No pude abrir la ventana y el vapor del baño generaba un poco de olor a humedad en las toallas. Igual si pedias las cambiaban diariamente.

コーナー向こうの部屋のテレビの明るさがとってもきになる。

時間帯に応じて、ドリンクや軽食が提供されてとても快適でした♪又スタッフの方々の気持ちの良い応対やお部屋の綺麗なところもよかったです

残念なのは、お部屋のスリッパが履きにくいし下手れた感じで気持ち悪かったです。

This is a fun hotel with a quirky vibe. Staff was great. Bath was absolutely fine (and clean). The lobby was always full and the extras during the day (and night) were a great perk. Breakfast had everything and then some. The rooms were clean and cozy. Location was off the main street so a bit quieter than other hotels. And there are some great restaurants within walking distance. All in all--excellent value.

It's a modern hotel that could use some upgrades. Carpets and furniture were sporadically stained. The rooms are fine-nothing spectacular.

The location is very good. Only a 20min walk or a very short bus ride from the station. Oyama shrine is only 300m away which is then the gateway to Kanazawa castle and then Kenrokuen gardens.

Everything. The best hotel in our trip to Japan and not expensive either. The hotel provides free drinks in the afternoon and Otchazuke at night . Ther is a cute onsen

チェックインがめんどくさい！スタッフさんの感じがめちゃくちゃ悪かった！評価がよかったのでこのホテルにしてみたけど駅前のホテルの方が同じ金額でもサービスも丁寧さも数倍上だと感じたタクシー使ってわざわざ行くホテルじゃないですね！

The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel seems very well managed. The room was very clean and quiet.

最近のHOTELに多いのですが、浴室の鏡の前にティッシュが無いのは、湿気てしまうせいでしょうか？

Un accueil digne de grands hôtels, une attention particulière aux moindres détails, un accompagnement qui n'est pas forcé mais naturel. Un espace détente remarquable à disposition qui offre une pause café (différentes spécialités), un après-midi gourmand, et même un happy hour !

バス停から近いのは良かった。 尾山神社を今回の旅行の目的地にしてたので、ロケーションは良かったです。

女性用の大浴場、暗証番号付きなのはいいけど中扉がないので自動ドアが空いてから閉まるまで中が丸見え。 脱衣スペースが近いのでちょっと不安になる。 朝ごはんも時間によっては結構待たされる。 事前に時間制にしたらいいのに。

スパークリングワインやワインが飲める時間があったり、夜食のお茶漬けのサービスは嬉しい。 アメニティも充実しており、大浴場は特に良かったです。

お部屋内のスリッパは使い捨てが良かった。浴室も赤カビがあり、もう少し丁寧なお掃除をお願いしたいです。

朝食が美味しかったです。 お部屋もきれいで快適に過ごせました。

Nice looking room, very clean, great bathroom, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Location is just fine, close to facilities in the center but not super close to the train station. Room carpet flooring had some stains, but rest of the room was very clean!

L’accueil est froid. L’accès au lobby pour le café / collation est très réglementé et parfois difficile : on vous reprend car vous utilisez une tasse à café en porcelaine et pas en carton… le monsieur de la sécurité du coin café n’est pas sympa. La femme qui nous a fait notre Check in à la machine semblait agacée à faire claquer les cartes des chambres assez fortement. La salle de bain est un pré fabriqué en plastique pas confortable plutôt qu’une douche à l’italienne.

Nos alojamos dos noches y quedamos muy conformes. Tiene una excelente ubicación, muy cerca del mercado Omicho, el castillo de Kanazawa y el jardín Gyokusen, por lo que pudimos recorrer gran parte de la ciudad a pie. Además, hay una parada de autobús muy cerca que permite llegar fácilmente a Korimbo y Katamachi, El Onsen fue excelente y disfrutamos mucho de él después de recorrer la ciudad. Una muy buena opción para alojarse en Kanzawa.

エレベーターが狭い点と、近隣の駐車場が満車で駐車場が遠くになった点。

Location was great. Breakfast was good combination of traditional Japanese and western cuisine. Staff was friendly and kind. Would definitely book again!

Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества. Отель удобно расположен. В номерах есть все необходимое.

La gestione della temperatura in camera, specialmente col piumone sul letto, è un po' difficoltosa.

Ottima posizione, molto graditi i kit di cortesia forniti nella hall. Stanza e letto più grandi della media.

Struttura moderna, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Ho apprezzato particolarmente piccoli dettagli come il set spazzolino - dentifricio in omaggio e il set per la spa. Ottima idea quella di proporre un piccolo happy hour con bevande open.

最後にプレミアムコーヒーを頂きたいと思ったのですが、保温状態の不味いコーヒーを渡されて困惑しました。 たまたまだと思いますが、残念でした。 コーヒーは飲み込めなかったので残さざるを得なかった。

Das Hotel Intergate Kanazawa war ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Wir hatten hier das mit Abstand geräumigste Zimmer unserer gesamten Japan-Reise, was unglaublich angenehm war. Alles war blitzsauber und das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein wirklich schönes Extra war die Bar in der Lounge, in der man sich abends ein Willkommensgetränk holen und den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen konnte. Auch die Lage ist prima: Den Hauptbahnhof Kanazawa erreicht man in ca. 15 Gehminuten gut zu Fuß.

