The Hyde All Suite Hotel

The Suite I booked, the cherry on top was the complimentary shuttle inn the morning to CTICC

Having to use the same set of towels for my 4 nights stay

They went out of their way to get me kosher breakfast. They knew all about shabbat and physical keys. Security walked me once it was dark so I should be alone on the streets

The pool was closed for renovations

They were friendly staff and great location

Our stoves kept malfunctioning

Very nice views and super close to the beach

The Hotel Room Was Clean, Neat and Spacious. Breakfast was great Not sure 🤔 if she is the manager But the lady in the London Bistro called Felicia Was exceptionally great 10/10 she was amazing 😻

Nothing Everything was 10/10

I liked that there was a living area in our room and we could watch TV. It was very spacious and good value for money. Great location!

Location is great

BAD SERVICE!!!! I WLL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR BY STAFF AND I DIDNT HAVE A GOOD STAY

Well suited and spacious apartment

Absolutely the worse experience ever. Apparently the manager of the spa made a double booking, I was disturbed during my massage and asked to get dressed and leave as my name was not in their register mind you I got and email confirmation of my date and time. The manger was not on site however commented telephonically with staff informing them we should leave Unprofessional, arrival times are 15mins before time they were not ready for us, and also we started the message 10 mins late and ended 5min early and Bè mindful of the interruptions in between the message, I will never go back nor will I recommend anyone I will also leave this feedback on all platforms. Unhappy customers!!!!!!

Location is great

The amount of cutlery in the kitchen. Just two of each.

I liked Everything! the loving staff, the delicious breakfast and the room was home away from home. The reception lady sang a birthday song for me.

No in house DJ on a Friday night.

Great location, great staff. Rooms clean and well maintained. Good value for the money

Friendly and helpful staff. The sky bar and the other restaurant.

The lighting in the rooms Needs to be brighter and softer to make the rooms feel warmer.

Staff front desk great.

Did not rate Assistance Manager The room 602 should never be used right next to lift and fire door which was left open as only way to bar on the roof.could not get any sleep with noise. The gates for parking inside closed on my car, and Assistance Manager did not care.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

Spacious, clean,good location

The sound of crockery being gathered by room service at 22:00 in the passage

Friendly staff, spacious rooms

Nice location near to shops and beach

Nothing

The staff from the reception area to the buffet breakfast area and the Jack@skye was exceptionally excellent. They were very helpful and quick at service, whould go back anytime.

The only thing because it's a self catering apartment that I expected was for the pots and pan to be available in the room, however I had to call reception to get a pot, but they were also quick at my service though

Upgraded room after complaints with my previous room

Ac Just stopped working. Room was v small and cramped

The place was big and clean very nice.

Nothing.

The kids club was great, as were all the staff at breakfast. Really easy to get to the promenade too.

Staff friendly and professional

Room layout was less than I expected. Booked room with separate bedroom and seating area

We were 4 ladies. We were greeted and warmly welcomed. The ladies were extremely attentive and our massages and services were amazing. They made every effort to make our experience great. Thank you so much for a relaxing and wonderful experience

Very well priced place for a big clean room. Buffet breakfast included was a huge bonus!

Was a smell coming from the bathroom. Smelt like stale water, I think coming from the toilet or maybe shower. Bathroom was very clean however. Maybe they're using recycled water for flushing?

Great location, staff cannot do enough for you spacious rooms

Great location & easy access to surroundings entertainment

The noise was non stop, chatter and socialising from the Sky bar. The restaurant wad fulle booked on Saturday due to non guest bookings. We went to a lovely restaurant not to far from The Hyde, when we came back the restaurant crowds were in the lobby, lifts and staircase making a hell of a noise. The noise was ongoing as we were booked on floor 6 and the restaurant is just above us

Modern, clean, well serviced & maintained

Location is the best

We were made to upgrade the room as it was not the same as the previous staying. It had non functional layout as not suitable for families.

Loved the living area, beautifully designed and comfortable. The customer service was also amazing.

The bathroom setup as we’re 3. It felt a bit uncomfortable. But overall, the hotel was great.

The location

The second bed was not made up. The shower drain was blocked and had water overflow into the bathroom. The front door latch could not be depressed far enough to get the door open once closed. The elevator did not work while trying to leave the building from the 5th floor. The bathroom did not have lights so we had to use our phones for flashlights.

Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit allem was man braucht.

Location was very good, excellent breakfast, great rooftop pool with restaurant. The staff were absolutely amazing - always smiling and ready to assist.

Nothing in particular

the staff were brilliant and the pool on the roof was really lovely.

we tried breakfast one day and was not nice at all. Hotel didn't quite seem the standard of a 4 star.

Loved the deck and swimming pool area. View is awesome and Ashley's service was great. Also very friendly staff at reception and breakfast.

A lovely hotel a few yards from the sea. We liked the large rooms, great facilities, hi-speed wifi and USB charging points in each room. Breakfasts were excellent and the roof-top restaurant was also very good. Only negative was that the bedroom was just a bit small, making it hard for two people to get dressed at the same time, whereas the living room was huge, much larger than 2 people needed. Overall we liked this hotel - great location in a safe area of Cape Town, with good restaurants nearby.

Their breakfast

The staff welcome us so warmly!

Staff superb, lovely welcome, breakfasts terrific, room nice and big, clean and comfortable and food good in top floor restaurant

Really minor but tv system didn't work. Also early check in was requested but we had to wait a long time (over 2 hours) before getting room. But very minor issues overall experience was great

Excellent location, close walking distance to main road, beach road and regent street. Great for walking.

Parking but limited.

Einfach perfekt

Es gibt nix zu klagen

Breakfast was good, location was Great, noise level from the kitchen above us was a bit much and unfortunately no view from the rooms, but from the roof top was exceptional.

The plugs in the rooms was disappointing as there was only one 2 point plug with usb and it was used for the tv, so you could not charge devices by the bed or anywhere with out unplugging the tv. the fridge is also just a drinks fridge so could not properly keep things for our daughter cold.

Not worth that money at all very small room geyser on the room never seen before totally not ok totally not

Room bed nothing I like

I will definitely come again. The staff and the service we received were out of this world. I unfortunately forgot the Spa Manager’s name, but she made sure I was assisted with the issue I had when printing my voucher. The staff members who truly stood out that day were our lovely waiter, Sbu, the wonderful Octavia, and the sweet Felicia. I have already recommended the place to my friends and colleagues. You guys are the best!

Nothing the hotel is very dirty now and the staff not friendly, cleaning staff searching our bags when we out

Nothing very dirty now, and over changing for nothing

The location and staff friendliness

The basin was draining slowly and the way the stuff knocks on the door sounds like FBI

Comfortable accommodation.Conveniently near shops and beach

Nothing

The breakfast was amazing enjoyed

Nothing much

The hotel is comfortable and well located in Sea Point. The rooms are fine although not luxurious. The elevator button was broken on the sixth floor during our visit so we had to go to the fifth floor to go down to the lobby. Breakfast was very nice. Overall, a very good hotel
