Teilweise das Badezimmer. Es hätte mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten geben sollen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral! Sehr schönes und gemütliches Gartenrestaurant! Kleiner Pool im Park mit Bistro! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Leider sind im benachbarten Parkhaus keine Motorräder erlaubt! Und in der Seitengasse vor dem Hotel sind die wenigen Motoparkplätze rar!

Das Parkhotel liegt natürlich traumhaft, die Bilder sprechen für sich. Die Parkmöglichkeit unschlagbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption was ausnehmend freundlich.

Das kleine Doppelzimmer war wirklich für den Preis sehr klein. 1,40 Meter Bett an der Wand stehend. Eine Steckdose am Bett. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Das Frühstück wurde mehrfach kritisiert in den Rezensionen. Ich verstehe weshalb: Um 9:30 waren fast alle Tische voller benutztem Geschirr, das Abräumen dauerte zu lang. Ebenso die Kaffee/Rühreibestellung. Davon war ich etwas enttäuscht von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie, zumal es etwas ist, das sich einfach verbessern ließe. Dafür ist der Preis des Frühstücks zu hoch.

Frühstück à la carte funktionierte leider überhaupt nicht. Eier kamen falsch, Kaffee und Saft zunächst gar nicht und mussten erneut bestellt werden und kamen dann am Ende des Frühstücks, ohne dass jemand den Fehler eingestanden hätte. Diese Erfahrung, die offenbar auch andere Gäste teilen, passt leider nicht zum eher gehobenen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Restaurantpreise zu hoch für die dargebotene Qualität. Dem Hotel fehlt die Seele. Kaffee zum Frühstück war kalt. Bei diesem Frühstückspreis würde ich mir einen Obstsalat wünschen. Das Personal müsste freundlicher zu den Gästen sein, wirkt desinteressiert.

El diseño del hotel, el edificio, los jardines, las habitaciones, el bar y el restaurante. La decoración está sumamente cuidada, formando un conjunto muy coherente y agradable para pasar tiempo ojeando unas revistas o leyendo un libro. El cuidado por los pequeños detalles constituye un valor añadido. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería. El desayuno es muy bueno, por lo que lo recomiendo mucho, así como los dos restaurantes que están en el hotel.

que nos pusieron en una habitación que se encuentra en un edificio anexo. Es un antiguo edificio, bastante bonito también, pero rompe un poco la coherencia del conjunto y sobretodo la comunicación con el edificio principal no es cómoda. la comodidad de las camas no está a la altura del hotel y la ducha es algo reducida.

Lo staff è gentilissimo; il mio cagnolino è la mia bimba sono stati molto benvenuti in tutte le aree dell’hotel; La colazione, ristorante, bar e piscina sono meravigliosi.

L’aria condizionata nella stanza era puntato direttamente sul letto, quindi l'aria ci arrivava dritta addosso. Non potevamo direzionarlo. C’era anche un rumore troppo alto. Quindi è stato un po faticoso dormire e l’abbiamo spenta, però non è molto confortevole dormire nel caldo.

the pool is outstanding and also - perfect location

the AC in the room was too small to really cool the whole room. in a middle of a heatwave in europe we could do better. also - the curtains didnt really block the sun, so we had way too early wakeups unfortunatelly

Note positive: il ristorante all’interno dell’hotel, la posizione assolutamente a 2 passi dal centro e la disponibilità del personale, gentilissimi tutti.

È una struttura molto vecchia, alcune cose sono ristrutturate altre no, le porte sono terribili se non le chiudi a chiave si aprono da sole compresa quella di ingresso della camera, non ci sono le prese per caricare il telefono vicino al letto, corridoio del piano delle camere vecchissimo e per quanto mi riguarda inquietante con poca luce. Peccato. Bisogna ristrutturare assolutamente!

Frühstücksservice - ok, Dinner Service top. Der Unterschied war aber so spürbar, dass man das Gefühl hatte in zwei verschiedenen Hotels zu sein. Der Pool hatte abgefallene Kacheln, welche den Gesamteindruck etwas geschmälert haben. Wie immer sah der Pool auf den Bildern viel größer als als er in der Realität gewesen ist. Ich bin eher ein Fan von ehrlichen Eindrücken, die sich mit der Realität decken, statt toller bearbeiteter Fotos, die etwas versprechen, dass nicht gehalten werden kann. Alles in allem ein solider Aufenthalt, aber ohne WOW Erlebnis, wie wir es zB. in Meran hatten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war außerordentlich toll, mitten in der Bozener Innenstadt. Der Park war traumhaft, die Luna Bar mit Plätzen im Park war wunderschön und der direkt benachbarte Pool ansprechend. Die Atmosphäre war zwar gehoben, aber auf keinen Fall steif. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Das Parkhaus war mit direkten Zugang zum Hotel und durch den 50% Rabatt nicht ungewöhnlich teuer (ca. 15 Eur).

