la posizione è perfetta centrale vista anfiteatro ci sono diversi ristoranti e bistrot sulla via che è comunque tranquilla, il personale giovane molte ragazze tutte gentili e accoglienti, ho scelto una stanza singola ma le dimensioni corrette e anche il bagno

è scritto che L'Hotel mette a disposizione il suo cortese personale 24 ore su 24a sera, mentre la sera dopo le 21.00 non c'è più nessuno. rimane aperta una delle porte non saprei dire fino a che ora, è esposto un cartello che la reception chiude alle 21.30. c'è un telefono in camera ma non c'è scritto come contattare la reception o qualcuno in caso di necessità.

It was difficult to figure out where to enter. A staff member saw us & came to get us.

Ubicación inmejorable, justo al lado del anfiteatro. La atención del personal mientras esperábamos tener lista nuestra habitación. Nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de guardar nuestra moto en su patio trasero. Un gran detalle, El hecho de disponer de dos tipos de desayuno, uno tipo bufet más copioso y otro tipo cafeteria mas básico. Cogimos el básico por que teniamos prisa para marchar, aún así fué abundante.

Chambre et salle de bain propres et confortables, joliment décorés. L'hôtel est en plein centre d'Arles historique, le restaurant dans le jardin est très agréable et tout le personnel est souriant et attentif pour la clientelle. RoofTop avec vue remarquable pour l'apéro au coucher du soleil.

Rien, cet établissement à un charme particulier qu'il faut conserver. Il se trouve à 50 m des Arènes et du Théâtre antique où nous venons chaque année assister aux magnifiques spectacles de Flamenco.

L’emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville avec une vue incroyable depuis le roof-top et des restaurants tout autour.

La situation est vraiment parfaite. J'adore prendre le petit dejeuner en terrasse. Le parking du centre n'est pas loin, c'est très pratique.

Le lit n'est pas très confortable, et les oreillers ne sont pas du tout agréable ni confortable.

L'emplacement et le parking On se parque au parking du Centre et on paie un prix préférentiel à l'hôtel. Le parking est à 5 minutes à pied et l'hôtel est au cœur de Arles Le personnel est à l'écoute et nous a conseillé et réservé un des meilleurs restaurants : l'Escaladou. L'apéro au Rooftop est sa vue c'est super.

The hotel was in a great location. Our room was comfortable but basic. The staff were friendly and the courtyard at the back of the hotel was nice for late afternoon drinks. The World Cup with France was broadcast which was a lot of fun.

The room was really nice and clean, with a great view of the old roman theatre. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. It's close to the centre of Arles and right next to the arena..

On a passé une nuit dans cet hôtel qui est tout à fait honorable mais ne mérite pas à mon avis la note moyenne de 9 qi est affichée. L'entrée de l'hôtel et le lobby sont chaotiques car l'hôtel fait aussi restaurant assez prisé et c'est vraiment le chaos et le bazar au rez-de-chaussé tandis que d'un hôtel spa on attendrait du calme et de la propreté. La chambre est décevante. C'est propre. Mais les équipements, la salle de bain sont très basiques. Les matériaux de décoration sont assez cheap. Cela tranche pour moi avec la promesse que peut fait espérer un hôtel spa. Et, enfin, le spa... Bon, c'est très petit. Il y a un bassin avec une belle vue sur les Arènes, c'est vrai. Mais! Le bassin qui est sensé faire jacuzzi ne le faisait pas ce jour-là. Un panneau disait qu'à cause des chaleurs, ils ont réduit la température du bassin. Normalement elle doit être à 32 degrés. Je pense qu'elle faisait 26-27 ce qui faisait vriament frais et ne donnait pas envie d'y rester. On était plusieurs à le constater. Tous les espaces sont très petits. Ils peuvent accueillir 6 perosnnes max mais il y a une seule (!!!) couchette où on peut se reposer. Du coup, vous ne savez pas trop où vous mettre. La seule chambre chaude est le hamam, pas beau, et trop petit pour y tenir ne serait-ce qu'à 4. Honnêtement, mis à part la vue, c'est le pire spa que j'ai jamais fait. C'est vraiment loin d'une image de volupté qu'on projette sur ce genre d'endroit et que les photos vous laissent imaginer. Bref, conclusion, si vous cherchez à passer une nuit dans le centre ville, ça va, ça passe. mais si vous cherchez un moment de détente dans un cadre joli et calme, surtout en couple, cherchez autre chose. Cela ne vaut pas le coup.

Tout, mais en particulier le personnel très à l'écoute, la possibilité d'avoir une bouteille d'eau fraîche sur demande, le fait de pouvoir choisir entre plusieurs formules de petit-déjeuner, l'emplacement juste à côté du théâtre antique, le parking public en partie pris en charge par l'hôtel et une vraie climatisation dans la chambre !

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is fabulous, my room was spacious, cool and comfortable, and the garden a lovely place to have breakfast, lunch, or a drink. Aperatifs are available on a roof deck with fantastic views, a spa beckons at the end of a busy day of touring. Additionally, refreshments are available to guests around the clock. Hospitality at its best!

Todo el personal del hotel es maravilloso, me hicieron sentir como en casa, muchas gracias. Además el hotel esta en una situación inmejorable y dispone de una terraza en el ático maravilloso con unas vistas espectaculares donde puedes tomar algo si lo deseas. Volveré sin duda.

Hotel idéalement situé face au théâtre antique. Personnel sympathique. Accès au Spa et hamam inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Nous avons déjeuné dans le jardin, ombragé et très agréable.

