Room 315 maintenance (Plumbing and fixtures issues) 1. Shower drain was blocked on arrival and cracked shower retaining wall was leaking the pooling water onto the bathroom floor. After multiple requests over 2 days the maintenance team was tasked to tend to the plumbing and do repairs but failed to do so. Luckily the frontdesk staff acknowledges the issue and moved us to a different & better room which was great. 2. Fixtures in the abovementioned bathroom like the towel rack was ripped out of the wall so they could not be used. This room was not in an operational condition to host guests but the team's service in addressing the problem made up for this.

The room was very old and very basic. There were workers outside our room that left a mess that wasn’t cleaned up. Upon returning to our room later in the evening there was a strong smell of smoke in the passage leading to the room. We had some extremely noisy neighbours who kept setting off what I can only assume was the smoke alarm. This went on until late in the evening.

Zola, Zethu, Lewtho and Mr. Danzel was so friendly and really made us feel welcome. The food and beverage team surprised me with a song for my birthday. This was really special. Whether you are South African like us or international. You can not go wrong with the Premier Seapoint. True South African hospitality. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Muitos restaurantes, hotéis e minimercados na região, além de ser muito perto da orla maritima, um local excepcional para caminhadas e corridas. Além disso o hotel fornece garrafas de água como cortesia, o que é muito bom. Banheiro moderno e quartos amplos, embora sem tomadas nas cabeceiras das camas.
Alguns dos quartos são em um prédio anexo, acessível através de um caminho que passa pela garagem. Não foi muito bem sucedida a integração dos edifícios. Além disso há poucas opções de canais na televisão. Por fim destaco que a piscina não é aberta ao uso.

We stayed at the Premier Hotel this past January for my wife’s 40th birthday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent, but the real highlight was the hospitality. The team here was genuinely helpful. We had a bit of a panic regarding a last-minute visa we hadn't realised we needed, and Jeffrey was brilliant, assisting us with the necessary invoices to get it sorted. There are honestly too many names to mention, but Jeffrey, Zola, Zuthu, and Langa on the front desk were all lovely and made us feel very welcome. Zola also did a great job of organising a shark diving trip for us. The team went out of their way to make my wife's birthday special. They surprised her with a cake and a song during breakfast, which was a really kind gesture. We also had the chance to meet the General Manager and Operations Manager who were both equally impressive and lovely. The staff are incredibly warm-hearted and ensured we had the best possible stay. If we visit Cape Town again, we will 100% be staying here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service in the city. M&V

Restuarant service was bad. My wife and child were the only ones in restaurant Starters Took 45mins to come and if my wife did not ask it would have been longer. Then the meal ordered was cold and not what is desribed on the menu. This made us go out for supper in rainy conditions. Breakast i thought was a bit expensive R245 per person Restuarant needs some attention..something to think about
