Reviewed Sep 10, 2026El restaurante todo muy bien, la atención, y los alimentos...buena variedad y cantidad vasta...la habitación muy agradable los espacios en general muy bien cuidados y agradables, todo el personal muy amable, hay varias actividades, billar, futbolito, golfito, canchas de tenis, basquetbol, la alberca de muy bien tamaño y agua templada, muchas esculturas y pinturas en todas las áreas, muy agradable también la decoración y el ambiente...
Que cobraran el agua de sabor en el bufete de comida...la llave del lavabo de la habitación (139) salpica mucho y te mojas...el costo de las bebidas en el bar es algo elevado, así como el tamaño de las bebidas en la alberca es muy pequeño para el costo que tienen...la televisión debería tener acceso a plataformas como Netflix o Prime, ya casi cualquier hotel de 4 o 5 estrellas lo tienen…por último sugeríamos unas almohadas más bajitas, están muy gordas...

El trato de los botones o maleteros Personal botón le dice a uno que nos ayude el cual solo señala que tiene mucho trabajo pero nos ignora sin buscarnos apoyo, uno mas al ver la seña nos ofrece ayuda pero mejor decidió hacerlo por mi cuenta. Si no tiene el carácter de atender bien no es su mejor lugar cámbiense a donde nadie los vea son la imagen del hotel

Os quartos já requerem uma reforma, são antigos e alguns detalhes precisam de manutenção. As camas pequenas, eram de casal, pelo padrão do hotel recomendaria ao menos queen size. As refeições no local são caras, preço poderia ser mais justo.

The property itself is stunning, and I appreciate that they hire local staff, which supports the community and is something I truly value. However, this location only works well if you speak Spanish. No one on staff speaks English, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but it’s important for international travelers to know. On my trip, I was the only Spanish speaker in my group, and it became difficult because I constantly had to translate on behalf of everyone. While I don’t usually mind helping, it was uncomfortable feeling like I was working for the hotel instead of being a guest. For leisure travelers who speak Spanish, this place can be wonderful. For international business trips or for guests who don’t speak Spanish, it may not be the best fit at this time.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026La habitación es muy amplia, con 2 lavabos, camas cómodas, varios contactos incluso usb, muy bien iluminada, closet amplio, caja fuerte fácil de operar y grande, espejos grandes y varios. el desayuno bufet es muy variado y muy rico, reponen los alimentos y el servicio de meseros es bueno. Nos encantaron los arboles que están alrededor de la alberca porque dan sombra y puedes nadar sin asolearte mucho, además de que se ven muy lindos.
Todo nos gustó mucho pero en la alberca había muchas hojas y ramas que caían de los arboles, deberían recogerlas con la malla con más frecuencia porque no es agradable nadar así. En la habitación solo pusieron 1 botella de agua el primer día, creo que para ser un hotel 5 estrellas podrían poner 1 botella de agua por huésped ( éramos 2 ) diario, estuvimos 3 noches y solo nos pusieron 1 botella de agua, sería un buen detalle. Además en el desayuno no ofrecen agua natural que es importante.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Not much. There were only a couple of pleasant interactions that we had with hotel staff.
Our room was located quite far from the main entrance and lobby, which would have been fine, except it seemed the level of care and cleanliness in this area was neglected. The room had an unpleasant smell when we arrived. We had to open the window for some ventilation. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we even noticed some bugs that were squashed and left on the wall which was quite off-putting. Being on the first floor, the room was also poorly lit, and the sound insulation was bad. We could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms - beside, across, and above us. On top of that, someone (either housekeeping or whoever), decided to collect our neighbor's room service dishes at 3 am even though they had been left there since earlier in the day, waking us up. We also paid for the breakfast buffet the next morning. Unfortunately, the food was substandard and not worth the $30USD per person. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price we paid.

La chambre est vieillotte et mal aménagée. L'hotel est situé vraiment loin du centre de Quérétaro. Le personnel n'est pas toujours très aimable: réceptionniste à l'arrivée très hautain, serveur au petit déjeuner malpoli. De plus, prix exorbitant du petit déjeuner qui n'est pas indiqué à l'avance et fluctue avec les jours.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026My family and I recently concluded a week-long stay at your hotel in January. We are repeat guests, having chosen your property multiple times for stays of five days or more, despite the premium pricing, due to the excellent amenities and consistently high quality of staff and service we have experienced previously. However, our most recent visit was severely compromised by the unprofessional and inappropriate conduct of a front desk employee, Bernardo Garcia. When several family members requested to extend their stay—a seemingly simple task—Mr. Garcia displayed visible frustration, extreme rudeness, and arrogance. His inability to efficiently process the extension, which culminated in him forcefully striking the desk and momentarily ignoring us, demonstrated a profound lack of training and customer service competency. His behavior was not merely inefficient; it was openly contemptuous and aggressive. Given this deeply negative interaction, which suggests a severe lapse in customer-facing skills and training, my family and I will not be returning to your hotel. We urge management to investigate this matter immediately, as such conduct is unacceptable in a service position and significantly damages your property’s reputation.

If you go, ask for the Sens upgrade. Unfortunately, I found out about it too late. Even when you ask during check-in, the staff are not well trained and do not explain things properly. Breakfast at Oasis Palm is the worst. All the food at this hotel is diluted — it feels like they turn one dish into three. Everything is watery, has no flavor, and is disgusting. There are very few chairs at the beach. They are old plastic chairs, many are broken, and there are enough for maybe 15% of the guests. The room at Sens is okay. I am not sure about Oasis. Portion sizes at the restaurants are a joke — literally baby portions. You can’t say it’s all inclusive, it’s a joke. Snacks by the beach are terrible.
