unfortunately because we booked late they only had double bed and we ordered 2 single beds. So had to squash stretcher in.

The location was great for access to amenities and centre. Friendly and approachable staff.

Small room. Just a path to walk around the bed when you enter and nothing else. Hot summer and no AC nor fans. The window opened to the main street with night music so it was uncomfortable to sleep in the heat and maintain your peace. Also, could do with frosting the bathroom windows that are street side. I didn't particularly like going to the toilet and looking right out on the street doing my business. The toilet was not secured on the floor so you could feel it move every time you sat on it. Shower drainage was terrible. After a shower you're left in a pool of waste water from your shower. The place is quite dated, the state is now beyond general wear and tear when you go beyond the lobby. Could do with a refurb to have the extortionate pricing seem worth it. Although it's not just this place. Most accommodations seem to offer below basic expectations with high prices anyways.

The room was of a good size and the bathroom was clean. The staff we met were very helpful and approachable. We did not book breakfast as we were leaving too early in the morning, so cannot provide feedback on that.

We stayed for 1 night accommodation only and that went well.

No lift, window in our room didnt close and there was no heating. Beds very hard.

Another guest in the annex was slamming doors throughout the night which kept us awake. As we entered the room the smell of bleach was extremely strong.

Price was higher for the rose festiva 170 one night with no breakfast, But didn't state they have no parking as roads were closed of at the weekend and it costs to park 5 miles away and dragged bags through the streets only to be placed in the 3 floor with no elevator and wonky staircase banister...plus waiting 20 minutes to check in as staff have to double job ...toilet on arrival was blocked and room didn't feel fresh ...walls also could do with a coat of paint 🎨

Sobretudo da localização central. O hotel é antigo e um dos quartos era muito pequeno.

O espaço comum era um sofá na recepção ou cadeiras no bar.

Great potential and beautiful building but not used to its best

It would be great if the outside door to the Annex locked auromatically when closing. Guests had difficulty. including myself, locking it with the key each time. Easy fix.

Staff great tried hard to make up for the failings off the hotel

Room dated, scruffy bathroom, dirty carpet, torn curtain, no beer in bar told haven't had any for 18 months breakfast 10 euros for a very limited menu that they weren't to keen on doing .Car Park space tight for larger car .

Stayed in room just to find another hotel. Room was very small, horrible material headboard, stained table lampshade worn stained carpet and room was located on top floor and would be a fire hassard .we were lucky to get accommodation in another hotel. Would advise taking hotel off booking.com. 250 euros gone + having to pay for another hotel, also nobody on reception, barman booked us in.

The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The shower in our bathroom was good, old but powerful.

The hotel needs a complete redecoration, it needs to be updated in all aspects. The whole hotel looks tired and grubby. The bar closes at 10pm and I can see why, no-one goes in there. The breakfast room has lighting that's very bright and does not look appealing at all. We had breakfast and evening drinks in the hotel next door!!

The property was in a good location

There was no staff at any point, had to wait 15 minutes to check in to be told the night porter was late and the staff member finished 15 minutes earlier and by chance was still on the property, towels were stained with rust or mould, unsure, had requested rooms on the ground level or 1st level due to having elderly parents with me and our rooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Would not be rushing back unfortunately

The hotel was in a great location, we stayed as we had a wedding so very close to everything. We stayed in the annex I was very apprehensive when I realised it was down the side of the hotel however its well lit up. There is a main door that you lock and it was very quiet. We both had a great night's sleep the bed was so comfortable and the room spotless. Big thank you to the lovely house keeping lady who kindly let us check out late she was a star 🌟 please pass on my thanks

The parking is very tight for the hotel so small vehicles only. We had a big vehicle so had to use the public carpark out the back beside the church there's loads of spaces and machine takes cash or card and free overnight too.

The hotel is in the town centre, convenient to everything.

When we were staying the heat was absolutely unbearable, I understand the hotel cannot help the weather outside but when I asked if I could have a fan for the oven of a room I was given the tiniest one from a spare in an office. The room wasn't clean and had thick dust on many areas. There ended up being a water ban that we were not made aware of, so not only did we not have any running water to cool off or indeed have a shower for basic hygiene purposes but we also could not flush away the waste in our toilet... we couldn't spend any real time in the room because of this. We did complain on check out and the woman on reception was probably the best part of the stay, she was very apologetic and advised we should have been told. I would go as far to say I would actually like a partial if not full refund as this wasn't a cheap stay .. for the money I would 100% expect better. No air con in the hotel, room very run down and floor very un even, no lift to carry our heavy luggage up to 3rd floor. Broken light fittings.

Zimmer im Hinterhof, roch leider stark nach Schimmel. Möbel eher älter und sehr einfach gehalten. Ein Kissen war blutig.

Rooms were very disappointing, broken tiles, blind fell down in bathroom. Bathroom very old and dirty looking. Location is good. Didn't have breakfast as they only offered a continental breakfast. Staff were friendly. No lift in this hotel just in case you need one.

No elevator - which is seriously not helpful when you’re on top floor!

The staff were very helpful. The hotel is centrally situated. I had stayed there previously, mainly because of its location. My bed was very comfortable and the room was airy.

I had forgotten that the hotel does not have an elevator. I didn’t remember to ask for a low floor, but the staff took my bags to my room, which was very helpful.

Rooms small, (looked like en suite bathrooms had been squeezed in). Breakfast offering was poor and not good value so we went into town to a cafe. Staff friendly, but looked too busy.

Location was right where we needed to be

Being brought back out of the hotel into an alleyway where the annex was and being told by a staff member it is called the ‘resort’- this was not the case at all the room was clean but very very small we could hear the room next to us brushing their teeth in the mornings. The car park was not too easy to get in and out of due to the tightness of the turns also looked like there was hotel residents if that is the way to put it sitting in the car park blaring music and fixing cars. Overall it was okay nothing to write home about but I don’t think we’ll be staying there again that’s all I have to say!

It’s a nice, convenient and clean accommodation, much better then we could expect.

Nice staff and nice location

Чудове розташування в центрі міста.Все необхідне поруч.Привітний персонал, дуже сподобалось ставлення до відвідувачів, на все запитання відповідали усміхнені.

В номері стареньке коврове покриття на підлозі, дуже вже брудне і має неприємний запах.А так в цілому кімната маленька, для одного добре.Або тільки для ночівлі, знаходитись там тісно.

Доброго вечора! Кімната була чистою , персонал 👍👍👍 Взагалі все чудово!.