Für uns hat alles gepasst- es stimmt jedoch, dass unser Zimmer zum Park -über der Lunabar - bis ca 0 Uhr nicht ganz ruhig war. Wer also sehr ruhebedürftig ist, sollte das berücksichtigen.

Location is very good, within walking distance to everything, bus station, laundromat, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was very good in the nice restaurant rooms or the outside patio. The small pool area was very nice for an afternoon dip and a cocktail. Highlight of the trip was we took the bus from Bolzano to Ortesei (50 min) and took the Seceda cable car up and did the Seceda loop hike which was spectacular!!

Das Frühstück ist für den Preis von sehr mittelmäßiger Qualität, Pfannekuchen haben ewig gedauert und kamen kalt an, das Frühstückspersonal war eher darum bemüht, hip auszuschauen, als Dienst zu machen. Und das Frühstück war nicht mal im hohen Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen

On a positive note, the pool area was beautiful and we really enjoyed spending time there.

The hotel presents itself as part of the Small Luxury Hotels collection, but unfortunately, we did not feel that the experience matched this standard. Overall, the hotel felt quite tired and dated. The corridors and the room looked like they had been renovated many years ago, and the corridors in particular had a very outdated atmosphere – at times it almost felt like walking through an old hospital rather than a luxury hotel. Overall, we found the hotel overpriced for the quality and experience provided. For this price level, we expected a much higher standard, especially from a hotel that positions itself in the luxury category.

There was a big gap between what was advertised (design hotel, premium 4-star) and the actual condition of the rooms. We found a cockroach in one of the rooms, the plaster on the walls was cracked and peeling in places, one room had no bathroom door, and the floors were very worn out. The corridors looked like an old abandoned school rather than a hotel. The photos on the listing look far better than the property in reality. When we raised this at reception, we were told everything matches the photos, which was not true.

The place is very conveniently located in downtown Bolzano. The designers seemed to go for a "retro" luxury look, with traditional mechanical door keys (not cards), fancy-looking plumbing (like in a 1950s movie) etc. A nice electric kettle in the room, but unlike many North American hotels, no microwave (either in the room or in the lobby). A large room for bicycle storage, with a pump and some tools supplied, was a nice touch, and so was a little swimming pool in the yard.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar…. Mitten im Ortskern! Wunderschöne alte Villa mit schönem Garten. Parkmöglichkeiten im dahinterliegendem Parkhaus.

Es war an einigen Ecken etwas „abgenutzt“ und das Service Personal im Frühstücksbereich war genervt und etwas unfreundlich. Die Rezeption war sehr nett! Der Pool war sehr klein (auf den Fotos wirkt er größer) mit Dauer Arschbomben Alarm und trüb und es gab zu keiner Zeit eine freie Liege.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Im Parkhotel Mondschein fehlt es einem wirklich an nichts. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und strahlt so eine Ruhe aus obwohl es direkt im Zentrum ist. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich.

Bikes stolen inside their 'secured parking garage', they offered no help whatsoever, wouldn't translate on the phone, did absolutely nothing for us. At the end of the stay, they wanted to charge us 200 euros for the stay while i already paid all of it in advance. They didn't believe me (even when i showed the payment details of my banking app), only after 5 minutes of clicking they said everything was settled, not even a single sorry. I expected better for this price. Would NOT recommend.

Kann die positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Tolle Lage - keine 2 min ins Zentrum. Wunderbare Gartenanlage. Tolles Frühstück. Lecker Abendessen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Rundum ein wunderbares Hotel. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren im Nebenhaus. Schönes Zimmer. Aber viele Stufen mit Gepäck und viele Türen mit vielen Schlüsseln.

Hervorragende Lage nahe dem Stadtzentrum inmitten eines wunderbaren Parkgeländes. Einfach traumhaft und kaum zu toppen. Unser Zimmer war klein - trotzdem preislich im oberen Segment - aber es war praktikabel eingerichtet, das Bad war gut, in Summe okay.

Wie oben gesagt, das Zimmer war klein und verglichen mit anderen Hotels preislich im oberen Segment. Ich will mich noch nicht beschweren aber es ist an der Grenze, wo ich überlege oder es wirklich "preiswert" ist. Eine direkte Buchungsanfrage im Hotel (wir haben letztlich über Booking gebucht) war preislich sogar noch deutlich teurer.

The hotel staff are wonderful and have helped me with a very difficult situation with an animal that was just operated. I have appreciated their kindness immensely.

Beautifully renovated property - keeping original details intact. Great location and superb breakfast. Personal, chic and not ostentatious, which also describes the clientele. Aperitivo in the park before dinner was great and drinks tasted great.

We dined at the hotel restaurant one night, food was great but service was seriously lacking. Courses were served out of sync (we were a party of 5), forgotten and misunderstood. The kitchen delivered but not the servers, a pity considering the fine food.

