The location was great! Easy walk to the beach.

Elevator wasn’t working. No coffee bar even though they had a coffee bar. Could be cleaner. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Very loud from the music and construction outside.

Per il resto ascensore guasto, piscina, che anche se piccola per bambini può aiutare, in manutenzione e non utilizzabile, asciugacapelli non disponibile in camera e non fornito nemmeno su richiesta, cucina della camera sprovvista di utensili, portati poi dopo averli richiesti. Posizione molto buona per spiaggia ed Ocean's Drive.

Weak response to fix things Bedroom TV was not working from the first day and when I asked the receptionist to send someone to fix it she told me by the end of the day that they tried but couldn't do it We stayed without TV for 4 days Also the elevator was out of service from day 2 till we left on day 5

Well placed beach tows are also great parking just in front 50m and only 20 bucks for the 24 hours

We loved the location and decorations. We had a big room. We couldn't do early check in but they saved our luggage. Not much noise from outside. Always found someone in front desk.

Our room was okay but it feels a little old. The red decorations pillow in the bed was smelling so bad. Staff were just ok, nothing remarkable. Toilet doesn't flush properly.

I didn't get my deposit back, after multiple attempts to resolve this issue still no further along. Contacted my bank on advice from hotel and was told they'd be er authorised the money to be refunded. So it just seems a quick trick to scam guests out of further money.

The lift did not work so we had to use the stairs and the room was in the 4th floor I hoped we can do an early check in around 12 but we couldnt, also we were informed that we will be contacted once the room is ready but it never happened, spent the day out and came back at 6 to check in The pool is super tiny No Bathrooms located in the lobby or outdoor area

I am currently here and my experience is lack luster. To begin with the elevator is STILL not operating. During check in no one explained how we would get towels. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly. The lady that answered the phone was not very helpful. I was told that my room would be cleaned AFTER the other rooms were cleaned. I highly recommend not staying here.

The staff was nice.

I had to pay a resort fee and the elevator did not work and we stayed on the 4th floor. The beds was hard and the floors were cracking as we were walking across and the room had a stench to it and our living room tv did not have a working tv. I paid for an upgrade for no reason and the pull out couch was dirty, walls was coming apart. I know it’s Miami and it’s hot but I do feel as though they should have had sitting room inside with air but they had fitting room outside no air. I will not book this hotel again.

They never clean our room. Also there was a woman in the front desk not the red and curly hair one. Another one was super rude and she never help us. Air conditioners were so bad.

The furniture was old and not very well maintained or cleaned. The mattresses were also outdated and very uncomfortable—you could feel the springs pressing into your back while lying down. In addition, the room directly above ours was undergoing refurbishment during our stay. Construction noise started as early as 8:00 a.m. each morning, which was very disruptive. I spoke with the staff and asked whether the work would be completed that day, and I was told that it would be. However, the construction continued afterward, causing ongoing noise and inconvenience. The refurbishment work also appeared to affect the condition of our room. The toilet did not flush properly, and the ceiling air vent was leaking water and dust. I requested room service twice to address these issues, but the cleaning and maintenance provided were suboptimal and did not fully resolve the problems. The only positive aspect was that the staff allowed us to use the bathroom in another room when our toilet was not functioning properly, which we appreciated , but still disruptive as you can imagine. Overall, the condition of the room and the disruption caused by the refurbishment significantly affected our stay.

First and foremost this place is ranked a 4 star on booking.com, and it shouldn’t be! The hallways stink like old urine! The hallways full of debris of paint chipping off the wall and the stairwells too. Elevator looks ran down and bogus, while still operating on a EXPIRED LICENSE in early March of this year 20206, while still letting anyone get on as of June 20, 2026 ! I was there yesterday before i left and rebooked a hotel downtown not even after staying 1 hr and 30 minutes of checking in! The front entrance where you can sit by the bar was dirty and the jacuzzi as well, rooms water temperature doesn’t get hot for real, with missing cabinets doors in the kitchen and deceiving interiors. WIFI Connection Is Horrible, if you’re someone who needs to work with WIFI I wouldn’t recommend this place at all it doesn’t work neither the guests or the staff’s wifi. However the lady at the front was very nice and cooperative when working with us on getting us in early at 1 and when we reported about connections problems. I booked this place earlier this year for $800+ for a 3 day south beach stay! I was promised a room with pictures expecting what i paid for but wasn’t! Given this is a 4 Star Suite booking i’d give it a 3 Star flat if i’m being nice nothing over a 3.0!

I booked an ‘accessible’ room but was not notified that the shared bathroom did not have a door. The floorplan was open with no privacy. My friend and I shared a room and this was going to be a major problem. Within the first 10 minutes of arriving to the hotel, I was on the phone with booking.com’s customer service; and trying to see what my options were with the front desk. Nobody offered me any consolation. Plus, the elevator was broken. I booked an accessible room because I had recently gotten surgery and this establishment made it absolutely difficult in getting up to my room.

