Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Nagyon jó helyen van, közel az óceán, az Ocean Drive nyüzsgő éttermei is pár lépésre vannak, de mégis csendesebb. A sarkon van egy 7Eleven bolt, ahol finom a kávé, kellemes a zene a hotel aljában levő kubai étteremben. Tágas kényelmes a szoba, jó volt a kilátás a pálmafákra. A fürdőszoba is tágas és nagyon finom a narancsos tusfürdő. Van külön gardrób szoba is vasalóval. Kedves a személyzet, mindig van jeges víz a hallban.
Zajos a légkondicionáló és nehéz beállítani, valószínűleg nagyon régi. Nyikorog a folyosó padló és a lépcső is, ami behallatszik a szobába. Legalábbis abba a szobába, ami a lépcső mellett van. A fürdőszobában nincs akasztó a törülközőknek. A reggeli nagyon távol van, de ingyenes busz visz oda (Miami Beach Trolley), kb 10 perc az út. És abban a másik hotelban van a medence is, ami nagyon kellemes, de nem feszített a víztükör. Vigyázni kell, mert a foglalásnál nem mindig van hozzá reggeli, mi kétszer voltunk és valahogy elnéztem, másodjára nem volt hozzá reggeli és nem lehet utólag befizetni.

A személyzet teszi ugyan a dolgát, de nem lehetett érezni a kedvességet, vendégszeretetet. Napközbeni jövés menésnél köszönni sem tudtak. 😕 Reggelit kaptunk ugyan, de nem a saját éttermükben, hanem tőlük kb. 25 perc gyaloglásra (ami azért elég messze van) egy másik étteremben, így csak egyszer mentünk el.

My room key continuously did not work and I had to keep making multiple trips to the front desk, trying multiple keys and then the person at the desk had to eventually come and open my room door with a regular key and not a card key and that became very annoying.

The hotel needs a refurbishment, the wear is visible. AC was loud and we couldn’t turn it off. Bed was clean, but the floor and the doors were sticking, You can hear everything coming from the streets and the corridor.

kahvaltı dahil rezervasyon yaptırmıştık fakat kahvaltıyı otelden 25 dakika yürüme mesafesi uzaklıkta başka bir otelde yapabilirsiniz orayla anlaşmamız var denildi ve bu hiçbir yerde yazmıyor ve utanmadan resepsiyondaki arkadaş bize kahvaltı yapacağınız yer sadece 5-7 dakika yürüme mesafesi uzaklıkta demişti ama halbuki öyle değildi ve kahvaltı dahil olarak rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen 1 kere bile kahvaltı yapmadan tatili tamamladık ayrıca sakın fotoğraflardaki görüntüye aldırış etmeyin odaların yakından uzaktan fotoğraflarla alakası yoktu ve ayrıca camlar odanın duvarının çok yukarısında kaldığı için odalar karanlıktı.

Contrate este hotel porque ofrecia desayuno al ingresar me informan que el desayuno se sirve en otra institucion. El hotel esta en el 944 de Washington AV y habia que caminar todos los dias mas de 11 cuadras para poder recibir el desayuno. Esto deberia aclararlo antes de la reserva de lo contrario corresponde que lo brinden en el lugar o que te asignen una habitacion donde se sirve el mismo

A kapott 2 kulcskártyával szinte sose tudtuk kinyitni az ajtót. Mindig a személyzet saját kulcsával kellett bejutnunk. A szobánk ablaka alatt egy generátor volt és iszonyat hangja volt.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Wir haben auf Anfrage ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen, das hat uns wirklich sehr gefreut. Einer der beiden Herren an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ebenso die Dame vom Housekeeping.
Der reguläre Checkin ist um 4 pm. Wir konnten unser Gepäck bereits morgens um 10:00 Uhr ganz problemlos an der Rezeption abstellen und den Tag in Miami genießen. Als wir um circa 3:15 pm am Hotel wieder angekommen sind, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir noch bis 4 pm warten müssen. Allerdings hatten wir zwei Möglichkeiten bekommen, um schon früher einzuchecken: entweder wir bezahlen 20 $ oder wir geben sofort eine positive Google Bewertung ab. Sofort eine positive Bewertung anzufordern ohne das Zimmer bzw. mehr vom Hotel gesehen zu haben ist aus meiner Sicht absolut unakzeptabel. Vermutlich kommen so viele positive Bewertungen zustande, die nicht wirklich aussagekräftig sind. Dazu kommt, dass der Herr an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und absolut überheblich gewirkt hat. Sein Kollege, der zuvor da war, war sehr zuvorkommend - ebenso die Housekeeping-Dame.

Despite being the ones to cancel, they are refusing to refund our money. This is a complete failure of business ethics—taking money from students for a service they refused to provide. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid if you value transparency.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026La réceptionniste Isabella nous a demandé 20 dollars pour déposer nos bagages en matinée et nous a précisé que ce serait gratuit tout comme l'accès anticipé à la chambre si nous déposions sur le moment un avis positif sur google mentionnant favorablement son prénom ce qui est une méthode très contestable et manquant de professionnalisme. Autrement, la chambre sentait le renfermé et l'humidité + était très mal insonorisée + les lits étaient inconfortables du fait de leur ancienneté. Des clientes occupant la chambre 108 nous ont réveillés la seconde nuit à 23H30 puis 01H30 du matin en hurlant et gloussant dans les couloirs sans que le réceptionniste n'intervienne malgré notre demande; ce même réceptionniste nous a réveillés à 03H00 du matin en rigolant et parlant très fort longuement avec des clients ou amis avec lesquels il était attablé, il s'est excusé suite à ma demande de faire silence. La porte de la chambre 109 ne s'ouvre qu'en la poussant très très fortement, même la femme de ménage et la réceptionniste ont dû donner des coups d'épaule pour l'ouvrir. L'hôtel est très bruyant, nous entendions chaque bruit extérieur et interne à l'hôtel depuis la chambre 109 qui nous avait été attribuée. Les photos de la chambre sur Booking étaient légèrement différentes en termes de décoration. Le réceptionniste nous avait dit lors du check-out que la caution serait restituée sous 48H mais avons dû attendre 5 jours pour cela suite à une relance de notre part, les hôtels dans lesquels nous avons séjourné ensuite ont mis moins de temps à nous la restituer. La vue de la chambre sur l'extérieur était deplorable. Très mauvaise et décevante expérience.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Loved our room location. Bathroom was large- We had the handicap bathroom and although at first when I walked into the room it turned me off, but it ended up being a nice surprise as the shower was huge. Beding and sheets were crisp. Staff was attentive. AC worked great!
.Maybe the extra fees, but I guess that could be anywhere in Miami, or the advertisement of free complimentary happy hour---then to find out it is a 22 minute walk from the hotel at a stister hotel. Why not at the Chelsea location.
