The people there are excellent. No complaints about the property at all.

Been coming back for years and the service is always beautify. Home away from home with added class and comfort. The breakfast is out of this world and the ladies working there are all a bundle of joy.

This is a wonderful property, located perfectly within close proximity to the heart of Cape Town. Better than staying at a hotel, the staff at extremely friendly and welcoming.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes großes Appartement mit Küche - alles sehr elegant ausgestattet - im 5. Stock mit Terrasse und Blick auf‘s Meer. Sichere Lage am Green Point, fußläufig zur Waterfront. Pico Bello sauber, tolles Personal, super Frühstück. Traumhafter Aufenthalt, besser geht es nicht! Airport Transfer kann vom Hotel mit zuverlässigem Fahrer gegen Entgelt organisiert werden, ebenso Ausflüge. In Zukunft unsere Adresse in Kapstadt! Danke dem gesamten Team für die tolle Zeit!

Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn kam leicht gelblich und hat etwas gerochen.

breakfast was not great service was ok however we asked for room service and breakfast arrived cold- no mil for the coffee as well as the tea we order came in a takeaway cup!

La struttura è molto bella, in una zona sicura e comoda per girare la città. Le stanze sono molto grandi, comode e belle. Il parcheggio è interno e sicuro. La colazione è molto buona.

Perfekt für eine Familie , wir waren zu viert und es gab absolut ausreichend Platz. Zudem ist eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit dabei und ein , großer Balkon mit tollem Blick auf Robben Island (wir waren im 2. Stock, Zimmer 301. Alles sehr sauber, großzügig und gemütlich. Wir haben, speziell nach dem langen Flug super geschlafen und auch das Frühstück lässt wenig zu wünschen übrig. Tolle Unterkunft. Einen Garagenplatz kann man für nur ca 5€/Tag mit dazu mieten. Solche Preise war ich nicht gewohnt speziell nicht auf dem Niveau Alles Bestens. Der Preis war OK,im Vergleich. Es war aber Nebrnsaison...

So luxurious and swanky. Quiet, safe, convenient. Breakfast buffet was amazing, staff was gracious and helpful. Will stay again!

Comfortable, clean, lots of space for the family to spread out. Beautiful outdoor patio space, laundry machine was also helpful.

There isn’t much within walking distance but central for quick uber trips and delivery.

Everything. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need, and the two balconies were a bonus. A luxury stay in an excellent location.

You have to book your breakfast slot the day before because the breakfast room is too small. Even then, you're not guaranteed a table. With young kids, this wasn't convenient as it's hard to know exactly when everyone will be ready.

Tamanho do quarto porém chegamos com o elevados quebrado e assim ficou durante toda a estadia. Todos os dias subimos 3 e 4 andares.

Fomos ROUBADOS, durante os 3 primeiros dias as malas de um dos quartos estavam abertas e mexidas. E em outro quarto foi aberta uma mochila e roubaram 200 dólares. Para justificar o roubo a gerente enviou uma foto de outro quarto, sem permissão, com pertences íntimos e dinheiro dentro do cofre que na ocasião estava aberto dizendo que o hotel é seguro mas com dinheiro na frente de um funcionário ficava difícil. O que é outro absurdo! E mesmo se justificasse o dinheiro roubado estava dentro de uma mochila fechada. No final a gerente disse que para pagar os 200 dólares deveria ser feito boletim de ocorrência o que levaria muito tempo perdido na viagem para depois ela acionar o seguro a fazer poligrafia em todos os funcionários e descobrir se algum estava mentindo. Ou seja no final nada foi resolvido e o dinheiro não foi ressarcido.

Great location, on-site parking, the two apartments for our group of 10 were luxurious, comfortable, with nice showers and well stocked kitchens. The elevator was unfortunately under repair but the staff readily changed our top floor apartment to a ground one as some of us had limited mobility. The breakfast was tasty with multiple options and very filling. The people of Romney Park were welcoming, warm, and friendly throughout our stay. We highly recommend it.

Gorgeous spotlessly clean well presented and equipped apartment. Breakfast was exceptional. All the staff were super friendly, helpful we felt very well looked after. Great position to explore the local area. Secure parking was a bonus.

Getting to your Apartment is sometimes tricky using elevator or stairs.

Das Apartment ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir hatten ein Drei-Zimmer-Apartment gebucht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden: Es ist sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet und sauber und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht.

