשת מאוד!!!

I recently stayed at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully located in Hadaba with breathtaking views of the Red Sea and spectacular sunsets. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a lovely terrace overlooking the pools and gardens. One of the highlights of the stay was the amazing beach and coral reef. The snorkeling and diving opportunities were excellent, with a wide variety of colorful fish and marine life just a short swim from the shore. The resort itself is very large and offers several swimming pools, all of which were clean and well looked after. There were daily activities and evening entertainment, creating a lively atmosphere for guests of all ages. What truly made the difference was the staff. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food was good, with a varied buffet offering different options every day. The restaurants and bars were clean and well organized, and the service was consistently attentive. Overall, I highly recommend Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, beautiful snorkeling, great facilities, and excellent service in Sharm El Sheikh. I would happily return again.

Ho soggiornato da sola in questo resort a Hadaba, Sharm El Sheikh, e la mia esperienza è stata super positiva. Mi è stata assegnata una camera molto ampia, situata vicino alla spiaggia, con una vista stupenda sulle piscine e un grazioso terrazzino esterno. Tutte le dotazioni perfettamente funzionanti. La spiaggia regala tramonti spettacolari ed è il luogo ideale per gli amanti delle immersioni e dello snorkeling grazie alla straordinaria varietà di fauna marina. Il resort dispone inoltre di numerose piscine, tutte pulite e ben mantenute, e ogni sera viene organizzata dell'animazione per gli ospiti. La struttura è molto grande e ogni spazio è curato nei minimi dettagli: non manca davvero nulla. Tutto lo staff, di ogni reparto è stato sempre cortese, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Anche il buffet del ristorante è abbastanza vario e offre una buona scelta di piatti.

L'unico aspetto che mi sento di suggerire (da italiana) riguarda la cena: aggiungerei più opzioni di carne e pesce cucinati in modo semplice e naturale, senza troppe salse, spezie o preparazioni elaborate con verdure.

It’s around the twelve time for me to visit the hotel , everything is more than amazing , location service staff all is perfect , the food is very tasty and rooms are big and very clean .

The rooms are old and worn out. I asked to change my room, but my request was refused, and I was told I had to pay around $20 for a room change. The air conditioner is broken and extremely weak. The hotel is not good at all. The food is terrible, and the hotel is extremely crowded. The restaurant staff are unfriendly and not welcoming. My stay was supposed to be for three days, but I could only tolerate one day. I checked out early and moved to another hotel. I still have not received a refund for the remaining two nights.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options every day. A special thank you to Mr. Mohammad Ismail, whose exceptional leadership made our stay even more enjoyable. He was always present, approachable, and genuinely attentive to guests, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Take care that beach is rocky but there is a jetty for jumping straight into water for snorkeling. Food variety needed a major overhaul.

Virtually everything, the staff was super welcoming specially Jordian, the front office manager. The rooms were clean and spacious and shuttle and golf cars were always reachable via the WhatsApp number.

I felt the food variety needed some enhancement. The hotel is supposed to have a Central trolly which carries guests from reception to beach area and vice versa, it was broken.

التليفريك وسيلة الانتقال الوحيده معطله مما يتسبب في عناء الذهاب للمطعم والعكس وكذلك الأكل كان سئ للغايه حيث لم تكن اللحوم مطهيه بشكل كامل مع صعوبه في المضغ والأوبن بوفيه محدود وغير متنوع ولا عوجد عصائر فريش والفاكهة سيئة جدا جدا تخليك تكرهها أصلا 😐

A wonderful stay with an exceptional team As a couple who travels the world constantly, we have rarely come across a team as warm and genuine as the staff at Safir. Every single one of our requests was met promptly and completely. Milad from housekeeping was in the corridor nearly all day, ready to assist guests with anything they needed. We have never encountered a housekeeping attendant this hardworking and hospitable. The receptionist who welcomed us at check-in (unfortunately we didn't catch his name) upgraded us to a premium room free of charge and was incredibly attentive and friendly. Jordian Joseph, who assisted us throughout the rest of our stay at reception, was an absolute legend. He gives off the sincere, positive energy of a close friend and genuinely lifts your mood for the day. In our opinion, he should be managing this hotel; you find yourself wanting to come back just to see him again. Ahmad Abu El Fath, our bellman, was the very definition of helpfulness. Both on arrival and departure, he took us by buggy from our room door all the way to the taxi waiting outside. Given how large the hotel grounds are, this made a real difference. In short, Safir was the true meaning of the phrase "we felt at home among friends." We wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely be back.

-Unclear water in the pool for many days. -When received the room the toilet seat were used (alot), over all toilet was very dirty. - old towels in rooms. - the usual hotel utilities is absent, only after kola sana w enta tayeb tip. -staff are not trained enough for resort way of treating. - the shuttle car that takes you from the beach(lowest area) to the reception (highest area) circle with long time gap. -pool needs more umbrellas and sung bed. -reception toilet doesn't had paper and need to watch. - I saw an orange skin at the same place for 6 days no one touched it to clean, I checked out otherwise I could say its there for longer.