Nichts Nennenswertes – für uns hat hier wirklich alles gepasst! Fazit: 9 / 10 – Absolute Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Kanazawa!

スタッフの方々の対応も大変丁寧で好感がもてました。また、設備も綺麗で大変快適に過ごすことができました。金沢城と兼六園、２１世紀美術館にも程近く、良かったです。

駐車場がないので、近くのコインパーキングまで車を停めに行く必要があったことは少し不便に感じました。また、コインランドリーの数がもう少し多いといいと感じました。

Wij waren in de veronderstelling dat het hotel zelf fietsen te huur had. Dit was niet zo. Maar dit is een kleinigheidje.

El mejor hotel de nuestro viaje. Recomiendo esta franquicia. Reservamos la opción con desayuno y súper rico y variado. Además de manera gratuita tenias café todo el día y a diferentes horas había diferentes servicios (happy Hour, cena ligera etc)

El onsen si tienes tatuajes no puedes entrar. Si tienes tatuaje pequeño te dan unas bandas para cubrirlo pero si es más grande no puedes. Pero ya lo sabíamos de antemano ya que es una cosa cultural y lo respetamos. Estaría bien que hubiera opción horaria que en ciertas horas huéspedes con tatujes pudieran ir también.

De los siete hoteles en los que me alojamos durante nuestro viaje a Japón es el único hotel con buena calidad y un precio razonable.

Posizione eccellente, comodissima per spostarsi a piedi in tutto il centro cittadino. Camera pulitissima e di dimensioni nella media per il Giappone. Apprezzato anche l'onsen.

Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre sejour. Tout était impeccable, les chambres étaient très propres et l’établissement était très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les snacks et les boissons mis gratuitement à disposition dans l’espace commun près du hall, c’était une attention vraiment appréciable après une journée de visite. Nous avons également trouvé très agréable de pouvoir profiter du onsen, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus relaxant. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y séjournerions de nouveau avec plaisir !

Le niveau d’anglais du personnel mais ce n’est pas gravissime non plus car c’est le cas quasiment partout au Japon

Hubo un error en la reserva y me dieron habitaciones de fumadores, solicité el cambio pero me dijeron que tenía un coste. Lo que me molestó más es que los menores de 20 años no pueden estar en esas habitaciones y les dio igual que mis hijos fueran menores. El trato no me gustó y me pareció muy mal su forma de proceder.

Molt ben situat, perfecte per fer nit a Kanazawa. Tenies snaks i begudes gratuïts a totes hores. Personal molt amable i habitació força ampla. Tenen servei d'enviar maletes a altres hotels.

スタッフ、みなさんが大変気持ち良く良い滞在ができました。二回目の滞在の今回、ラウンジのアフタヌーンフードを楽しみにしていましたが、ラタトゥイユ以外、4ヶ月前に滞在したものと同じだったので、（前回は金沢の落雁のようなお菓子もあった）少し残念。それでも観光のあとに、部屋に戻る前にリフレッシュメントで一息つけて、くつろげる場所はありがたく、アットホーム感もあって良いです。次回の滞在もこちらにします。エレベーター前にスタッフさんのおすすめのお店（飲食店、観光スポットなど）がシオリ形式であるのですが、こちらも前回に続き利用させていただきました。レイトチェックアウトが今回会員登録御礼で12時にできて良かったです。

今回のお部屋は浴室が雑菌臭かったです。もしかしたら、シャワーカーテンから臭っていたかもしれません。二泊しましたが、最後まで匂いがきになり、バスタブは使いませんでした。大浴場があってよかったです。大浴場2日間とも23時ころ利用したのですが、浄水器の給水切れでした。連絡をしたら、反応が早かったのが良かったです。

Отель перегружен туристами, видимо из-за хорошего соотношения цена-качество, завтраки хорошие, расположен рядом с основными достопримечательностями города, очень удачно, что есть своя стиральная машина и можно оперативно постираться

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good room, good amenities & close to everything. Good breakfast and the hotel had a number of additional offerings for free throughout the day. The Hotel has free afternoon tea and a free happy hour as well, really good service and offerings.

L'hôtel sert des collations toute la journée, des rafraîchissements en journée et un apéritif avec buffet le soir... Une chambre "spacieuse" pour le Japon... Le petit déjeuner varié, du sucré, du salé, le tout de très bonne qualité.

The onsen, and the food and drinks in the lobby, were all included and made this place excellent value for money. It's very well located, easy to walk to all the main attractions from this spot.

They had a good breakfast buffet. They offered snacks and a happy hour with free drinks from 5-7pm.

Bedroom not overly big. Not enough space for a big suitcase to be out of the way.

料金に充分見合う施設でしたし、、サービスを受けたと感じました。 次に金沢に行く時も利用したいと思います。

アクセスにバス停の案内が無かったこと。

This hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to all the sites we wished to visit - especially the Omicho market where we lunched daily. The lounge was pleasant and we enjoyed relaxing there with a drink. Our visit was during an extended trip to Japan so we were especially pleased with the access to a coin operated laundry.

We loved the central location and how close it was to the loop bus which can take you to all the great spots in town. The rooms were comfortable and the tea, coffee and cool drink bar downstairs was great

I think having a list of restaurants or a map of recommendations would be great
