The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would especially like to mention Mr santram and Miss Boinu Who were exceptional.

I wish they had a on call cab facility . Using Uber on international roaming is cumbersome and expensive. For some reason the wifi did not work properly in the lobby.

Very bad experience with Ek Five Hotel.. Water was leaking in the bathroom WiFi was not working in room no. 1705 made 25 calls for TV then got tired next day at checkout the staff asked to change the room. Very bad room change offer at checkout. waste of money. not recommended.

While I’ve stayed at several other hotels in the city, none have quite matched the level of service, hospitality, and overall guest experience offered by Park Plaza. Nábytek na pokojích je sice stylový, ale svůj zenit má již za sebou. Nekomfortní je pak ovládání osvětlení, když na malém panelu jsou tlačítka pro ovládání 10 světel, závěsů apod. Označení jednotlivých pozic je bez brýlí a z bezprostřední blízkosti nečitelné

Great staff service, intentionally going out of their way to please. A tribute to Indian compassionate hospitality, nothing was too difficult. To Vijay at front desk, an efficiency master. Kananpreet thank you for your ever pleasing smile, Angat, you managed to correct my dinner from a misleading menu, Preecha keep up the good work in housekeeping working solo and yet achieving clean rooms, Pantosh, you are a hidden star ! your bar needs life. Three F&B staff in the restaurant, Sauma, the little girl with the bast smile in town, and the longest serving staff in the hotel, thank you. Maintenance thank you for fixing my air con 1529 and masking taping the gap in my window so as to stop bird dust seeping into my room. Hotel rooms are tired, however I am sure there is a plan in sight. Thank you all for making my stay pleasant. Two more girls at guest relation; humble apologies for not remembering your names, thank you.

The rooms were very small, and the shower area in the bathroom was extremely tight.

Location - is good market is nearby. Atmosphere - is also good. Rooms - is quiet small as per price. Value - 7.5/10 Bathroom - to small.

The entire hotel staff is good especially Jyoti and Sandeep from housekeeping and Manjot from front office.