This is a 3-star hotel pretending to be a 5-star hotel. Sharm El Sheikh is an amazing destination, and I’d absolutely recommend visiting, but I’d seriously consider staying at a different hotel. The rooms and especially the bathrooms look nothing like the photos online. They’re very old, need renovation, and definitely don’t match what’s advertised. We booked a triple room, but it was just a double room with an extra bed that was extremely uncomfortable. The food was okay. If you’re not picky, you’ll always find something to eat, but it didn’t feel very fresh. The biggest issue for me was the cups—they often looked dirty, especially around the pool, so we kept asking for paper cups instead. The beach and pools were honestly the best part. They were clean, well maintained, and great for families. The staff weren’t rude, but they were definitely not trained to a 5-star standard. Service was slow, they seemed to expect tips for everything, and one of the pool staff made inappropriate comments toward us in Arabic, assuming we wouldn’t understand. That was very disrespectful and completely unprofessional. The shuttle bus between the rooms, pools, and beach sounds convenient, but in reality it’s slow and frustrating. The waterfall wasn’t working, the tram/elevator wasn’t working, and even the room phone didn’t work. One last thing: read the details of the “all-inclusive” package carefully because it doesn’t actually include everything you might expect. Overall, I’ve stayed in 3- and 4-star hotels with much better service and cleaner facilities than this “5-star” resort.

The service from the front desk and especially Mr Joseph who selected the best room to meet our needs, and to all the restaurant staff, khalil and F and B managers and on the beach Akram with his smile and prompt service.

The bus condition that picks you up from room to reception needs an A C. And it is not available on the morning.

The property is very beautiful, located in great location! All staff are very nice and they are so helpful will all the needs. I went for all-inclusive option so didn’t really pay extra on any, but I do believe the service value is far beyond what I paid! Special thanks to Milad Girgis who provided very nice service for my room, super friendly! Also Jordian, the front manager, who helped me with late checkout till 4pm, which gives me extra time to use the facilities here, I really appreciated this genuine gesture! The coral reefs are amazing, you can rent all water equipment here with very low cost! I highly recommend the stay in Sharm el Sheikh here!

Milad the house keeper was very nice and helpful. And also jiordan made us feel home. All the staff is smiling and welcoming. Breakfast was nice and diversified. Snorkling experience was also fantastic in the reef.

very unpleasant staff, especially the one working at the reception in the bar, a man with glasses. As a hotel, you should be really interested in having customers come back. I can immediately rate it from 10 to 1. With such service, you will lose customers. I work in customer service myself and I really know what the service procedure should be.

Las vistas del hotel al mar, las piscinas muy limpias, muchas facilidades para el check out, la zona de coral del hotel para hacer snorkel es buena. La ubicación cerca de zonas de interés fanar beach o Farsha cafe…

Location is ok

Buffet is repetitive and it gets old and we had to get food from outside the hotel. Our room located on a downhill slope and was too steep to climb up. They have a golf cart and a van to give ride but they were too slow to respond, it took them 50 minutes to show up. Gate security guy made me fill out report every time i have outside food with me or delivery. Too rigid.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Jordano is a fantastic manager. He truly knows how to handle everything perfectly. Milad in room service also deserves a special mention. He is incredibly prompt and attentive. ​If you love the Red Sea, this is the best diving spot in Sharm. Captain Khaled is a great diving captain. He made my underwater trips safe, fun, and unforgettable. ​What could be better: The meals were good, but the daily menu felt a bit repetitive. I also had a minor issue with my room shower leaking water outside. Finally, the telefric was not operating during my stay. This meant I had to take a lot of stairs between the lobby and my room. It might be quite difficult for older guests to manage the steps.

Wir haben eine gemischte Zeit im Hotel verbracht. Es gab sowohl sehr positive Aspekte als auch Punkte, die uns enttäuscht haben. Großes Lob geht an Ahmed Mahmoud von der Rezeption! Er war unglaublich nett, extrem hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. An dieser Stelle noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an ihn für den tollen Service! Leider müssen wir aber auch Kritik äußern: Der Rezeptionsleiter (sein Name war, glaube ich, ebenfalls Ahmed, er ist etwas dünner) war leider sehr hochnäsig. Wenn man eine Frage hatte, kam er sehr unfreundlich rüber. Das sollte auf dieser Position nicht vorkommen. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war absolut okay, da gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt waren jedoch die Wege: Unser Zimmer lag unten in der Nähe vom Strand. Wenn wir den Hotelbus verpasst haben, mussten wir mehrmals am Tag den weiten Weg nach oben zum Aufzug zu Fuß laufen. Das war auf Dauer ziemlich anstrengend.

It wasn’t my first time to stay at the hotel and each time Mr Jordian surprise us with more professionalism, decency and support from the moment we reach till leaving. Additionally, the staff was too friendly, room was clean and had amazing sea view. Can’t to visit the hotel again.

Everything went Fantastic due to great hospitality of Jordian office front manger, he made upgrade for our room which lead to extend our stay for more 4 days.

I really liked the atmosphere of this hotel. Absolutely all the staff is very kind and constantly smiling, the animations are very funny especially in the evening. The food is delicious, and the rooms are cleaned well. The location of the hotel is large and there are many good places for photos. The only thing I didn't like was that the funicular wasn't working and it was an inconvenience . The noise level is quite good. The value of this hotel is a funicular, as it is very difficult without it in hot weather.
