We were given a main floor room as requested and it was huge. The beds were comfortable. The location was great.

The floor wasn't clean. My feet got very dirty. We could hear the people in the next room easily. We had to ask for towels.

There were 3 police cruisers outside one policeman at the door of a room and it felt sketchy at first

Right off the bat I want to advise people not to judge this location by the exterior of the building. The Travelodge by Wyndham in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan looks as though the rooms have been remodeled within the last four to six years. I had a comfortable stay at this location, and the mattress was up to my standard. I will add that it's likely the bathroom hadn't been remodeled within the time frame I suggested, but the main room with the bed, the television, the table and chairs definitely looks as though it's on the newer side.

The thing I didn't like actually has nothing to do with the hotel itself, it's just that the hotel seems to be in a part of town where filling potholes in the street isn't a priority. But again, that shouldn't stop you from staying there. The price is definitely beat any of the more mainstream hotels. Just watch out for the potholes and you'll be fine. Uber delivers to this location, although in the end I decided to order takeaway and drove myself.

It didn’t seem to be the cleanest. There were two brown rings around the tub and you could tell there have been animals in the room. Some dust in the bathroom.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful.

The bar fridge was left open before we arrived, so it defrosted and leaked water all over the floor.

It was affordable and close to the venue I was attending.

I didnt like that I had to argue with the man at the reception desk cuz he wanted to charge me a 2nd time for my room. He said it hadnt been paid for yet. I went through booking.com. I showed him proof on my visa, email and booking.com website confirming that I paid Jan 19/26, my stay was Feb 7/26. It was a nonrefundable room that I paid for Jan 19/26. Yet still he argued to charge me again. Very ignorant man!!!! I was not impressed!!!!! After about 10-15 mins we resolved the issue and I was right!!!! I was not going to pay twice for a shitty room.

The room was clean and in good condition and comfortable. The area felt safe.

The room was a non-smoking room but the smell of cigarettes was present in the room. Breakfast is not provided at this hotel which was fine with me.

Air Con did not work and very noisy neighbours. The room was very hot and looks warn down. Gaps in the wall between aircon and can see sky on the other end. For the price it should have been better. Beds where nice and clean

Excellent location downtown, close to everything

This hotel has questionable people renting their rooms, staff are friendly and the rooms are very dated and in poor condition but seem to be clean. Two nights we stayed there the room 2 doors up seem to have homeless people staying there and garbage and candles burning outside. I would of moved in a heart beat but booked thru Expedia so getting a refund next to impossible.

The bed was horrible, zero support to it, no water pressure in the shower, room was freezing cold, noise from whatever was running in the room next door, unruly drug dealing guests, poor parking

our nonsmoking room had been smoked in and we got another room that was less offensive but had been smoked in as well. room was clean but showing lots of wear and in dire need of an update. I you want a modern updated room don't pick this hotel

I liked it was within walking distance of nice restaurants.

I was a long 9 hours and I was happy for a place to rest my head and shower. The bathroom was super clean, not all the lamps functioned and the air conditioner required a chair to stand on to adjust. I felt safe, it was located in a good place, and I left for 7.5 more hours of driving refreshed and ready to travel on.

The property lack attention to detail. We had a dirty baby diaper left under the bed by a previous guest. The cleaning staff should be checking under beds for lost and discarded items. Gross!

The coffee machine did not work well. Only paper cups for coffee! and only 2 no utensils or even just a mug for coffee? and no instructions how to use the coffee machine. the staff were grumpy and just not friendly. The bathroom was not well cleaned.

AC did not work or unit was so tiny it would only cool small area and it was very hot day. As soon as room door opened, smell of stale cig smoke almost knocked us over. When we opened door to check in clerk walked past us and left us there 10-15 mins to wait to check in until someone else came to assist. Coffee cup was dirty with old coffee

Only stayed for about 5 minutes, room was in terrible condition, the room reeked of smoke and mold, the room definitely didn’t have Air conditioning at all. Very disappointed. I would not recommend anyone to stay here

Cleanliness was very poor, run down building, needs a lot of painting & updating of the building. Didn’t even want to walk on the carpet. Hadn’t been vacuumed when we arrived. Hair on the bedding. Torn shower curtain. Not sure how they are still in business.

This is an older motel and met what we expected in a hotel.

My bedroom is clean and the Reception Staff was so great.

Property is clean but in a moderate state of disrepair. Stairs to second floor are dangerously uneven and a trip hazard when wet.

The beds were to soft you sank into them and it had to get out of, the first night was not bad but the second night we found bed bugs in both beds

The motel needs a major upgrade. It was very clean and quiet.

Place was a perfect location, only downside was that thr room had s weird and funny musty smell when I first got into the room.

The staff were very accommodating. the room needed a lot of work outlets weren't working beds were worn outhe a c did not cool the room at all.

Walls were very thin and outside noise loud. Fine for a night, nothing fancy.

The Reception Lady was a Very gentle and polite in the checkin process and we had a very good stay and pleasant atmosphere without any bothering and smooth checkout as well with a Good Smile and decency.

I did not like the sketchy neighborhood and asked that my reservation be cancelled. The owner finally agreed which I appreciated.

In the parking lot, there was glass. In the room underneath the heater was garbage,and the bed wasn't put together very well,you'd sit on it and you'd think you'd cave in.

I had an issue with room location as I use a cane and had reserved a ground floor room. They did their best and were able to make things right the next morning.

Price was fair, staff was friendly, and we had a quiet night. However, the room could use some updating and was not very clean. Good for one night but I wouldn’t stay any longer.

I felt the price was quite high for the age of facility. Attended a sport event and hotel charged 3 times there normal rate.

It was terrible. The room smelt of smoke even though it claimed to be non smoking. The carpet was gross we didn't take our shoes off, the coffee pot did not work and the bathroom so tiny you pretty much stood in the bathtub to shut the door. We had the room booked for 2 nights and came home after the 1st night. When I talked to the manager he didn't he offer to refund our 1 night stay. The rooms were $289 a night. The photo shown here does is not even close to what we stayed in.

Easy to access, lighting had a slight issue but otherwise all good.

Like Many Travelodges...nice room but paper insulation...bring earplugs. Not the current owners fault. The room and bed and washroom were good.

it was convenient for where i was and the last travel lodge by wyndham was pleasant a few days prior

nothing was fully stocked, just cleaned up, stickers on the dresser. I could hear neighbours having sex on one side, a phone or something kept beeping off its charger/spot, clock didn’t work. Lights flickered.

We booked 3 rooms as we needed lodging for a high school event. We arrived and the front desk lady was nice. However, we got to our room, 2 out of 3 had lighting issues. Our room had no smoke detector but the bracket was there. Dried pee on the toilet seat, phone was filthy, keurig machine had a drip formed on the lid of something nasty, there was a greesy hand smudge on the headboard, etc. All around filth. Only good part was beds were comfortable and they were warm. Not worth $110 a night. We had to go back the next day to check if we forgot something and no one came to the front desk so finally ended up leaving. If i can submit photos for this review, I will.
