Best Western Premier Hidden Hills Hotel

Adil was kindly supported our stay.

Location are good for long stay connected flights passenger. But 2/3 star hotel catagry.

Entire hotel is very smelly and service is very poor.

Excellent accommodation, and front desk gentleman, Adil, was very nice and professional!

Near airport, very comfortable shuttle service and always good price

Everything was perfect

"Dear Front Desk Team, I recently stayed at Premier Heiden Hills Hotel in Istanbul and would like to say thank you. The reception staff were very helpful and kind throughout my stay. I would like to give a high rating for the service provided by the front desk team."

"The only downside was parking, it was difficult to find a spot."job TV

"I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient and close to the airport, which was really convenient. The staff, especially at the front reception, were very helpful and always greeted everyone with a smile. The hotel was clean, and they took good care of everything."

"The only downside was parking; it was sometimes difficult to find a spot."

Adil

The bed linen and towels were clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable.

The room had a very strange and unpleasant smell. The floor was not properly cleaned - there was visible dust and small pieces of debris. This made the room feel uncomfortable and not well maintained.

I think booking. com needs to modify its star rating. I would rate this hotel adequate but not 5 star. At best this hotel is mid 4 star. The breakfast was poor and poorly attended, a lot of empty trays The room was ok but not excellent The bathroom was just ok

I would say my stay was just ok but I wouldn’t stay in this hotel more than one night

Clean Beautiful room Very friendly personnel 15 minutes from IST airport by luxury taxi (can be arranged by hotel at reasonable price)

Keep an eye on small defects in bathroom (Loose toiletseat, missing aerator in tap at basin)

Location was great

Convenient location near the airport if you have a flight to catch. I booked a last minute airport pickup service and everything went smoothly and the staff was very responsive in communication to help me locate the driver. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast starts at 5:30am. Adil at the front desk and Mustafa the bellboy were really kind and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with all the best facilities and very well priced

All good and great memories, always love Istanbul our favourite city...

My stayed was great! The hotel rooms and service were excellent! We stood there just overnight and I found the place very calm and relaxing. Even though we didn’t include breakfast in my reservation until last minute, we were very happy we did so because the service was great and the breakfast was amazing! I enjoyed every last minute of my stayed at the hotel. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast room were very welcoming as well! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Istanbul! It’s worthy! Thank you very much for the great night I had🙏🏼❤️

The only downside was not having a parking area, but the hotel had a small area for parking just in front of the hotel. It works out well for us! I don’t know how it would be in busy season! Overall great!

I really enjoyed Mr. Adil’s help at the front desk with telling us where to go.

- am apreciat in mod deosebit posibilitatea de a face early checkin. Multumim. - personal amabil, atmosfera placuta - camera spatioasa, curata - restaurant unde pot fi comandate si produse traditionale. Mancare buna.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. The airport service was also very convenient and made the stay more comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again.

It’s cleanliness and Ms Selin took good care of us..and Mr Mustafa also helped in moving our luggage very efficiently

This hotel is one of the NICEST hotels I've ever been to. The hotel transportation they offer (not included, but a reasonable price) turned out to be in a luxury private van which was very fancy and fun. The people at the front desk were incredibly friendly. The room was gorgeous and clean. The included breakfast was unbelievable, opens early (5am) and my only sadness is that I didn't budget more time to eat more!

Nothing, it was perfect.

Very nice hotel near the airport! Very comfortable rooms!

In room 104 there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom all the time:((

Adil and muhlis was very gentle and professional and everything was perfect

This hotel knows what is, set up perfectly for an overnight stay between flights at Istanbul Airport, including a quality transfer, food options, helpful staff and reasonable prices.

La cercanía con el aeropuerto

I did not like that I found a bed bug on the bed. Neither the reaction of the staff, they changed my room to a smaller cheaper room than what I have paid, I did not want to aruge at it was mid night. Next morning I complained to reception, he said we dont refund the difference. Bad bad staff and manager. This is not a 5 stars hotel. I dont know how they got 5 stars. It is NOT 5 star

We enjoyed our stay. From the airport pickup, check-in process and breakfast, the service was prompt and friendly by all the staff. Thank you to Selin and her team at Beat Western Premier. We’ll be back!

Professional and friendly service. Prompt and attentive communication on the lead up to our stay. Driver was helpful as we have several luggage’s. Wide selection of breakfast spread. Breakfast starts as early as 5.30am which helps with early flight.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant had excellent service, and the breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return soon.

The property was very clean, very convenient and the staff was extremely helpful. Mr. Adil Was in particular very helpful.

U sobi na 2 katu u kojoj smo bili smješteni našao smo 3 stjenice na krevetu. Budući najčešće osoblje zna negirati takve stvari i umanjivati ozbiljnost situacije, donesao sam im jednu stjenicu na recepciju. U krevetima smo nasli i nečiju kosu.

Room was clean and well laid out for a family of 5. Staff was very helpful, especially Selin at reception! She handled our bags and bookings quickly and in a friendly manner. She sent up someone to help when I couldn't figure out the hot water in the shower.

Breakfast was a little light and the room service food was expensive, but very delicious.

Lo Staff

La pulizia

The staff are very professional and friendly .The rooms are comfortable and are cleaned to a very high standard as is the rest of the hotel. There is an incredible range of food for breakfast that caters for all tastes. The staff make sure there is sufficient food available on the buffet at all times.

