Estuvimos 4 noches y nunca cambiaron las sabanas Nos llegó un whatsapp haciendose pasar x el hotel con intenciones de estafa. Eso habla de q no tiene n juena gestión de los datos de sus huespedes

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026La piscina è molto piu piccola di quello che appare in foto, usufruibile solo dalle 11 am alle 7 pm. Stanza grandissima, con saloncino e letto king size. Bagno pulito e doccia doppia. Zona centrale. Ho avuto un problema con l arrivo di un bagaglio e il personale è stato disponibile ad aiutarmi. Forse in zona si trova qualcosa di piu economico.

I didn’t sleep one wink. I was in room 201 that faced the road. There must have been a bar or club and the noise went on until at least 4.30am! It was too awful. The breakfast was also poor.

The hotel is very outdated and smelled like it was old- not fresh or clean. Almost a stale smell. For 5 stars I expected way more in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The pool is basic with 3 star furniture and awful views! They have creepy paintings around the building which is very off putting. Overall very disappointing experience. Breakfast stops at 11am. Got there at 10.59am hoping for simple toast as new it was finished but would allow me that.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026La posizione perfetta per il centro raggiungibile in 5 minuti,il parcheggio( un piano quasi completamente riservato all’hotel)collegato direttamente alla reception è un must per chi viaggia in auto .la colazione buona è ben fornita per i nostri gusti. Hotel old style ma veramente bello. Bagno spazioso con doccia fantastica.
Viste le giornate lunghe la piscina potrebbe restare aperta un oretta in più (chiude alle 19)

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026It is a nice hotel, on a good location, just outside the busy centre, but within 10 minute walk from the cathedral. Overall note a five star experience. Can imagine this once was a five star hotel, but is has seen its best days. Lobby looks great and impressive. Room very big and nice bathroom with lovely smelling amenities. However, the room was outdated, had big balcony, whih was more or less just a concrete box with one wobbly plastic chair. Also the first hotel in Spain without a free bottle water in the room. My luggage got delivered at the hotel, but hadn’t been send to the room yet. I don’t mind carryingmy own, but then again…from a five star you expect more service than this. Pool was small, with some plastic deckchairs around it. Pool is tucked between high buildings and the wellness they advertise with is a small infrared sauna cabin that you need to turn on via the reception. Breakfast was overall ok, but not a five star experience as well in terms of freshness and choice. And a tv switched on very loud, although this happens a lot in Spain.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Well-located property with secure parking. Huge room, clean and comfortable. Large variety of food available at breakfast. Husband said the sauna was very good (ask for it to be heated - takes about half an hour).
Worth noting that the swimming pool isn’t very user friendly. It is 1.6m deep throughout and only accessible via ladder. There is also a large gap between the water level and side of the pool so you can’t even hang onto the side. Basically, once you’re in, you have to keep swimming! I liked the pool, but it would be difficult for children or less confident swimmers. Nice quiet area for sitting on a lounger and plenty of large parasols.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026El trato del personal es excelente. La ubicación es buena y la habitación triple era gigante, el baño también y además tenía terraza.
El sofá-cama era muy incómodo, se te clavaba una barra de hierro en la espalda. Esto es una pena, porque un hotel de esa categoría debería ofrecer una cama supletoria en mejores condiciones. Todos los huéspedes de la habitación tienen que dormir bien, con la misma comodidad.

Que cuando pregunte si la habitación estaba lista dijo sí. Pero cuando entre a descansar por el viaje. Me encontré que el inodoro estaba dañado y no paraba de llenar agua . Tampoco no tenía gel de ducha. También quería ver ver TV .el control dañado.... Creo que la habitación la habían echó rápido y si revísala... Me da que para un hotel de 5 estrellas éstos detalles no pueden suceder... Es un detalle malo por el resección.

Habitación muy limpia, bien iluminada y de gran tamaño, cumpliendo con todas las expectativas de un hotel de esta categoría. Buena relación calidad-precio. Aparcamiento en párking público justo debajo del hotel, con ascensor directo a las habitaciones.
Piscina pequeña y con horario reducido, lo que impedía darse un baño por la tarde tras regresar de explorar Santiago.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Wir haben auf der Rückreise 1 Nacht verbracht. Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer geräumig, leider war kein Zweibettzimmer zur Verfügung. Parkplatz in der Einstellhalle haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Einstellhalle ist sehr sehr eng, dank der Hilfe des Hotelangestellten konnten wir das Auto einparken.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Walking distance to the center and very small but convenient parking.
Charming hotel with plenty of character but it would benefit from some renovation. The AC wasn’t working, the room had an old cigarette smell, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and there was some dust on the paintings. Overall, the room needs some attention.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The hotel is a bit off the centre of the town, but that is like a 5- 10 minute walk. But that does not mean that the hotel is off-grid. There are restaurants and shops around also. We had a good stay. Our room was large for our group of three. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Buena ubicación para ir al centro a pie. Calles con muchos comercios y restauración. Habitación muy amplia y limpia. Cafetera y minibar.
La piscina es extremadamente pequeña en un patio interior también pequeño donde dan las ventanas de todos los edificios de alrededor. La salida a la piscina en la primera planta está por detrás de unas escaleras de incendios. Un servicio añadido para aumentar el número de prestaciones del hotel. En general la decoración es antigua. Cafetera en la habitación. Dos cápsulas para tres personas, sin cucharilla ni azúcar que no se repone al consumirlo. Son detalles que en otro hotel y de otra categoría no hubiera remarcado pero que en este caso no se corresponde para nada a lo esperado de un Eurostars de 5 estrellas.

The hotel is okay but it is overrated. How is it possible that a 5-star hotel has the restaurant closed for dinner?! No meals provided!!! While the room was okay, the lack of dining services is unacceptable for this category. So we went to the cafeteria, which turned out to be of poor quality and lacked variety. It is essentially just a bar serving sandwiches made with packaged sliced bread and some omelets. Although the waiter tried his absolute best and made a real effort, he was completely alone. The bar got crowded (football night), and he simply couldn't manage everything by himself.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, nur ca. 400 m zur Altstadt, 700 m zur Kathedrale. Das Hotel selbst ist überladen mit Kunstwerken und Gemälden - muss man mögen. Alles aber sehr sauber und ordentlich und das Personal an der Reception sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Aussicht zum Innenhof mit Häuserfronten rundherum nicht wirklich schön.
Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr unhöflich und unaufmerksam. Im gleichen Raum war nachmittags ein Cafe und laut Karte sollte es auch abends kleine Speisen geben. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir die patzige Antwort, dass die Karte nicht gelte, wir könnten höchstens ein Sandwich haben. Das ist sehr schwach und enttäuschend für ein 5 Sterne Haus.

Isolamento acustico un pò datato. Sala prima colazione rumorosa a causa delle stoviglie per il riassetto dei tavoli.
