Tralee Benners Hotel

The room was comfortable and the bed, for the amount of time I managed to be in it, was fine. I do think you should offer me a voucher for a considerable amount of money, for my next visit, if and when I decide to spend a night or two in "Benners Tralee Hotel". There was an extraordinary, awful row on the corridor outside my room (I was in room 15 on the first floor) from either two a.m to three a.m. or 2.30 a.m. to 3.30 a.m. I am not sure. It was a very loud shouting match with lots of obscenities and, when I finally got back to sleep.......I found myself waking up at 7.15 a.m. with a headache (and I had to travel from Tralee to Dublin the following day for work!)

Room was very small lighting in room was very poor bed not properly made base of bed not dressed very small window in room i have stayed here a few times over the last number of months and this is not what you would expect to give to a returning customer i spoke to lovely lady on reception who told me the floor that I was on is an old part of hotel and is due to be revamped in jan 2027 but the hotel was heavily booked and she had not got another room available also the handle on the flush of toilet was broken

Great location and the staff were very friendly, nice comfy rooms.

I likely came at an odd morning for breakfast but bread had mold and food wasnt particularly hot, so breakfast was a let down

We have travelled the length of the Wild Atlantic Way and this has got to be the worst breakfast bu a mile. All the food was layed out in trays under an infrared light all dried up and there was actually a crust on the scrambled egg and beans - horrible. Why have the not got covered heated platters like other hotel use. Very poor for the price you are paying

No soft closure on the doors you had to pull it really hard to shut it when leaving which also then made a loud bang .. conscious of this when going out late/earlier as noisy for guests in nearby rooms

nao possuem frigobar no quarto e nenhuma maquina de venda de agua ou snacks na recepcao, isso é um problema quando se esquece de levar agua para beber. nao possuem recepcao 24hrs, se vc sair do hotel durante a madrugada pode ter problemas ao retornar. Existe um Staff durante a madrugada, mas ele nao fica na recepcao em si.

Een oubollige kamer gekregen. Nood aan een opfrisbeurt. Ontbijt was niet uitgebreid. Geen glazen in de badkamer, enkel 2 grote tassen in de slaapkamer.

Breakfast awful. Left sitting out so all dried out. Very little continental breakfast just a few boxes of cereal. No fruit. Towels stained and hard not fluffy. Noisy at night but then again you are on the main street.

Il pub dell’hotel molto accogliente e caratteristico, con personale preparato e gentile. Inoltre la struttura si trova in una posizione comoda e centrale.

La camera non corrispondeva alle foto, la moquette della stanza era sporca e aveva un arredo datato.

Next to a busy and loud road, rooms were just about at the expected level of comfort and cleanliness, breakfast room was dark and unfriendly.

No parking or even a pass for on street parking. Very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very noisy doors slamming on springs.

Stayed for one night with my daughter. The hotel is suitable for this purpose. Very convenient location, in the very center of the city. There is a bar and a restaurant with good pizza on weekends. The room was quite clean. There were clean towels in the bathroom. Nice hall.

No water was provided for the guests, which is a must in my opinion. All equipment and furniture are very old. The hair dryer generally hung on the wire. Few hygiene products in the bathroom.

The location was excellent the room was spotlessly clean and good size. The only downside was the lady at check-in she had a terrible attitude,she never made eye contact gave no information about the hotel or meal times,she just gave us our room number and said the hotel was non smoking which made no difference to us as we're both non smokers.

The hotel was in a great location, we were staying as we had a wedding. The staff were brilliant and accommodated an early check in too. The breakfast was gorgeous and plenty of it as its buffet hot breakfast then cereal, fruit and juices. The room was a good size and spotless too. Thanks to the lovely ladies on reception for the early check in and the safety pin you were a life saver both of you.

While the room was great and we could open the window too as it was very warm. The bed was very hard so I didn't sleep great. Would this prevent me booking again no however it may be of help to someone else.

The staff at Benners Hotel were welcoming, friendly and did their best to make us feel at home, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself didn’t live up to our expectations. The room felt very dull and outdated and could definitely benefit from some modernisation. It also wasn’t as clean as we would have expected, with housekeeping standards needing improvement. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was extremely poor, the quality was below what we’d expect from a hotel of this reputation, and overall it was a very underwhelming start to the day. It’s a shame because the excellent staff deserve better facilities to work with. While the customer service was good, the condition of the rooms and the breakfast experience mean we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I had a problem with noise from the bar area as it was quite lively on the night I stayed, but it quietened down at an okay time.

I stayed overnight July 23rd and the visit was lovely, Natasha on reception couldn't have been more welcoming, A slight hiccup started my visit but nothing serious, more like a hilarious situation, the room was large clean and comfortable, I ate lunch and breakfast in Benners hotel, food is always top quality, Breakfast is buffet not my favourite but it tasty , I stayed in room 302 it was at the front and I knew it was going to be noisy later, the hotel is in the town centre and no-one can change what goes on outside its impossible thank you for a lovely stay, Pat foley

Lovely rooms which were very clean. Fantastic staff, especially front of house, who couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely bar and restaurant also and location is super.