Although there is a ramp by the main entrance there are no handrails either side which make it difficult for someone with a mobility problem.

No llega a 5 estrellas europeas

Good location. Beautiful and clean hotel. Spacious rooms.

Nice modern hotel close to the IST. Comfortable transportation by a luxury Mercedes Vito from the IST and return. It was arranged seamlessly via WhatsApp. There was a good breakfast buffet including fruits and a live cooking station for omelettes. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended for a comfortable stopover.

We had a Deluxe Room with One Double and Two Single Bed (interconnected). However, there was one bathroom.

Adil is nice staff Thank you And brakfast is good but the restursnt foods are not good

Adil was great help

Mr. Adil was very nice and welcoming

Adil was polite and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Everything was perfect. Adil was nice person.

Mr.Adil was very hospitality!

Lokacija, čistoća, doručak, usluga. Sve je perfektno.

Sve je odlično.

Location near airport. they gave us a family suite instead of big room, much appreciated!

A bit of noise from street despite the nice view, maybe better isolation will be needed, but the room was still very good.

Adil

Nothing

Not clean, breakfast was not good except the carrot yogurt. Staff at the restaurant were not friendly at all!

Food was excellent especially the breakfast, and the Chef, same as the service. All thr staff is very friendly. Mr. Adil was a great at the reception.

All wqs great....

Polyester bedsheets are an absolute nightmare to sleep in. I haven't had a worse night than this as far as I remember. Few things were also broken in the room, like water leaking in the shower and from under it. The safe was mulfunctioning but they fixed it.

Perfect hotel for a stopover at Istanbul. My booking alsi include a ftee breakfast that is from 5:30 and is good. Hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport and transfer is reasonable 50 usd extra. Plenty of small shops in the neighbourhood, good coffee brewed just across the street. Old city is quite far though so not easy to visit.

I booked this for my parents, and they were extremely happy with both the service and the staff. I also arranged the airport transfer for them, and everything went very smoothly. Their flight was delayed, but the driver patiently waited a long time for them to arrive, which we really appreciated. The transfer service was excellent. The team also stayed in touch with me throughout the process, providing updates and keeping me informed about my parents’ pickup and transfer. Communication was great, the staff were very helpful and professional, and the whole experience gave me peace of mind knowing that my parents were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend their service!

Very clean, comfy beds , great staff

Confortable room

Breakfast limited items

There are some issues. The mattresses on the bed need to be changed. I slept for two days and my back is stiff. You don't sleep, you fall out of bed. We were with small children. We asked for a late checkout. At first they allowed it, but then they said that guests were arriving and they couldn't provide a late checkout. But a day later they said that if we really needed it, we could pay for a day and stay until 4 PM. The room is cleaned once a week for free, and the rest are 20€ per room. The cleaning is purely nominal. There is a pool, but pine needles fall in it, and swimming with children is impossible. Overall, the hotel is new. It has everything you need for a stay. We won't come back again because of the mattresses.

La tranquilidad

Todo muy bien

Propreté, confort

Petit déjeuner pouvant être plus complet

Nice clean good area near airport

A convenient option if you need to stay close to Istanbul Airport — it’s only around 10–12 minutes away. The €50 return airport transfer in a comfortable Mercedes-Benz Vito Van was very easy to arrange, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The mattress was also very comfortable, and there’s a lovely fruit market right next door as well as a 24-hour grill house within a five-minute walk. Breakfast too was very decent with a reasonable spread.

There were, however, a few issues. The pillows were quite hard, and we had water leaking from the ceiling AC vent onto our bags and then the floor. Despite calling reception, nobody came to investigate or resolve it, which was disappointing. Also, rooms facing the road aren’t particularly soundproof, so traffic noise can be noticeable. Overall, a decent and convenient airport hotel, but there are some service and noise issues that could be improved.

The proximity to the airport

Adil was an excellent host. Very nice hotel

Nothing

Please provide Kleenex/tissue in each room

Location, price, service, transfer all perfect

1) at 5am mosque very very loud 2) pillows awful(need to change immediately or make a choice) 3) A/C was not unchangeable, same for all rooms

Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber

Keine negativen punkte

Everything, especially location to airport and the food.

Nothing at all

transfer service breakfast hardworking staff

No tenemos ninguna queja

It was a good hotel for staying overnight between flights, especially Borhan was very kind and helpful to us. Recommend this hotel if you need an overnight stay in Istanbul with good commute to the airport

This property is total useless . They don’t take ownership of any problem. During my stay we had a continues electricity problem . This cause no air conditioning, no Internet . When we co main to hotel staff , they simply said it’s not in our control & nothing can be done

Near to airport and mosque

Cleanliness

The location is very bad the road and cars sounds They are doing some maintenance we couldn't sleep at night because of the cars outside and in the morning because of the maintenance The staff who helped us with the bags he just dropped the bags and went

Quality of the restaurant

Housekeeping Noise

Nice hotel, located well close to the airport and within a small town - so possible to walk nearby. Excellent room - big enough for family. Very friendly and helping team, especially at the reception and seamless transfer. Good value for money for overnight stay.

Breakfast may need to be a bit better, but still no problem to find something to eat for everybody.

Omlet stand was great, but breakfast options were limited compared to other Istanbul hotels.
