I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana. After travelling to India for the first time in 10 years, I was very happy to see how well the hotel has upgraded and how thoughtfully they take care of their guests. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and very well maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly, offered welcome drinks, and made sure I felt comfortable. Water was available at reception, and they consistently asked if there was anything else I needed. What stood out most was the personal attention and helpfulness of the staff. When I raised a concern about a price difference and explained that I had booked through Booking.com, they addressed the issue immediately and resolved it without making the process difficult. The staff were also very attentive with my luggage and even helped hold my handbag when needed. They guided me to my room and were consistently polite, well-mannered, and professional. I also appreciated how well they handled my laundry. When I mentioned that I needed a plug because the USB ports in my room were not working, they provided one promptly. The manager even came to my room personally, apologized for the inconvenience, and assured me that he would take care of the issue. He explained that he would look into replacing the plugs in the rooms with Canadian-compatible plugs, which I thought was a very thoughtful response to a small but important need for international guests. These small details made a big difference. I felt that the staff genuinely listened, took responsibility, and cared about making my stay comfortable. Overall, I felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after throughout my stay. The cleanliness, hospitality, and thoughtful service made this hotel a pleasure to stay at, and I would be happy to return.

The only disappointment during my stay was that the room did not have a plug compatible with Canadian devices. As I was travelling from Canada, I was unable to use my straightener, curler, and other personal electrical appliances. I understand that this may seem like a small issue, but it can make a significant difference for international guests. I appreciated that the manager personally came to my room, apologized, and assured me that he would look into the matter. I hope the hotel will consider providing at least one Canadian-compatible plug or a suitable adapter in each room. Other than this, I was very happy with my stay and the service I received.

Properties on a main road the shopping center is and all the good restaurants are around, so that’s good

The room was nice but I don’t like things that they don’t have like a smart TV in the room so like now it’s like 20 2026 and they don’t have like a smart TV

Nice hotel. Exceptional service from the warm and friendly staff. Especially from Dhruv, Rahul and Bosir in the Gallery Bar. I was travelling alone and they really looked after me.

They are lied . They told me in 5500 they give me unlimited good brands drinks but when I take that package after that they give worst brand drinks

shared my experience on their page.. they have major issue with water logging in drainage and seems like in every room as after complain they changed the room and it happened same so i assume in should be there in everyroom and water comes out till bathroom and specially kids and senior citizen pls take care to choose this hotel.. as myself about to fall twice as it was wet and slippery.

I was here for dinner buffet .... it was excelent .... Jyoti Nita and Varinder gave us great hospitality

Broken shower doors, stained carpets. Lackadaisical attitude of staff. When i pointed out that the carpet in the room is stained i was told “that is how it is we cant help it”. Then they switched the room and innthis one the bathroom door was broken. Like literally broken snd ready to fall. When i pointed that out the bell boy called someone and said that i didnt “ like the room”. Seriously!!!!??? Duty manager was called, after whet seemed like an eternity they moved me to another room. Guess what, i duscovered that the shower glass door in this room was broken. I gave up at this point and accepted it as my fate. Oh, by the way the freaking duty manager never checked back with me to see it things got resolved

Went there for a wedding in Ludhiana. Location is prime- Heart of Ludhiana. Food is really really good. Staff is very courteous and hospitable. Left my phone in the room & couldn’t collect it back for almost a month and they kept it safe and followed up with me at regular intervals to give it back. Loved the experience overall at Hyatt Ludhiana. Kudos to the entire team!

Wonderfu.My stay at Hyatt Ludhiana was wonderful, and the food was excellent too. I did have one hiccup, I accidentally left my t-shirt and jeans in the cupboard of my hotel room. After about 24 hours, I contacted the hotel about it, and they promptly returned my clothes to me. I really appreciated the quick and helpful response. A special thanks to Shoaib from the hotel desk, who assisted me with this and made sure everything was sorted out smoothly. Overall, a great experience good service, good food.

Very very worst and Bad experience first they say me that they have some offer for their bars like 2000 per couple in which they are give unlimited beer and whisky I asked them which brand whisky they told good brand not mention any brand . So in brand I thought I will be chivas black labelled type But there is no such whisky there is balentines and teachers . And first they offer me this for 2000 when I told them to upgrade then they told me sorry sorry it’s for 4000 + taxes and I seriously don’t like this thing that there is no clarity and afterwards behaviour of staff is also not good they are gossiping to each other about us that we listened to then we told him that we listen your conversation then he says sorry sorry seriously very worst experience ever.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at the Hyatt Hotel. I booked my room through Booking.com, and it clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, when I went to the restaurant in the morning, no one informed me that there was any issue. After I had already taken my food, I was told that breakfast was not included. This seemed like a management and communication problem. The hotel should clearly confirm all booking details with guests in advance, as guests may not be aware of any discrepancies. In addition, my room had an unpleasant smell. I requested room freshening, but it took around 30 minutes before someone came. Although many people consider this a good hotel, I personally felt that the overall service and experience did not match the price I paid. I hope the management improves its communication and guest service in the future.