Honestly the whole thing is super cute. Our room exceeded expectations and was less than $200/night which was wild considering we had 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. The location is incredible, less than 2 blocks to Miami Beach.

Nothing- we're already planning another trip down!

The room was extremely dirty. On both beds the sheets were replaced but they were not clean at all. We had to book another hotel and move but this hotel simply lied about reimbursement.

The location was nice, just a block from the beach. And there is a really good Puerto Rican restaurant on the next block up. The food was soooo good!

There was black mold in the bathroom. The whole place smells like mold. The room was dirty, especially the floors. There was a bad/ heavy energy in the place. Made me feel anxious while we were inside the building. But felt immediately better after walking outside.

I loved the convenience of the location! It gave AirBnB aesthetics which was good as far as food preparation and such.

I didn’t like the pool and I say pool loosely! The Nats in the bathroom of our room was terrible I got bit up all on my legs and ankles. Could also use a paint job and dead bugs cleaned off the walls

No parking, not good service

Everything was good except there was NO hot water during our entire stay, which is a big issue. The elevator was also broken and lugging our large suitcases up the stairwell was unpleasant, but it was repaired during our stay. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, the room was modern. I would advise them to install sound proof windows such as the ones the other hotels that we have stayed at in south beach have, as you will be awaken by traffic noise from time to time. Not being able to take a shower for 3 days definitely leaves an unpleasant feeling about the hotel and the staff that said in a friendly manner that there was nothing they could do.

Most of the staff was rude didn't speak when we would walk by the desk the elevator was broken had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs.

lifts were not working. In my other room, bugs in bed and AC wasnt working, after lot of request they had to change the room but one night they had to sleep in that warm room, so overall all of us had a negative experience due to this

The elevator was out of service and there was nothing really accommodating for customers that have trouble walking to supplement for the inoperable elevator, especially if you’re on the top floor with luggage. Everything else was fine

The room smelled moldy. It wasn’t really clean. We were missing a bed sheet between the duvet and the bed and the bed frame was dirty. The bathroom was also only medium clean.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à South Beach, très proche de la plage et de commerces pour faire des courses ou se restaurer. L'appartement était spacieux et bien équipé. Angel de la réception était accueillante.

Il y a beaucoup de perruches qui logent dans l'arbre (et la plafond) juste à côté de la fenêtre, ils font beaucoup de bruits dès le matin. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants, la salle de bains était un peu vétuste. Le sol était sale quand nous sommes arrivés.

Oppholdet levde dessverre ikke opp til forventningene. Hotellet fremstår som gammelt og hadde en lite behagelig lukt. Innsjekkingen var heller ikke spesielt hyggelig, da vi ble møtt med dårlig humør fra personalet. På rommet oppdaget vi dyr – en gekko var greit nok, men en kakerlakk er helt uakseptabelt. Dette trekker helhetsinntrykket betydelig ned.

Instalaciones viejas. Cocina sin lavaplatos, sólo un lavamanos por lo que era incómodo lavar la loza. Arrendamos la suite deluxe y el primer día nos pasaron una suite pequeña, sin refrigerador. Totalmente diferente a lo que habíamos pagado. Tuvimos que reclamar, y gracias a eso nos cambiaron a una suite deluxe como aparecía en las fotos.

Super close to the ocean, lots of stores nearby, Walgreens. We were lucky to have one bedroom and dining room with oven and fridge. It was spacious. Hotel had some slight reconstruction and elevator didnt work when we were leaving the hotel with luggage, luckily we were on 2nd floor )) I would come back to this hotel again.

The staff, especially Angel by the front desk were so helpful and nice, the room is cozy, comfortable and the location is the best.

Realmente todo me gustó del Hotel. Contrario lo que dicen muchas de las reseñas mi habitación era tranquila y sin ruido y el ascensor aunque si es antiguo funcionó bien todo el tiempo. Adicionalmente, debo destacar que tuve un inconveniente con mi vuelo que fue cancelado y reprogramado para el día siguiente, y aún así pude comunicarme con el Hotel sin problemas y no me aplicaron no Show, sino que me guardaron mi reserva para poder llegar tranquila. Adicionalmente a la entrada me dejaron un obsequio muy lindo con agua y chocolates de cortesía por el inconveniente tenido con el vuelo. El Hotel queda muy cerca de todas las paradas de bus, en una zona privilegiada de South Beach, donde es fácil conseguir absolutamente todo. Le agradezco mucho al personal por todas las facilidades que nos dieron

Lo único que podría decir es que hubo un día que olvidaron ponernos toallas de cuerpo en la habitación, pero eso fue fácilmente solucionado

It was very close to the beach, restaurants and stores.

The elevator did not work the whole trip. The stove top worked but the bottom did not work. The water would only get luke warm. The refrigerator light did not work. Did not like that the bathroom was in the room so you never have any real privacy if you need it.