Allerdings gab es eine kleine Enttäuschung, die einen gewissen Nachgeschmack hinterlassen hat. Auf den Fotos wird nur ein Schlafzimmer gezeigt, weshalb wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass die anderen beiden Zimmer ähnlich eingerichtet sind. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass dies nicht der Fall war. Ein Zimmer entsprach genau den Bildern – es war sehr schön eingerichtet. Das zweite Zimmer war kleiner und weniger dekoriert. Das dritte Zimmer hingegen war deutlich kleiner, ohne Fenster und ohne jegliche Dekoration. Da ich meinen Eltern natürlich die schöneren Zimmer überlassen habe, habe ich mit meiner Schwester im dritten Zimmer geschlafen. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Transparenz gewünscht, damit man weiß, was einen erwartet. Abgesehen davon ist das Apartment wirklich top.

As soon as you walk through the entrance you know you are in a special place. The accommodation is beautiful. We were on the 5th floor and had a lovely view from our balcony. The location is great, just a short walk to the sea front. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is amazing and delicious. Best omelette ever. Very safe garage parking. We would definitely recommend this place.

This is a 5-star apartment and exceeded our expectations. Very luxurious and the kids loved their stay. Very neat, tidy and spacious for a family of 6. Each room was on-suite, and there was a guest toilet. Great location, close to waterfront. This is home away from home. Staff is very friendly. Pity we could not stay longer. Of you looking for luxury family accommodation, this is it😀. I give this place 11 out of 10🤣❤️

Great location with secure garage parking (small extra fee). Really comfortable apartment - great size and a nice balcony facing the sea. Loved the combination of having an apartment with the hotel facilities like breakfast included.

And rhis is the ONLY one negative ... our second bedroom lacked an aircon. Our children had to be dressed with real thick winter pyjamas (in Fall) ...

I have become a regular to this property having introduced by my sister. You meet friendly staff all the way from reception to restaurant staff. You are remembered and welcomed with a smile. The location is amazing

More effort could be put in with regard to the breakfast. Stayed over for 2 nights = 2 breakfasts for 2 pax. Both occasions incorrect orders. Sadly, this messed up the overall experience.

Die Lage ist für Kapstadt relativ ruhig. Es gehen hinter und neben dem Haus Straßen vorbei und wie überall in Südafrika gibt es nur eine Einfachverglasung. Wir hatten ein Apartment im 5.Stock mit tollem Ausblick. Die Liegeterrasse vor dem Hotel ist sehr nett, haben wir aber nur 1 x nutzen können. Es gibt eine Garage mit Parkplatz fürs Auto! Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - es war die einzige Unterkunft in 14 Tagen wo es ein Buffet gab! Es ist ein sicherer Stadtteil. Untertags sind wir zu Fuß durch den Park bis an die Uferpromenade spaziert. Sonst ist man mit Uber sehr günstig unterwegs. Toll war, dass der Kühlschrank mit diversen Getränken gefüllt war (Wein, Bier, Softdrinks, Wasser) und jeden Tag wieder aufgefüllt war (Abrechnung nach Verbrauch).

Man muss wissen, dass die zwei Schlafzimmer nicht gleichwertig sind. Eines ist kleiner und hat ein Bad mit Dusche. Das andere ist größer und geht auf die Terrasse hinaus und hat auch ein größeres Bad, aber nur mit Wanne. Klimageräte gibt es nur im großen Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum. Das kleinere hat kein Gerät! Und bei offenem Fenster hört man schon die Straße.....

Bra service, väldigt trevlig frukostpersonal och reception. Ligger bra till. Lungt område, enkelt att promenera till Waterfront och till shopping. Lägenheten var bra planerad med kök.

Stolarna på uteplatsen osköna. Rökning hos grannarna gör att vissa stunder störde det. Väldigt skramlig restaurang.

Ich war geschäftlich unterwegs und schon des Öfteren in Kapstadt. Probiere mich immer mal wieder aus mit neuen Unterkünften. Meine jetzige Unterkunft war einfach nur total schön. Mit Liebe zum Detail, und bei einer 2wöchigen Geschäftsreise mit vielen verschiedenen Unterkünften, genau das Richtige, da ich mich direkt heimisch gefühlt habe. Ich bin gerne zu Fuß unterwegs, deswegen passte für mich auch die Entfernung zur Waterfront etc. Ansonsten halt einfach schnell ein Uber nehmen. Auf meiner nächsten Geschäftsreise würde ich mich wieder für das Romney Park Apartment entscheiden.

Surprising hotel that went beyond my expectations. The apartment suite was really well setup with a large balcony where we could sit very comfortably.

My sole criticism is that there are tall trees in the garden that block the view of the ocean which is hard to understand why they would do that.

The safety, the very helpful staff and cleanliness!
