Groot hotel. Ontbijt vonden we heel goed.

Great location for exploring Arles, very friendly staff
Stayed for one night in this hotel whilst touring the region. The hotel is in a good location and is in an attractive building within easy reach of all of the sites of Arles. It is marketed as a 5-star hotel but it didn’t feel like one – actually I’m now convinced the French rating system is totally different to other countries as Ive never stayed in a 5-star hotel in France that compared well with 5-star hotels in other countries. It may be because the hotel is part of the Accor chain (I only discovered this when I connected to the wifi as I was under the impression it was a local boutique hotel) The staff are very friendly but the hotel just feels tired and dated inside. The décor is quite garish, the room was cramped with a faded old carpet and the bathroom had a shower that over-flowed onto the floor. I didn’t use the spa as, as in other French hotels, they charge extra and it closes early. Also, the hotel offers parking for €27 per night whereas there is ample on-street parking right outside the hotel which only cost me €8 from 7pm to half-past midday the following day. Overall, I was quite underwhelmed by this hotel and wouldn’t stay again.

Rien
The location cannot be beat, which is why return each year. It is a stone’s throw from the pedestrian center, in fact, just across the street, but it also next to a parking garage. You can drop your car and not use it until you are heading out of town. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the Christian LaCroix design is so suited to Arles. The breakfast is good, but we usually go across the street for breakfast. Arles is a charming historic city that just gets better year after year thanks to an influx of small museums, galleries and designers. But it still has kept its old Provence feel. This hotel is a great spot to explore it from.
It can be pricey. We book early and then keep looking from time to time. Often the price drops just two or three weeks before our stay. But not always.

RAS

Great location, friendly staff and excellent facilities
The bedroom was small and the bathroom was disappointing with a very poor shower.

Excellent location, just in the city centre. The pool and the pool bar.
Nicely renovated rooms, however a bit small. The air conditioning had to work hard due to heat wave over Europe, and had some difficulties to keep the room cool. 1:st floor room, with bars outside the window.

This hotel sits in the centre of Arles and positioned us nicely for walks into the city for our 3 days break. On arrival we had a disappointing start as we had arrived on a Saturday. An email explained that we should leave our car in the local car park as the hotel would be inaccessible while a market was on . We just needed to give the keys to reception and they would sort out our stuff . But on arrival reception initially felt we had done something wrong and should not had parked in the car park ! We would have to leave our car and forgo the valet parking . It all got sorted once we showed them the email but it was a stressful start and not what we wanted in the hear ! BUT ! My husband then managed to leave his phone and wallet in a nearby restaurant . Much to our horror. Yes the day wasn’t going well for us . The same team in reception suddenly became so helpful and lovely . Whilst my husband rushed back to the restaurant , reception were trying to call his number in the hope that someone picked up and they showed genuine concern. Our room was lovely , large , quirky and clean . The corridors and bar area have a relaxed feel to them . The bar staff are maybe not on it as much as you would Like and you have to seek them out . For us the hotel was ok but the pool area and outdoor area isn’t particularly comfortable. It’s an ok hotel but can’t give it a very good rating
Central location and very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere in the hotel. Good swimming pool area.

Great location in Arles, right beside the Saturday market (drivers beware that on street parking for cars is suspended for this). Hotel is showing signs of needing upgrading in places. Our standard room; why spend your holiday sat in your bedroom, so why waste money on a decent one, was very basic for a 5* hotel and lacked some of the amenities you would expect. No hair conditioner, the shower was a hand held one in a bath, which when located onto the wall bracket meant you were bashing into the taps every time you turned or moved, tiny bedside tables for modern phones and limited charging etc. Staff were excellent, very clean and reasonable public areas indoors and excellent outdoor spaces. I would say that there is a distinct shortage of sun loungers to guest ratio if the hotel is busy around the pool, but we never had a problem getting one ourselves, but did witness others having an issue. We didn't eat there, so cannot comment. We had an excellent stay there for 4 days, air-con worked well and would not hesitate to return, particularly if it had a refresh.
We were in Arles for 1 night prior to meeting a river cruise. The hotel was very well situated in the main street of Arles and within walking distance to the river and Roman Ruins. There was a very good shopping street close. The hotel itself was fairly old but it had a very lovely charm and a big restaurant attached. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The rooms were clean and were quiet away from any traffic and music. Next door to the Tourist Centre for lots of helpful info and plenty of restaurants across and down the road. There was a lovely park about 5 minutes walk away.

Great location for exploring Arles, the structure of the building was impressive and there was a good selection available for breakfast.
Our room was not ready on arrival so we were invited to have a drink at the bar while we waited, this was slightly frustrating as we had planned our arrival around then being able to maximise the remaining afternoon to explore Arles. A good gesture from a customer service perspective may have been to cover the tab for the drink at the bar, I think this would have gone a long way to reinforce the feeling of being a valued customer. Whilst we understand we chose the smallest and cheapest room the layout of the bathroom and choice of sink in particular made it harder to access the toilet without catching your leg on the towel holder.

Our stay was made outstanding by the help we received from multiple staff members when trains out of Arles were cancelled because of fires near the tracks. We were helped to find alternative ways to travel - not the obvious very expensive taxi. The location was excellent, just across the road from the centre of the historic area.
À slight corporate feel and disconnection from the courtyard garden. Some of the fittings are getting shabby.
When I had onward travel problems because of fires near train tracks, the reception and baggage staff were extremely helpful, telling me how to get a car-sharing app and providing me with all the taxi information I needed.
There was a slightly corporate feel to the decor.

the location was excellent. the restaurant was also great. Staff were very helpful.
The facility were good but expensive compared to what you get.

Service was exceptional , everyone was so helpful , good location , quite central and valet parking we key to our choice of hotels.
I can't honestly think of anything
Generally we loved the hotel, the decoration by Christian la Crois and the amenities. An extra bonus was the farmers market that took place in front of the hotel on Saturday. This was an amazing cultural experience for us.