Had Park Garage issue but was resolved. Reason I select great hotels is for security of my Harley Davidson Motorcycle. My association is Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association and we each take one parking spot, so each gets their own ticket. My HD cost over 50K.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden, aber auch, um Ausflüge ins Umland zu unternehmen. Denn der Bahnhof liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Ich habe einmal im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen, das war sehr lecker. Super finde ich auch, dass man Yoga-Stunden buchen kann. Das hat extrem gut getan! Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

We were placed in a room outside the main building, with access directly from the public parking area. Honestly, this was a very different experience from what we expected based on the photos shown on your website. Unfortunately, our experience would have been very different if we had been informed in advance. Had we known that our room was located in a separate annex with access from a publicly accessible parking lot, we would not have accepted the accommodation. If you accommodate guests in an annex that is less convenient and only accessible through a public parking area, you should not charge the same rate as for the rooms in the main building.

Pool area and interiors amazing!

Asked two nights in a row for extra blanket and pillows- never got them or a response. No way to contact reception form room. Never offered eggs or coffee one morning at breakfast- apparently they were “really busy”.

Nice location and staff.

We booked a suite for 3 but the 3rd bed hadn’t been made up. It took multiple trips by the gentleman at the desk to finally get enough bedding so we could sleep in the second bed. Breakfast bar was good but service staff was a bit overwhelmed and we eventually left without receiving the omelettes that we ordered. We’ve previously stayed here numerous times and will probably stay again. The special event they were hosting seemed to have the staff stretched to their limit which affected overall service.

E' un'ottima struttura centralissima, con bar ristorante e piscina. Le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose e silenziose.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! An oasis within the city of Bolzano! We arrive after a short walk from the train station. The manicured grounds are beautiful. The hotel reception and personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Our room with A/C was very welcomed considering the current heatwave. We also enjoyed dining al fresco at the Luna restaurant and the food and service was also very nice, including drinks by the pool! I highly recommend this hotel, specially for a romantic getaway! Thank you for the great experience from arrival to departure!

Das Hotel ist scheinbar das älteste Gästehaus in Bozen. Es ist wirklich wunderschön renoviert, obwohl die Gänge teilweise wie in einem Sanatorium ausschauen, aber das war wohl einer Renovierung der 60er Jahre geschuldet. Die Zimmer haben hohe Decken und man hört die Nachbarn kaum bis gar nicht. Der Pool ist definitiv ein Hightlight. Das Frühstück ist relativ teuer, aber wenn man sich gut an isst, dann passt das schon. Auch die Bar am Abend war sehr fein. Ein gehobenen Etabilssement, dass sehr empfehlenswert ist

Das Frühstück hätte mehr Obst und Obstsäfte haben können, nur der Orangensaft wird frisch gepresst. Und evtl. mehr Variation über die Woche verteilt. Die Zimmertüren zum Gang sind teilweise sehr laut zum Schließen, was durch den Gang noch verstärkt wird (es hallt ziemlich).

Mitten in Bozen eine gelungene, traditionelle Architektur mit viel Charme. Eine Oase mit schönem Garten und lässigem Desig. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sympathisches Personal.

Trotz des Willens zum Design wirken die einfachen Doppelzimmer ein wenig "angestaubt". Ist der alten Bausubstanz geschuldet. Ist aber nicht so gravierend.

Very comfortable, quiet room with air conditioning and a balcony with views of the garden below. The kettle had a leak so the bartender was kind enough to provide coffee before opening time. Short walk to delightful old town and wonderful restaurants.

Location.

Staff lied repeatedly about the A/C. They repeatedly swore it was working, but it never lowered the room temperature the entire night. Eventually, it was too late to change rooms.

Très vaste chambre, à proximité immédiate du centre ville tout en étant au calme (nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte sans problème). Notre repas du soir sur la terrasse dans le jardin de l'hôtel restera un moment marquant de notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les crêpes et omelettes sont faites à la demande et servie à table sans supplément. Le bar et sa terrasse sont tout autant accueillant.

Le couleurs sombres des murs des couloirs (gris et vieux rose/mauve) ne sont pas très invitants...

Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr klein und eng.

Einzelzimmer war sehr klein und Preisleistungsverhältnis schlecht, Personal nett, aber nicht sehr wissend, ich wurde auf einen Wanderweg geschickt, der gesperrt war…

Sa localisation au centre de Bolzano était parfaite L’hôtel est splendide, plein de verdures et une ambiance où on s’y sent vraiment bien Personnel adorable 50% de réduction sur le parking à côté de l’hôtel ce qui est plaisant au vu du tarif initial ! La piscine est un vrai +, on s’y fait même servir à boire c’est génial

Le seul petit point négatif : le prix du petit déjeuner (non inclu dans le prix de la chambre) a 28€/personne, un super buffet certes mais si vous n’êtes pas des gros mangeurs au petit déjeuner mieux vaut le prendre au bar de l’hôtel ou café + croissant + jus de fruit fraîchement pressé est à 11€ !
