Very old and rundown property. It's not even a original Radisson. Looks like Radisson has bought an old ailing property and re-branded it.

This place has been horrible to stay since start When checking in they have people who can’t speak English properly or even Punjabi I left my EarPod I. Room and they can’t even find my booking from yesterday

Amazing property and great staff

Property is nice & clean.. service at the restaurant was quite disappointing as they were more focused with customers with buffet. Welcoming staff was great. Actually the whole staff of the hotel were welcoming & attentive.

There isn’t much choice in Ludhiana. It’s either Hyatt or radisson. Hyatt is pretty average. And radisson has better service. Better stay at radisson. But both are very outdated.

Front desk was smart and quick. Coffee shop where we were served the breakfast was quite spacious. Food spread both for breakfast and dinner buffet was good. Service was up to expected standards. However, room was in a pathetic state with run down furniture and a creaking bed. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Lights in the room could not be controlled individually and one had to use the master switch. This meant that when I needed to use the washroom in the night I had to use my mobile flashlight so as not to disturb my partner. Minor things like soap etc were missing and the room cleaning the next day was not done till we requested... which still took an hour to organise. Definitely not a 5* rates hotel... I have stayed in 2* which are better. Hotel desperately needs to upgrade... should avoid till they renovate. Definitely a no-no for me... This experience has definitely eroded the brand image of Radisson for me.

Noisy rooms with blaring music at midnight, poor housekeeping in most areas, staff was worried about a bottle of Soda water at checkout. Can do better in most areas. Not worth the price!

The clothes iron didn’t work upon asking to fix it, no one showed up for repair or replacement. Foreign passport and visa verification must be notified inadvace especially to American visitors as in USA driver license is adequate for Hitel as well as internal flights. I left my passport at my village and the check in process was horrible as I end up getting photo ID and visa over the internet. Very unpleasant experience.

Everything is awesome but the food is so expensive coudnt believe it

Not at all happy with the service or room. The front office was terrible. No warmth or not even a usual normal welcome! The rooms have a kind of smell. Bed was like old, had to even ask for a change of sheets as we saw hair. Very disappointed.

Ambiance is good, staff is friendly and professional. The room didn’t had some of the provided amenities working. Also in room dine in service didn’t provide complete order at once. Not expected when you stay at a 5 star hotel.

When we came for checkin the rates were showing different that what has been proposed by Expedia. In room dining you can’t even order a sweet lime soda after certain time I had to escalate this issue just to get a fresh lime soda Reception area is too hot. No smoking designated area available, one had to walk out of the property in order to smoke in my case 15 times in a couple of days Lastly they don’t have option for card on file, they did offered pay in room for dining or one has to do huge deposit in advance for dining that is also really disappointing I should have selected another property

The walls in the room were filthy. The property owner does not manage the building. Disgusting interiors, small bathrooms. It does not deserve to be a Radisson especially Blu. Sofas in the lobby were filthy, dirty, zero sense of cleanliness. Not a radisson by any chance.

There was dirt on the couch, desk, bedside table, bathroom counter, desk lamp, and bottle waters covered in mud. Toilet seat had urine stains on it. Climate control was not functional and stayed on the same setting no matter what you changed it to. One fruit fly was already dead on the bed and the other one I killed. Half of the staff is wearing masks and half have their masks hanging on their chins. Zero Covid protocols being followed. Stay away from this disgusting property.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Stay is very pleasant but service was a bit slow. You sometimes have to tell the waiter a few times so they can bring you a cup of tea. Overall, everything was superb.

Terrible stay, Such a poor service. Informed hotel at 2.30pm about hot water problem, but they could not sort out hot water issue whole day. After nearly 9 hours, they changed our room. They were obliged to offer dinner as it was nearly 11.30pm. We could not take a shower or relaxed in our room because engineers coming and going whole day. In 2nd room their bath tub was leaking, electric wires were just taped up in the water. Overall whole stay was nightmare. Not even 1 star hotel.

Service in restaurant was awesome. Waiter name Naginder was very personal able with me for all 3 days.made sure that i am comfortable while i was in restaurant.

I like the service provided by the staff. They were very caring, attentive to details, assertive, spontaneous and very good at looking after their guests.

Reception staff unaccomodating. Weird on site hotel rules and regulations. Poor customer service. Reservations staff was still ok. The no visitors policy of the hotel feels like a jail. Sometimes unexpected visitors do turn up. Then what do we tell them. Sorry hotel doesn’t allow visitor’s, even if it’s for a few hours.

Check in was slow...They made us book extra room because they did not allow guest in the room. Food quality was ok but they never delivered part of our order even after few reminders. Very poor room service. Will not go back.

Except for a couple of things, the stay was excellent. Breakfast was supposed to be included when we booked but then they wanted Rs750 each (I.e Rs3,500). Also the plumbing was loud in the walls when we slept.

Hotel is good, rooms are clean and comfortable, only water drainage from washroom was slow and fridge was not working..

Didn't have great experience on check in. We did not get the welcome from check in staff. It took long time to check in. At the check in time we asked to have another bed for our daughter. We were told, it will be done in next hour or so. We went out for dinner, four hours later no extra bed in our room. We had to ring reception again to arrange the bed. The staff in restaurant was amazing, very professional and good service. Food was amazing too.

Overall room is very spacious but toilet seat is wrongly design

The stay was very comfortable I just find the interiors on the dark side otherwise the staff is very helpful and friendly and the amenities are all very good