Incredible location in the center of town next to the Roman arena. Being able to soak in the SPA and sauna after a long trip was great. The morning breakfast overlooking the piazza made us feel like English aristocracy on a gran tour of Europe. Very comfortable family room with individual AC. Great wifi. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great bathroom and shower. Would stay again.

Best location in Arles with historic views of the Roman Arena & Theater from roof deck, spa, and rooms. Their spa is a hidden gem, and they even cooled the water during the heat wave. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Gourmet coffee is available around the clock. There is a fabulous Creperie steps away. L’Escaladou is an institution restaurant nearby and serves local fare.

Hotel je umístěn přímo v centru města u kolosea a na centrální městské parkoviště to je cca 500 m daleko. Na parkoviště vám hotel poskytne slevu, tedy platíte pouze 12 EUR/den. Pro vyložení zavazadel nám recepční umožnil vjezd před hotel. V hotelu je i bazén, který je podle předem objednaných hodin, tak jsme jej nevyužili. Snídaně je možné přikoupit za 16 nebo 17 EUR (nevyužili jsme je). Pokoj byl dostatečně velký, mimo sprchového koutu.

Negativum vidím ve velikosti sprchového koutu (tuším pokoj č. 14), kde se vejdete, ale nemůžete se příliš pohybovat. Okna pokoje jsou do ulice, kde musíte počítat s večerním životem, ale to je daň za umístění v centru.

Staff were exceptional and service was considerably better than many 5* hotels.Food offering was simple but great value. Laundry service in 12 hours. Nice places to sit and watch world go by with a beer. Location right in middle of city.

Hard to find and hard to navigate tiny city roads

We recently spent 2 nights at the Hotel as part of a trip around Provence. The location is amazing and we were lucky enough to have a room on the top floor with a private patio and full view into the ancient Roman ampitheater. We arrived on bicycles and were warmly greeted, given a safe place to store the bikes, oriented to the hotel services. Two staff members insisted on carrying our bags to our room which was very much appreciated after a long day's ride. Our room was a little small, but had everything we needed; the wall of glass to the patio gave us lots of light and a lovely view which helped make up for the fairly small space. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, air conditioning worked perfectly (critically important because of the heat!) as did the wifi. The breakfast buffet was very complete and it was a treat to be able to enjoy breakfast in the hotel's beautiful shady garden. Arles is worth taking the time to explore and we enjoyed Le Calendal. We might choose a little more luxurious place next time, but we do recommend this hotel to anybody.

Hotel an zentraler Lage mit sehr bequemen Boxspring Betten. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück Hilfe bei der Zu- Wegfahrt (Zufahrt öffentlich nur mit Bewilligung Gute Empfehlung für Restaurant mit lokaler Küche, die wirklich ausgezeichnet und lecker war.

Chaotische Einrichtung. Essen liegt überall offen rum, Unordnung überall, Zimmereinrichtung äusserst dürftig und billig. Wäre dür ein 2-Stern für 80 Euro völlig OK, aber nicht für ein Hotel, das 180 Euro verlangt und sich als Top-Adresse darstellt

צריך לחנות בחניון, מחוץ לעיר העתיקה וללכת כמה דקות ברגל אבל זה שווה בשביל המיקום המצויין. חדר רחצה קטן מאוד. הרבה מדרגות אבל הצוות מייד התנדב ולקח את המזוודה לחדר.

Wonderfully welcoming and comfortable hotel in the very heart of Arles. Staff were extraordinarily helpful and garden was a peaceful oasis.

No drink glasses in the room, and no nightlight but these are trivial niggles.

I think we had a "special" room, #8. Very large, with a view of the amphitheater. Nicest and largest bathroom of our entire tour of France. Great water pressure. Excellent breakfast.

One might quibble with the number of stairways to climb/descend to get to the room, but they were worth it once you get to the wonderful room! We were not fans of the spa - it looked great, but the water was barely warm (90degF) while the little bubbles and tubular waterfalls didn't add much. Totally inadequate changing rooms.

We first stayed at Le Calendal 27 years ago, and decided to spend a couple nights there to celebrate our 25 th anniversary. While the hotel has grown a bit, the stay was just as enjoyable, with the garden retaining all its charm, the staff being incredibly welcoming and helpful, and breakfast as delicious as it was.

Great location about 200m from a vehicle drop-off point near the park, across the road from the forum and 100m from the Arena. The Spa is lovely and highly recommended, you can book online or by phone in advance of your stay which would be advisable at busy times. We stayed at the start and end of our cycling trip in the area. We were booked in by a cycling tour group for our first night, and by ourselves for our return, which meant we could leave our baggage there while away and bike travel light. We had room 4 when we returned and that’s worth a special request with view over the forum!

The breakfast was light and lovely! Fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious. We’ve never had an Aperol spritz until we stayed here, now we are big fans!

Loved it all, nothing was wrong. The staff was the best part.

Our experience in this hotel was quite appalling. Our standards are not that high, but the room we got looked like a youth hostel. The furniture was old, the beds were awful and the bathroom was the worse part. One of the nights I went to shower and there was no hot water. In the bathroom the paint is peeling off the walls. In the shower you could barely lift your arms to wash your hair. When asked for fresh towels at the front desk, I was met with some reluctance. Breakfast was just okay. We had to stay here as part of a group tour, so we did not have a choice. The hotel’s location is nice, but I would never stay here again. It was unimaginable to be that hotel contained a spa, and I did not dare to try the spa by the looks of the place. The building, rooms, breakfast, and customer service leave much to be desired.
