La comida del restaurant, me sirvieron una hamburguesa horrible. mal atendido por las meseras, pedí un homelet casi me lo avienta ni siquiera por cortesía me dijo en la barra encuentra guarniciones si lo quiere acompañar. pésimo no volví a pedir nada.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Hotel rooms are quiet, and clean. Breakfast is good, and personal is very helpful. The gym is also sufficient for basic fitness training. Location is good if you are working in north industry area, because you do not have to go into the city (can avoid traffic jams).
Unfortunately the windows cannot be opened, so the air is not the best. Cleaning personal is turning down air conditioner to lowest fan speed every morning, although this is the only chance to clean the air a bit in the room. Pool is more for kids with 1.1 meter depth.

Reviewed May 19, 2025The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. Near centro comercial Antea, Decathlon, Shake Shack and other popular shopping areas. Pet friendly. The gym had really nice equipment.
The pool would have been much better if it the surrounding areas were kept clean; the lawn chairs are stained and should be pressure washed or replaced, tables were left un-wiped from the day before, cups and dishes left to sit out all night. Asked several times for towels, never happened. Elevators were dirty, smelled like beer, sticky floors. At least the room was clean.

La habitacion era comoda y bien organizada. El baño tiene el techo de la ducha con necesidad de reparaciin y pintura. Todo lo demas estuvo bien.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2025El hotel tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad para brindar un mejor servicio, pienso q si saben que tienen la ocupación casi llena no deberían manejar el day pass porque no tienen suficiente personal ni espacios para tanta gente, lo comento porque el área de alberca no está bien controlada, permiten bebidas en botella de cristal q es muy peligroso y se ve muy mal q metan hasta hieleras con bebidas alcohólicas etc dejando todo muy sucio mucha basura y al día siguiente no tienen personal de limpieza suficiente .,. Adicional los tres días q estuve no hicieron el aseo de la habitación aún cuando se le pedía a la persona encargada. Ojalá lo tomen en cuenta porque pueden mejorar muchísimo.

The first room they gave us was on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The only way to not have everyone seeing into your room was to have the blackout curtains drawn, which then meant you’re basically in a cave with no natural light. We asked to switch rooms and they didn’t have, in theory another king bed room so they moved us to a 2 queen room. The next morning at 5am we started hearing a loud constant noise, turns out it was the kitchen extractor which was basically keeping us up. We couldn’t sleep any further and you could hear it through the entire floor. We called reception but sadly the kind gentleman said there was nothing he could do. The manager in theory was arriving at 9. We went down to the gym since we couldn’t sleep and front desk switched our rooms again. We asked to speak to the manager when he arrived but he never showed up or made himself available to us. The gave us a complimentary breakfast but frankly that is not enough for this experience.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2025I recently spent a short stay at the Aloft hotel in Queretaro. My thoughts are that this is a well-located, overall decent hotel that I would most likely be wiling to return to if the price is right. (Which it was.) However, as a Bonvoy Platinum member it was disappointing that the hotel did not provide an upgrade despite having multiple rooms at higher categories available. The fact that the hotel could easily have done this as a gesture of appreciation for Bonvoy elites would have gone a long way in my opinion. Oh well. The room itself was small but pretty clean with a very comfortable bed and decent air conditioning. Staff was friendly.

Tuve que pagarlo porque no lo había incluido en mi reservación, pero todos los platillos estaban salados, incluso las papas sabían ya pasadas. El personal fue muy amable y me dio otras alternativas de alimentos, pero no valió la pena por el costo que tiene. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo increíble, la alberca fue lo que más me gustó, aunque está un poco pequeña tiene espacio muy agradable para asolearse.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2024En febrero me hospedé en Aloft y les comenté que era incómodo escoger un hotel por sus instalaciones y especialmente gimnasio y que al llegar encuentres equipos fuera de servicio (caminadora), esta vez regresé 2 meses después y sigue el equipo fuera de servicio, además de uno de los elevadores. En especial a mi criterio como huésped el que yo escoja un hotel y pague esa tarifa diferenciada por sus instalaciones y estas no cumplan con su funcionamiento me queda a deber mucho. Si no tienen presupuesto para mantenimiento quita el equipo y ajusta tu tarifa a lo que realmente ofreces y puedas cumplir.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2024If you want ice, you have to go to the lobby and ask for it. No menu online or in the room for room service. Maid service happens late in the afternoon. In my three nights here the power has cut off (not for long) several times. This can be quite annoying if working on a laptop or watching TV. The only thing within walking distance is one restaurant. Other than that, the rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Staff is super friendly.

Muy mala la atención del encargado y el gerente nunca se acercó o se involucró para dar seguimiento
